Many organizations have had deep interests in studies concerning leadership and also in academic area, not only management but also psychology. Until now, the leadership has been accentuated to managers or team leaders especially. Recently, however, the concept of self-leadership that lead one's own activities toward right direction through self-control or self-management is being focused on practices and academia. This study is to investigate the influence between self-leadership strategies and learning performance at IT classes mediated by attitude of attendance focused on the social science students in an university. Research results can give us right direction of task-taking attitudes in firms or learning attitudes in teaching organization and implications to human resource manager who are in charge of improving learning performance or productivity.

With advances in technology, many researchers have made an effort to find out educational methods with customized instruction. The purpose of the research is to investigate i) if flipped learning is beneficial for the students taking intermediate-level English grammar and writing class compared with the traditional class, ii) if the flipped learning class is advantageous for all the score level students in terms of student achievement and iii) if the students feel motivated with the flipped learning class. T-test was utilized to determine any differences between pretest and posttest in student achievement. The result in terms of the academic achievement revealed that the flipped classroom approach for the low score group was found to be the least effective among others. In the case of flipped learning teaching method, the instructor should develop contents according to the level of learners. The development of customized contents tailored to the level of learners will enhance learners' learning achievement.

Music Braille is essential and academic materials for the blind to learn and enjoy music. In Korea, National Library for the Disabled is the public institution for the manufacture digital music braille by the request and the center of music rehabilitation the disabled also make the digital music braille on a welfare level. However, most of braille libraries in Korea do have little music braille compared to other braille books. This paper reports the current situations how braille libraries including National library for the Disabled contain braille books, music brailles and digital music brailles to find out that the blinds can be provided exact informations about music brailles and digital music brailles so they can learn music with the right materials such as music brailles. In conclusion, the construction of Database for the digital music brailles is required and necessary for the blind to have better activities of music from the welfare and artistic point of view.

The purpose of this study was to verify the moderating effect of teacher relationship adaptation between adolescents' domestic abuse experience and depression. For this purpose, a survey was conducted on 495 adolescents in high school in S city, Chungcheongnam-do, and the data collected were analyzed by using mean comparison analysis, correlation analysis, and moderating effect analysis. The major findings are as follows. First, depression of adolescents differed according to gender and academic achievement. Second, domestic abuse experience and depression showed significant positive correlation, but teacher relationship adaptation had a negative correlation with domestic abuse experience and depression. Third, the result of moderating effect analysis showed that the teacher relationship adaptation had a moderating effect on the relationship between domestic abuse experience and depression. Finally, based on this study, we discussed ways to reduce the depression of adolescents.

The study was conducted to investigate factors influencing satisfaction in major on nursing students. A convenience sample 159 nursing student was selected from G do and C do, between 17 June and 24 June 2019. Data were analyzed t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression analysis. Factors that influenced satisfaction in major included gender, age, religion, perceived academic achievement, acquisition of fundamental nursing skills(FNS), perceived health state. Satisfaction in major showed a positive correlation with learning self-efficacy(LSE), confidence in performance of FNS and satisfaction with practicum. These variables revealed regression analysis that significant factor and explained 63.0% of the variance. It is necessary to develop and test programs to ensure an improvement in LSE, confidence in performance of FNS and satisfaction with practicum among nursing students to increase their satisfaction in major.

This study was conducted to identify factors affecting depression in junior nursing students(JNS). The number of the participants was 144 at a college in S and G city. The data were collected using questionnaires about somatic symptoms(SS), sleep quality, stress, adaptation to college life(AC), depression. Mean score of depression was 18.89, 58.3% are experiencing depression that requires clinical treatment. The significant predictors of JNS were levels of depression AC(β=-.503, p=.000) and SS(β=.263, p=.000) respectively, explaining 58.9% of variance. In order to control the depressive symptoms of JNS, it is necessary to diagnose basic learning ability from the beginning of admission and provide guidance management plans to help students adapt to academic activities by providing customized programs for each level to improve learning ability. It is necessary to develop and apply various intervention programs to alleviate physical symptoms such as fatigue/low energy experienced by JNS.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of the learning environment on the learning achievement of the learners and to improve the learning achievement of the learners while accepting the fact that it is difficult to change the class environment in which the middle and large group. Among the learner's positive and cognitive factors, we examined the factors that can classify learners into homogeneous groups in programming learning. The difficulty level of the learning contents influenced factors that classify the homogeneous group, and the factors were analyzed by dividing the intermediate difficulty and the final achievement. In addition, we examined the factors that affect the difference between two grades in order to analyze factors affecting steady learning regardless of difficulty level. It was found that the learners' personal motivation influenced the learning achievement of easy learning contents, and the performance self - efficacy had influence on the learning achievement and achievement of difficult learning contents.

With the recent revitalization of the shared economy, bike-sharing services are gaining huge popularity in the bicycle sector. Bike-sharing services are characterized by reducing environmental pollution and borrowing bicycles at low prices. This study investigated the mechanisms for the formation of customer's continuance intention toward bike-sharing services. The theoretical framework clarified the role of perceived value and trust in enhancing customer's continuance intention. Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived enjoyment are considered as the vital factors of enhancing perceived value and trust in a service provider. The research model was validated by data from 217 bike-sharing users in China. Both perceived value and trust in a service provider had a significant impact on user's continuance intention. However, the analysis results showed that perceived usefulness does not have a significant impact on both perceived value and trust in a service provider. Perceived ease of use and perceived enjoyment played a significant role in enhancing both perceived value and trust in a service provider. Our results are expected to provide academic and practical implications for bike-sharing services.

The current study aimed to examine university students' perceptions of the positive effects of L2 oral presentations in terms of communication skills and future employment. The participants were 13 undergraduate students enrolled in L2 oral presentation classes at the beginner or intermediate level. This study followed a qualitative research approach using in-depth and semi-structured interviews as the primary method. The findings revealed that students largely exhibited the benefits of oral presentations in three ways: by enhancing L2 proficiency, building confidence in public speaking, and gaining competitive advantages in their future careers. As a challenge for L2 learners, oral presentations were considered fundamental to develop effective communication skills in academic and professional contexts.

This study investigated the key factors affecting online relational intimacy in the context of SNS. Based on the use and gratification theory, self-presentation, relationship formation and information searching were identified as the main needs of SNS usage. These needs were expected to influence online relational intimacy through user satisfaction, subjective well-being, and disclosing information behaviors. The theoretical framework was validated by a longitudinal method. Hypotheses were tested by using the partial least squares to data from 199 Facebook users. Self-presentation and information searching had a significant impact on both user satisfaction and subjective well-being. However, relationship formation did not significantly affect both user satisfaction and subjective well-being. User satisfaction had a significant direct effect only on online relational intimacy. Subjective well-beings played a significant role in enhancing both disclosing information behaviors and online relational intimacy. Finally, it has been found that disclosing information behaviors are a key factor in enhancing online relational intimacy. The results of this study are expected to provide academic and practical implications for the key antecedents of online relational intimacy.
