  • Today, the potential safety risk is increased due to a construction industry is high-rised, mechanized, and complexed. Most workers injured in accident caused by lack of safety awareness. Therefore the safety education is focused in construction site, but it can not get workers' interest and has many problems to reduce construction accident. This study will investigate the effects of education used BIM intended for workers in construction site to verify the objective effectiveness in future.

  • With regard to the basic safety and health education in construction industry issued on January, 26, 2012 by Occupation Safety And Health Acts, this study conducted a survey with self-administered questions for workers in the construction field in order to comprehend the problems since introduction of basic safety and health education. By analyzing the effectiveness of the safety and health activities, this study sought to reduce the trials and errors as well as to secure the improvement toward the early settlement of the basic safety and health education in construction industry. As a result of the question investigation, the survey respondents in the field sites who finished the basic safety and health education showed positive attitudes toward the improvement of safety awareness and the prevention of accidents. They also needed constant implementation of the education. At the same time, the government should improve the education program with strong policies to secure the effectiveness of the basic safety and health education in construction industry.

  • The construction industry has a higher dependency on manpower than other industries, requiring a supply of high quality skilled workers. But negative perceptions regarding the construction industry have continued to reduce the inflow of young workers into the industry, and the existing skilled workforce is aging. In response, as a solution for training young construction skilled manpower, training programs for young construction skilled workers have been implemented by specialized high schools. But the current status of career paths chosen by the graduates of these specialized high schools did not show a substantial influx of workers into the construction industry. In this regard, with the purpose of promoting an influx of young construction skilled manpower into the industry, this study analyzed the goals and problems of construction education in specialized high schools in South Korea, and suggested a method for improvement.

  • 건설업은 양질의 기능인력이 확보되고 양성되어야 하지만 현재 건설 기능인력은 대부분 건설현장에서 체계적인 교육 없이 도제식 교육을 통해 양성되고 있다. 국내에는 건설 기능인력 양성기관으로, 국비지원 교육 훈련과정을 시행하는 교육기관이 존재하지만 교육기관을 통해 배출되는 신규인력은 건설현장의 수요에 미치지 못하며, 건설근로자가 국비지원 교육 훈련을 수강하는 경우도 적은 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 교육기관의 교육 훈련을 개선하기 위해 교육기관에서 이루어지고 있는 국비지원 교육 훈련실태 및 문제점을 분석하고, 교육체계의 중점개선사항을 도출하였다. 개선방안으로는 주요 문제점과 중점개선사항으로 분석된 비용측면의 어려움을 개선할 수 있는 개선방안을 제시하였으며, 본 연구의 결과는 교육기관의 교육 훈련 활성화에 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.

  • Currently, the construction industry is decreasing every year due to people's poor perception, high labor intensity, unstable employment structure, and welfare problems, as people avoid entry. Accordingly, this study investigated how to attract trainees and graduates from domestic construction education institutions to the construction industry. If institutional devices are prepared to prepare for the future by improving the welfare system such as unemployment benefits and retirement deductions in the construction industry, many trainees in their 20s and 30s will be attracted to the construction industry. If it helps expand hands-on education through on-site linkage and has the necessary technical skills for practice, it is believed that trainees and graduates in their 4s and 60s will be attracted to the construction industry.

  • 인적자원에 대한 교육훈련과 정보화를 통한 기업 운영효율성에 대한 중요성이 부각됨에 따라 본 연구에서는 교육훈련 및 정보화와 같은 무형적 자원에 대한 지출이 학습과 성장 관점의 발전을 이끌어 내고 내부경영프로세스를 개선시켜 최종적으로 건설기업의 실질적인 경영성과 향상으로 이어지는 지에 대하여 재무제표 회계자료를 이용하여 실증분석 하였다. 분석 결과, 우리나라 건설기업의 경우 종업원 교육훈련과 운영시스템 정보화에 대한 투자는 실질적인 매출액 증가로 이어져 경영성과 향상에 기여하고 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 이러한 긍정적인 효과는 영업이익의 증가에도 일정부분 기여하고 있으며, 관련 비용 지출 시점과 건설업 세부 업종에 따라 그 효과가 다소 차이가 있다는 것도 함께 검증하였다. 본 연구는 교육훈련과 정보화에 대한 투자는 실질적인 재무적 성과 개선에 기여한다는 사실을 구체적으로 입증하였다는 점에서 의의를 가진다.

  • 건설업은 열악한 근무환경으로 인해 다른 산업에 비해 젊은 인력들이 건설업으로의 취업을 기피하여 국내 건설기능인력 수급에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 현재 대부분의 국내 건설인력들은 도제식 기술전수방식에 의해 기능을 습득하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 도제식 기능교육방식에 대한 문제점을 도출하고 이에 대한 개선방안을 제시하였다. 현행 도제식 기능교육방식에 대한 개선방안으로 해당 건설현장에서 주기적으로 기능교육을 실시하고 이에 대한 교육이수 인증서를 각 건설회사에서 발급토록 하여 이를 교육경력으로 인정받을 수 있도록 제도를 정비하여야 한다. 또한 공공 건설기술교육원 및 정부지원 인가 전문기술학원 등과의 연계를 통해 신기술 신공법과 관련기술에 대한 이론교육을 무상으로 받을 수 있는 기회를 제공하고, 더 나아가 이 기간동안 생계유지를 위한 현실적인 적정 생계비용 지원정책을 수립하여 제공하는 방안이 시급히 필요하다.

건설안전관리자 직무교육 과정 개선에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Study on Education Process Improvement for Effective Job Training of Construction Safety Manager)

  • Industrial disasters cause lots of damages from individuals to companies and country. Especially, damages caused by constructional disasters take very large portion in the whole industry and are accompanied by huge personal physical damages. For the prevention of disasters, roles of safety manager are very important and especially, effects of disaster prevention can be changed by occupational ability of construction safety manager. To improve job abilities of safety manager, job education is very important. This research suggested a model for job education management of construction safety manager and proposed improvements as a study on improvement of curriculum for vitalization of job education of construction safety manager so as to improve occupational ability of safety manager. To achieve them, this research examined standard and operation status of current job education of safety manager and the problems and suggested a model materializing job educational contents as a measure to vitalize job education system of safety manager.

  • The construction industry is an industry heavily dependent on manpower, and high-quality skilled workers are needed to ensure smooth construction. However, workers who entered the construction industry did not acquire professional skills or receive other education through apprenticeship education. In this study, the necessity of professional functional education and education plan were analyzed and presented in order to cultivate quality functional manpower.

  • This study is to provide improved teaching methods on classical geometric construction education by a straightedge and compass in school mathematics. In this paper, justifications of construction methods of Korean textbooks, for perpendicular bisector of an segment and angle bisector are discussed, which can be directly applicable to teaching geometric construction meaningfully. Based on these considerations, several implications for desirable teaching methods concerning geometric construction were suggested.
