의료기관 학습조직 운영효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effectiveness of Learning Organization Managed by Medical Center)

  • This study was designed to suggest a learning organization in a medical center by examining the factors to influence effectiveness of the learning organization. We collected the data of 586 persons who participated once or more times in the learning organization managed from 2000 to 2002 by Y Medical Center located in Seoul, and included the data of 285 persons in the final analysis. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, as the results of examining the regression coefficients to predict the effectiveness of and satisfaction with the learning organization through the learning level, learning method and learning organization constructing level as the general variables, the important influential factors were shown as follows: 1)knowledge creation, knowledge storing, private learning, organizational learning, and learning organization construction of occupational and human levels as the factors to predict the working competency; 2) learning organization construction of the human level as the factors to assume the duty satisfaction; 3) gender, working years, private learning, team learning and organizational construction level for the prediction of the organizational commitment; and 4) medical technical service, knowledge creation, organization learning, and constructing level of the environmental and human levels for the assumption of the satisfaction with experience in the learning organization. Based on the study results of the effects in managing the learning organization, we can conclude the followings. First, the members who are in various working positions and occupations need to continuously participate in the learning organization. Second, to raise the organizational outcome from the management of the learning organization, it is necessary to establish systematic concepts in the constituents of the organizational effectiveness such as working competency improvement, duty satisfaction and organizational commitment, and the experience satisfaction of the learning organization. Finally, the future of the organization depends on the learning competencies of the organization members. To continuously exist and develop the organization, the private learning of the organizational members should be constantly spread and shared over the organizational level, and the usual innovations such as repetitive and habitual organizational learning should be generally tried out throughout the whole field of the management.

  • 본 논문의 연구목적은 IT 융복합 기술을 기반으로 모바일 스마트워크 환경을 구축한 기업에서 기업 내부의 IT자원이 업무효율성과 기업성과에 미치는 영향관계를 자원기반관점(Resource-Based View)을 적용하여 검증하는데 있다. 본 연구는 모바일 스마트워크 IT자원에 관한 기존연구를 바탕으로 파악된 요인들 간의 영향관계를 실증적으로 분석함으로써 학문적 의미를 가지며, 제조업, 서비스업, 물류/유통산업, 금융업, 공공기관 등 다양한 산업 분야의 플랫폼으로 사용되고 있는 모바일 스마트워크의 유의미성을 기업의 업무효율성과 기업성과를 향상시키는데 어떠한 긍정적 요인으로 작용했는지를 파악하는데 실무적 시사점을 가진다. 연구 결과, IT인프라와 IT스킬이 개인 업무 효율성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, IT스킬이 연대협력업무 효율성에 긍정적 영향을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 개인 업무 효율성과 연대협력업무 효율성은 기업성과인 재무성과와 시장성과에 각각 유의한 영향을 줄 수 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 산업분야에 국한되지 않고 IT 융복합 기술을 통한 모바일 스마트워크 환경을 구축하여 기업 내부의 IT자원을 적극적으로 활용한다면 업무효율성과 기업성과를 높이는데 기여할 수 있으며, 이는 기업의 핵심역량 강화로 이어질 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

대학 창업교육 프로그램 개발 실행연구: 학습자 교육 요구를 중심으로 (An Action Research on the Development of the University Entrepreneurship Education Program: Focusing on the Educational needs of the Learner's)

  • 사회 변화에 따라 시대가 요구하는 융합형 창의인재를 양성하기 위한 수단으로 대학 창업교육이 주목받고 있다. 창업교육의 수는 매년 증가하여 양적 확대가 이루어지고 있지만 교육의 질적 고도화는 과제로 남아 있다. 본 연구는 창업교육 활성화와 질적 고도화를 위해 대학에서 운영되고 있는 창업교육 프로그램 개발을 목적으로 실행연구를 수행하였다. 연구의 과정은 먼저, 관련 문헌분석을 통해 창업교육에 포함되어야할 교육콘텐츠와 교수법을 확인하였다. 이를 토대로 학생들의 창업교육콘텐츠에 대한 니즈를 IPA 분석을 통해 도출하여 이를 반영한 프로그램을 설계하였다. A대학 창업강좌에 프로그램을 적용, 실행 과정에서 나타난 학습자 의견을 분석하여 프로그램을 개선하였다. 개발된 창업교육 프로그램은 다음과 같다. 강의 초반부 창업교육의 필요성을 충분히 제시하고, 전반부에 아이디어 발굴과 비즈니스모델 설계를 포함하여 창업에 필요한 지식을 교수자 중심의 이론 강의를 통해 전달한다. 강의 후반부에서는 전반부 학습내용을 바탕으로 관심사 기반의 팀을 구성하여 학습자 중심의 실습활동을 운영한다. 실습 내용은 아이디어 선정, 비즈니스모델 분석, 사업계획서 작성 및 피칭에 대한 내용을 포함한다. 팀별 실습 활동은 수업시간 동안 이루어지고 교수자는 각 팀별로 애로사항에 대한 조언을 제공한다.

크라우드펀딩의 투자의사결정기준에 관한 연구 (A Study on Investment Decision Making Criterion based on Crowd Funding)

  • 그간 크라우드펀딩에 대한 연구는 주로 크라우드펀딩의 도입을 위한 방안, 정책에 주로 관심을 가졌으나, 본 연구는 투자의사결정기준을 분류하고 각 요인의 중요성을 제시하여 크라우드펀딩 투자자들에게 실질적으로 도움을 줄 수 있는 연구결과를 도출해 내었다. 연구결과에 따르면 (1) 크라우드펀딩 투자자는 비즈니스 모델을 보다 객관적으로 판단하기 위한 방안으로 기업의 유형자원을 가장 중요한 기준으로 고려하고 (2) 기업의 경영능력에는 관심이 많지만, 비즈니스 모델에 대한 창의성은 크게 관심을 가지고 있지 않고 있음을 확인하였다. 이 연구결과는 크라우드펀딩이 계량적 투자기준을 통해 투자의사를 결정할 수 있고, 창의적인 비즈니스 모델에 대한 건전한 투자라는 인식이 형성될 수 있는 환경이 조성되어야만 하며, 신규기업도 창의적인 비즈니스 모델을 통해 기존기업과 건전한 경쟁을 할 수 있는 제도적 장치가 필요하다는 점을 시사한다.

중환임상중독환자의 상황 인지와 대처 방법에 대한 시뮬레이션 교육의 효과 연구 (Implementing Best Practice in Critically Ill Organophosphate Poisoned Patient Through Simulation-Based Learning Program)

  • Purpose: Despite the clinical and socio-economic impact of acute poisoned patients, many of the treatments are not standardized in Korea. Moreover, no formal training that is specifically focused on clinical toxicology exists. Rather, training and education are conducted case by case in various institutions. This study was conducted to develop a standardized simulation-based clinical toxicology training curriculum for healthcare providers. This program will focus on specific assessment and treatment of critical toxicology patients, specifically those who have been poisoned with organophosphate. Methods: The study was performed using a pre- and post-design to determine the effects of implementation of this program. The study was conducted at eight different urban teaching hospitals in a simulated room in the clinical area. The study was targeted to 19 groups composed of emergency residents and nurses. Simulation-based learning was conducted for each group. Results: All 19 groups achieved the minimum passing score of 75%. Implementation of the program led to improved performance rates for overall management and cooperative moods competency (p<0.01). Inter-rater agreement between the two evaluators was excellent. In general, the participants thought the program was realistic and were able to recognize and improve the competencies needed to care for organophosphate poisoned patients. Conclusion: Simulation-based learning is an effective educational strategy that can be applied to improving and understanding proper care for rare but critical patients. This program was effective at improving team performance and cooperative moods when managing an organophosphate poisoned patient in the Emergency Department.

장애인 건강검진 접근성 저해요인과 개선방안 도출에 대한 질적 연구 (Accessibility Factors to Health Check-Ups for People with Disability: A Qualitative Study)

  • Background: The purpose of this study was to identify factors inhibiting access of people with disability to health check-ups as well as identify pertinent solutions for improvement. Methods: Twenty-three people with disability older than the age of 19 who took respective health check-ups within the last 3 years were selected as participants. For the data collection, the 1:1 intensive interview was used. The data were analyzed by the grounded theory by Corbin and Strauss. Results: The results comprised nine categories, 23 subcategories, and 179 concepts. The central phenomenon was 'failure to obtain check-ups.' Causal conditions were observed as a 'lack of communication method,' 'physical difficulties,' and 'staff unfamiliar with people with disability,' Interventional conditions comprised 'physical accessibility,' 'staffs' competency,' and 'assistant manpower.' The active strategy was included 'to investigate the professional medical institution,' 'to find the medical institution of convenient traffic accessibility,' 'to overcome communication difficulties through equipment,' and 'to overcome linguistic barriers through sufficient communication.' Whereas, 'utilization of ancillary equipment,' 'the education of staffs on people with disability,' 'universal design manual,' and 'customized check-ups' were included in the passive strategy. Such processes arose in the contextual conditions of 'lack of expectations for daily lives' and 'lack of government support.' As a consequence, the subjects participated experienced the 'disadvantages,' 'discrimination,' and 'reduced reliability of the health check-ups.' Conclusion: The subjects who participated in this study emphasized 'staffs familiar with people with disability' and 'systems customized for people with disability' are mandatory to secure complete health check-ups for people with disability.

수술실 간호사의 환자안전역량과 팀워크 인식이 환자안전관리활동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Operating Room Nurse's Patient Safety Competency and Perception of Teamwork on Safety Management Activities)

  • 본 연구는 수술실 간호사의 환자안전역량과 팀워크의 인식이 환자안전관리활동에서 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 종합병원 수술실에서 6개월 이상 임상경력을 가진 간호사 110명이다. 자가보고 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였으며, 분석방법은 SPSS 21.0을 이용하여 기술통계, 평균비교분석, 상관분석, 단계적 회귀분석을 이용하였다. 연령이 높은 군과 교육수준이 높은 군이 유의하게 환자안전역량점수가 높았다. 환자안전역량과 환자안전관리활동은 유의한 양의 상관(r=.37)을 보였고, 팀워크와 환자안전관리활동도 유의한 양의 상관(r=.21)을 나타냈다. 회귀분석결과 환자안전관리 활동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수는 환자안전역량과 팀워크 인식이었고, 이들 변수의 설명력은 15.7%로 나타났다. 따라서 수술실 간호사의 환자안전관리활동을 향상을 위해 환자안전역량과 팀워크 향상을 위한 노력이 필요하며, 추가적으로 환자안전관리활동에 영향을 미치는 다른 변수에 대한 연구가 필요하다.

중등학교 보건교사가 인지한 보건교과교육 필요성과 자신감 (Health Education Needs and Confidence of School Nurses in Korean Secondary Schools)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to determine the perceived needs and confidence of school nurses in health education at middle and high schools in Seoul, Korea. Methods: A descriptive survey questionnaire was developed by a research team to investigate the perceived needs and confidence across eight health education areas. A total of 329 school nurses at secondary schools in the metropolitan areas of Seoul participated. Descriptive statistics, the t-test, and ANOVA were conducted to analyze the data. Results: Generally high means in perceived education needs(Mean: 3.8~4.7/5) and health education confidence (Mean 3.3~4.5/5) were reported. However, there were significantly low means of health education confidence related to perceived needs in health education for all areas of health education. While injury prevention and emergency care education were the highest perceived educational needs and were also areas with high confidence of school nurses, mental health, social health, and sexual health were areas where nurses showed a significantly lower confidence. In general, nurses with a longer clinical experience and educational career had a higher confidence in injury prevention, emergency care, and mental health. Conclusions: Multi-level support, including the continuing education and proactive in-service training, for the school nurses needs to be developed to improve their teaching competency.

  • The purpose of this study is to present a practical class design model that applies the problem-based learning (PBL) method to the subject of home economics. To begin with, a specific class model example was developed by conducting thorough document research and expert consulting. Two modules, named "Click! Global Leisure Environment" and "Happy Leisure Product Launching" were presented as the PBL questions. The case study focused upon in this research is an elective course called "Leisure Culture and Life Management". The 21 students enrolled in this course were considered in this study. Two teaching methods, namely a face-to-face teaching method and a web-based system "Snowboard" teaching method, were used to run the class. The research results are as follows: first, theoretical research and program development and demonstration were practiced with five different age groups: childhood, adolescence, university student, middle age, and senescence. Then, selfevaluation, peer evaluation, and group evaluation were conducted to motivate the students. Finally, a class evaluation was conducted by questioning the lecturer, who ranked well, scoring higher than or equal to 4.0 points out of 5.0 on all the questions. Through the PBL method, students showed an improved study attitude with more proactive participation in the class, they strengthened their communication skills and created a synergy with their team members. This study has significant meaning because it is the first research to apply the PBL method to home economics. Therefore, we expect other curricula to apply PBL and fully utilize this teaching method as well in the future.

카지노 종사자의 조직문화 인식과 심리적 임파워먼트 (Perceived Organizational Culture and Psychological Empowerment of Employees in Casino Companies)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to verify a role of organizational culture as antecedents to influence psychological empowerment of organizational members, focusing on service workers of casino companies. Therefore, this study sought to examine the question of each clan, adhocracy, market, and hierarchy culture that the workers perceive to influence their psychological empowerment. Thus, the current study examined the relationship between organizational culture and the psychological empowerment by empirical analysis. Research design, data, and methodology - This study chose four domestic casino companies that are run only for foreigners. Using an offline survey, it analyzed the questionnaire data of the 249 surveys collected from employees working in the sales and service sectors. Independent variables were four types of organizational culture: clan, adhocracy, market, and hierarchy. Dependent variables were four subcategories of psychological empowerment: meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact. As research methods, the study applied descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis, using SPSS 21.0 statistical program. Results - Among the organizational culture types, the clan and adhocracy cultures, which emphasize flexibility and autonomy, were relatively more important for the psychological empowerment of workers than the hierarchy and market cultures. Clan culture was the most important factor in terms of meaning and competence, and adhocracy culture was the most important factor in self-determination and impact. However, the hierarchy and market cultures that pursue control and stability were also cultural types that positively affected psychological empowerment of the workers. Hierarchy culture showed positive effects on meaning, competence, and impact except self-determination, and market culture had positive effect only on competency. Conclusions - The study found that organizational culture is an important predictor of psychological empowerment of the employees in casino companies and that important organizational culture types may be different for each sub-factor of psychological empowerment. It suggests that casino companies have to try to recognize and secure diverse organizational culture in order to activate psychological empowerment of their employees because they can provide quality service for customers. Therefore, it is necessary to create a harmonious and balanced culture between promoting flexible and autonomous organizational atmosphere, and stably controlling and operating the organization.
