Continuous Improvement is a central concept in the quality movement. In almost all descriptions of quality initiatives Continuous Improvement is central. Even in ISO 9000:2000 that has been recognised. In this paper we will discuss the role of continuous Improvement within the quality movement, its relation to knowledge management and, especially, its origin in pragmatic philosophy.

In this paper, we introduce the concept of IVF weakly $m^*$-continuous mappings on between IVF minimal spaces and investigate some characterizations for such mappings. Also we study the relationships IVF weakly $m^*$-continuous mappings and IVF M-compactness.

Let K be a nonempty convex subset of an arbitrary Banach space X and $T\;:\;K\;{\rightarrow}\;K$ be a uniformly continuous strictly hemi-contractive operator with bounded range. We prove that certain Ishikawa iteration scheme with errors both converges strongly to a unique fixed point of T and is almost T-stable on K. We also establish similar convergence and almost stability results for strictly hemi-contractive operator $T\;:\;K\;{\rightarrow}\;K$, where K is a nonempty convex subset of arbitrary uniformly smooth Banach space X. The convergence results presented in this paper extend, improve and unify the corresponding results in Chang [1], Chang, Cho, Lee & Kang [2], Chidume [3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8], Chidume & Osilike [9, 10, 11, 12], Liu [19], Schu [25], Tan & Xu [26], Xu [28], Zhou [29], Zhou & Jia [30] and others.

The aim of this paper is to introduce the class of ${\delta}gs$-closed sets and obtain characterizations of almost weakly Hausdorff spaces due to Dontchev and Ganster. We also introduce the notion of ${\delta}gs$-continuity and investigate the relationships between it and other types of continuity.

For continuous maps f of the circle to itself, we show that (1) every $\omega$-limit point is recurrent (or almost periodic) if and only if every $\omega$-limit set is minimal, (2) every $\omega$-limit set is almost periodic, then every $\omega$-limit set contains only one minimal set.
