In this paper a method to perform Exclusive-OR operation between two tabular type Boolean expressions is presented. The proposed method allows to solve the switching equations and the simultaneous equations in a rather direct manner, compared with Unger's method.

본 논문은 수학과 교육과정에서 지속적으로 강조되어 온 문제해결과 관련하여 제7차 교육과정 분석에서 논의되었던 계열성 측면에서 초등과 중등 수학에서 다루어지는 이원일차연립방정식 형태의 문장제 해결 과정에서 학생들이 보이는 특성을 면밀하게 탐색하였다. 분석 결과 초등학교 학생들은 이원일차연립방정식 형태의 문장제 해결 경험 및 학습의 차이가 있음에도 불구하고 성취도와 선호하는 전략에 있어서 학년 간 차이가 크게 나타나지 않았다. 또한, 초등학교 학생들은 이원일차연립방정식 형태의 문장제 해결에서 전략들 사이의 연결, 예상과 확인 전략의 효율적인 사용, 자연스러운 대수식 표현의 특징을 보였다. 본 연구는 초등학교 학생들의 이원일차연립방정식 형태의 문장제 해결 사례를 바탕으로 초등과 중등의 연계성을 찾을 수 있는 문제해결 지도에 대한 시사점을 제공한다.

강절(剛節) 뼈대 구조물(構造物)의 해석(解析)에 적용하는 모멘트 분배법은 총조정(總調整) 모멘트라는 개념을 이용하여 연립방정식(聯立方程式)으로 간단히 표현된다. 이 방정식(方程式)은 간단한 손계산기(hand calculator)로 직접 작성되고 쉽게 풀어질 수 있다. 이 방정식(조정방정식(調整方程式))은 무한번의 분배 과정을 완료한 상태를 나타내며 그 해는 소거법(消去法)으로 풀 수도 있으나 일종의 이완방정식(弛緩方程式)으로써 되풀이 산법을 사용하면 간단히 풀어진다. 이 방법이 연속량(連續梁)의 휨 모멘트 계산이나 영향선(影響線) 해석(解析)에 어떻게 이용될 수 있는 지를 두개의 예제로서 설명하였다. 특히 영향선의 해법은 전산에 편리하도록 행렬(行列)로 표현하였다.

This paper deals with the Cauchy problem for heat equations with coupling moving reactions of mixed type. After obtaining the infinite Fujita blow-up exponent, we classify optimally the simultaneous and non-simultaneous blow-up for two components of the solutions. Moreover, blow-up rates and set are determined. By using the analogous procedures, one can fill in the gaps for the other two systems, which are studied in the paper 'Australian and New Zealand Industrial and Applied Mathematics Journal' 48(2006)37-56.

Striaght-forward application of the ordinary least squares model for estimating the parameters of a simultaneous linear stochastic equations model does not provide consistent estimators due to the fact that the explanatory jointly dependent variables are correlated with the disturbances. The search for consistent estimators during the last three decades has yielded a variety of estimators which can be broadly classified into two groups, namely, limited information and full information. Both the groups fails to uilize the over-identifying restrictions in the structural equations except the one under study while the latter group succeeds; see, e.g. Srivastava(1978) for a brief review and Theil (1961) for a detail description.

본 논문에서 Hamilton의 마코프-스위칭 모형을 연립방정식으로 확장한 FIML 마코프-스위칭 모형을 제시해 보았다. 본 논문의 FIML 마코프-스위칭 모형을 LIML 마코프-스위칭 모형 등과 비교하면 LIML 마코프-스위칭 모형은 FIML 마코프-스위칭 모형의 특별한 경우이며 FIML 마코프-스위칭 모형은 연립방정식으로 확장된 일반화된 모형 형태를 띄게 된다. 본 논문의 FIML 마코프-스위칭 모형을 Campbell and Mankiw 소비함수에 적용해 본 결과, 2008년 부동산 거품 붕괴와 같은 경제충격 시기의 한계소비성향은 매우 민감도가 높아진다는 것을 알 수 있다.

Pulsed wire evaporation (PWE) method is known as the promising production-technique for nanopowders. In this study, we developed and modified the previous single wire explosion equipment to the simultaneous two-wire explosion one for the fabrication of alloy or mixture of nano metallic powder. First of all, both the theoretical and empirical background of pulsed wire explosion of single wire were summarized, and compared with our experimental results for Cu and Al single wlre explosion. After then, the simultaneous wire evaporation equipment was designed, constructed, and tested. The current and voltage behavior were well matched between the calculated ones from the circuit equations, and the experimental results from simultaneous explosion of Cu and Al wire.

In the present paper we shall introduce several operators on the reproducing kernel spaces. And using them we shall find a solution of an infinite system of quadratic equations (1.1). In particular we shall convert problem for finding an approximate solution of infinite system of quadratic equations into problem for minimizing nonnegative biquadratic polynomial.

다중 ridge 원형 도파관을 퓨리에 급수 전개와 모드 정합법을 이용하여 정확하게 해석하였다. 경계 조건을 이용하여 두 급수식을 전개하고 이를 풀어 모드를 정확하게 구하였다. 다중 ridge 원형 도파관의 ridge의 수, 길이, 폭에 따른 차단 파수(cutoff wavenumber)의 변화를 살펴보았다. 구한 해는 정확하고 수렴성이 뛰어나며 dominant mode에 대해서는 간단한 근사식을 제시하였다.

A program for numerical analysis of induced lightning surge is developed. The program first converts simultaneous differential equations into simultaneous difference equations for line sections without transition points, and calculates the line voltage and current by solving a determinant. It, then, calculates the line voltage and current at transition points by applying kirhhoffs law. This program is potentially useful in a wide range of applications for investigating the effect on distribution lines of lightning protection equipment such as lightning arresters and overhead ground wires.
