  • Every non-associative algebra L corresponds to its symmetric semi-Lie algebra $L_{[,]}$ with respect to its commutator. It is an interesting problem whether the equality $Aut{non}(L)=Aut_{semi-Lie}(L)$ holds or not [2], [13]. We find the non-associative algebra automorphism groups $Aut_{non}\; \frac\;{(WN_{0,0,1}_{[0,1,r_1...,r_p])}$ and $Aut_{non-Lie}\; \frac\;{(WN_{0,0,1}_{[0,1,r_1...,r_p])}$ where every automorphism of the automorphism groups is the composition of elementary maps [3], [4], [7], [8], [9], [10], [11]. The results of the paper show that the F-algebra automorphism groups of a polynomial ring and its Laurent extension make easy to find the automorphism groups of the algebras in the paper.

  • We prove the Hyers-Ulam stability of linear d-isometries in linear d-normed Banach modules over a unital $C^*-algebra$ and of linear isometries in Banach modules over a unital $C^*-algebra$. The main purpose of this paper is to investigate d-isometric $C^*-algebra$ isomor-phisms between linear d-normed $C^*-algebras$ and isometric $C^*-algebra$ isomorphisms between $C^*-algebras$, and d-isometric Poisson $C^*-algebra$ isomorphisms between linear d-normed Poisson $C^*-algebras$ and isometric Poisson $C^*-algebra$ isomorphisms between Poisson $C^*-algebras$. We moreover prove the Hyers-Ulam stability of their d-isometric homomorphisms and of their isometric homomorphisms.

  • In this paper, at first we generalize the notion of algebra over a field. A ${\Gamma}$-algebra is an algebraic structure consisting of a vector space V, a groupoid ${\Gamma}$ together with a map from $V{\times}{\Gamma}{\times}V$ to V. Then, on every associative ${\Gamma}$-algebra V and for every ${\alpha}{{\in}}{\Gamma}$ we construct an ${\alpha}$-Lie algebra. Also, we discuss some properties about ${\Gamma}$-Lie algebras when V and ${\Gamma}$ are the sets of $m{\times}n$ and $n{\times}m$ matrices over a field F respectively. Finally, we define the notions of ${\alpha}$-derivation, ${\alpha}$-representation, ${\alpha}$-nilpotency and prove Engel theorem in this case.

  • In 1940 Eidelheit showed that every homomorphism of a Banach algebra onto the Banach algebra B(X) of all bounded linear operators on a Banach space X is continuous. At about the same time, Gelfand proved that every homomorphism of a commutative Banach algebra into a commutative semi-simple Banach algebra is continuous. In [7] Johnson proved that every homomorphism of a Banach algebra onto non-commutative semi-simple Banach algebra is continuous, and this is still the most important result of this type. In this paper we are concerned with continuity of derivations on commutative Banach algebras and of homomorphisms into commutative Banach algebras. Throughout this paper we suppose that A is a commutative Banach algebra. R will denote the redical of A.

  • A projective Schur algebra associated with a partition of finite group G can be constructed explicitly by defining linear transformations of G. We will consider various linear transformations and count the number of equivalent classes in a finite group. Then we construct projective Schur algebra dimension is determined by the number of classes.

  • The notion of simulative and mutant WFI-algebras is introduced, and several properties are investigated. Characterizations of a simulative WFI-algebra are established. A relation between an associative WFI-algebra and a simulative WFI-algebra is given. Some types for a simulative WFI-algebra to be mutant are found.

  • It is known that the class of CI-algebras is a generalization of the class of BE-algebras [5]. Recently, K. H. Kim introduced the notion of a CS-algebra [4]. In this paper we discuss a closed deductive system of a CS-algebra, and we find some fundamental properties. Moreover, we study a CS-algebra homomorphism and a congruence relation.

  • The notion of quasi-lattice implication algebras is a generalization of lattice implication algebras. In this paper, we give an optimized definition of quasi-lattice implication algebra and show that this algebra is a distributive lattice and that this algebra is a lattice implication algebra. Also, we define a congruence relation ΦF induced by a filter F and show that every congruence relation on a quasi-lattice implication algebra is a congruence relation ΦF induced by a filter F.

  • Given vectors x and y in a Hilbert space, an interpolating operator is a bounded operator T such that Tx = y. An interpolating operator for n vectors satisfies the equation $Tx_i=y_i$ , for i, = 1,2,…,n. In this article, we investigate compact interpolation problems in tridiagonal algebra : Given vectors x and y in a Hilbert space, when is there a compact operator A in a tridiagonal algebra such that Ax = y?
