Research design, data and methodology: This study conducted an online survey and applied factor and regression analyses and ANOVA to test hypotheses. Results: The results of this study found that economic feasibility and convenience factors significantly affect attitude in both cases of actual and potential users. How actual users perceive efficiency of electric vehicles negatively and uncertain issues such as battery technology affect attitude to electric vehicles. Conclusions: This study provides policy implications that foster promotional policies for the adoption of electric vehicles for environment and regulate negative aspects. This study also provides managerial implications for manufacturers to develop better technology competences to enhance reliability on electric vehicles.
Online financial technology products are an important consumer finance innovation. While a large body of previous research has focused on initial adoption and consumer willingness to use these products, little research explores the continued use of these products beyond the initial adoption phase. In particular, special attention should be paid to how users' trust and perceptions of privacy and security affect continued use behavior. This paper integrates the expectation confirmation model of information system continuance (ECM-ISC), the information system success model (ISSM) and the security and trust literatures to investigate continued use of online financial technology. To test the research model, we collected 398 valid questionnaires from Ant Credit Pay users. The research results show that system and service quality positively impact users' expectation confirmation, while information quality has no significant impact. Expectation confirmation and perceived usefulness positively affect user satisfaction. Moreover, the user's perception of privacy and security plays a vital role in user satisfaction. Satisfaction and perceived trust jointly promote users' continuance behaviors. Findings of this study indicates the importance of the information system success factors and security factors due to their influence on the continued use of Fintech products. This conclusion has implications for enterprises in improving the product qualities and enhancing the degree of security to meet user needs.
As the number of smart phone users increases, many organizations begin to adopt social media rapidly to diversify communication channels with customers. Specifically, twitter, which supports instant and two-way communications between users and between organizations and users, has been adopted by many organizations as an efficient way not only to identify new customers but also to retain existing customers. However, little attention has been given to the issue on how organizations can effectively use twitter to improve customer satisfaction. To explore the issue, this study proposes two major dimensions, customer participation and organization resource utilization, which should be considered in building a utilization strategy for twitter in organizations. We then develop four different combinations along with these dimensions-follow, mention, retweet, and review types. Based on case studies of 27 organizations that use twitter, we evaluate the degrees of customer participation, resource utilization, and customer satisfaction, and examine matching or mismatching of the adoption purpose of twitter and its actual utilization. The study results reveal that organizations in the matching group show higher customer satisfaction that those in the mismatching group. This study sheds new light on twitter research by developing a new conceptual framework and using a case study approach to explore the relationship between the utilization strategy of twitter and customer satisfaction.

Modern persons should do many activities during limited time. In such situation, people feel time pressure because they think that time is short. Time pressure affects negatively several factors such as satisfaction and intention to use through perceived time cost. Ubiquity, an mobile service's characteristic in which users can use desired information or services in anywhere and anytime, would let users feel free from time pressure. This study examines the relationship between perceived time and intention to use and the moderating effect of ubiquity. We performed a survey for users of DMB service, a representative mobile service. Using Partial Least Square, we tested hypotheses. The results suggest that time pressure influences positively perceived time cost and that perceived time cost affects negatively satisfaction but not enjoyment. And the results show that there are the significant positive relationships between enjoyment and intention to use and between satisfaction and intention to use. Finally, the moderating effects of ubiquity on the relationships between perceived time cost and enjoyment and between perceived time cost and satisfaction was found to be positive and significant. We suggests implications basing on the results.

This study was approached by using theoretical investigation, a field survey and a questionnaire survey. The field survey was analyzed the current situations by conducting a housing managers' interview and viewing a blueprint of the community center. The questionnaire survey was tested by examining five different apartment complexes of over 500 households in Gwang-ju, which were all built between 2005 and 2007, 268 users were interviewed for the questionnaire survey. After all the questionnaires were collected, the data was coded and analyzed using the SPSS 12.0 program. Statistics used from data analysis were frequencies, means, standard deviations, one-way ANOVA, t-test, and correlation analysis. To conclusion, the satisfaction and usage of community facilities and programs shows higher for the indoor exercise/sports; such as, yoga, golf, and health programs than others. There is no strong correlation between the location and layout of community facility in apartment complex.
