The 4th Industrial Revolution has been rapidly changing the environment of all industries and the new technologies as included in the 4th Industrial Revolution has taken the lead in this change. Domestic SME need to change according to the 4th Industrial Revolution. Specially, it is necessary to introduce smart factories to the SME. Thus, this study suggests strategies for successful introduction of smart factories to SME through SWOT analysis about the situation of the SME. As strategies for utilizing its strengths, first, it is an activation through superior competitiveness. Second, the utilization of excellent technology and information is considered. Third, it is suggested to utilize global network-based environment. The strategies for making up for weakness are provided as follows. First, it is suggested to raise awareness of information security. Second, it is considered to establish technical standardization for the construction of evaluation system. Third, the promotion of manpower to secure professional manpower is suggested. The implication of this study is that it suggests the necessity of smart factory to understand and prepare for effective strategies for SME and various external strategies for the fourth industrial revolution.

Gyeongin Port has low awareness, insufficient hinterland infrastructures, and lower competitiveness. So, in this study, we conducted Fuzzy-IPA analysis reflecting the recognition of the consignor companies that are using Gyeongin port to suggest present practical improvement measures for the activation of the operation of Gyeongin port hereafter. As a result of the analysis, three factors, that is, cargo loading/unloading/storage costs, port facility fees, and incentive and support were derived as priority investment areas. Three factors, that is, cargo safety, infrastructure equipment, and inland transportation costs were derived as the areas for maintenance strengthening and factors related to cargo handling and service factors were derived as areas for maintenance of the status quo and areas for gradual improvement, respectively. This study is significant in that it analyzed the recognition of the consignor companies that are using Gyeongin port using a quantifying method and suggested realizable measures for activation based on the results of the analysis. In future studies, the frequency of ships' calling at the port and measures to diversify the sea routes should be additionally reflected on the analysis.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of hand grip strength on the muscle activation of shoulder joint in breast cancer patients. Design: Cross-sectional study. Methods: Ten breast cancer patients who agreed to active participation were included. These patients were operated with either conservative surgery or segmental mastectomy, and then were treated with radiation therapy and chemotherapy. The activity of the upper trapezius, lower trapezius, supraspinatus and serratus anterior muscle were measured using surface electrodes during 4 hand gripping tasks (lowered their arms in standing position, 0%, 30%, and 50% of maximum voluntary contraction) in the scapular abduction plane. Results: The results were analyzed using a one-way repeated measures ANOVA. There was a significant difference in the lower trapezius and supraspinatus muscles according to grip strength, lower trapezius and supraspinatus muscles showed significantly difference according to grip strength (p<0.05). The result of the muscle activation according to hand strength (0%, 30%, and 50%) it showed a significant difference between the upper trapezius and supraspinatus in 0% grip strength (p<0.05). In addition, it did not show a significant difference between muscles in 30%, 50% hand strength. Conclusions: This study showed an increase in shoulder muscle activation with increasing hand grip strength with the upper trapezius muscle being more activated than other muscles in 0% grip strength. The finding of this study suggests usefulness for development of preventative measures and rehabilitation strategies for increasing shoulder motor function in patients with breast cancer.

The type I interferons (IFNs) play a vital role in activation of innate immunity in response to viral infection. Accordingly, viruses have evolved to employ various survival strategies to evade innate immune responses induced by type I IFNs. For example, hepatitis E virus (HEV) encoded papain-like cysteine protease (PCP) has been shown to inhibit IFN activation signaling by suppressing K63-linked de-ubiquitination of retinoic acid-inducible gene I (RIG-I) and TANK-binding kinase 1 (TBK1), thus effectively inhibiting down-stream activation of IFN signaling. In the present study, we demonstrated that HEV inhibits polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid (poly(I:C))-induced $IFN-{\beta}$ transcriptional induction. Moreover, by using reporter assay with individual HEV-encoded gene, we showed that HEV methyltransferase (MeT), a non-structural protein, significantly decreases RIG-I-induced $IFN-{\beta}$ induction and $NF-{\kappa}B$ signaling activities in a dose-dependent manner. Taken together, we report here that MeT, along with PCP, is responsible for the inhibition of RIG-I-induced activation of type I IFNs, expanding the list of HEV-encoded antagonists of the host innate immunity.

The purpose of this study is to elaborate the factors and strategies to revitalize the policies of elderly-friendly care industry. The analysis was carried out using the method called DEMATEL. The analytical method is based on the DEMATEL technique. The purpose of this study is to clarify the complexity and unclear relationship between activation factors and factors that constitute the elderly friendly-care industry through the prioritization of policy strengthening. As the result of analysis, it was analyzed that the most intensive activation intensity was the highest total strength of meal service(22.095). Followed by health promotion facilities(19.97) and health care(17.726). The lowest factor is sport(15.896). Therefore, in order to improve and promote these factors, continuous policy measures should be sought that are closely related to facility care services, home care services, and preventive support services.

Many researchers have discussed on a policy establishment to revitalize a regional industry of a domestic ecosystem. However, it is rare to consider activation measures and priorities that are appropriate for local characteristics. Therefore, this study conducted a qualitative study to gather and analyze the views of expert groups in order to derive measures to revitalize the automobile industry in Gwangju. We examined the current status of the automobile industry in Gwangju based on a literature survey and in-depth interviews and what kind of crisis there is. We then derive strategic candidates for activation measures to address this. In addition, the relative importance and priorities of the methods derived using AHP techniques were identified. This leads to five strategies on which methods should be applied first. This will be used as the basis for future strategy development.

Changwon City is one of the major industrial cities in Korea. In the past, it grew rapidly with an economic structure centered on manufacturing, but due to changes in the global economic environment and domestic industrial structure, Changwon City's economic growth engine has weakened and a new growth engine must be sought. are facing Accordingly, this study analyzed the goals and strategies of the urban development base project for activation of Local Cities, focusing on the case of Changwon Digital Innovation Town. Specifically, we sought ways to overcome the spatial limitations and saturation of the Masan Free Trade Zone and to activation the local economy by attracting and fostering new, cutting-edge industries. To this end, strategic approaches such as building digital infrastructure, fostering future new technologies, social integration and community formation, and eco-friendly development were proposed, and a plan was presented for Changwon City to leap forward as a new 21st century free trade zone.

Recently, to satisfy the customer's requirements for glasses such as rating of glasses or choosing, glasses industry is supporting various types and tools for making one's appearance good. Among various forms of online shopping with the development of online shopping and the rapid growth of IT technology, the intense competition also more deepen. The strategies for differentiated marketing and features for competitiveness of businesses in the online and offline shopping areas are required that our marketing target be settled the glasses marketing by analyzing. In this research, we study the strategy for implementing a site for glasses to customizing a person not to distinguish whether the customer is older or younger etc. For the purpose of implementing a site for glasses, first, we suggest a differentiated methodology through analysis of glasses industry service and features of existential representative glasses sites. Through the activation of the marketing strategies, marketing in a glasses market is expected to be competitive.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the strategies of building disaster resistant communities to overcome communities destruction and vulnerability caused by the Hebei Spirit oil spill accident in Taean on December 7th, 2007. For accomplishing the purpose, we drew problems of approach based on context of community, governance strategy, and community-based approach. And based on the results of this analysis, suggestions were made as follows for building disaster resistant communities. First, when Hebei Spirit oil spill accident occurred we have been short of regional study and unreality of regional safety plan. For overcoming this points, we have need of activation of regional study and establishment of regional safety plan based on the bottom-up approach. Second, while the spill has brought a milestone activation of volunteer, we have not still efficient disaster management based on governance. So we have to establish network-governance to cooperate with government-business-private sector for efficient disaster management. Third, we argue that it is important to build social capital such as social networks, social contacts for community-based disaster resistant communities.

This study was conducted to develop expanding strategies of nutrition counseling in school foodservices. The study participants were 102 school dietitians in Gyeonggi province, and information on the current status, dietitians' necessity awareness, and practical activation needs for nutrition counseling were investigated. While 78.8% of dietitians were aware that nutrition counseling was in need, it was only 31.3% who understood the necessity of nutrition counseling. The implementation rate of students' nutrition counseling was 26.2%, and 74.0% of counseling dietitians reported that they conducted nutrition counseling because it was on the inspection list by the Office of Education. Overall, dietitians did not have high consciousness of the need for nutrition counseling. The implementation rate of students' nutrition counseling was remarkably low due to the reason of excessive work and insufficient participants, and it was interpreted that dietitians had a low intrinsic motivation for nutrition counseling. So, we suggested several strategies to activate school nutrition counseling as follows. First of all, dietitians needed to increase the students' participation rate by promoting the importance of nutrition counseling to students and by assigning their available work hours for nutrition counseling. Second, in academic communities, standardized counseling manuals and media covering the important nutrition and health issues should be developed and disseminated, and education programs needed to build up dietitians' self-esteem and knowledge on nutrition counseling. Lastly, the Office of Education should have the initiative in activating nutrition counseling in school foodservices by supporting a budget and counseling dietitians who exclusively responsible part-time counseling at schools.
