The environmental quality in Korea was significantly deteriorated though the past economic development period. Even though the government has spent huge sum of resources on the policies and projects to improve the environmental quality, it is much removed from what the people hope for. To solve the environmental problems effectively, pollutants generated at source should be kept as minimum as possible, and possible, and pollutants from source be controlled before leaving the sources, and most of all, environmental strategies and systems be established and enforced properly. So, it is not too much to say that nation's environmental quality is entirely dependent on the education and training of the environmental managers such as environmental employees for air, water, and noise discharge facilities, technicians at environmental plants, and environmental officers of central and local governments. Regimes for the improvement of the education and training for environmental managers are suggested into four categories-educational institute, circular of the study, training contents and trainees. Referring to the improvement of integrated institute, and to improvement on educational institute, it is necessary to investigate the feasibility of integrated institute, and to recommend the inclusion of the local colleges and universities, and environmental societies. For the improvement on training courses, it is necessary that the non-obligatory course be expanded, and the courses be developed in such a way to meet the needs from the field. As for the improvement on training contents. It is suggested that the practical training on size be strengthened, and also full time environmental specialist and integrated committee be required to develop the effective circular and selection of proper lectures. Finally, environmental education for high ranked officers of autonomies, and international courses for developing countries are suggested.

Purpose : This study was conducted to examine the effects of unstable surface training and galvanic vestibular stimulation on balance and proprioception. Methods : 4-week training was applied to 40 normal adults in their twenties (unstable surface training group 10, galvanic vestibular stimulation group 10, unstable surface training and galvanic vestibular stimulation group 10, control group 10). Balance and proprioception was measured before the experiment, after two weeks, and after four weeks. Repeated ANOVA was used for balance and proprioception analysis. Results : As a result of repeated ANOVA on balance changes in double support, a significant difference was found in open sight in interaction among groups and periods (p<0.05). As a result of repeated ANOVA on balance changes in double support, there was a significant difference in closed sight and interaction among groups and periods (p<0.05). As a result of repeated ANOVA on balance changes in proprioception, there was no statistically significant difference in interaction among groups and periods. Conclusion : In conclusion, both unstable surface training and galvanic vestibular stimulation had positive effect on balance control and proprioception improvement, and their excellence was not greatly different. Thus, it is possible to use unstable surface training and galvanic vestibular stimulation for physical therapy intervention to improve balance and proprioception. Since the results showed that simultaneous application of two methods had greater effects on difference compared with a single application, it is suggested to use this intervention in the clinical field.
In recent years, vocational training has shifted away from lectures and practice-oriented methods in light of rising demand for project-based classes in which trainees can produce results while simultaneously receiving feedbacks from field experts from the industry. Therefore, this study aims to suggest a salient role of the project-based classes of enterprise-customized training programs, which private vocational training institutions regard as vital, by identifying demands from trainees or the actual beneficiaries of these programs. To this end, a written survey of the trainees' perception of the enterprise-customized training programs was conducted along with a qualitative analysis of open-ended questions. Specifically, we analyzed the overall satisfaction level of these classes, their contribution to employment, degree of meeting the expectations, and areas for improvements to ultimately derive significant implications.

Ships are built according to the purpose and operated with individual goals. Operational goals are reflected in the design of the ships and become the main criterion for determining the required ship ability. In general, cargo ships and passenger ships are objectively evaluated in terms of the operation part of the ship and the capacity part of the cargo or passenger, centering on their transportation ability. In consideration of the required ship ability, the built ship can expect effects such as economic feasibility and eco-friendliness in addition to basic characteristics such as stability. Accordingly, the concept of ship ability is expected to be effectively used in the field of training-only ship management by each institution, which plays a pivotal role in training ship-officers. In this study, the basic direction was verified for the ship ability evaluation criteria of training-only ships through the analysis of the internal space of two training-only ships of the Korea Institute of Maritime and Fisheries Technology, which were recently built with a time lag. In the process of building training-only ship or general-purpose training ship, the possibility of using the ship ability standards in securing budget and designing was derived.
In this paper, the operation of the Korean digital key talent training project (K-Digital Training) supported by the Ministry of Labor in 2022 began in 2021, and through public offering in the second half of 2022, 403 training courses are held to secure 33,000 annual training personnel. Accordingly, because of performance analysis on learning satisfaction in each field of the state-led talent development program to respond quickly to future industrial changes by fostering digital talent, the overall satisfaction with the program was very high at 4.27 on average. However, the initial expectation for employment linkage is decreasing from 4.2 to 3.91 at the end of learning. Therefore, it is expected that the satisfaction level of the program can be continuously improved only when the organizations participating in the program are prepared in advance for employment linkage

There is a strong need to develop a training program for specialized personnel called mental health librarian. The study examines the necessity of ongoing education as series of steps to be considered in actual curriculum development, by looking at the features of bibliotherapy through a literature review and through an analysis to the requirements of a qualified mental health librarian and its training system. The result shows that, in order to train librarian in mental health, it is necessary to establish courses corresponding to the bibliotherapy field within the subject of library and information sciences and to strengthen the specialization in the its curriculum. It is desirable to establish the mental health librarian educational programs in library and information science graduate programs in Korea. The results of this study, as fundamental data for future research, will promote the role of the specialized mental health librarian and guidelines for developing and expanding the qualities and training of specialized librarian to resolve the immediate problem of the Korean library scene and academia.
Korean dentist's new mission was extended in dental practice field since the National Liberation Day of Korea. Modern dentistry development were due to the introduction of american dentistry, the development of Military dentistry, the unified academic activities koreans dental Association and improvement of korean dentist system. Thanks to this advanced system, each dental department established branch academy. During the korean war, the oral surgery dentists enlarged treatments to the maxillofacial field. Third, korean Dental academy meeting, special lectures and tables clinic from 1947 were contributing to the development of modern dentistry in the transmission of knowledge and skills. Since 1955 "Dentistry(齒學)" with a focus on the translation of foreign literature also developed modern dentistry. Since 1958 the International dental conference could broaden dental knowledge, it also provided opportunities to communicate with the world dentistry. On Oct 11, 1962, revised the Articles of association in Korean Dental academy and korean dental association unified meeting and enhanced the conferences. Improvement of korean dentist system in 1964 unified the dentists as new dentist education. Articles, case reports, review articles and academic meetings of korean dental association from 1946 to 1969 analyzed to demonstrate the development of korean modern dentistry, The titles and lectures were classified according to department and they were organized by topic.
Compact Advanced Satellite 500 (CAS500) can be used for various purposes, including vegetation, forestry, and agriculture fields. It is expected that it will be possible to acquire satellite images of various areas quickly. In order to use satellite images acquired through CAS500 in the agricultural field, it is necessary to develop a satellite image-based extraction technique for crop-cultivated areas.In particular, as research in the field of deep learning has become active in recent years, research on developing a deep learning model for extracting crop cultivation areas and generating training data is necessary. This manuscript classified the onion and garlic cultivation areas in Hapcheon-gun using PlanetScope satellite images and farm maps. In particular, for effective model learning, the model performance was analyzed according to the proportion of crop-cultivated areas. For the deep learning model used in the experiment, Fully Convolutional Densely Connected Convolutional Network (FC-DenseNet) was reconstructed to fit the purpose of crop cultivation area classification and utilized. As a result of the experiment, the ratio of crop cultivation areas in the training data affected the performance of the deep learning model.
Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the participation attitude of students toward pre-clinical practicums, their satisfaction with the practicums and related stress, and to investigate the influential factors for their participation attitude to practicums. Methods : The subjects in this study were three different groups of students who took pre-clinical practicums at different times. One group of students who entered college in 2008 took a practicum in December, 2009, and another group of students who entered college in 2009 took a practicum in June, 2010. The third group of students who entered college in 2010 took a practicum in June, 2011. Results : 1. As for participation attitude, the students who completed a practicum before they underwent field training in the second semester of their sophomore year got a higher mark of 3.44(p<0.05). 2 Concerning the operation of practicum, they felt a lot of stress when they took a practicum before they underwent field training in the first semester of their sophomore year and when they had no dental experience(p<0.001). 3. Regarding satisfaction with practicum, they scored higher when they took a practicum before they underwent field training in the second semester of their sophomore year(p<0.05). And the students who were more gratified with dental experience expressed better satisfaction(p<0.001). 4. As to the influential factors for the participation attitude of the students, those who were more satisfied with the content of practicum, the operation of practicum and evaluation took a more positive participation attitude(p<0.001). More stress about the operation of practicum and more stress about evaluation exerted a greater negative influence on participation attitude(p<0.05). Conclusions : Given the findings of the study, a pre-clinical practicum should be offered before field training is provided in the second semester of the sophomore year in order to ensure the efficiency of education, and a wide variety of information should be offered so that students could gain dental experience before they take a practicum.

The study consisted of a survey of the residential satisfaction level of the 3rd grade students and a survey of accessibility from farms for practical field training to public facilities. According to the geographical location of the farms on the map, the average distance to facilities related to convenience or safety and health that students complained was about 12km. And that to social and public facilities was about 4.4km. Students pointed out the convenience of using transportation, commercial and convenient facilities, and the safety of anti-crime security facilities as complaints during the practice session. Residential satisfaction levels in five realms, such as facility and structure, convenience, safety, comfort and sociality, were not all reached at the satisfaction level. In particular, the satisfaction level of female students was sub-normal in the safety and convenience realms. The average satisfaction levels reviewed by department were sub-normal for horse industry and floriculture departments. By residential patterns, satisfaction with sharing with the farmers was higher than with other patterns. And satisfaction level by housing structure was much lower in the assembly and container structures Since residential satisfaction level is determined by the inside and outside environment of the dwelling, college should provide students with accurate and vivid data using information communication technologies.
