The private health insurance covers areas that are not covered by the national health insurance to reinforce insurance guarantee. Realistically, however, many people renunciate small sum insurance claims because the inconvenient claim procedures require a certificate from the hospital for resubmission to the insurance company, which is very time consuming. Therefore, One-stop insurance payout claiming system that is capable of one stop processing of the issuance of e-page safer technology-based certification to claiming of insurance payout by utilizing authorized electronic address (#-mail) through the utilization of private information concealment technology and identification certification technology for the convenience of the subscribers and the simplification of operation was developed.

Company's interest in the work place training and investment has been growing continuously because the talent of human resource is the competitiveness itself in the knowledge based society. However, corporate training programs mainly have focused on large companies and SMEs despite the economic business volume have been treated too lightly so far. This paper regards corporate training programs with one of the methods for SMEs innovation and proposes the smart learning in the smart device diffusion. Concretely, this paper analyzes the utilization intention, each attribute and level in smart learning characteristics using conjoint analysis. The result shows that SMEs have positive response for smart learning acceptance and SMEs consider significantly the usage fee type and location with the difference between regular employee and administrator. Specially, interactive communication and customized contents are preferred in the training type. Smart learning can be used as strategic means in supporting the value innovation and enhancing the absorptive capacity in SMEs innovation process.

This research aims to propose a systematic approach to identify emerging technology-product portfolio for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Firstly, operational definition of emerging technology for SMEs is presented. Secondly, research framework is suggested and case study to show usefulness of the newly proposed framwork is analyzed. In detail, reference patent set which represent company's capabilities and business area are constructed. The research constructs patent data set for bibliometric analysis using reference patent set and citing patents to 2nd level. Clustering (expert judgement) and keyword based bibliometric approach are used. Then, cluster activity index (AI) and relevance index (RI) comparing with reference patent set are estimated. With emerging technology-product portfolio using AI and RI, a firm can identify emerging technology-product area and monitoring area.

With the rapid development of information and communication technologies, the boundaries of markets become blurred, and with the increasing uncertainties and risks of the future, competition among global companies becomes more intense. Accordingly the enterprises are considering or already taking cooperation strategies with enterprises in a competitive relationship as well as cooperative enterprises in a high correlation with one's own company as a plan to actively cope with changes in management environments. Thus, a cooperation strategy is an important element for the strengthening of the competitiveness of enterprises as well as the survival of the enterprises. However most preceding studies on cooperation strategies focus only on the effects of the properties of cooperation enterprises on the selection of cooperation partner enterprises and the business performance of the enterprises. Therefore, this study carried out an empirical analysis of the motivation and purpose of the construction of cooperation strategies by enterprise and what differences there are in factors to which importance is attached in selecting partners. In addition, this study analyzed the differences depending on the size: large and small enterprises and depending on the industry: electronics and chemical industries during AHP using a pairwise comparison technique.

The recent plant order of oversea in domestic engineering and Construction Companies have been growing since 2003. In 2006, the total order came out 2.54 billion dollar. And in a quarter of 2007, the Ministry of Commerce announced that total order already came out 900 million dollar. They expect that the plant industry in the global market will be grown more in near future. However, even though there is growing plant businesses in oversea specially focused on the Middle East area, the domestic large engineering and Construction Company now face up the shortage of specialty manpower. Moreover, the domestic small and medium enterprises have same problems as large companies have. The plant construction industry is expanding rapidly, but the supply of specialty manpower can not follow its growing business. Also, most new supplied manpower is the person who graduated recently and received the degree in the different civil engineering track other than the plant major track, they are required to be re-educated. So, it is unable to deploy in short time. Also, there is shortage of manpower in the Construction Management financing division. Consequently, this project will study the efficient method of training for specialty manpower, provide the solutions.

Purpose : The easiest and most cost-effective way to prevent medical-related infections is known as proper hand washing of health care workers. The experience of MERS in domestic medical institutions has increased the importance of hand hygiene for medical workers to prevent infections in hospitals. It is necessary to investigate the level of hand hygiene practice by type of medical institutions and the factors influencing the infection prevention. Methods : Domestic and overseas hand hygiene related business cases and literature data were collected and analyzed in order to investigate the hand hygiene status of medical institutions in Korea. Result : As a result of hand hygiene monitoring of all hospital-level medical institutions in 2016, the total number of observations was 24,328 and the hand hygiene performance rate was 75.9%. The hand hygiene performance rate of hospitals was 71.5% for general hospitals, 75% for general hospitals, and 81.3% for hospitals. Implications : In general hospitals and hospitals, the HR(Hand Rubbing) method is preferred as a way of performing hand hygiene, whereas the HW(Hand Washing) method is relatively high in the small hospitals. It is estimated that the HW system is preferred because of the cost burden at the hospital medical institution. Therefore, it is necessary to compensate the related expenses to improve the hand hygiene performance of the physicians who are engaged in the hospitals.

The purpose of this study is to make a lot of efforts for student employment in government or university. therefore We have developed Start-up Consulting courses that include easy to find jobs, convergence and multidisciplinary knowledge. The results of the comparison between university and graduate school, management consulting, and start-up consulting curriculum were reviewed according to STEAM 's rules. The results were divided into 5 main classes and 15 sub classes according to the 15 week subject. As a result of the study, we divided into 5 main classes and 15 sub classes in accordance with the 15 week subject. We were able to apply the understanding to the 1st stage company understanding(Arts), 2 stage consulting ability(Technology) 3 stage entrepreneurship strategy(Technology) 4 stage sub consulting(STEAM) 5 stage management case analysis(Arts).

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the satisfaction of students, teachers, and smaller businesses who participate in the apprenticeship. To get answers, it analyzed students and teachers in 4 technical high schools in Daegu city and 4 technical high schools in small and midium sized city in Gyeongsangbuk-do province, and analyzed field teachers and people in charge in the smaller businesses which entered into the program. This study results are as follows. First, It is shown that participation in apprenticeship school is helpful for emplyment and that apprenticeship system is helpful for student's career choice because the respondents who are willing to make aggressive invitation to juniors are high. Second, Satisfaction with teachers was company discovery to be difficult, but the need for the system was relatively positively evaluated. Third, when it comes to the satisfaction of the smaller businesses, The participating companies's matter of primary concern is continuous business growth and they have will to participate in the apprenticeship program depending on the demand for manpower.

This study is to develop a diagnostic model for the effective introduction of smart factories in the manufacturing industry, to diagnose SMEs that have difficulties in building their own smart factory compared to large enterprise, to identify the current level and to present directions for implementation. IT, AT, and OT experts diagnosed 18 SMEs using the "Smart Factory Capacity Diagnosis Tool" developed for smart factory level assessment of companies. They analyzed the results and assessed the level by smart factory diagnosis categories. Companies' smart factory diagnostic mean score is 322 out of 1000 points, between 1 level (check) and 2 level (monitoring). According to diagnosis category, Factory Field Basic, R&D, Production/Logistics/Quality Control, Supply Chain Management and Reference Information Standardization are high but Strategy, Facility Automation, Equipment Control, Data/Information System and Effect Analysis are low. There was little difference in smart factory level depending on whether IT system was built or not. Also, Companies with large sales amount were not necessarily advantageous to smart factories. This study will help SMEs who are interested in smart factory. In order to build smart factory, it is necessary to analyze the market trends, SW/ICT and establish a smart factory strategy suitable for the company considering the characteristics of industry and business environment.
