The purpose of this study is to find out what kind of experience and effect the learner - centered team - based learning (tbl)method has on pre - nursing learner's nursing English course. Participants were 12 preliminary nursing learner, it was analyzed through learning result recording, study observation, learning satisfaction, learner's report, peer evaluation. And described the meaning of the learning experience, individual and team scores were analyzed using frequency analysis, paired-t test. The results showed that the score of each team was higher than the score of individual in both. The tbl experience has been a form of intimacy with colleagues, a motivation for learning, self-study, easy to learn the medical terminology felt through repeated learning, to improve their score by having them secondary group test and they remembered it as a pleasant learning time.

In the process of devising an efficient meal service system for the elderly, 478 elderly were interviewed at 6 different social centers with the elderly meal service program in Seoul area to monitor degree of satisfaction and/or needs of the beneficiaries regarding the program. The survey was conducted during the month of December 2002 by well-trained interviewers using self-developed questionnaire. Results were analyzed statistically using SAS package program. Most of the beneficiaries were low economic class and 76% of them had doctor diagnosed disease(s). Among the beneficiaries of congregate meal service, mean score of 12 aspects of satisfaction was 3.72 out of 5. For most of the questions, female elderly and healthy elderly responded with higher score than male elderly and unhealthy elderly, respectively (p<0.05, p<0.01). On the other hand, beneficiaries of the home-delivered meal service were little bit less satisfied with the service (3.54 out of 5). Compared to the beneficiaries of congregate meal service, larger portion of beneficiaries of home-delivered meal service wanted more meats (28.5 % vs. 17.1 %) and vegetables (23.2 % vs. 12.3 %) as side dishes. On the other hand, the most preferred type of cooking and/or seasoning was stewing for both cases. Based on these findings, it is suggested that more fresh foods should be used than processed foods in the preparation of meals for the elderly and, more fish-, meat- and vegetable- dishes should be served to come up to the needs of the elderly. Onto this, mainly Korean style meals with some intermittent Western, Japanese or Chinese style meals served at the right temperature would suffice most of the elderly needs.

According to develop the web technology, the data providers are trying to offer the efficient service for customers. Specially it is necessary to improve efficiency of the search function to help user access easily useful information their want. KISTI has introduced and customized the FAST search engine to improve search performance of the national science and technology information portal service system. But the design work for hardware and software implementation of search engine is important above all. In this paper, we discuss about the design and custormizing skill of FAST engine for the KISTI S&T information search service.

The present research aims to analyze empirically the effect of group cohesiveness and supervisor trust which tax investigators recognize while performing tax administrative duties on the team commitment and in-role behavior. The result of the analysis showed that tax investigators' higher group cohesiveness and supervisor trust resulted in higher team commitment, and that higher team commitment in turn resulted in higher in-role behavior, thereby raising the efficiency of tax investigators' activities as well as tax payers' satisfaction with tax services. Therefore in order to improve the efficiency of tax organizations and team performance, the managers of the organizations must set solid goals, develop solid strategies appropriate for situation, and make proper compensations for investigators' achievements. In addition, there would have to be an organic improvement In all the relevant areas, including organization, personnel management, work style, compensation and welfare, in order to raise tax investigators' work desire.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of team based learning on academic achievement, problem solving skill, and communication ability in high risk pregnant nursing. This experimental study is designed for a equivalent control group. The program was put into practice 1 times a week for 8 weeks. The number of subjects in this research consists of 120, where 60 of the experimental group participated in team based learning program and 60 of the control group didn't do. The data was analyzed by ${\chi}^2-test$, Fisher's exact test, independent t-test, and paired t-test. The effects of team based learning approaches on learning outcomes in high risk pregnant nursing are as follows: The problem solving skill of the experimental group has been significantly more elevated than that of the control group. The experimental group has made increase in communication ability. This study has significance in that it identified the availability of the team based learning program and that it would be useful teaching and learning method to achieve learning outcomes.

Teams play an indispensable role in helping an organization achieve its goal. Since constant interaction among team members is the cornerstone of team competitiveness, it is necessary for the team members to commit themselves to shared goals-team commitment, a type of positive, emotional attitude of team members. Constant interactions among team members, however, inevitably breed a byproduct called conflict. Though intra-team conflict has both positive and negative effects on team performance, little research has been done to clarify the roles that relationship, task and process conflicts play in team commitment. This research is an empirical investigation of the relationship among the three types of conflicts - relationship, task and process conflicts - based on data collected from 232 R&D teams of 13 Korean companies. The analysis suggests that, while relationship conflict has a negative impact on team commitment, task and process conflicts have no significant impact on team commitment. As for the relationships among those three types of conflict, process conflict has positively influenced task, and relationship conflicts and task conflict also has had a positive impact on relationship conflict. Based on these results, this study has presented its implications and directions for future research.

기존의 전산 장비 관리시스템은 장비 및 시스템을 관리하는 전산실에서 문서로만 관리되던 장비 정보들을 전산화하여 관리할 수 있도록 만들어졌다. 하지만 입력정보가 고정되어 있어 등록할 수 있는 장비에 한계가 있어 개선이 필요하였다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위해 전산 장비 관리 시스템을 재설계하고 구현한다. 기존 시스템의 장비 등록 수와 장비 검색 정확도를 비교하여 개선된 시스템의 효율성을 입증하였다.

많은 나양한 교수법들이 존재하지만 일반적으로 공학 교과목에서는 PBL교수법과 프로젝트 팀 교수법을 가장 많이 사용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 2018년 2학기 공학 프로그래밍 교과목을 3개를 선정하여 PBL 교수법과 프로젝트팀 교수법을 적용하였고, 두 교수법의 학습만족도, 교육성장도, 학업성취도를 설문조사하여 학습효과를 분석하여 보았다. 그 결과는 저학년은 PBL법이, 고학년은 프로젝트 팀 교수법이 학습효과가 좋았다. 따라서 같은 프로그래밍 교육이지만 학년에 따라 교수법을 달리 선택할 필요가 있다.

The purpose of the paper was to investigate the relationship between the social familiarity and learners' participation and performance in terms of individual performance and team performance. In addition, experimental groups were split into two groups, depending on the level of social familiarity. The result showed that the social familiarity had positive correlational relations with the learners' participation, individual performance, and team performance. Additionally the group that showed high level of social familiarity had outperformed the others that showed low level of social familiarity. Some suggestions such that the importance of instructional strategy, which increase the social familiarity in web-based team learning environment were made.

We designed and applied team project based learning for effective computer programming education and analyzed the effect on learning effect. Throughout simplified traditional theories and practices, teamed up with random lottery, divided role & responsibility, and conducted problem solving projects in a competitive way for a given task. When after completion of the course, we conducted questionnaires on learners in order to grasp the influence factors on the learning effect. As a result of the structural equation model analysis, it was shown that Team Project had a direct effect on the learning effect. The learning effect based on the relationships among the factors derived through exploratory factor analysis. Based on this analysis, we propose a more effective computer programming education way.
