The purpose of this study is to understand the mediating effect of grit in the relationship between academic achievement satisfaction and Academic Engagement of middle school students. To this end, a survey was conducted on 575 middle school students in Changwon, Gyeongsangnam-do, on academic achievement satisfaction, Academic Engagement, and grit. This research was carried out by hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to understand the correlation analysis and mediating effect between major variables, and The significance of the mediating effect was verified by the Sobel test. As a result of the study, First, correlation analysis revealed a positive correlation between academic achievement satisfaction, grit, and Academic Engagement. Second, regression analysis showed that both consistency of interest and perseverance of effort were partially mediated between academic achievement satisfaction and Academic Engagement. This means that academic achievement satisfaction not only directly affects middle school students' Academic Engagement, but also has an indirect effect through grit. Finally, In order to increase the academic enthusiasm of middle school students, learning counseling plans such as education and counseling plans to improve academic interest and develop various learning motivation improvement programs were discussed.

The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of social support in relations between alcoholics' depression and suicidal ideation. The subjects were diagnosed with alcohol dependence by the DSM-IV, and are currently hospitalized at the hospitals in Busan, Ulsan, etc. for alcohol treatment. After explaining the purpose of this study to the participants, the questionnaires were distributed to those who agreed to the research and survey was self-written. Through this process, 217 questionnaires were analyzed. The Survey was done from October 1 to November 1, 2017. To examine the mediating effect of social support, 3steps' mediated regression analysis and Sobel test were done. The result of mediated regression analysis show halfly mediated effect of social support on alcoholics' suicidal ideation. According to these findings, intervention strategies that focus on increasing the social support on alcoholics are suggested.

This study investigated sense of community influencing satisfaction with center teacher and service use evaluation and mediating effects of school adjustment involving sense of community, satisfaction with center teacher and service use evaluation among adolescents in community child center. Secondary data analysis from the 2nd Panel Survey on Service Satisfaction with Community Child Center was performed using data of 438 the first grade middle school aged student in 2017. Correlation coefficient and step-wise Regression using SPSS 18 program 18.0. and Sobel test showed that the higher of satisfaction with center teacher and center service use evaluation influenced the more enhanced sense of community, and school adjustment had partial mediating effect among them. Therefore, to promote low income adolescents' sense of community, this study suggested the need to persist the sustainable relationship between satisfaction with center teacher and adolescents and to improve quality of service and to develop and apply the community action program connecting community child care center and school system.

This study aims to verify the mediating effects of organizational identification in the relationship between CSR and job satisfaction of casino employees. For this purpose, we conducted a questionnaire survey of 354 employees of four casinos in Korea and conducted a multiple regression analysis and a Sobel test. The number of CSR participation by employees, the amount of donation by employees, the number of CSR implementations of the organization, and the authenticity of the organization's CSR are categorized into the CSR participation. As a result of analyzing the relationship between organizational identification and job satisfaction, organizational identification showed a partial mediation effect in the relationship between organizational CSR authenticity and job satisfaction.

The aim of this study was to investigate whether there is the association between parents residence type and connubial bliss mediated to Korean married women. A total of 3,851 married women were selected from the database of the Fourth Korea Longitudinal Survey of Women and Families(KLoWF) in 2015-2016. In univariate analysis, there was statistically significant differences parents residence type, couple activity, family care and connubial bliss according to socio-demographic characteristics. Moreover, when the parents residence type is short distance, connubial bliss is higher, couple activity is more active and family care is more friendly attitued. By the result of sobel test, parents residence type was indirectly influenced on connubial bliss mediated to couple activity and family care. However, parents residence type was no directly influenced on connubial bliss mediated. The results of these studies will help design policy plans to improve the relationship between spouses and family members in a universal nuclear family society.

This research is analyzed the effect of teacher's sense of efficacy from childcare teacher on happiness. The aim is to verifying the interactional medium effect and regulating the result of job stress regulating result between teacher and children. Therefore, the 7th of survey data from Panel Study on Korean Children was referenced in this paper. The respondents of this data are 348 children who just 5 years old and those teachers in. The final results were verified by adopting hierarchical analysis. Likewise, the results also showed the medium effect by the sobel test. Based on the results, it was shown that firstly, the teacher's sense of efficacy from childcare teacher has a positive impact on happiness. Secondly, there is a medium effect creating by interacted between teacher and children. Thirdly, the influence between happiness and the teacher's sense of efficacy lead to regulating the result of job stress. Hence, for increasing the happiness of childcare teacher, it is necessary to seek a program with practicality.

This study focuses on the mediating effects of the interpersonal problems in the relationship between depression and smartphone addiction of college student living in a dormitory. The subject group was consist of students living in a dormitory among the college students in K city. The final 1,016 questionnaires were used as research data. The data analysis used correlation analysis, regression analysis, and Sobel test. The results showed depression, interpersonal problems and smartphone addiction were significantly correlated, and depression had a direct effect on smartphone addiction. In other words, the higher the level of depression, the higher the level of smartphone addiction of college students. Interpersonal problems was partially mediated between depression and smartphone addiction. Therefore, in order to decrease the level of college student's depression and smartphone addiction, it is necessary to develop and implement a program or counseling that can handle interpersonal problems as one of the strategies that can decrease the level of smartphone addiction. Discussed the use of research results and future research.

The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of adolescents' experience activity satisfaction on their life satisfaction, and verify the mediating effects of sense of community between the two factors. For this, analysis has been conducted using Korean Children and Youth Panel Study (KCYPS, Ed. 6). Analysis were performed using the SPSS 24.0 program to verify the mediating effect, and the Sobel test was performed to analyze the statistical significance of the mediating effect. First, it was analyzed that the experience activity satisfaction had a statistically significant positive (+) effect on sense of community. Second, it was found that the adolescents' experience activity satisfaction had a significant positive (+) effect on the life satisfaction. Third, it was confirmed that snse of community had a positive (+) effect on life satisfaction, and at the same time, it was found that adolescents' experience activity satisfaction had a significant positive (+) effect on life satisfaction, so sense of community had a partial mediating effect.

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationships among childcare teachers' emotional intelligence, daycare center directors' emotional leadership, and teacher-infant interactions. Also, this study examines whether a daycare center director's emotional leadership would mediate the correlation between a childcare teacher's emotional intelligence and teacher-infant interactions. A questionnaire was given to 293 childcare teachers. Using SPSS version 21.0, the data were analyzed for Pearson's correlation, hierarchical regression analysis, the Sobel-test, and the meditation effect proposed by Baron and Kenny. The findings are as follows. First, there was a positive correlation between a childcare teacher's emotional intelligence, the director's emotional leadership, and teacher-infant interactions. Second, the influence on teacher-infant interactions from directors' emotional leadership was relatively greater than childcare teachers' emotional intelligence. Finally, the emotional leadership of daycare center directors partially mediated the relationship between childcare teachers' emotional intelligence and teacher-infant interactions. This study provides significant empirical data for improving childcare.
