근거기반의 수술 후 오심·구토 관리 프로토콜의 개발 및 임상적 평가 (Development and Evaluation of an Evidence-based Nursing Protocol for Postoperative Nausea and Vomiting)

  • Purpose: Postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) is very common among postoperative orthopedic surgical patients with patient-controlled analgesia (PCA), especially for narcotics. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of an evidence-based PONV management protocol on nursing and patient outcomes. Methods: A methodological study was conducted to develop PONV protocol and a quasi-experimental study to evaluate the effectiveness of protocol. The preliminary PONV protocol was drawn by conducting a systematic review and by reviewing clinical guidelines and best practice recommendations. Validation of the content was done by expert clinicians, and the clinical applicability was evaluated by staff nurses and patients. The effect was evaluated in clinical outcomes associated with PONV and nursing outcomes. Results: In the experimental group, the occurrence of vomiting (z= 2.147) was significantly decreased, the maintenance PCA (${\chi}^2=4.212$) and the satisfaction of patients (z= 5.007) were significantly higher. In the outcomes of nurses, the PONV knowledge of nursing care (z = 3.791), awareness (z = 2.982) and self-efficacy (z= 2.745) were higher in the experimental group. The attitude towards evidence-based nursing practice (z= 2.446) was significantly positive. Conclusion: The results show that an evidence-based approach to the implementation of PONV care is effective in improving patient clinical outcomes and quality of care.

초진과 재진환자의 종합병원 선택요인 비교분석 (A Comparative Study on Hospital Choice Factors between First-visit and Revisit patients in General Hospitals)

  • 본 연구는 초진환자와 재진환자의 병원선택요인을 비교 분석하기 위한 목적으로 수행하였다. 4개 지역 G, H, S, U 종합병원을 이용한 외래환자를 대상으로 2016년 8월 1일부터 8월 31일까지 4주간 직접 설문조사를 통해 499부의 자료를 수집하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 초진환자의 경우 인적요인, 효율성요인 접근성요인이 유의한 양(+)의 영향력을 미쳤다. 그리고 재진환자의 경우 인적요인, 물리적요인, 접근성요인, 대외이미지요인, 소득이 유의한 양(+)의 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 통해, 초진과 재진환자의 병원선택요인을 비교 분석하고 고객만족도를 높여 궁극적으로 수익성의 제고를 통하여 병원경영 전략을 수립하는데 중요한 참고자료가 될 수 있기를 기대한다.

  • 4차 산업혁명 등 환경의 급격한 변화는 중소기업에게 위기와 기회를 제공하고 있다. 정부는 중소기업지원사업의 개선과 확대에 힘쓰고 있으나 소기의 성과를 거두지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 중소기업의 역할변화에 대응하는 해외마케팅지원사업의 효과적인 수행요인을 연구하였다. 연구는 수출지원 사업신청기업에 대한 설문조사를 기반으로 진행하였다. 연구결과, 기업의 역량, 지원기관의 지원품질, 수행컨설턴트의 역량이 모두 지원사업의 활용도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 지원사업의 활용도가 기업성과에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 변화하는 수출환경하에서 지원사업의 성과달성을 위해서는 지원기관과 컨설턴트, 기업의 3자에 대한 역량강화가 함께 이루어져야 한다. 본 연구는 수출지원사업의 개선에 필요한 실질적인 요인의 판단기준을 제시하고 있으며 향후 요인별 역량강화 방안에 대한 연구가 함께 이루어져야할 것이다.

An Efficient Channel Selection and Power Allocation Scheme for TVWS based on Interference Analysis in Smart Metering Infrastructure

  • Nowadays, smart meter (SM) technology is widely effectively used. In addition, power allocation (PA) and channel selection (CS) are considered problems with many proposed approaches. In this paper, we will suggest a specific scenario for an SM configuration system and show how to solve the optimization problem for transmission between SMs and the data concentrator unit (DCU), the center that collects the data from several SMs, via simulation. An efficient CS with PA scheme is proposed in the TV white space system, which uses the TV band spectrum. On the basic of the optimal configuration requirements, SMs can have a transmission schedule and channel selection to obtain the optimal efficiency of using spectrum resources when transmitting data to the DCU. The optimal goals discussed in this paper are the maximum capacity or maximum channel efficiency and the maximum allowable power of the SMs used to satisfy the quality of service without harm to another wireless system. In addition, minimization of the interference to the digital television system and other SMs is also important and needs to be considered when the solving coexistence scenario. Further, we propose a process that performs an interference analysis scheme by using the spectrum engineering advanced Monte Carlo analysis tool (SEAMCAT), which is an integrated software tool based on a Monte-Carlo simulation method. Briefly, the process is as follows: The optimization process implemented by genetic evolution optimization engines, i.e., a genetic algorithm, will calculate the best configuration for the SM system on the basis of the interference limitation for each SM by SEAMCAT in a specific configuration, which reaches the solution with the best defined optimal goal satisfaction.

  • 최근 스마트폰 보급이 확산되고 전시 및 관람 산업 시장이 급성장함에 따라 미래 전시관은 관람객에게 보다 큰 만족과 공감을 줄 수 있는 능동적, 실감형, 맞춤형, 인터랙티브 서비스를 제공하는 방향으로 진화하고 있다. 이를 실현하기 위해서는 실내 전시관내에서 관람객의 위치를 파악하는 일은 매우 중요하며, 측위 정밀도에 따라 제공 가능한 전시 서비스 품질도 달라진다. 본 논문에서는 최근 연구되고 있는 실내 위치 인식 기술을 분석하고 전시관에 적합한 측위 방법을 제안하였다. 이를 위해, 먼저 IT 기술과 접목된 미래 지향적 전시 서비스 형태를 도출하고, 최근 출시된 BLE(Bluetooth Low Energy) 기술 및 사양 비교 분석을 포함한 대표적인 측위 기술에 대해 분석하였다. 또한 RF 및 VLC의 두 가지 측면에서 채널 특성을 비교 분석하고 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 이를 토대로 전시관을 위해 VLC 및 RF(Wi-Fi 및 BLE) 측위 기술이 결합된 측위 방안을 제안하였다.

개발주체별 자연휴양림 시설물의 차이 (Differences in Facilities of Natural Recreation Forests Developed by Public and Private Bodies)

  • The purpose of this paper is to investigate the difference in facilities of natural recreation forests developed by public and private body to answer the research that what is the difference in development of natural recreation forest between public and private developer\ulcorner After reviewing the literatures, developer's decision-making and motivation of investment, and the planning process of natural recreation forest, we had constructed th conceptual framework and have found the hypothesis of this research. Using data on development status of natural recreation forests and questionnaire surveying of 625 visitors from 9 among 72 natural recreation forests in Korea, We analyzed the data through the comparison of quantity of facilities per 1000 visitors and logistic regression method for quality of facilities. We have found that 1) the six facilities have been turned out to be statistically significant in determining the difference of public and private recreation forests. i.e., infrastructure including roads, maintenance and information and lodging and evacuation, indoor education, outdoor education, and shopping, 2) public recreation forests are well equipped such basic facility as roads, maintenance and information, lodging and evacuation while private recreation forests are well equipped such facility as indoor education, outdoor education, and shopping, and 3) the importance of such facility as roads, maintenance and information, lodging and evacuation, outdoor education, and shopping have been turned out to have 1.99, 2.26, 1.99, 3.01 and 2.24 times more important than that of indoor education, respectively. We can conclude that public recreation forest seems to be equipped with the facilities for sound recreational opportunities for general public, and private recreation forest turned out to have more facilities for pursuit of profits, installed basic facilities for user convenience and service, and special facilities for attracting user and raising revenue. Using the results of this research, we can make a guideline for a market positioning, and standards and provisions of natural recreation forests. We suggest that the relationship between user-satisfaction and recreation facility is needed to be examined in the future research.

효율적인 대학급식 관리체계 및 경영전략을 위한 소비자 태도 분석 (Assessing how the Yonsei University Foodservice is perceived by the students: Toward an effective strategy formulation)

  • The purposes of this study were to: (a) identify college students' patronage behaviors, (b) develop an instrument measuring the attitudes of University Students towards university foodservices management practices, (c) determine university students' attitude towards the four types of university foodservices, and (d) provide recommendations on marketing strategies for university foodservice. Questionnaires were hand delivered to 600 Yonsei University students by designated coordinators. A total of 549 questionnaires were usable; resulting in an 93.3% response rate. The survey was conducted between November 28 to December 4, 1995. Statistical data analysis was completed using the SAS Programs for descriptive analysis, T-test, ${\chi}^2$ test, ANOVA, Factor Analysis and Stepwise Multiple Regression. Most (88.3%) of students were patronizing university foodservices for lunch. Underground student foodservice (40.1%) and Restaurants outside the campus (33.7%) were primarily used for lunch and dinner respectively. Eighty six percent of university students had 1 to 2 meals per day at university foodservices. The reasons given by students for patronizing university foodservices were as follows: location, time, price, menu, taste. Most of the respondents were least satisfied with hygiene, taste, menu and atmosphere. Data indicated strong support for eight priori dimensions in terms of food, menu, atmosphere, hygiene, employee attitude, facilities and convenience. After the factor analysis, price, fast service and foodservice location attributes were rearranged, combined and created a new dimension called as 'access'. Three dimensions in terms of menu, hygiene, convenience were important to students although performance was perceived as poor through importance-performance analysis. Most of students were not satisfied with all four types of university foodservices. In terms of food quality and price which university foodservices offer, most of respondents were moderately satisfied. According to multiple regression analysis, 93.31% of the variance respondents' satisfaction score could be explained by food, menu, price, atmosphere, hygiene, employee attitude, facilities, and convenience dimensions.

VDI 기술특성이 상호작용과 업무성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 연구 (The Effect of VDI Technical Characteristics on Interaction and Work Performance)

  • Recently, many organizations are actively adopting VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure), an IT-based business system, to build a non-face-to-face business environment for smart-work. However, most of the existing research on VDI has focused on the satisfaction of system service quality or the use of IT resources and investment for VDI introduction. However, research on effective management and utilization of factors according to the characteristics of VDI technology is urgently required. This study is an empirical research study on how VDI technology characteristics affect interactions and work performance by identifying differences in utilization factors between general organization members and IT managers, presenting standards for business utilization and management. This study proposed a model and hypothesis that the system technology characteristics for VDI use are mediated by interactions in which users respond to functions appropriate to their work. In order to verify the hypothesis, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 188 people of companies and institutions that have adopted and used VDI through a questionnaire survey. Data analysis was performed with partial least squares (PLS), a structural equation modeling (SEM) technique that uses a component-based approach to estimation. As a result of the empirical analysis, the same environmental function for performing work, N-th security, and remote access function factors for non-face-to-face work have a significant effect on interactivity, and IT managers have an additional significant effect on the management technology characteristics of resource reallocation. Has been shown to affect. The results of this study aim to minimize trial and error due to new introduction by presenting considerations for future VDI introduction through case analysis.

RCMS에 활용하기 위한 인공지능 기반 챗봇 시스템 (Artificial intelligence-based chatbot system for use in RCMS)

  • 인공지능 기술은 제조 로봇, 인공지능 스피커, 로봇 청소기 등 산업 및 스마트홈 분야에서 다양하게 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 RCMS(Real-time Cash Management System)에서 활용하기 위한 인공지능 기반 1:1 챗봇(chatbot) 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 구현한 RCMS 챗봇은 기존 온라인 게시판의 1만 3천 5백여건의 질의응답을 기반으로 연구비 사용, 시스템 사용법 등 9개 영역에 총 210개의 질의시나리오로 구축하였다. 챗봇은 부족한 상담인원 문제를 해소하고, 근무시간 이후에 연구자의 문의에 대응하여 사용자의 만족도를 제고 할 것으로 예상되며, 연구자의 상담문의가 가장 많았던 사용비목에 대한 추천 서비스는 상담건수를 감소시켜 다른 상담문의에 대한 답변의 질적 수준 향상이 기대된다.

민원업무통합관리 시스템의 구축방안연구 (A study on the Construction of the System Integration Management System for Civil Affairs)

  • 효율적인 전자정부의 구현과 민원 업무의 개선을 위해서 정부의 모든 행정 기관에서 전자민원시스템을 운영하고 있으나 정부 각 부처의 업무분석과 연계의 미흡으로 인하여 민원인의 만족도는 크게 향상되지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 N부의 사례를 기반으로 하여 민원인의 민원처리 시간을 단축시키고, 업무행정 비용을 절감할 수 있는 민원업무통합관리모델의 핵심 구성요소를 제시한다. 이를 위하여 현행 민원업무 프로세스를 분석하여 문제점을 찾아 개선 요구사항을 도출하고, 민원업무통합관리시스템의 시스템 설계의 원칙을 제시하고 구현한다. 구현된 통합 관리시스템의 효율성을 민원인과 내부 업무 담당자 및 관리자의 관점에서 분석 검증하여 그 효율성을 입증하였다.
