Purpose: This study investigated the food consumption behaviors in Korean adults, according to the agrifood consumer competency index (ACCI). Methods: Data obtained from the 2019 Consumption Behaviors Survey for Food were analyzed. A total of 6,176 adults (2,783 males, 3,393 females) aged ≥ 19 years, were included in the study. Based on the score of agrifood consumer competency index, the subjects were classified into three groups. The dietary habits, eating-out and food-delivery/take-out behaviors, opinion of food labeling, and concerns for domestic products were compared among the 3 groups. Results: The ACCI scores of the male and female subjects were 63.6 and 64.8, respectively. Subjects of both genders in the highest tertile of the ACCI were more likely to have a higher education level and higher health concerns, as compared to subjects in the lowest tertile (p < 0.05). Male subjects having highest tertile of the ACCI reported significantly more exercise and alcohol consumption, as compared to subjects in the lowest tertile (p < 0.05). A higher score of the ACCI also portrayed a higher satisfaction in own diet and greater checking of the food label. Moreover, subjects with a higher score of the ACCI showed greater satisfaction and reliability in the food label, as well as increased concerns for domestic agrifoods, local foods, and eco-friendly foods. Subjects in the lowest tertile of the ACCI acquired their dietary information from acquaintances, whereas subjects in the highest tertile of the ACCI learnt the information from food labels themselves. Conclusion: These results are indicative of the food consumption and behaviors of Korean adults according to their ACCI scores, and provide basic data that will be useful for implementing an effective food policy.

The mission of the university is to grow young people who will be responsible for the next generation nation to mature society. In particular, the role of universities in the 4th Industrial Revolution era is to foster creative talents. Therefore, innovative changes are required for existing infusion education and employment-oriented college education contents and teaching methodology. In the high youth unemployment rate, entrepreneurship education is spreading to universities to innovate existing organizations and create new jobs. Until now, however, the effects of university entrepreneurship education have been studied mainly in the field of start-up. Therefore, it is very difficult to study various effects on entrepreneurship education. In this study, empirical analysis of the effect of entrepreneurship training on career preparation behaviors of university students who are about to enter the society is verified. The sample of this study was surveyed from August, 2016, and the questionnaire was applied to 393 university students who selected 5 universities and entrepreneurship education. As a result of the analysis, the ability of communicative communication and creative problem solving cultivated through entrepreneurship education had a positive effect on entrepreneurship and self - efficacy, Entrepreneurship and self - efficacy had a positive (+) positive effect on career preparation behavior. However, cooperative communication ability, creative problem solving ability, and effective work behavior ability by entrepreneurship education were not directly related to career preparation behavior. On the other hand, in verifying the mediating effect of entrepreneurship and self - efficacy, it proved that mediating role of positive communication between collaborative communication ability, creative problem solving ability and career preparation behavior. The implications of this study are as follows This study examines the effects of university entrepreneurship education on career preparedness behaviors.In other words, the university proved the direct effect and the mediating effect that affects positively (+) effect on career preparation behaviors by encouraging entrepreneurship and self - efficacy, rather than quantitative extension based on competency. Also, the implication of the parameters (entrepreneurship, self - efficacy) as a key variable for the effect and performance of career preparation behavior was derived.It also suggests that it is necessary to improve the creativity ability of entrepreneurship education so that it can have a direct and meaningful influence on career preparation behavior. First of all, it is urgent to develop a qualitative evaluation index for entrepreneurship education in order to measure these effects. Therefore, further study is required to verify the various implications for future entrepreneurship education, as well as the implications that entrepreneurship education is indispensable for the preparation of university students' careers.
This study is based on the view point of diglossia that Chinese writing held a higher position than Korean language in the Joseon Dynasty, especially during the 16th century. Diglossic writers were focus on and the implication of diglossia in literacy education was examined. In particular, the diglossic literary features of Korean poetry and songs were examined, with a focus on differences in the authors' gender: female(Hwang Jini and Heo Nanseolheon) and male (Lee Hwang, Jeong Cheol and others). In the case of diglossic literature written by male poets, their Hansi and Sijo had quite different subjects. In addition, their Hansi, which was the exclusive property of noblemen, was largely based on their lives. However, the female poet Heo Nanseolheon covered wider range of subjects and used the first-person point of view, even when the content was not based on her actual life. In particular, she wrote Hansi as lyrics for Korean songs and thus, some of her Hansi can be enjoyed through singing. This differs considerably from the work of male diglossic writers. Furthermore, this tendency can be seen in the history of Hansi after the 18th century. Another female poet, Hwang Jini free from Neo-Confucianism, depicted her free thoughts and expressions in Sijo and reflected various poetic speakers' situations in both Sijo and Hansi. This is especially interesting since women were considered to be of lower social class at that time; these two female poets did not just refuse to follow the writing patterns of male noblemen, they also applied the characteristics of Korean poetry and songs to Hansi and disrupted the traditional characteristics of Hansi. In current education, the 2015 revised national curriculum put emphasize on understanding not only the scope of functional literacy, but also the principle for enhancing critical perception with respect to understanding the ways of communication of power and hierarchical structure. This can be considered a good principle, although mainstream literature does not pay attention to it. In addition, it can be applied through self-internalization and an acceptance of literature in school education by using the spoken language culture that students generally prefer in digital media. Highlighting the perception of advantages and characteristics, when minority statuses are linked to artistic freedoms to flout current prevailing values and cultural tendencies, can enhance not only classical literature literacy but also improve students' characteristics and competency.
The purpose of this study is to use as a basic data of establishing operating Course-based National Technical Qualification(CNTQ) support program by examining the educational needs for operating CNTQ of vocational school teachers, and to contribute to the vocational school settlement of CNTQ course. To achieve those purposes, this study drew 27 tasks performed by teachers operating CNTQ. Also, it surveyed the perceived importance and the performance. The findings of this study are as follows. First, it is showed that 'selection of qualification fields and confirmation of organization criteria, organization of educational training time by competency unit, organization of subjects and establishment of competency unit operating plan by grade and semester, selection of teaching materials, implementation of education and training, establishment of evaluation plan, implementation of evaluation, re-education and re-evaluation students with grades under 40%, guidance of paper evaluation, guidance of practical evaluation, guidance of interview evaluation' are the first priority tasks in the result of the need analysis. Second, it is indicated that 'application of external evaluation, guidance to retake an exam for failure' are the secondary priority tasks. According to these results, the following conclusions were made. First, it will be more positive effects if the educational needs in the next CNTQ support program include contents of the first priority tasks. Second, it is indicated that the priority of the educational needs for tasks of operating plan stages is commonly high. In particular, the highest ranking in the result means that it is completely supported from the first step on operating course. It is expected that the program which teachers on operating the course of similar qualification fields share each operating experience is effective. Third, the priority of the educational needs for external evaluation step ranked high. External evaluation has a different level of difficulty and a form of practical evaluation output according to qualification fields, so the method of guidance has to be different. It needs the program constructed by similar fields.

The demand to provide students with opportunities to find such competencies in university education has become a reality at a time when there is an urgent need to cultivate talented people suitable for the era of the 4th industrial revolution. Therefore, this study established the definition of a research performance-based class, constructed a teaching-learning design model to develop practical research performance capabilities required for university students, and analyzed it by applying it to the classes that are actually open. The developed research performance-based instructional model was constructed by applying it to the curriculum of S University's major and liberal arts subjects, and it was conducted as a research performance-based curriculum in which practical research performance topics for major-related research performance were selected along with major knowledge cultivation, and the results were obtained based on the performance results after solving the problem. In addition to acquiring basic research methodology through research performance-based classes, practical research performance problems are set to derive results. The basic research methodology allowed students to acquire essential resolutions in a research environment such as scientific inquiry methods, research notebook writing methods, thesis writing methods, academic conferences, and understanding patents. As a result of applying it to the class, a representative model of research-based self-directed classes at universities was presented by enhancing learners' self-esteem and obtaining visible research results (technology transfer, academic thesis registration, academic presentation award, patent registration, and academic UCC competition award).

The purposes of this study were to develop analysis criteria and analyze the two subject competencies of units dealing with the core concept 'Relation' of the middle school Technology-Home Economics textbook in accordance with the 2015 revised curriculum: 'practical-problem-solving-ability' and 'relationship ability'. The subject of analysis of the current study was the activity assignment of Chapter 1 related to the core concept 'Relation', from the twelve middle school 'Technology-Home Economics II' textbooks. The results of this study were as follows: First, some textbooks showed differences in highlighting or downplaying the components of certain subject competencies. The analysis results for 'practical-problem-solving-ability' in textbook A, E, and G were shown in the high frequency, while in textbook D in the lowest frequency. The analysis results for 'relationship ability' in textbook K and A were shown in the high frequency, while in textbook J in the lowest frequency. Second, Value Judgement was the most frequent component of 'practical-problem-solving-ability' followed by Logical Thinking, Practical Reasoning, and Decision-Making. Family Relation and Sense of Community was the component of 'relationship ability' most frequently dealt with followed by Communication, Conflict Management, and Respecting Others, however Environmental and Ecological Awareness was not shown at all. The two subject competencies were mostly reflected in the Technology-Home Economics textbooks from all the twelve publishers.
The dual system in Korea already plays an important role in quantitative terms in the Korean lifelong vocational competency development system. However, since most of the existing dual system performance management plans in Korea focus on qualification-linked dual system, research on the effective performance management of the four-year university-driven dual system is very insufficient. This paper presents multiple measures for developing a performance management system suitable for the university-driven dual system to achieve qualitative improvement of the contract departments of the dual colleges or universities. As an approach to the end, a performance evaluation system is established by developing the evaluation items and indicators for the dual colloeges' contract departments. Next, it analyzes the needs of various stakeholder groups such as field teachers of the involved companies, students in apprenticeship and OJT professors of KOREATECH through FGI's and polls to diagnose the current operational performance, especially the causes of high drpout rates of the contract departments. From these results, the paper presents firstly the development of measuring methods for the developed performance indicators of the evaluation system and then a systemic performance management system which is based on 'input-transformation-outcome-feedback' structure. In addition, some measures for improving the high dropout rate and performance are presented from the viewpoints of each stakeholder.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the needs for developing a curriculum for strengthening the long-term care service expertise and job competency. Specifically, the researchers analyzed previous studies on national long-term care services and national policy data, and conducted focus group interviews with 14 experts from related agencies. Activity theory was applied as a framework for analysis and a questionnaire about the importance and difficulty of subjects from 25 long-term service employees was administered for validating the results of the qualitative data analysis. The upper part of the subject-goal-tool of the activity system was considered the main area of action, and the following rule-community-division was divided into contextual parts for action, and the implications for demand analysis and future operation of the online curriculum are summarized. In total, six courses were required for development. These courses could be applied to as a learner-centered flip learning for long-term care service workers and various educational methods of collective education and supplementary education have been proposed. Based on the study results, implications in the educational field for effective management of courses were suggested at the end of the study.

The purpose of this study was to develop, implement, evaluate in-service program on the practical problem focused Home Economics program. This program is expected to contribute to the enforcement of high quality of teacher's teaching competency and to the readiness for the 2007 newly revised Home Economics curriculum. This study was carried into by followings steps: 1. Program development: Based on the program design, an in-service program of practical problem focused home economics curriculum and teaching-learning materials were developed. 2. Program implementation: The four days/30 hours in-service program was delivered in January, 2008 with 24 participants. Mentor teachers were arranged playing interface role during the program. 3. Program evaluation: Group interview was held and written evaluation was collected from participants, mentor teachers, and home economics curriculum experts. From the results of this study, it is suggested to promote understanding of theory relatively easier than delivered in the in-service program, to extend to a 60 hours program includes more activity and workshop, and to develop in-service programs for the beginner and the advanced groups separately.
Purpose : This study aims to suggest social support composed of organizational support and managerial support would be systematically managed to enhance Disaster Operations Management at Seoul Emergency Operations Center. Method : Emotional labor was used as an independent variable, and organizational commitment was used as a dependent variable to analyze the mediating effects of social support. Results : First, in the aspect of organizational support, the objective evaluation of disaster situation management, disaster situation management emotional labor reduction education and training program development, monitoring of disaster situation management, quality improvement and work imbalance mitigation of firefighters, and emergency coordination managers are needed for systematic work management for emotional labor settlement. Secondly, it is necessary to select competent firefighters in the level of managerial support, to prepare healing measures for structured phased emotional labor for firefighters, and to have counseling competency for managers for emotional labor firefighting officers. Conclusion : In order to improve disaster management ability, education and training programs should be developed to improve organizational commitment based on social support.
