The distributed Information Retrieval System centrally controlled by mediator or meta search engine result in congestion of heavy traffic and int he problem of increment of cost for the reason of the design of complicated algorithm for central control and installation of hardware. So to figure out this problem, the way is needed that has independent retrieval functionality and can cooperate each other without dependency. In this paper, we overview a few works involved in distributed information retrieval system, then, implement algorithm and design the frame-work of distributed information retrieval system using sequential transferring method(STM) including multiple information retrieval system separated from central control. For this first of all, we present a web partition policy which devide and manage web logically and we present the sequential query processing way by means of illustration through changing numbered information retrieval system. Then, we also present 3-layered structure of framework and function and module of each layer suitable for information retrieval system. Last of ail, for effective implementation of STM algorithm we analysis module structure and present description of pseudocode of this, and show that the proposed STM algorithm works smoothly by demonstration of sequential query transfer process between servers.

There is a new evolution in technological advancement taking place called the Internet of Things (IoT). The IoT enables physical world objects in our surroundings to be connected to the Internet. For this idea to come to life, two architectures are required: the Sensing Entity in the environment which collects data and connects to the cloud and the Cloud Service that hosts the data. In particular, the combination of wireless sensor network for sensing and cloud computing for managing sensor data is becoming a popular intervention for the IoT era. The pharmaceutical cold chain requires controlled environmental conditions for the sensitive products in order for them to maintain their potency and fit for consumption. The monitoring of distribution process is the only assurance that a process has been successfully validated. The distribution process is so critical that anomaly at any point will result in the process being no longer valid. Taking the cold chain monitoring to IoT and using its benefits and power will result in better management and product handling in the cold chain. In this paper, Arduino based wireless sensor network for storage and logistics (land and sea) is presented and integrated with Xively cloud service to offer a real-time and innovative solution for pharmaceutical cold chain monitoring.
This study suggests the estimation of the demand for the exhibition center in Busan and to valid reasons for the establishment of the 2nd Convention Center in Busan. The validity for the estimated demand is acquired by examining the studies conducted by the Ministry of Commerce Industry and Energy. The qualitative data for the phased establishment of the area is suggested in accordance to the results of the demand estimation. From previous study(Oh, 2017), Kangseo-gu, Busan has been evaluated to be the final candidate for building a new convention center in the city of Busan. The potential synergy effects of on-going developmental projects in Kangseo region is one of the influential factors for the MICE professionals' opinion in the qualitative analysis. Moreover, the region has available land to hold the facility of more than 100,000 square meter to overcome the current drawback of BEXCO, insufficient space to hold large events. Lastly, the expansion of Gimhae International Airport would bring an increased international flights that would also lead to an increase in MICE industry for the region. The virtual effect of the more than one million $m^2$-sized oconvention center is examined via Huff Model and the results suggests a logical estimated data for further demand needed for the south east regions, not just within the city of Busan.
Due to have been more keen in East-North Asia Hub Port competition, to be accelerated Busan New Port development, and to result to supply excess position, Busan port has been confronted by many problems. Also, as facilities of North Port is old, it is impossible to secure 16m depth of water at North Port, and North Port redevelopment is being, container traffic of North Port is accelerated to shift at New Port. Therefore, it. is time to seek for connection growth plan of succeeding together-Busan North & New Port as soon as possible. Connection growth plan of succeeding together-Busan North & New Port is focused, as follows. First, it is required to set up model for connection growth plan of succeeding together-Busan North & New Port. It is valid to specialize for ULCC, to promote to global port at New Port, and it is effective to focus on feeder service and general cargo handling, and to include most space to North Port redevelopment. Second, through port function reorganization, it is required to create a synergy by port function clustering. Third, through effective connection traffic network expansion for moving T/S cargo effectively, it is required to develop Busan Port for T/S cargo-focused port. Fourth, it is required to develop port hinterland logistics zone for creating container traffic through connection development of New Port-BJFEZ. Finally, it is required to build SCM system for creating container traffic among shipper, carrier, freight forwarder and related institution.
This study attempted to determine differences between the perceived empowerment level and job satisfaction depending on hairdressers' demographic characteristics and analyze the effects of their empowerment on job satisfaction. For this, a total of 310 hairdressers in Gwangju-Jeonnam and Seoul-Gyeonggi-do were chosen through convenience sampling, and then a questionnaire survey was conducted. The valid 277 copies were used for final analysis. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan's test, and multiple regression analysis were conducted using SPSS 15.0. The study results found the following: First, in terms of the subordinate factors of empowerment, the following four factors were found: meaningfulness, self-determination, competence, and impact. Second, depending on demographic characteristics (e.g., age, career, type of beauty salon, job title, punch-in time, monthly pay), a statistically significant difference was found between empowerment and job satisfaction (p<.01). Third, hairdressers' perceived empowerment level had a positive impact on job satisfaction (p<.01). In terms of the empowerment on job satisfaction by sub-factor, 'self-determination' was largest, followed by 'meaningfulness' and 'competence.' Therefore, beauty salon owners need to manage their business more efficiently by converging cosmetology and business management by expanding empowerment among hairdressers properly after recognizing the importance of hairdresser empowerment.
Let us critique the common notion that ethical examination retards the development of science and technology. First, I shall reformulate such a notion in the following statements: 'To survive the competitive society, we must develop science and technology before others do. It will cost too much time to examine ethically the influence of developing science and technology. Therefore, we cannot but suspend the ethical matters until we have developed science and technology.' I will then show that even if we reconstruct the above argument in a deductively valid form, the second premise is not necessarily true and that we cannot accept the conclusion because the meaning of 'competing for better lives', in the first premise, is diverse. Especially if we are to take into account all the areas of ethics and base them upon the autonomous ethics of democratic societies, it cannot be concluded that ethics is an enemy of developing science and technology. In addition, I will argue that our moral considerations must be based upon autonomous ethics in order to make the development of science and technology contribute to enhancing the desirable science culture. In the midst of making the above argument, it is proposed that the title of the 1aw of bio-ethics be changed, for it has a mistaken implication that acting against ethics results in legal punishments.

Detecting misbehavior in vehicular ad-hoc networks is very important problem with wide range of implications including safety related and congestion avoidance applications. Most misbehavior detection schemes are concerned with detection of malicious nodes. In most situations, vehicles would send wrong information because of selfish reasons of their owners. Because of rational behavior, it is more important to detect false information than to identify misbehaving nodes. In this paper, we propose the variable precision rough sets based misbehavior detection scheme which detects false alert message and misbehaving nodes by observing their action after sending out the alert messages. In the proposed scheme, the alert information system, alert profile is constructed from valid actions of moving nodes in vehicular ad-hoc networks. Once a moving vehicle receives an alert message from another vehicle, it finds out the alert type from the alert message. When the vehicle later receives a beacon from alert raised vehicle after an elapse of time, then it computes the relative classification error by using variable precision rough sets from the alert information system. If the relative classification error is lager than the maximum allowable relative classification error of the alert type, the vehicle decides the message as false alert message. Th performance of the proposed scheme is evaluated as two metrics: correct ratio and incorrect ratio through a simulation.
The Russo-Japanese War(1904-1905) in the early 20th century greatly influenced the international politics in Northeast Asia and the destiny of both countries. There are many studies on the cause of the outbreak and its effect on the Korean peninsula. The victory and defeat of the battle of Tsushima also the subject of research by renowned scholars and navy officers. Many previous studies have analyzed the process of engagement. However, There was a lack of research that analyzed at the tactical level of naval commanders. Therefore, this study tries to review the battle of Tsushima in terms of tactical level, that is formation, maneuvering, damage control. Naval operations at sea with many variables are not always done as planned. The intuitive judgement and readiness have had a decisive impact on victory and defeat. The analysis of the naval warfare on the basis of formation, maneuvering, and damage control makes the cause of the win more clearly. The conclusion of the this study can be summarized in five ways. First, victory would be achieved through the suppression of the beginning. The destiny of the Tsushima battle was determined by an 1 hour after first firing. The Japanese fleet caught fire by paralyzing the command and control capabilities of the Russian fleet. Second, the Japanese fleet's power was superior to the Russian fleet. In general, Japan and Russia had similar powers, and Admiral Togo's "T crossing tactics" decisively contributed the victory. However, when compared to the weapon system level, formation and maneuvering, Japan was much more dominant. Third, people realized that one side to be annihilated in the battle between similar powers after the Tsushima battle. The common perception before the Battle of Tsushima was that the battle ship would not sunken, and that the result of wiping out was difficult. However, there is s time for one sided victory and defeat depending on the early suppression nad the destruction of the command and control ability. Fourth, it is the importance of damage control ability. The main cause of the Russian fleet's loss of command and control ability was thick smoke from fire, and maneuverability was greatly deteriorated due to coal overload. In this way, importance is still valid after more than 100 tears. Fifth, the area of uncertainty. In the navy battles, one or two shots of clear firing in the beginning and small misconception and minor mistakes decide win or loss. Ultimately, this area of fortune can be linked to mindset of the commander. I hope this research will be help to naval researchers and naval commanders at the sea.

This study examines whether the variables used in the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology(performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions) is applicable to continuous usage of uTradeHub at a time of expansion in the use of uTradeHub. In addition, the role of user satisfaction(mediating effect) and CEO support(interaction effect) in the relationship is identified attempting to provide basic data to help uTradeHub management strategy establishment. A total of 101 valid responses collected through questionnaires were used for empirical analysis(using SPSS 24.0), and the results are as follows. First, for the effect of the integration technology acceptance factor on user satisfaction(H1), only performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence were significant, but facilitating conditions was not significant. Second, for the effect of user satisfaction on the continued use of uTradeHub(H2), there was a significant result. Third, the mediation effect on verification of user satisfaction(H3) was full where performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence prompted continuous usage through user satisfaction. Fourth, for interactive effect verification of CEO support(H4), an interaction effect was shown only in the influence relationship of performance expectancy and social influence on user satisfaction.

Purpose: This study conducted an Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) of selective attributes of Home Meal Replacement (HMR) as well as it examined the consumers' needs and willingness to buy HMR products to explore the need for developing more HMR products. Methods: This study was conducted among domestic consumers living in Seoul and its metropolitan areas, in the age range from the 20s to the 50s, and who had experience in purchasing HMR products. From the 490 surveys retrieved, 472 (96.3%) valid surveys were analyzed. Results: The analysis of the frequency of consuming HMR products showed the following results: 247 respondents answered '1-3 times a month' (52.3%); 167 respondents stated '1-2 times a week' (35.3%). With respect to the reason of purchase, 'simplicity of the recipe' was the most common, accounting for 188 respondents (39.8%), followed by 'time efficiency' accounting for 172 respondents (36.4%). Analysis of the demand for bibimbap (mixed rice) HMR products showed that 'chicken bibimbap' had the highest preference with 5.32 points, followed by 'bulgogi bibimbap' (5.08 points), and 'kimchi bibimbap' (4.96 points). In the case of HMR products that need to undergo further development, 'low-sodium products' received the highest points of 5.41 points, followed by 'small packaged products' (5.05 points), and 'functional products' (4.98 points). The factor analysis of the 13 selective attributes showed that they can be divided into 3 factors. The IPA analysis of the selective attributes of HMRs showed 'hygiene', 'taste', 'easy to go packaging', 'convenience in intake', and 'accessibility' in the 1st quadrant. In the 2nd quadrant, 'price' and 'freshness' were shown as the factors. In the 3rd quadrant, 'easy to serve', 'familiar food menu', and 'consistent menu' were shown as the leading factors, and in the 4th quadrant, 'saving labor' was the only factor. Conclusion: Based on these results, the research concludes that with respect to developing HMR products, there is a high demand for low sodium, low calorie, small packaged products; thus, showing the need to develop various HMR products for customer satisfaction. Furthermore, it shows that there is a need to consider developing HMR products that can maintain freshness at an affordable price.
