The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the level of participation in sports for the disabled on the community attachment. The subjects of this study were 227 persons with physical disabilities in D city. The analysis method was analyzed by factor analysis, frequency analysis, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21.0 program. The results of this study are as follows: First, there is a high level of community attachment to male(sex), 40's and 50's(by age group) and 1st and 2nd grade(by disability grade). Second, in the degree of participation, the duration of exercise and duration of exercise, duration of exercise in dependency, and duration of exercise and intensity of exercise were found to have a positive effect on identity. As a result, it affected the consciousness of local community. In future research, it is necessary to study the psychological effect connected with community.

To identify the relationship between leadership, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction of sports instructor for elderly, this study conducted a research on 199 exercise sports instructors for elderly working at 6 sports centers located in 6 regions of Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon from April 1, 2019 to April 30, 2019. The research results were as follows. First, the leadership of sports instructor for elderly had a significant influence on the organizational commitment. Secondly, the leadership of sports instructor for elderly had a significant influence on the job satisfaction. Above results showed that leadership of sports instructor for elderly is an important factor that enhances organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Thus, it is necessary to provide leadership education on sports instructors to develop upright character and capability. This would result in promoting elderly's participation in sports for all, enhancing pleasure, and continuing healthy life in old age. Furthermore, the role of such sports instructors would enhance the quality of life for elderly.

Park golf is establishing itself as a daily sport that the silver generation can enjoy physically and cost-free. Accordingly, we have examined the impact of park golf participants' passionate participation behavior on sports immersion and sports performance. The subjects were 243 park golf participants, and SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 18.0 were used for data processing. In addition, frequency analysis, reliability, confirmatory factor analysis, and correlation analysis were conducted. Path analysis was performed using SEM, and mediating effects were analyzed using bootstrapping. First, regarding the relationship between passionate behavior and sports immersion, harmonious passion did not affect sports immersion, and obsessive passion had a positive effect. Second, passion had a positive effect on sports performance. Third, sports immersion had a positive effect on sports performance. Fourth, sports commitment played a partial mediating role in the relationship between passion and sports performance. Therefore, if the environment of the park golf course is improved so that passion does not decrease, exercise immersion and exercise performance will improve.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate how sports fans' loyalty is built via CSR activities of professional sports teams. Furthermore, the study sought to suggest the model presenting the process of developing loyalty of sport fans by teams' CSR performance. Research design, data, and methodology: For this purpose, a survey was conducted on 450 professional sports fans through the convenience sampling method. A total of 357 of the data were used for the final analysis. Based on the collected data, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation model analysis were conducted. Results: The results showed that CSR activities contribute to building a positive image of team. Regarding fan identification, team image has also a positive effect on enhancing identification. The finding has supported the notion that attitudinal loyalty is enhanced by fan identification and further attitudinal loyalty significantly influences behavioural loyalty of fans. Conclusions: The results of this study explored the function of CSR of the teams on attitudinal and behavioural outcomes, loyalty. Moreover, the study suggested the constructual model presenting its role on enhancing fans' attitudes and behaviour affecting participation and consumption. Academic and practical implications were discussed for sport marketers and practitioners.

Purpose: For several decades, there has been a variety of publications on refugee and enforced immigration studies, with the rising corpus of studies on obligatory displacement and sport reflecting relatively recent emphasis over the last decade. However, prior studies do not suggest and summarize regarding ethical perspectives in terms of participatory behavior of refugee youth in sports and leisure field. Research design, data and methodology: Unlike quantitative research method which tries to quantify the association between variables, the qualitative research design that was selected by the current study as a main methodology attempts to take a look at the current and past literature contents closely so that obtained datasets may be explanatory and abundant. Results: After thorough analysis, it was evident that in all research where ethical perspectives were utilized, there was increased participation in sports and leisure activities by the refugee youths, and it may be divided into three categories: culturally sensitive, contextual, and reflective ethics. Conclusions: The current research concludes that ethical perspectives are required to research refugee youth's participatory behavior in sports and leisure and many more ethical factors are aspired to, and they must be thoroughly evaluated before, throughout, and following the study.

Purpose: The purpose of the current research is to investigate the contribution of the sports and leisure sector to raising elderly citizens' quality of life. Through this investigation, the sport and leisure sector may give seniors a sense of safety and security by creating a safe atmosphere in which they can engage in activities and feel a part of their communities. Research design, data and methodology: Literature data were extracted from previous studies between the role of the sports leisure sector and living quality for senior citizens using a standardized data extraction form by two independent reviewers after articles have been included in the review. Each study's data extraction includes details on the study's design, exposure, outcome metrics, and findings. Results: Based on the qualitative textual approach, the present author had figured out total four Functions assumed as follows: (A) Physical Activity and Exercise, (B) Socialization and Interaction, (C) Opportunities for Learning and Development, and (4) Emotional Wellbeing. Conclusions: All in all, professionals should try to give elders chances for social interaction and peer participation in order to foster a feeling of community and belonging. This might entail setting up groups or leagues for elders to engage in meaningful social activities, like hiking or sports.

The purpose of this study was to identify organizational effectiveness and organizational commitment according to participation satisfaction in leisure sports activities of police organization. To do this, the researcher selected five police stations using convenience sampling method targeting the police officers who participated in leisure sports activities among those police officers who were working in Gwangju Metropolitan City as of 2009. And as for the subjects of this study, total 200 police officers were sampled. Excluding 27 responses which were insincerely answered or not returned, 173 questionnaires were used for final analysis. The results were made as follows. First, the results from analysis revealed that contribution to public goods, social recognition, and individual accomplishment, which are sub variables of participation satisfaction, had influences on both job satisfaction and organization immersion which are sub variables of organization effectiveness. Second, results from analysis showed that value commitment and continuance commitment which are sub variables of organizational commitment were affected by contribution to public goods social recognition and public goods individual accomplishment, respectively. Third, the results from analysis revealed that both job satisfaction and organization immersion which are sub variables of organizational effectiveness affected value contribution, and that, only organization immersion had an influence on the continuance commitment.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of participation of sports activities on job duties by analyzing job satisfaction of workers in rehabilitation hospital. From April to May 2015, 400 nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and administrative staffs were selected from eight rehabilitation hospitals in Busan Metropolitan City. Analysis was performed by t-test, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha analysis, one-way ANOVA and Duncan tests. correlation analysis and regression analysis were conducted to obtain the following conclusions. As a result of the difference of job satisfaction according to participation form of sports activity, there was a significant difference in all factors such as exercise time, exercise frequency, sports item, and exercise period. As the exercise time and exercise frequency were higher and the athletic career was higher, Among the items, participation of aquarobic and aerobic was found to increase job satisfaction. Regression analysis showed that self - evaluation, job orientation, job commitment, and job satisfaction had positive effects among the five factors of job satisfaction. There is a significant difference.

This study is a study to investigate how the achievement goal orientation of domestic winter sports participants has an effect on fun factors and participation satisfaction. A total of 326 questionnaires were used in this study, SPSS(Version 27.0) was used as a data processing method, and frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were used as statistical methods. The results of verifying the statistical effects of achievement goal tendency, fun factors, and participation satisfaction are as follows. First, as a result of verifying the effect of achievement goal orientation on fun factors, self-goal orientation and task goal propensity, which are sub-factors of achievement goal orientation, had significant effects on exercise ability, exercise utility, promotion of friendship, and self-satisfaction factors. Second, self-goal and task goal propensity, which are sub-factors of achievement goal orientation, had significant effects on facilities, costs, classes, interpersonal relationships, and health factors. Third, the sub-factors of fun factors such as exercise ability, exercise utility, promotion of friendship, and self-satisfaction had significant impacts on facilities, costs, lessons, interpersonal relationships and health factors.
