The study conducted interviews with six teacher librarians with less than three years of teaching experience. The analysis of the data collected focused on the teachers' self-knowledge and instructional knowledge, which are in the areas of practical knowledge. The results of the analysis of the study are as follows. First, the self-knowledge of teacher librarians was a teacher with leadership, who led students and teachers to reading education and information literacy instruction. Second, the self-knowledge of teacher librarians was most concretely formed in the process of pre-service teacher training, and the reflection on the teacher's image was taking place in the school field. Third, the knowledge of the instructional knowledge for library-based instruction was focused on library collaborative instruction, and various teaching methods were being learned and applied in school field. • The purpose of this study is to analyse the cases related with PBL and to suggest the activation plan of LAI based on the derived results. The analysis objects were the PBL cases which have been performed from 2000 to 2018 in Korean schools. The PBL cases were analysed in the aspects of school levels, target grades, subject clusters, teaching patterns, information sources, cooperative teaching status, library cooperative teaching status, and educational effects. On the other hand, personal efficacy in problem analysis and guidance for problem students, difficult contents and course instruction were low. Also, the collective efficacy of the conflict between the manager and the education office was low. They have a strong willingness to improve teaching methods for students and showed high efficacy about student synchronization and preparation for teaching. However, they were aware of the lack of learning skills and the lack of various teaching methods. The variables influencing their efficacy were graduation, education level, school size, and degree. Especially, the higher the education level, the more confident and enthusiastic about teaching problemmatic students and disadvantaged students. • The purpose of this study is to suggest practical plans to improve the school library consulting, especially in case of a teacher librarian is not assigned. As a result of analyses, consulting through methods of the School Library Assistant Group lacks spontaneity, expertise, council, and independence. Besides, each office of education operates it as a marketing. A main goal of school consulting is to foster independent problem- solving of individual schools. Accordingly, it is necessary to build an union management system, develop a standard staff manual, construct DLS based on-line consulting, and design educational training programs of consultants for its successful consulting.

The evaluation is an important part in information literacy instruction of teacher-librarians in the school libraries. But until now, there is little research on evaluation methodologies in the instructional activities of teacher-librarians. There is only evaluation domain presented in the primary and secondary 'Information and the Library' curriculum.
