동의보감(東醫寶鑑)중 망면색(望面色)에 대한 연구(硏究) (A study on the diagnosis of observing face color by Dongeuibogam)

  • Objectives A study on the importance of observing face color in the Dongeuibogam and the other things to know when we observe face color. Methods We used Deyuk Dongeuibogam of Dongeuibogam publishing company from original photographic edition. Results (1) In all section(ex. Naekyungpyeon, Oehyeongpyeon and Japbyoungpyeon), the chapters related with observing face color were fifty-one. In Naekyungpyeon, the chapters related with observing face color were nineteen(37%). In Oehyeongpyeon, the chapters related with observing face color were ten(20%). In Japbyoungpyeon, the chapters related with observing face color were twenty-two(43%). In all section(ex. Naekyungpyeon, Oehyeongpyeon and Japbyoungpyeon), the statements related with observing face color were three-hundred and nine. In Naekyungpyeon, the statements related with observing face color were sixty-four(21%). In Oehyeongpyeon, the statements related with observing face color were fifty-two(17%). In Japbyoungpyeon, the statements related with observing face color were one hundred ninety-three(62%). (2) In each chapter, the number of statement related with observing face color was studied. Pediatric Chapter (75) were the most common, followed by The way of finding the cause of a disease (27) Face (26) Cold (24) Weak&Fatigue (12) Phlegm, Jaundice (8) Nose, Worm, Chronic indigestion (7) Mouth&Tongue, Woman, Stool (6) Bodyshape, Liver, Heart, Kidney, Cough (5) Eye, Carbunculosis (4) Blood, Voice, Spleen, Lung, Chest, Fire, Edema, Detoxification (3) in order. (3) In each section(ex. Naekyungpyeon, Oehyeongpyeon and Japbyoungpyeon), the rate of chapter related with observing face color was studied. Naekyungpyeon(73%) was the highest. Japbyoungpyeon(61%). Oehyeongpyeon(38%) was the lowest. Conclusions The importance of each chapter for observing face color in the Dongeuibogam was studied. In addition, the entire ocular inspection, the part ocular inspection, moisture and the difference of skin according to the personal constitution should be considered. There are not only the important parts of the past that does not mean but also the unimportant parts of the past that are meaningful now. Additional studies will be needed for the latter.

  • For this study, we developed clothing in which textile materials that were excellent weather control function for the cold environment and we performed the human subject test with developed clothing to determine the thermal comfort. We used 2 clothing samples developed (A and B, hollow yarn+moisture absorption/quick drying yarn, 3 layers, high stretchable, heat reflection film and lamination treated) and a control sample (Ctrl.) for the human subject test and 8 adult males were used as a human subjects and environmental conditions of chamber were $0{\pm}1^{\circ}C$. $50{\pm}5%RH$, 0.3m/sec. The results were as follows: The average skin temperature and hand, thigh temperature of B were higher than B and Ctrl. (p<.05). The micro-climates of B were near to thermal comfort range which is $32{\pm}1^{\circ}C$ and $50{\pm}10%\;RH$. The chest temperature of B was significantly higher than others (p<.05). The relative humidity of B was lower than others and kept stable rather than others. The thermal sensation of B was near the "neutral" and was significantly different from Ctrl. (p<.01) and the weight loss of B was lower than Ctrl. (p<.05). The counting task and hand temperature was positively related and the counting task value of B and A is bigger than Ctrl. and that of A was bigger than Ctrl. (p<.05).

해수산 무지개송어(Oncorhynchus mykiss) 프레임 육포의 위생적 및 영양적 특성 (Nutritional and Microbiological Characterization of Fish Jerky Produced Using Frame Muscle of the Sea Rainbow Trout Oncorhynchus mykiss)

  • Large quantities of by-products—such as fish frame, head, skin and viscera—are generated during seafood processing, and these by-products are not utilized extensively. Therefore, sea rainbow trout Oncorhynchus mykiss (SRT) frame muscle (FM) jerky was prepared by grinding SRT-FM, followed by mixing with seasoning, forming and drying. The nutritional and microbiological characteristics of the SRT-FM jerky were then investigated. The proximate composition of the SRT-FM jerky was 19.1% moisture, 38.7% crude protein, 7.9% crude lipid and 4.4% ash. The viable bacterium count of the SRT-FM jerky was 3.9 log CFU/g, and Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were not detected. The total amino acid content of SRT-FM jerky was 37.3 g/100 g, and the major amino acids were aspartic acid, glutamic acid, leucine and lysine. Based on the recommended daily intake of fish jerky (100 g), the most abundant mineral was potassium. The fatty acid composition of the SRT-FM jerky was 26.2% saturated acid, 34.5% monoenoic acid and 39.3% polyenoic acid, and the major fatty acids were 16:0, 18:1n-9, 18:2n-6, 20:5n-3 and 22:6n-3. These results suggest that SRT-FM jerky has high nutritional value.

Effect of Rice Flour Addition on Quality Properties of Functional Dumpling Skins

  • This study intends to present basic materials for the development and production of functional dumpling skins by making rice flour-added functional dumpling skins and analyzing the nature of its quality. The moisture content of dumpling skins increased with high addition of rice flour. The color value of dumpling skins changed little with high addition of rice flour. The hardness of dumpling skins showed significant difference in all storage periods with the addition of rice flour. For the sensory properties of dumpling skins with the addition of rice flour, where 25% and 50% rice-flour were added, dumpling skins showed a high score in overall quality for O-day and 7-days of storage. In particular, the 50% rice-flour dumpling skin mixture indicated the highest score. For the correlation between textural and sensory properties according to the addition of rice flour, 0 day-stored dumpling skins showed a positive correlation between smoothness and moistness in the mouth feel and the overall quality (p<0.01) in the sensory properties. Wheat odor (r=0.68) and chewiness (r=0.65) also correlated positively with overall quality (p<0.05). Hardness in textural properties correlated positively with moistness (r=0.69) and the mouth feel (r=0.65) of dumpling skins (p<0.05). Hardness in textural properties correlated positively with adhesiveness (r=0.99) and chewiness (r=0.93, p<0.01). Dumpling skins stored for 7 days showed a positive correlation between hardness, chewiness, and moistness in the mouth feel and overall quality (p<0.05) in the sensory properties. Hardness in textural properties correlated positively with gumminess (r=0.65, p<0.05).

민들레 복합추출물 (AF-343) 첨가 간편가정식용 저염 건식형 치킨 비빔밥의 항산화적 품질특성 (Antioxidative Characteristics of Dried Type Sodium Reduced Chicken Bibimbap Using Dandelion Complex Extract Powder of AF-343 as a Home Meal Replacement)

  • We investigated the antioxidant, physicochemical, and sensory characteristics of dried type sodium reduced chicken bibimbap using dandelion complex extract powder of AF-343 (DCEP) as a home meal replacement. The DCEP is known to add moisture to the skin and to relieve the symptoms of atopic dermatitis. The sodium content of the standard sample was 1,190 mg per serving. The sodium was significantly reduced by 30%, resulting in 820 mg of sodium for the reduced-sodium group (p<0.05). The ash contents of the standard sample group with the DCEP showed significantly the highest value at 6.01% in all of the samples as affected by the minerals of the DCEP (p<0.05). Sensory characteristics of savory aroma, savory flavor, cooked vegetable flavor and hardness in all the samples did not show significant differences, implying that addition of DCEP and 30% sodium reduction did not have undesirable effects on those sensory attributes. Furthermore, chicken flavor, which was a bit oily in the standard samples tended to decrease slightly, leaving a desirable savory flavor increased in the reduced sodium groups. In acceptance tests, the samples did not show any significant differences, indicating that the DCEP added sodium-reduced samples may be potentially acceptable to consumers. Total flavonoid contents, ABTS and DPPH radical scavenging activity, indicators of biologically active ingredients such as antioxidant, anticancer, and antibacterial activities significantly increased with the amount of DCEP added (p<0.05).

의복재료와 상체부 의복형태변화가 의복내기후에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Fiber Type and Blouse Design on the Clothing Microclimate)

  • In order to investigate the mechanism of the formation of clothing microclimate with different blouse designs and materials, physiological and subjective sensational changes were measured. Experimental clothing were four types of blouse made of $100\%$ cotton, $100\%$ regular polyes­ter, and $100\%$ hygroscopic polyester. Four types of box style blouse were with stand collar and long sleeve, with stand collar and sleeveless, with long sleeve and collarless, and sleeveless and collarless. Five healthy female were chosen as subjects. Experiments were carried out in the environ­mental chamber controlled at $28{\pm}1^{\circ}C$ , $70{\pm}5\%$ RH. and still-air condition for SO min. The skin temperature (9 spots), oral temperature, humidity inside chest, and subjective sensations were measured. Obtained results are: I) Material which is capable of absorbing sweat effectively and transfering moisture rapidly made a comfortable feeling, because cloth­ing humidity is increasing slowly at this material. 2) During exercise period, covered arms have more influenced on thermal comfort than a covered neck.

Polydimethylsiloxnae 변성 Polyurethane Hybrid Sealant의 제조와 그 특성 (Preparation and Characteristics of Polyurethane Hybrid Sealant Modified with Polydimethylsiloxane)

  • Isocyanatopropyltrimethoxysilane과 한쪽 말단에 hydroxyl기를 가지며 $M_n$이 5000, 10000, 및 20000인 polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)을 이용하여 세 가지 isocyanatopropyldimethoxysilylpolysiloxane(IDMSi-PDMS)을 합성한 후, 양 말단에 hydroxyl기를 가지는 폴리우레탄과 반응시켜 PDMS 변성 polyurethane hybrid elastomer(PSMPH)를 제조하였다. PDMS 변성 polyurethane hybrid sealant는 PSMPH를 base 수지로 하고 여기에 가소제, 가교제, 무기 충전제, 접착 증진제, 가교제, 점증제 및 촉매를 가한 다음, 실온, 질소분위기 하에서 컴파운딩하여 제조하였다. PSMPH hybrid sealant는 PHMS 수지 내에 존재하는 methoxy기와 건축석재의 hydroxyl기 또는 대기 중의 수분과 졸-젤 반응에 의해 가교가 된다. $M_n$=5000인 PDMS를 포함하는 PSMPH의 접착강도는 최대하중 및 파단 시 40.28과 20.14 kg의 하중을 보였으며, 수축률은 $M_n$=20000인 PDMS를 포함하는 PSMPH 실런트일 때 5.7%로 가장 적었다. 또한, 그들의 지촉시간, 8일 후 오일 함유량, 슬럼프, 그리고 내알칼리 특성에서 좋은 결과들을 보여 주었다.

비접촉 생체신호 모니터링 응용을 위한 세라믹/메탈 할라이드 복합막 기반 습도센서 개발 (Development of Humidity Sensor Based on Ceramic/Metal Halide Composite Films for Non-Contact Biological Signal Monitoring Applications)

  • Capacitive-type humidity sensors with a high sensitivity and fast response/recovery times have attracted a great attention in non-contact respiration biological signal monitoring applications. However, complicated fabrication processes involving high-temperature heat treatment for the hygroscopic film is essential in the conventional ceramic-based humidity sensors. In this study, a non-toxic ceramic/metal halide (BaTiO3(BT)/NaCl) humidity sensor was prepared at room temperature using a solvent-free aerosol deposition process (AD) without any additional process. Currently prepared BT/NaCl humidity sensor shows an excellent sensitivity (245 pF/RH%) and superior response/recovery times (3s/4s) due to the NaCl ionization effect resulting in an immense interfacial polarization. Furthermore, the non-contact respiration signal variation using the BT/NaCl sensor was determined to be over 700% by maintaining the distance of 20 cm between the individual and the sensor. Through the AD-fabricated sensor in this study, we expect to develop a non-contact biological signal monitoring system that can be applied to various fields such as respiratory disease detection and management, infant respiratory signal observation, and touchless skin moisture sensing button.

슈크로오스디스테아레이트를 사용한 액정구조의 생성과 보습효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Moisturizing Effect and Preparation of Liquid Crystal Structures Using Sucrose Distearate Emulsifier)

  • 이 연구는 슈크로오스디스테아레이트(Sucro-DS)를 사용하여 친수형 O/W 에멀젼을 만들고, 이 에멀젼의 드로플렛(droplet)은 다중층의 구조를 가지는 액정생성에 관한 것이다. Sucro-DS의 물리화학적 특성을 알아보았고, 이를 이용한 유화성능에 대하여 연구하였다. 액정을 형성하기 위하여 3wt%의 Sucro-DS, 5wt%의 글리세린, 5wt%의 수쿠알란, 5wt%의 카프릭/카프릴릭트리글리세라이드, 3wt%의 세토스테아릴알코올, 1wt%의 글리세릴모노스테아레이트, 78wt%의 정제수의 혼합계에서 안정한 다중층의 라멜라구조가 형성됨을 알 수 있었다. 이를 응용하여 불안정한 활성물질을 봉입한 크림을 만드는 방법에 대하여 기술하였다. 또한, 이 기술을 이용한 크림의 보습효과에 대하여 연구하였다. 인체 임상시험을 통한 피부개선효과에 대하여 연구한 결과를 보고한다. Sucro-DS 를 사용하여 안정한 액정상을 생성하는 pH 범위는 5.2~7.5 에서 안정한 액정구조를 유지하고 있었다. 액정의 안정성이 우수한 농도는 3wt%의 베헤닐알코올을 함유할 경우의 경도는 13kg/mm,min 이었다. 동일 함량의 점도는 25,000mPas/min 이었다. 유화제의 영향에 대하여 실험한 결과, Sucro-DS 의 농도는 5wt%가 적합하였고, 안정한 액정의 입경분포는 4~6mm 이었다. 이를 현미경분석을 통하여 관찰하였고, 3 개월동안 액정변화의 안정성은 $4^{\circ}C$, $25^{\circ}C$, $45^{\circ}C$에서 안정함을 알 수 있었다. 임상시험으로, 바르기 전의 보습력은 $13.4{\pm}7%$ 이었다. 액정이 형성되지 않은 크림의 보습력은 $14.5{\pm}5%$로 바르기 전보다는 약 8.2% 보습력이 상승하였다. 반면, 액정크림의 경우 $19.2{\pm}7%$로, 도포 전보다는 43.3%보습력이 상승하였다. 응용분야로 Sucro-DS 유화제를 사용한 액정크림, 로션, 아이크림 등 다양한 제형개발이 가능하고, 화장품산업은 물론 의약품산업 및 제약산업에서 피부외용제의 유화기술로 폭넓게 응용이 가능할 것으로 기대한다.

비수리 추출물 함유 크림의 보습 효능 및 안정성 평가 (A Determination of the Moisturizing Effect and Stability of a Cream Containing Lespedeza cuneata G. Don Extracts)

  • 본 연구에서는 비수리 추출물 함유 크림의 피부 보습 효능과 안정성을 평가하였다. 비수리 추출물의 0.2% 에틸아세테이트 분획을 함유한 크림을 제조하고 임상실험으로 피부보습 효과를 측정하였다. 크림을 도포한 후에 피부 수분량과 경표피 수분 손실량을 조사하였다. 추출물의 0.2% 에틸아세테이트 분획을 함유한 크림의 피부 보습효과는 placebo 크림보다도 10~20% 정도 크게 나타났다. 에틸아세테이트 분획을 함유한 크림의 경표피 수분 손실량(TEWL, $7.7g/m^2h$)은 대조군($10.2g/m^2h$) 및 placebo 크림($8.9g/m^2h$)에 비교하여 TEWL의 감소를 나타내었다. 비수리 추출물의 0.2% 에틸아세테이트 분획을 함유한 크림의 안정성을 평가하였다. 4개의 서로 다른 온도($4^{\circ}C$, $20^{\circ}C$, $37^{\circ}C$, $45^{\circ}C$)와 태양 광선 하에 12주 동안 추출물 함유 크림을 처리한 후 pH, 점도 및 흡광도를 측정하였다. 추출물 함유 크림과 placebo 크림 사이의 pH 변화는 위에 언급된 여러 가지 온도 하에서 유의적인 차이를 나타내지는 않았다. 하지만 추출물 함유 크림의 pH 변화(${\Delta}ph$ = 1.60) placebo 크림(${\Delta}ph$ = 1.65)보다 태양 광선 하에서 크게 나타났다. 추출물 함유 크림과 placebo 크림의 점도를 12주 동안 여러 온도에 처리한 후 측정하였다. 추출물 함유 크림과 placebo 크림 모두 $45^{\circ}C$에서 큰 점도 감소(약 59%)를 나타내었다. 하지만, 4, 20, 및 $37^{\circ}C$와 태양광선 하에서는 큰 변화가 없었다. 추출물 함유 크림과 placebo 크림의 흡광도는 모든 조건에서 비슷하게 감소하였다. 이러한 흡광도의 감소는 태양광선 하에서 에탄올 용액에 있는 추출물의 흡광도 감소와 비교하여 상대적으로 작게 나타났다(Fig. 7). 첨부해서, 실험 기간 12주 동안 크림의 변색이나 변취에 있어서 어떠한 변화도 관찰되지 않았다. 또한, 크리밍이나 응집과 같은 물리적인 변화도 관찰할 수 없었다. 이러한 결과들은 비수리 추출물의 에틸아세테이트 분획 함유 크림이 피부 보습 효과를 가지며 상대적으로 안정함을 가리킨다. 따라서 이는 비수리 추출물의 에틸아세테이트 분획은 이미 보고된 항산화 및 항균 활성과 함께 새로운 화장품 소재로서 응용 가능성이 있음을 시사한다.
