국방물류전략의 성과요인 분석 (Analysis of Performance Factors of Defense Logistics Strategy)

  • This study reconstructed the military logistics improvement project currently being implemented by ROK military as a defense logistics strategy. In addition the factors affecting the performance of the defense logistics strategy are analyzed using PLS. The significance of this study is as follows. First, the defense logistics improvement project was structured as a defense logistics strategy according to function. Second, PLS is used for performance factor analysis. Most of the existing defense researches utilized the ML structural equation. However, this study used the PLS structural equation in view of the fact that each detail project is the formation of defense logistics strategy. Third, we identified projects that have a substantial impact on defense logistics performance and those that do not. We found that inventory, process, and information strategy influenced logistics performance among defense logistics strategies. On the other hand, it was confirmed that the facility/equipment strategy had no significant effect on defense logistics performance.

친환경 물류전략이 수출기업의 물류성과에 미치는 영향 분석 (The Effect of Eco-Friendly Logistics Strategy on the Logistics Performance of Exporting Companies)

  • 관세청이 발표한 '2021년 무역통계'에 따르면 코로나19 이후 국내 수출기업은 2,400여개 줄었고, 수입업체는 1만여 기업체가 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 수출기업은 국내 일자리 창출과 함께 우리나라 경제발전에 지대한 공헌을 하고 있다. 물류환경이 급격하게 변하는 시점에서 국내 수출기업의 친환경 물류전략이 물류성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 논문은 미비한 실정이다. 수출기업이 지속적으로 글로벌 경쟁력을 갖추고 물류성과를 개선하기 위해서는 친환경 물류전략이 수출기업의 물류성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 필요하다. 본 연구는 국내 수출기업의 친환경 물류전략이 물류성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 친환경 물류전략은 내부전략과 공급사슬관리전략으로 구분된다. 분석결과 내부전략은 수출기업 물류성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 공급사슬관리전략은 수출기업 물류성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이처럼 수출기업의 친환경 물류전략은 기업의 중요한 자원으로써 기업의 물류성과를 개선하는 근거가 되는 것으로 분석되었다.

  • This research was conducted in order to present the strategies of implementing the logistics information system for effective logistics cost management with the case study of a leading global company. The strategy for effective logistics information system can be derived from the 3 different viewpoints, Firstly the effective global logistics management can be insured by means of the efforts of the reinforced total organization. Secondly from the process-oriented perspective, we should recognize the logistics process as the core factor of the competitive strategy and innovate the logistics process itself for the logistics cost reduction. Finally, the logistics cost will be effectively managed through establishing its logistics information strategy which maximizes the utilization of the information technologies. The case study of 'A' electronics company shows that its logistics management system provides the company with various visibilities about its logistics cost and the direct and indirect benefits over billions of wons per year as well. Therefore we can conclude that the research model provided in this research is validated. This study presents the concrete implementation strategies of the logistics information system and verifies the validity of the strategies by means of the case study of a leading company.

탄소배출을 고려한 직배송 물류전략의 운영비용 절감효과 분석 (Analysis of Operation Cost Savings Effects of Direct Delivery Logistics Strategy Considering Carbon Emission)

  • 본 논문은 탄소배출 규제와 같이 새롭게 변화하는 물류 환경에서 유통업체들이 올바른 물류전략을 선정하기 위하여 탄소배출을 고려한 두 물류전략의 총 운영비용의 비교 분석 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 물류전략간 운영비용 비교를 위하여 기존 EOQ(Economic Order Quantity) 모형을 활용하여 국내의 물류환경 및 탄소배출을 고려한 모형으로 확장하였고, 이 모형을 바탕으로 실증연구 분석을 수행하였다. 실증 연구로는 대형 유통업체의 농산물 유통을 대상으로 하여 기존의 물류 전략과 직배송 물류 전략의 운영비용 및 경제적 주문량을 산정하고 분석하였다. 실증연구 결과 농산물을 운송함에 있어 직배송 물류전략이 기존 물류전략 대비 50% 이상의 운영비용 절감효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었고, 이는 직배송 물류전략이 기업의 운영비용 절감에 더 효과적인 것으로 판단할 수 있다. 결론적으로, 탄소배출을 고려하였을 때 직배송 물류전략이 기존 물류전략보다 경제적 환경적인 효과가 있다고 분석될 수 있으며, 농산물의 신선도도 함께 높이는 전략이라고 판단된다.

  • 본 연구에서는 국내 물류산업의 현황을 개략적으로 살펴보고 국내 물류산업의 주요한 발전 전략으로서 제3자 물류의 발전전략을 제언하고자 한다. 제3자 중심의 물류업이 발전하기 위해서는 물류기업측면에서 첫째, 물류기업은 고객 즉 화주를 중심에 놓고 화주에게 이익을 제공 할 수 있는 기업이 되어야 한다. 둘째, 물류서비스 수준의 폭과 깊이를 강화 하고 새로운 물류 서비스를 개발하는데 총력을 기울여야 한다. 셋째, 고객 맞춤의 통합 물류 시스템과 물류 서비스를 제공 할 수 있어야 한다. 넷째, 물류인력에 대한 적극적인 투자가 필요하다. 다섯째, 물류기업간 전략적 제휴가 활성화되어야 한다. 여섯째, 선진 물류기술의 도입과 적용에 적극적이어야 한다. 화주측면에서는 제3자 물류에 대한 인식을 새롭게 하고 물류가 기업의 핵심역량이 아닌 경우 과감하게 물류 부문을 제3자 물류기업에게 의뢰 할 수 있어야 한다. 마지막으로 정부는 물류기업이 제3자 물류 기업으로 자연스럽게 전환하도록 여건을 조성하는 것이 가장 주된 노력이 되어야 할 것이다.

  • This paper examines to focus on General Strategy of e-logistics activity for SCM(Supply Chain Management) Build-up, especially the field service logistics Integration. And this research analyzes the case study (Business of Strategy Group Unit) Survey) involving effective logistics management that leads customer satisfaction, seeking to find out the key elements of competitive policy. Because problems arise from the differences between their goals and structures, which cause each sied to feel vulneralbe to opportunism or shirking of responsibilities by the other. The goal of a logistics system is to ensure that every family planning client always receives the contraceptives partner wants, and that they are in good condition and have not expired. In order to select, procure, and distribute the right Quantities of the right contraceptives, managers of the logistics system must keep informed of the rates of use of each contraceptive and of the Quantity of available supplies. As a result, We propose that a firm's e-logistics strategy is an important locus innovation and a crucial source of value creation for the firm its suppliers, partners, and customers.

  • From middle of 90's, SCM had emphasized the importance of connection of all companies which participate to a market, and outsourcing has emphasizes the slim structure of companies for pursing cost reduction and service improvement. But outsourcing as '2-1=1' and integration as '1+1=2' not adapt to the advanced market but return to the former state. Besides, it is impossible of subcontractors and logistics companies to execute these strategies which are win-win strategy and outsourcing. So many logistics companies have sharp competition in price recently. Therefore logistics companies have increased the need for a profitable business model and strategy. This paper researches the limitations of logistics market and redefines the role of logistics through the evolution of logistics. Also this paper proposes new role(Logister) and structure(Velcro structure) for not maker-oriented logistics but market-oriented logistics. The introductory case study will help to understand 2 terms(logister and velcro structure).

  • The firms aim to acquire services and costs advantage from logistics outsourcing strategy. But it is very important to select optimum service provider. A checklist of the criteria for the evaluation of service providers follows : service quality, low cost, logistics information system, service network, financial stability, investments in plant and equipment, management attitude and lookout for the future strategic fit, cultural and psychological barriers etc. Also, a 8-step implement of logistics outsourcing strategy will be of help for maximizing benefits of logistics outsourcing. It follows : 1-step : logistics environment analysis, 2-step : check service provider availability, 3-step : logistics outsourcing determinant analysis, 4-step : select of optimum service provider, 5-step : contract with optimum service provider, 6-step : identify of remaining barriers, 7-step : performance of logistics outsourcing, 8-step : evaluation.

  • In this study, we offered a way that is to make warehouse industry clustered in Incheon port for getting competitive and high end value added activities like advanced port logistics center considering trend that is changing functions of port and importance of port-hinterland. For this, we studied the existing research about port cluster, the present condition of warehouse industry in Incheon port and importance of value-added logistics activities. Also, we offered needs to build a high value-added and integrated logistics center by examples of advanced port logistics center in Singapore, Netherlands(Rotterdam) and Hongkong. We get the questionnaires for gathering ideas of port logistics industry about to set integrated logistics centers by strategy we offered that is making warehouse logistics clustered.
