본 연구는 다운중후군 가족의 가족응집성이 다운증후군 자녀들의 자립생활에 미치는 영향에 가족역량강화가 매개역할이 있는지 검증하고자 하는 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 다운증후군 부모회 가족 146명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 자료분석은 통계프로그램 SPSS WIN 25.0을 활용하였다. 매개효과를 검증하기 위해, 바론과 케니가 제안한 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 다운증후군 가족의 가족응집성이 높을수록 자녀의 자립생활수준이 높게 나타나 가족응집성은 자립생활에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 가족응집성과 자녀의 자립생활 사이에서 가족역량강화가 매개 역할을 하고 있음이 도출되었다. 따라서 본 연구결과는 다운증후군 자녀의 자립지원 실현에 대한 정책적 접근 및 지원방안에 활용될 수 있음을 시사한다.

본 연구의 목적은 불안정 성인애착과 정서조절곤란과의 관계에서 정신화의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 온라인 리서치 회사에 설문을 의뢰하여 총 468명의 데이터를 수집하였다. 수집된 데이터는 SPSS 25.0을 활용하여 기술통계와 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였고, 정신화의 매개효과 검증을 위해 Sobel test를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 애착불안, 애착회피, 정신화, 정서조절곤란 간에 모두 유의미한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 애착불안과 정서조절곤란 간의 관계에서 정신화의 매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났으며, 부분매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 애착회피와 정서조절곤란 간의 관계에서도 정신화의 유의미한 부분매개 효과가 확인되었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 불안정 성인애착과 정서조절곤란 간의 관계를 확인하였으며, 이들 간의 관계에서 나타나는 정신화의 역할 또한 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study was to look at the mediating effect of social support and interests on the relationship between characteristics of agricultural education program and word of mouth intentions. As a results of analysis of structural model, first, social support had a mediating effect on the relationship between characteristics of agricultural education program and word of mouth intentions. Second, interests had a mediating effect on the relationship between characteristics of agricultural education program and word of mouth intentions. The results highlight the importance of promoting social support and individuals' interests on the agricultural education program to increase the word of intention for agricultural education program. This eventually leads the revitalization and development of agricultural education.

이직은 노동시장에서 중요한 화두이며, 최근에는 다양한 세대들이 함께 일을 하면서 세대간의 마찰 등으로 인하여 조직 관리에 어려움을 느끼고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 세대별로 개인차원의 변수(미래전망, 생활만족)와 직무차원의 변수(전공-일 수준, 직무만족)가 이직의사에 미치는 관계에서 직장만족의 매개 역할을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 한국노동패널 제22차 자료를 활용하여 관련 변수를 선정하고, SPSS를 활용하여 매개효과를 분석하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개인차원의 변수가 이직의사에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 직장만족은 완전매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무차원의 변수가 이직의사에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 직장만족은 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, Z세대는 다른 세대와 다르게 직무차원의 직무만족의 변수만 이직의사에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 직장만족은 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

Purpose: This study examined the mediating and moderating effects of multicultural efficacy in the relationship between cultural empathy and cultural competence in child care teachers. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive survey design was used. The participants were 277 child care teachers at private and public daycare centers in G and S districts of Seoul. The survey instruments included a cultural empathy questionnaire, a multicultural efficacy scale, and a cultural competence scale. Data were analyzed using the SPSS and AMOS programs. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation, and mediating and moderating effect analyses were performed. Bootstrapping was implemented to verify the mediating effect of the model developed herein. Results: Positive correlations among cultural empathy, multicultural efficacy, and cultural competence were noted. Multicultural efficacy showed a significant mediating effect on the relationships between cultural empathy and cultural competence. However, there was no moderating effect. Conclusion: In order to enhance the cultural competence of child care teachers, it is necessary to develop a strategy that can promote their cultural empathy and multicultural efficacy. Furthermore, these results will ultimately enhance the role of child care teachers, thus contributing to the normal growth and development of multicultural children.

This study investigated the effect of non-verbal communication of beauty service employees on customer trust and revisit intention, and verified the mediating effect of trust in the relationship between non-verbal communication and revisit intention. The results of this study are as follows: First, the relationship between non-verbal communication and customer trust of beauty service employees found that non-verbal communication had a significant effect on trust. Second, the relationship between the non-verbal communication of beauty service employees and customer revisit intention found that all non-verbal methods of communication, except body language, had a significant effect on revisit intention. Third, it was found that trust had a significant effect on revisit intention. Fourth, as a result of analyzing the mediating effect of customer trust on the relationship between non-verbal communication of beauty service employees and customer's revisit intention, spatial language, and appearance language showed that customer trust had a full mediating effect on the relationship between revisit intention.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of marital conflicts perceived by fathers on preschoolers' behavior problems, and to investigate the mediating effect of paternal child rearing behavior. This study used survey data on 4 year-old infants which was conducted in 2012(5th year) by KICCE. Correlation analysis and structural equation were conducted using SPSS 23 and AMOS 23 for the data analysis, and the results of this study are as follows. First, marital conflicts perceived by fathers and preschoolers behavior problems showed a positive correlation, and they especially showed a greater positive correlation with offensive behavior, anxiety/depression, and other problems. On the other hand, it was identified that paternal child rearing behavior has a negative correlation with marital conflict and preschoolers' behavior problems when paternal child rearing behavior is compassionate and dominant. Secondly, it was identified that warm parenting behavior of fathers mediates the effect of marital conflicts on preschoolers' behavior problems. However, it was verified that the mediating effect of controlling parenting behavior is not significant. On the other hand, it was identified that the mediating effect of warm parenting behavior of fathers has a greater effect on internalized problems than external problems.

매개효과 검정기법으로 널리 사용하고 있는 Baron and Kenny 접근법, Sobel, Aroian, Goodman 검정법들의 통계적 검정력이 약할 뿐만 아니라, 정확하지 않다는 비판이 대두되면서, bootstrapping 기법이 대안으로 제시되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 bootstrapping 기법을 토대로 세 개 이상의 변수로 구성된 다중매개모델에서의 매개효과 검정을 위해 가상의 phantom 변수를 도입하여 검정하였다. 특히, 경영전략분야의 자원기준관점 연구에서 진행되고 있는 조직자원과 매개변수 흡수능력, 그리고 기술사업화역량 관계 모델을 다중매개모델로 설정하여, bootstrapping 접근방법과 phantom 변수 설정을 통해 총간접효과 크기와 유의확률을 계산하고, 흡수능력의 매개효과를 검정하였다. 검정결과 매우 효율적이고, 체계적인 매개효과 검정이 가능하였음을 확인할 수 있었으며, 인적자원과 물적자원의 자원 특성에 따라 흡수능력의 매개 특성도 차이가 있음을 확인하였다.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to determine the mediating effect of life attitude on the relationship between appearance satisfaction and self-efficacy of college students. Methods: The data from 223 college students (K-do and -city) highly interested in body and appearance, and were analyzed by three-step mediation analysis and Sobel test. Results: The mediating effect of life attitude was significant on the relationship between appearance satisfaction and self-efficacy. Namely, there was a mediating effect meaning the higher the appearance satisfaction, the more positive the attitude of life and the more self-efficacy. It was simultaneously found that the appearance satisfaction had a direct influence on self-efficacy. Conclusions: In summary, appearance satisfaction and self-efficacy act as internal factors that motivate individual self-development and the smooth adaptation of university life by changing own behavior. Accordingly, an education program should be devised to help college students form their own regular and correct lifestyles, which will also contribute to the improvement of self-efficacy of college student.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to confirm if there are gender differences in influences of parental support, control, and school life adjustment on suicidal ideation of adolescents and to examine the mediating effect of depression on the influences of independent variables on their suicidal ideation. Methods: This study comprised a total of 671 students in seventh and eighth grades in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The data were analyzed for frequency, average, and standard deviation, using the t-test, Pearson's correlation analysis, stepwise regression analysis, hierarchical multiple regression analysis, and the Sobel test. Results and Conclusion: First, significant differences among adolescents' gender were shown in fathers' psychological control, mothers' behavior control, and suicidal ideation. Second, in the case of male adolescents, all independent variables were found to have a full mediating effect on their suicidal ideation. Meanwhile, in the case of female adolescents, independent variables except for mothers' psychological control were found to have a full mediating effect on their suicidal ideation. Mothers' psychological control was found to have a partial mediating effect on suicidal ideation of adolescents for both genders.
