ANALYTIC APPROACH TO DEFORMATION OF RESOLUTION OF NORMAL ISOLATED SINGULARITIES: FORMAL DEFORMATIONS

  • We give an analytic approach to the versal deformation of a resolution of a germ of normal isolated singularities. In this paper, we treat only formal deformation theory and it is applied to complete the CR-description of the simultaneous resolution of a cone eve. a rational curve of degree n in P$^{n}$ (n $\leq$ 4).

  • Even though there is a formula for $h^0$(X, $\cal{O}_X(nK_X)$) for a canonical threefold X, it is not easy to compute $h^0$(X, $\cal{O}_X(nK_X)$) because the formula has a term due to singularities. In this paper, we find a way to control the term due to singularities. We show nonvanishing of plurigenus for the case when the index r in the singularity type $\frac{1}{r}$(1, -1, b) is sufficiently large.

  • We investigate existence and multiplicity of the solutions for elliptic boundary value problem with two singularities. We obtain one theorem which shows that there exists at least one nontrivial weak solution under some conditions on which the corresponding functional of the problem satisfies the Palais-Smale condition. We obtain this result by variational method and critical point theory.

  • In this lecture I shall discuss some recent progress in the development of methods for attacking the central questions of the formation and structure of singularities and of global regularity for solutions of the Cauchy problem for nonlinear systems of partial differential equations of hyperbolic type. Applications to the Einstein equations of general relativity and to the equations of compressible fluid flow shall be particularly emphasized and detailed.

  • For a finite subgroup G of GLn(ℂ), the moduli space 𝓜𝜃 of 𝜃-stable G-constellations is rarely smooth. This note shows that for a group G of type ${\frac{1}{r}}(1,a,b)$ with r = abc + a + b, there is a generic stability parameter 𝜃 ∈ Θ such that the birational component Y𝜃 of 𝜃-stable G-constellations provides a resolution of the quotient singularity X := ℂ3/G.

  • 본 연구에서는 이종재료간의 Ⅴ-노치균열의 노치각도 및 재료의 종류에 따른 응력특이성지수와 응력강도 계수 해석에 각각 뉴톤-랍슨법(newtonraphson method), 뉴톤-랍슨법과 최소자승법을 이용한 선점법(collocation method)인 수치해석적 방법을 응용하고, 광탄성 등색선 무늬를 컴퓨터 그래픽하여 응력특이성지수와 응력강도계수가 모우드(mode)에 미치는 특성과 경계요소법(boundary element method)으로 응력해석한 결과로써 선점법을 이용하여 응력강도계수를 해석하고 기존의 결과등과 비교, 검토하 고자 한다.

  • There are several types of singularities in controlling robotic manipulators: kinematic singularity, algorithmic singularity, semi-kinematic singularity, semi-algorithmic singularity, and representation singularity. The kinematic and algorithmic singularities have been investigated intensively because they are not predictable or difficult to avoid. The problem with these singularities is an unnecessary performance reduction in non-singular region and the difficulty in performance tuning. Tn this paper, we propose a method of avoiding kinematic and algorithmic singularities by applying a task reconstruction approach while maximizing the task performance by calculating singularity measures. The proposed method is implemented by removing the component approaching the singularity calculated by using singularity measure in real time. The outstanding feature of the proposed task reconstruction method (TR-method) is that it is based on a local task reconstruction as opposed to the local joint reconstruction of many other approaches. And, this method has dynamic task priority assignment feature which ensures the system stability under singular regions owing to the change of task priority. The TR-method enables us to increase the task controller gain to improve the task performance whereas this increase can destabilize the system for the conventional algorithms in real experiments. In addition, the physical meaning of tuning parameters is very straightforward. Hence, we can maximize task performance even near the singular region while simultaneously obtaining the singularity-free motion. The advantage of the proposed method is experimentally tested by using the 7-dof spatial manipulator, and the result shows that the new method improves the performance several times over the existing algorithms.

  • 본 논문에서는 고정 또는 자유 연단 조건의 모든 조합을 고려한 마름모꼴 평판의 휨 진동에 대한 엄밀한 해석방법을 제시한다. 본 논문의 주된 관점은 마름모꼴 평판 둔각 모서리의 경계조건이 고정 또는 자유일 때 휨응력의 특이도를 엄밀히 고려하여 해석하는 것이다. 고정 또는 자유인 모서리 응력 특이도의 중대한 영향력이 이해 될 수 있도록 충분히 큰 165。 둔각모서리를 갖는 마름모꼴 평판에 대하며 엄밀한 무차원 진동수와 수직 변동변위의 전형적인 등고선을 제시하였다.
