기술개발 프로젝트에서 성과를 높이기 위해서는 창의성이 필요하며, 창의성을 높이기 위해서는 업무지시에 대한 명확한 이해력이 필요하다. 본 연구는 팀효능감과 지식공유가 커뮤니케이션 역량에 미치는 영향과, 커뮤니케이션 역량이 개인창의성 및 제품개발성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 기술개발 프로젝트에서 커뮤니케이션 역량과 개인창의성의 중요성을 검증하고, 커뮤니케이션 역량에 대한 향상 방안을 제언하기 위함이다. 기술 개발 참여자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 요인간의 관계를 구조방정식 모형으로 확인하였다. 가설검증 결과, 팀효능감과 지식공유가 커뮤니케이션 역량에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤고, 팀리더의 확실한 업무지시 전달과 실무자의 명확한 업무지시 이해가 개인창의성에 주요한 요인임을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구결과는 첨단기술이 융복합되는 기술개발 프로젝트에서, 개인창의성 향상에 필요한 참여자의 커뮤니케이션 역량을 제고하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다. 향후에는 조직 수준의 창의성에 대한 커뮤니케이션 역량의 효과에 대해 연구하고자 한다.

Purpose : This study can provide various implications for the franchisors to expand activities related to franchise support or to develop andoperate an education program for foodservice franchise owners. Research design, data, and methodology : For those purpose, first, the literatureand literature related to the competency of domestic franchise owner were collected and reviewed through the Korea Education and Research Information Service (RISS). Second, the questionnaire was prepared based on the theoretical basis prepared through previous studies. Based onthe foodservice franchise owner's competency model presented by Kim & Lee (2019b), 13 franchise owner's competencies were marked with both 'What is' levels and 'What should be' levels. Therefore, the total questionnaire consists of 26 questions. Third, questionnaires were distributed and collected. This study used data from 55 surveys which were gathered from foodservice franchise owners in Seongnam-si. SPSS 25.0 was used to analyze the collected survey data. Descriptive and frequency analysis were conducted to analyze the demographic characteristics of the study subjects. Next, we conduct a t-test to analyze the difference between the level of 'What is' competencies by the franchise owners and the level of 'What should be' competencies. Descriptive statistics were used to derive the priorities of the 'What should be' competencies. The Locus for Focus model was used to derive the priorities of the required competencies. Result : Four competencies of team leadership, teamwork and cooperation, customer service, technical·professional·managerial expertise were found to be the first to be developed. Conclusions : The conclusions of this study are as follows. First, teamwork and cooperation competnecy, and team leadership competency, which are derived from the core competencies of foodservice franchise owners, are among the leadership competencies required as managers of organizations. Second, customer service competency and ttechnical·professional·managerial expertise competency derived from the core competencies of restaurant franchise owners belong to the job competencies. Third, the results of this study suggest that the foodservice franchisors will be able that will serve as a baseline to support the foodservice franchisors and franchise owners for sustainable mutual growth by encouraging their will and encouraging them to create results.

The goal of this project is to estimate the instream flow of the Han River Basin to ensure the adequate supply of suitable quality water for preservation and enhancement of aquatic ecosystems. A applied model is Physical Habitant Simulation System(PHABSIM) of Instream Flow Incremental Methodology(IFIM). The parameters which are needed to simulation by PHABSIM such as flow depth, velocity distribution and channel cover with cross section data are obtained by field survey. The Habitat Suitability Criteria with the application of univariate curve on Zacco platypus as a target species was able to be established by conducting the field investigation. The estimated results of ecological recommended instream flow by this study has important meanings that the future river management have to seriously take into account for the natural environment and functions of river system.

This study is to find out vitalization plan of rural village festival through field survey and in-depth interview. Festival vitalization plans were suggested for each of four steps. The results are as follows: (1) preparing stage : disambiguation of supporting festival, adjustment of selecting times & improvement of selecting index in supporting festival, support of planning & managing ability, and systematization of festival consulting team. (2) planning stage : supporting differentiated festival program development, and public relations of rural village festival. (3) operating stage : flexible utilization of supporting budget and systematization of festival supporters operation. (4) ending stage : holding a workshop to share successful festival cases.

발굴조사보고서 평가 제도가 시행된 지 10여년이 되었지만 평가 제도에 대한 분석 연구는 진행되지 않았다. 이에 본 연구는 첫째, 평가 제도의 변천에 대해서 고찰하였고, 둘째, 평가 결과에 영향을 미치는 평가 요인 분석을 진행하였다. 제도 분석 결과 현재 평가 결과는 PQ에서 활용되고 있는데 평가 대상 기관은 발굴기관으로 한정되어 있어 입찰에 참여하는 박물관 등에 불이익을 발생할 수 있다는 것을 제시하였다. 또한 현재 소수의 심사위원이 보고서를 평가하기 때문에 평가 부담의 완화를 위해서 증원이 필요하다는 것을 지적하였다. 평가 요인 분석 결과, 가산점이 명목적 점수는 낮지만 실질적 영향 점수가 높다는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 보고서 체계, 머리글, 자연고고환경, 조사범위와 방법, 편집 인쇄 지표의 경우 타 지표에 비해 영향력이 낮고 만점에 가깝기 때문에 이에 대한 지표 개선이 필요하다는 의견을 제시하였다. 또한, 현재 발굴 비용에 따른 군별 분류 금액의 적정성을 검토하여 연도별 군별 회귀분석을 실시하였고, 분석 결과 2015년, 2016년의 경우 2군과 3군에서 발굴 비용이 평가 점수에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 발굴 비용에 따라 평가 결과에 영향을 미치지 않기 위한 최초의 목적과 부합하지 않는 것으로 군별 분류 금액 산정 시 심도 있는 접근의 필요성을 강조하였다.

Purpose - As Korea is reaching a post-aged society, the number of chronic illness is increasing, and the demand for rehabilitation medical device is growing. Although there is high potential for the growth in rehabilitation industry, because most of the related companies in Korea are relatively small, lacking capital or R&D resource, it is difficult for them to create an innovative product, and currently most of the high-tech equipments are imported. Therefore a medical device cluster, where business, research, medical institutes and universities may work cooperatively to enhance research development and solve issues is necessary for future development. Research design, data, methodology - In this method we have done a literature review of the rehabilitation industry and industrial cluster. Based on the studies, we have conducted an exploratory factor analysis by studying examples of foreign and domestic medical clusters and drawing success factors in forming a medical cluster. Next based on the studies we have conducted a survey to domestic medical device companies to find their difficulties and needs to form a successful medical device cluster. Results - This paper provides both theoretic review on success factors of forming a medical device cluster and practical analysis using case study and survey. Conclusion - The significance of this paper is that based on the literature review, we have compared actual examples of domestic/foreign medical clusters and drawn difference and coincidence between literature and actual cluster success factor. We were also able to conduct a survey on actual medical device companies and through the results we were able to search difficulties and necessities of medical device companies.

본 연구는 사회적 기업가정신과 시장지향성의 구성요소가 사회적기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 예비사회적기업 또는 인증사회적기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, SPSS 22.0으로 실증 분석하였다. 사회적가치지향성, 혁신성 및 위험감수성을 사회적 기업가정신의 구성요소로 하고, 시장지향성은 고객지향성, 경쟁자지향성을 구성요소로 하여 사회적기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적 기업가정신의 사회적가치지향성, 위험감수성은 경제적 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 사회적 기업가정신의 사회적가치지향성은 사회적 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째. 시장지향성은 경제적 성과, 사회적 성과에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 사회적가치지향성의 중요성을 재인식함과 사회적기업의 시장지향성에 대한 인지의 제고 필요성을 보여 주었으며 향후 사회적기업의 경쟁력 향상을 위해 시장지향성에 대한 지속적인 후속 연구를 기대한다.

The purpose of this study was to verify the mediating effects on self-regulated learning ability and sense of community in the relationship between parents' neglect and children's academic achievement. The subjects used in this study were 2,218 6th grade elementary school students from the third wave sample of the 2012 Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey (KCYPS). For data analysis, the three-step mediated regression analysis by Baron and Kenny (1986) was performed and the Sobel test was carried out in order to verify the effectiveness of mediation effects. The main results of the present study were as follows. First, the self-regulated learning ability and sub-component factors of achievement value, mastery goal orientation, behavioral control, academic time-management revealed to have a partial mediation effect in the relationship between parents' neglect and children's academic achievement. Second, the sense of community also showed to have a partial mediation effect on the relationship between parents' neglect and children's academic achievement. The findings of this study provide a viewpoint to deeply observe the problem of parents' neglect in connection with children's self-regulated learning ability and sense of community, and can be used as practical data to develop various programs for the benefit of improving children's academic achievement.

산업 환경의 급격한 변화는 수출중소기업에게 위기와 기회를 제공하고 있다. 본 연구는 중소기업의 역할변화에 대응한 해외마케팅지원 사업, 특히 온라인마케팅 지원의 효과적인 수행요인 중 컨설팅관련 사항을 중심으로 연구하였다. 온라인 수출지원 사업 참여기업에 대한 설문조사를 기반으로 진행한연구결과, 컨설턴트의 역량과서비스품질이 모두 지원사업의 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 지원사업의 만족도가 기업성과에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 만족도는 일부 유의한 매개효과를 나타냈다. 변화하는 수출환경하에서 지원사업의 성과달성을 위해서는 컨설턴트의 역량과 서비스품질이 함께 이루어져야 한다. 본 연구는 수출지원사업의 개선에 필요한 실체적 요인의 판단기준을 제시하고 있고 추후 요인별로 역량강화 방안에 대한 추가연구가 함께 이루어져야할 것이다.

본 연구는 기업가정신이 혁신성과에 미치는 영향 및 두 변수 간에 사회적 자본과 지적자본의 매개효과를 실증분석을 통해 규명하고, 창업활성화에 있어 사회적 자본과 지적자본 축적의 중요성과 그 정책적 시사점을 분석하고자 하였다. 벤처창업기업 CEO와 임원을 대상으로 설문분석을 시행하였으며 Cronbach' alpha에 의한 신뢰도 검증 방법 및 다중회귀분석을 수행하여 가설을 검증하였다. 연구의 결과는, 첫째, 기업가정신과 혁신성과와의 관계 분석에서는 전체적으로 기업가정신이 혁신행동과 혁신성과 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으나 위험감수성은 혁신성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기업가정신과 혁신성과간의 관계에서 사회적 자본의 매개효과는, 사회적 자본은 혁신행동에 유의한 매개효과를 보이는 것으로 분석되었으며 혁신성과와의 관계에서는 제도적 신뢰와 네트워크가 유의한 매개효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 관계적 신뢰는 매개효과가 없는 것으로 조사되었다. 셋째, 기업가정신과 혁신성과 관계에서 지적자본의 매개효과 분석에서는 모두 양자 관계에서 지적자본의 매개효과가 긍정적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과를 종합해 보면, 창업 벤처기업의 혁신성과 제고를 위해서는 기업가정신의 함양 및 제고와 아울러 사회적 자본과 지적자본의 축적이 이루어져야만 혁신성과를 극대화할 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있다.
