SNS를 통한 네일샵의 활용실태 및 SNS 정보 신뢰도가 네일샵 선택요인에 미치는 영향 (The effect of reliability of Social Media information on the selection factors of nail shops according to the use of nail shops through Social Media)

  • 본 연구에서는 20~50대 성인 여성을 대상으로 SNS를 통한 네일샵의 활용실태 및 SNS 정보 신뢰도와 네일샵 선택요인에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, SNS를 통한 효과적인 홍보를 통하여 고객 만족과 충성고객 확보 및 네일업계의 경영전략에 기여 하고자 연구를 진행하였다. 설문 조사는 SNS를 사용하며 네일샵을 이용해 본 20~50대 성인 여성을 대상으로 최종 403부를 분석하여 사용하였다. 연구 결과, 일반적 특성에 따른 SNS를 통한 네일샵의 이용실태에서는 각 요인에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, SNS를 통한 네일샵 이용실태에 따른 정보 신뢰도와 SNS 네일샵 선택요인, 네일샵 SNS 활용에 따른 SNS 정보 신뢰도, 네일샵 선택요인에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, SNS 정보 신뢰도가 SNS를 통한 네일샵 선택요인에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 네일샵 경영전략 수립을 위한 마케팅의 기초자료 및 네일샵을 이용하는 소비자들의 만족도를 높여 네일 미용 시장의 활성화에 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다.

농촌 마을회관의 현황과 개선방안 연구 -밀양시 삼랑진읍을 대상으로- (The Improvement Proposal of Rural Community Centers : by the Case Studies of 30 Centers in Samnangjin-eup, Miryang City)

  • This study is to suggest the improving methods for rural community centers by analysis of 30 community centers in Samnangjin-eup, Miryang city, Gyeongnam. To fulfill this purpose, the facilities, usable condition and management system were examined. The user needs and level of satisfaction were also investigated through the interviews with 858 citizens. The average size of the centers is $96m^2$, and 73% of them are one-story buildings. Women use the community center more frequently than men in ratio of 6:4. 43.4% of interviewees visit the center 1 or 2 times a month, but on the other hand 27.4% of them use the center almost every day. Recess is surely the main purpose, and health care and community meeting are next two reasons. 67.8% and 72.4% of them are not satisfied with the inside and outside of the community center respectively. The interview results demonstrate that the most important issue is the lack of facilities. To improve the community centers in Samnangjin-eup, first of all, various kinds of indoor and outdoor facilities must be equipped. Secondly, considering the center is the core of rural community life, the qualitative improvement in accommodation is also needed as well as facility diversification. The efficiency of space utilization is another issue. A small piece of land or abandoned space must be utilized. Moreover, it is very critical that the users are mostly seniors and elders, so improvements of facilities will be executed in terms of safety and convenience. Finally, administrative and financial support should be made for the people, so as to maintain the the rural community center on their own.

소규모 유통점포의 정보시스템 활용 현황과 PDS 구축을 통한 경영 활성화 방안 고찰 (A Study on the Management Promotion of Small Retail Shops with Information System in Practical Use and Implementation of PDS)

  • 본 논문에서는 정부지원 소규모 유통점포인 나들가게를 대상으로 POS(point of sale) 등의 정보시스템 도입 및 활용현황을 살펴보고, 이에 따른 PDS(POS data service) 구축에 따른 기능 요구사항 및 경영성과에 대해 논의한다. 소매 점포의 POS와 연계되어 있는 공동정보시스템은 점포의 유통정보와 외부 연계정보를 수집하여 관리하고 분석정보를 제공한다. 본 연구에서는 나들가게의 POS 활용 현황을 실태조사 결과를 활용하여 분석한다. 또한, PDS의 기능 요구 사항을 살펴보고 소규모 유통점포에서 정보시스템의 활용 방안을 고찰한다. 결론적으로, 소규모 유통점포에 POS 도입이 직접적으로 성과로 나타나지는 않지만, POS의 원활한 활용과 점포 운영에 필요한 분석정보를 PDS 분석서비스를 통해 적극적으로 활용하는 경우에 고객에게 제공되는 서비스의 품질과 만족도 향상으로 나타나 경영성과에 미치는 영향이 어느 정도 관계가 있다고 할 수 있다.

공공디자인의 지역적 차별성을 위한 디자인 요소 및 영향인자 연구 (A Study on the Design Elements and Impact Factor for Regional Differentiation of Public Design)

  • The purpose of this study is to deduct influence factors by analyzing preferences for public design that can increase user satisfaction through differentiated identity of regions. The study methods are as follows. First, consider a concept and semantic change of public design through the relevant literatures and precedent studies and then understand application status of domestic and overseas public design. Second, extract design elements for regional differentiation through precedent studies and reclassify regional resources that have an effect. Third, understand the necessity level of public design for regional differentiation by targeting experts and research the extracted design element and the degree of reflection about regionality. Lastly, understand a correlation between design elements and influence factors about territorial regionality of public design based on the researched contents, and analyze the degree of reflection between each other. As a result of this study, a plan that used 'material' and 'color' had high preference on the aspect of design elements and this is an important element that can show regional differentiation of regions. public design of showing regional differentiation. Thus, it is considered that various methods of using 'material' and 'color' must be planned. 'Public space' among design territories was most effective, and the following was 'public facility'. In particular, 'public space' has high preference of using 'natural resources' and 'industrial resources', and therefore an effect of a plan that uses these is judged to be positive. This study can use these results as basic data that suggested the standard for utilization of regional factors for regional differentiation of public design.

원격과학수업의 활용도 및 문제점, 학습자 행동분석 (Analysis of Utilization and Problems, and Learner Behavior of Distance Science Learning)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 원격과학수업의 활용도 및 문제점과 학습자 행동분석을 알아보는데 있다. 본 연구는 3월부터 6월까지 16주간에 거쳐 강의가 이루어졌으며 수강학생들에게 강의평가 및 설문조사를 하였다. 연구 대상은 B 교육대학교의 '초등과학교재연구 1' 강좌를 수강하는 128명을 대상으로 2020년 3월부터 6월까지 비대면 강의를 통해 강의평가 및 면담을 통해 조사하는 것이다. 이에 대한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습자의 입장에서는 대학의 LMS시스템 활용이 좋았다. 둘째, 교수자의 과학 자료제시가 온라인 시스템에서 원활하게 운영되는데 효율적이지 않았다. 다양한 플랫폼의 장단점을 살펴보면 교육의 적합성에 따라 달라질 수 있지만 전문적인 강의 지원방식인 LMS 시스템을 보다 학습자의 요구에 맞추어 업그레이드 한다면 보다 높은 교수자와 학습자의 만족도가 높을 것이다.

공동물류 환경의 혼합추천시스템 기반 차주-화주 중개서비스 구현 (Hybrid Recommendation Based Brokerage Agent Service System under the Compound Logistics)

  • Compound logistics is a service aimed to enhance logistics efficiency by supporting that shippers and consigners jointly use logistics facilities. Many of these services have taken place both domestically and internationally, but the joint logistics services for e-commerce have not been spread yet, since the number of the parcels that the consigners transact business is usually small. As one of meaningful ways to improve utilization of compound logistics, we propose a brokerage service for shipper and consigners based on the hybrid recommendation system using very well-known classification and clustering methods. The existing recommendation system has drawn a relatively low satisfaction as it brought about one-to-one matches between consignors and logistics vendors in that such matching constrains choice range of the users to one-to-one matching each other. However, the implemented hybrid recommendation system based brokerage agent service system can provide multiple choice options to mutual users with descending ranks, which is a result of the recommendation considering transaction preferences of the users. In addition, we applied feature selection methods in order to avoid inducing a meaningless large size recommendation model and reduce a simple model. Finally, we implemented the hybrid recommendation system based brokerage agent service system that shippers and consigners can join, which is the system having capability previously described functions such as feature selection and recommendation. As a result, it turns out that the proposed hybrid recommendation based brokerage service system showed the enhanced efficiency with respect to logistics management, compared to the existing one by reporting two round simulation results.

단체급식 영양사의 계란 요리에 대한 인식도에 따른 이용실태와 활용증대 방안 (Utilization and Application to Increase Egg Dishes in Communal Food Service in Accordance to Dietician's Awareness)

  • Purpose: This study aims to provide important methods to increase egg usage eggs in communal food services, based on the knowledge and awareness of the dietician. Methods: A survey on 200 dieticians in various aspects, such as egg purchase, utility, importance of egg dishes and allergy awareness was conducted. Result: Dieticians' highest consideration in purchasing eggs were cost (41.5%) and food safety certification (41.0%); the 88.6% of purchases were general egg. The most inconvenient issues in the purchase were inability to confirm freshness (42.0%), frequent breakage (23.5%) and inconvenience in shell disposal (18.5%). During the process of cooking, cracking egg shells (49.5%) and disposal of shells (14.0%) were marked as the major inconveniences. When questioned on intention to purchase liquid and powder eggs to overcome the shell disposal inconvenience, 64% answered no, with distrust in food safety (44.5%) being the major concern. The frequency of using eggs as the main ingredient was 1~2 times per week, with 49.0%. Food service customers favored rolled omelet (36.7%) and steamed egg (20.6%), and the most used utensil was the frying pan (56.5%). When important factors in egg dishes, namely diverse menu, taste, nutrition, consumer satisfaction and allergic reaction were surveyed, most answered that all 5 factors were important. Conclusion: For increasing egg dish inclusions in communal food service, the safety assurance, increase in liquid and processed egg use, and supply of cooking utilities are necessary.

여성발전기금의 평가도구 개발 및 지원단체의 사업수행능력 평가에 대한 연구 - 서울특별시 여성발전기금 지원사업 평가를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Development of Criteria to Assess the Business Performance of the Development Fund for Women and the Organizations it Supports - focusing on the Assessment of the Seoul Metropolitan Government's Development Fund for Women -)

  • This study aims to create assessment tools for the development fund for women, and to assess the business performance of the organizations using this development fund for women on the basis of such tools. A total of 57 projects by 58 organizations were assessed for a period of eight months. The assessment was carried out by using five tools: 1) examining the weight of the assessment tools, 2) visiting and inspecting project sites, 3) visiting and inspecting the offices of the participating organizations, 4) cooperating with the Seoul Metropolitan Government for municipal administration, and 5) assessing the final project report. Each tool was comprised of three elements: ability of relevant organizations, operational procedure, and projects results. The assessment results are summarized below: 1. According to the examination of the general trends in assessing the organizations that received the Development Fund for Women, it was found that the assessment emphasized performance more than the process involved in the project. Thus, the result suggested that the projects should be carried out more aggressively. 2. Regression analysis was conducted to identify the capability of the organizations in performing the projects with the development fund for women and the capability of the subjects as an independent variable. It was observed that such capabilities were affected by the degree of role sharing and the utilization of internal organizations. It suggested the importance of human resources. 3. To motivate the subjects involved in executing the projects with the use of the Development Fund for Women, the requirements and the satisfaction factors suggested strengthening the scope of financial support and activating the project environment. In conclusion, it is considered that the findings would provide practical ways to improve the system in using the Development Fund for Women, and in setting relevant policies in the future.

그립형 게임 컨트롤러를 이용한 노인용 한글 입력 시스템 (Korean Text Input System for Elderly using Grip Type Game Controller)

  • 의학기술의 발달과 건강에 관한 관심도 증가가 투자로 이어지면서 사회 평균 수명이 늘어나게 되었고 이로 인해 노인층이 증가하게 되었다. 노인의 여가 활동으로 컴퓨터를 이용한 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 활용도가 증가함에 따라 실버 세대의 디지털 문화 정착에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 노인들의 디지털 콘텐츠 활용을 위해 노인용 문자 입력 시스템을 제안한다. 문자 입력 관련 인터페이스는 전통적으로 키보드에 의존하고 있다. 하지만 노인들의 사용에 있어 많은 키들의 분산된 형태 때문에 인식에 오래 걸리게 되고 모니터와의 분산을 일으켜 집중도를 떨어뜨리는 문제점이 발생한다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 콘솔 게임에서 자주 사용하고 있는 그립형 컨트롤러 인터페이스를 사용하였으며 이에 맞는 문자 배치 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 이를 검증하기 위해 시뮬레이터를 개발하여 20명의 노인들을 대상으로 실시한 테스트에서 그립형 인터페이스에 대한 만족도와 편리성이 증가했음을 나타내는 결론을 도출하였다.

농촌지역 노인을 위한 공동 급식프로그램 개발을 위한 시범급식사업 결과의 적용 방안 연구 (Development and Application of a Community-based Meal Program Model for the Elderly in Rural Area)

  • Improved nutritional intake contributes to maintaining health and quality of life in elderly population and also reducing individual and social medical costs. Most of nutrition assistance programs for elderly, such as congregate or home-delivered meal programs, are not currently serviced in rural communities mainly due to low cost efficiency of program operation. However, the needs and necessity of such programs are presumed to be higher in rural area where the population density of elderly at nutritional risk is relatively high. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to develop a community-based meal program for the rural elderly. In 2007, four rural communities located in Jeon-Nam province were selected and the pilot meal program was applied for three months. Following are key features of the meal program model developed in this study: 1) meal production and service are operated by elderly participants to overcome the voluntary personnel shortage 2) utilization of locally-produced foods is maximized to reduce the meal cost, 3) traditional cooking methods are applied to adjust the food preference of elderly, and 4) foods are serviced on site to minimize the food safety problem possibly caused by delivery process. The pilot programs resulted in high satisfaction with the programs of participating elderly. The community-based meal program model developed in this study is expected to be used as an effective nutrition and health intervention model for the rural elderly.
