Objective: This study investigated the perception, utilization, and satisfaction (in the general population), of the common cold treatment at the Korean Medical Clinic, to provide basic information for the development of Korean medicine clinical practice guidelines for the common cold. Method: A questionnaire was developed that consisted of questions about the general perception, utilization status, degree of satisfaction, willingness to use, and the improvement of the common cold treatment at the Korean Medical Clinic. An online survey was conducted using this questionnaire. Results: Three-hundred subjects responded to the survey. The results of the analysis were as follows. 1. 73.7% of the subjects recognized the common cold treatment at the Korean Medical Clinic. 2. 72% of the subjects had a positive perception of Korean medicine for common cold treatment. The major reason for the positive perception was the expectation about improving immunity and preventing recurrence. 3. Only 20% of the subjects had visited the Korean Medical Clinic for common cold treatment. The expensive cost was the major reason for not visiting the Korean Medical Clinic for common cold treatment. 4. The ratio of subjects who were willing to visit the Korean Medical Clinic for common cold treatment was 70%. 5. The expansion of health insurance coverage (67.7%), the activation of public relations (54.7%), and the development of a new herb medicine preparation that was easy to take (43.3%) were found to be necessary for improving the Korean medical service for common cold treatment. Conclusion: In spite of high recognition and positive perception, actual utilization of common cold treatment at the Korean Medical Clinic was relatively low. Multifaceted efforts are necessary to enhance the competitiveness of Korean medical service for treatment of the common cold.

Trade portal site is one of the tools which makes it possible for small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) to manage international trade activities more efficiently by using the newest information and telecommunication technology. So Korean SMEs should utilize trade portal sites more actively to promote global competitive power. Based on the theory of service quality and an existing research related to using information technology. this research analyzed the primary factors which affect user's utilization satisfaction in using trade portal sites. According to the results of the empirical study on actual users of the representative trade portal sites by using multiple regression analysis, The primary factors, such as service quality, government policy and cost have affected user's utilization satisfaction in using trade portal site. and user's utilization satisfaction have positive effect on continuous using intention. These research results will provide many useful insights to the managers of trade portal sites, e-trade system developers and government policy makers.

Objective:: This study aimed to examine the customers' utilization of and satisfaction with oriental medical clinics in South Korea. Method: The data for this study were collected from 1,208 patients of 391 oriental medical clinics through a mail questionnaire survey from September to December 2008. The collected data were analyzed by the frequency analysis and $X^2$-test. Results: The results of the study were as follows. First, the most important reason that patients used oriental medical services was to get both oriental and western medical services simultaneously, because they thought such approach would be more effective for treating their diseases. Second, two important reasons that patients visited oriental medical clinics were "the reputation of and trust in the oriental medical clinics" and "the recommendation of their family and friends". Third, many patients of the oriental medical clinics have concerns about the "high prices and the outcome of oriental medical services". Fourth, the most preferred oriental medical service was "acupuncture". Fifth, it was found that 75% of the respondents were satisfied with the services they had received. They told that the outcome of the care and the kindness of the clinics' staff were very important factors that have an impact on their satisfaction. Conclusion: The study results imply that oriental medical clinics have to make an effort to strengthen their reputation and trust in the community through the scientific validation of oriental medicine, differentiated services mixed with traditional value, customer relationship management, reasonable and acceptable price of the services, staff education, and continuous quality improvement.
The purpose of this study are ( i ) to examine operating situation of physical therapy department and job satisfaction of physical therapists in health centers, (ii) to analyze utilization patterns and patient satisfaction of physical therapy services among health center visitors, and finally, (iii) to suggest policy implications in facilitating improvement on physical therapy services of health centers. The materials are collected from 105 physical therapists among nationwide health centers and 203 patients of 5 health centers in Pusan, Korea. The survey is conducted from February 13 to March 30, 1996 with a structured self - administered questionnaire. Major results of the study are as follows. First, the result of regression analysis between job satisfaction and affecting factors identify following variables as the significant determinants; self-development(+), job itself(+), and co-worker support (+). Second, the current operating situation of physical therapy department shows such problem as; i )shortage and unstable job security of physical therapists, ii )absence of rehabilitation specialist, iii )lack of understanding on physical therapy of co-workers, iv)shortage of physical therapy equipment and facility, v)burdensome task of physical therapists, and vi) inappropriate purchase process of equipment. Third, patient satisfaction for physical therapy services are revealed relatively high. And the result of regression analysis between patient satisfaction and affecting factors identify following variables as the significant determinants; credibility of physical therapist(+), satisfaction for waiting time(+), cleanliness(+). Fourth, the patients appeal about physical therapy services such problem as; i) shortage of physical therapists, physical therapy equipment, and facility, ii) inconvenient administrative procedure for utilization physical therapy services. Fifth and last, recommendations for the improvement of physical therapy services of health centers are as follows; i )recruiting more physical therapists, ii )regular employment of physical therapists instead of daily use employment, iii )re-arrangement of facility for patient's convenience, iv )establishing reasonable purchasing system of equipment for physical therapy, v) reforming administrative procedure for patient focused care.
Health promotion program utilizing traditional korean medicine(TKM) is very unique modality uncommonly conducted throughout the world. Korea's TKM public health services went through initial stage from 2001 and spread throughout the country by 2003. 35 public health centers in the nation is appointed as 'TKM health promotion HUB' and in operation from 2007. But the program is still in the early state and evaluation of usage, satisfaction, and community service is still in demand. This study aims to verify current situations of TKM public health service by examining public awareness, usage, and satisfaction and suggest improvements based on findings. 2.5% of local residents were sampled and 1739 were chosen as subjects. Knowledge, attitude, satisfaction and others for TKM public health service were examined. TKM treatment service was most widely utilized(13.2%), followed by CVA prevention program(5.2%). For satisfaction level, CVA prevention program showed highest satisfaction(73.3%), closely followed by (Qi-gong program 63%). In general, awareness and utilization of TKM public health service were low but compensated by high satisfaction level. More active promotion and development of community specific programs should become available in the future.

While a number of studies have been conducted on the multimedia rooms in academic libraries, they have limitations both in the research scope and in the data analysis methods. The principal limitations are: (1) Lack of investigation on the variation in user satisfaction by users' major areas and utilization behaviors; (2) Insufficiency of examining the variation in user satisfaction with diverse library areas; (3) Lack of consideration of service providers' opinions. Accordingly, this study aimed to examine the follows: (1) investigating how users' major fields and utilization behaviors affect user satisfaction; (2) determining the relationships between the area satisfaction factors and satisfaction in general; and (3) discovering what to improve, as indicated by users and service providers. On the basis of the results, the suggestions relate to the improvements of the followings: (1) the existing system; (2) equipments and facilities; (3) resources; (4) user education; and (5) administrative and legal support.

In this study, explored how university entrepreneurial education service quality affects Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention. Real-Time Entrepreneurship Education is being Promoted through Professional Entrepreneur in the field of Entrepreneurship Education. It is necessary to study the ways of establishment of university Entrepreneurship through Ground Theory. on the basis of previous studies, three factors were university entrepreneurial education service quality : materiality, consensual, differentiation. First, in this study is university entrepreneurial education service quality(materiality, consensual, differentiation) of entrepreneurial education specialist utilization was evaluated on the survey results. Second, in this on the influence of Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education of entrepreneurial intention. Third, regarding how university entrepreneurial education service quality affects the entrepreneurial intention, this study was intended to verify the mediating effects of entrepreneurial education specialist utilization. First, This study on the influence that materiality, consensual, differentiation of Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education. Second, entrepreneurial Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education have an effect on the entrepreneurial intention. Third, This study on the influence consensual, differentiation has been verified to have mediating effects of entrepreneurial intention of Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education. materiality, entrepreneurial intention of entrepreneurial education specialist utilization has no mediating effect. This result, It was found that the practical education related to entrepreneurship contributed to the revitalization of the university, such as the interest for the students and the educational goal for the entrepreneurship rather than the convenience facilities and establishment of good environment for entrepreneurship education. factors for Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education were found that consensual and differentiation on entrepreneurial intention. For this study, question and result of the study were obtained for the students who start-up course of K engineering university.
To compare the differences in the recognition on hospital utilization and satisfaction, 368 hospital employees and 485 patients were selected in four hospitals in Seoul and Kyung-gi do. The survey was done using a constructed form of checklist from Apr. 30 to May 10, 1999. And the results are as follows: l. Gaining knowledge of hospitals available among hospital employees differed from that of patients. When finding out about sources of information concerning hospitals, direct visit to the hospital was recognized to be the main factor for the hospital employees in contrast to the patients' recognition which were mass media, personal involvement of job related workplace and recommendations from other hospitals. There was no difference between university and general hospitals. 2. The factors that concern which hospital to choose there was a difference between hospital employees and patients. Hospital employees recommended their own hospital solely based on the reason that it was their work place. On the other hand, the patients made a choice based on the type of medical staff, transportation available and whether it was a university hospital or not. There was no difference between university and general hospitals. 3. The recognition of employees concerning hospital image of a hospital between hospital employees and patients was different. In university hospitals, the employees recognized the name value of university hospital and cooperation as most important, whereas the patients thought convenience, kindness were the main factors. Patients considered general hospitals to be more convenient. There was some difference between university and general hospitals. For university hospitals employees' recognition was higher and for the general hospital patients' recognition is higher on hospital image. 4. The recognition of employees was different from that of patients' on hospital satisfaction. The patients' satisfaction was higher than that of employees'. There was no difference between university and general hospitals. Based on the above findings, the employees' recognition on hospital utilization and satisfaction was different from that of the patients, but there was no difference between university and general hospitals. In both groups choice of hospital was associated with satisfaction. Results showing difference between employees' and patients' recognition can be applied to implement customer-oriented attitude and be used as a baseline data for internal-external marketing planning of hospital management. The study may be limited in that the results cannot be generalized due to its small sample size and not being able to reflect demographic variables and life style. Further studies to investigate the difference of hospital utilization and hospital satisfaction will be necessary to define demographic characteristics and recognition of employees which influences patients' hospital satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the tourism motivation of Chinese tourists visiting Daming Palace and Terra Cotta Warriors and to study market segmentation according to the motivation. As well as to research the difference of satisfaction toward cultural heritage utilization between Daming Palace and Terra Cotta Warriors. According to the results of the analysis, it was found that cultural heritage tourists preferred cultural experience of tourist sites. Therefore, it is necessary to put effort into cultural experience of cultural heritage sightseeing spots. What's more, it was showed that the preservation and recovery state of cultural heritage, the reality, the value of tangible cultural heritage, the experience programs related to cultural heritage, interpretation service, travel guides, rest facilities, symbolism of souvenirs, admission tickets, nearby restaurants and accommodation facilities could be influence factors of satisfaction toward cultural heritage utilization. The Managers of cultural heritage sightseeing spots are expected to preserve the cultural heritage well and to enhance the facilities and staff professionalism, to make visitors more easily understand cultural heritage, to put more emphasis on interpretation service, to make visitors feel that they got educational effect from visit experience, which will increase the satisfaction of cultural heritages.
This study aims to examine the factors influencing the satisfaction of life, digital information competency, digital information utilization, awareness of future knowledge and information technology, the need for knowledge and information technology, confidence in new technology, and attitude to middle and old people classified as vulnerable to digital information. For the research, raw data of the digital divide survey were used in 2019. Studies have shown that digital information utilization varies depending on the level of awareness of the future intelligence information society. Group with high awareness of the future intelligence information society showed high ability to use information in various fields. The more people recognize the need for future intelligent information technology as a factor that affects the satisfaction of life among middle and high-aged people, and the more confident and active their confidence and attitude toward new technology, the higher their satisfaction with life. It is believed that a policy focusing on digital information capabilities and utilization will be needed to actively respond to changes in the environment of middle and old people from the perspective of digital inclusion.
