다중 서비스 다중 사용자 OFDMA 시스템에서의 자원할당방식에 따른 임의접근 채널 성능 분석 (Analysis of the performances of random access channels in multi-service multi-user OFDMA systems according to resource management schemes)

  • In the paper, we analyze the performances of random access channels in multi-service multi-user OFDMA systems. The resource of the random access channels in OFDMA systems is the nubmer of available sub-channels and PN-codes. For given available sub-channels and PN-codes. we analyze the performances of the random access channels of OFDMA systems according to three resource allocation methods (resource full sharing, resource partial sharing, resource partition) in tenus of the access success probability, the blocking probability, the access delay and the throughput of each service class. Further, we find the feasible region of the access probability of each service class in which the allowable minimum access success probability, the allowable maximum blocking probability and the allowable maximum access delay are satisfied. The results also can be utilized to find proper region of the access probabilities of each service class for differentiated quality of service(QoS)s, and for the system operations.

Serve as You Learn: Problem-Based Service-Learning Integrated into a Product Innovation and Management Class

  • Service-learning is a form of experiential education in which students participate in organized activities and develop a sense of civic responsibility while acquiring content knowledge of the discipline. The purpose of this study was first, to examine the underlying theories and principles of service-learning, and second, to present a case of systemic implementation of problem-based service-learning into a Product Innovation and Management class in higher education. The New Product Development for an E-Commerce Small Business project was developed for a community partner, BevShots, reflecting the needs of the firm, and was tightly woven into the course content. Students' participation in the project had a significant effect on increasing their awareness of the needs in the community and identifying their roles as citizens as well as enhancing their content knowledge learning. The community partner also received benefits for his business by participating in the project. Through this study, we aim to inspire fashion design and merchandising educators to implement service-learning projects/classes in the curriculum.

교육서비스 품질과 참여의도가 교육성과 향상에 미치는 연구: Action Learning 사례를 중심으로 (The effects of Educational Service Quality and Participation Intention on Educational Performance through a Case of Action Learning)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of educational service quality, participation intention, and educational performance in action learning class. Methods: The proposed research model is tested using structural equation modeling for hypotheses based on the data collected from one of action learning class. Results: The results indicate that educational service quality(reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, information accuracy, and relationship quality) positively affects participation intention which in turn improve educational performance, including aspects of before and after class of action learning. In addition, participation intention in classroom positively affects educational performance with both groups. For after class of action learning, the result confirms the effect of responsiveness of educational service quality on participation intention, however, in before class of action learning there is not showed a significant relationship. Conclusion: This study would provide useful information and can be applied to the improvement of educational performance through the participation of students by the instructors and the educational institutes who want to apply the active learning forum in classroom.

항공사 기내서비스품질, 고객가치, 관계유지의도의 영향 관계 -상위클래스 이용 승객을 대상으로- (A Study on the Effect Between Cabin Service Quality, Customer Value and Relationship Retention Intention in Airline -Focus on the upper-class seats customers-)

  • 본 연구는 항공기 상위클래스를 이용하는 고객의 기내서비스에 대한 서비스품질과 고객가치 및 관계유지의도와의 영향 관계를 규명하고자 함에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 기내서비스품질을 물적 서비스품질과 인적 서비스품질요인으로 선정하였고 고객가치를 매개변수로 종속변수인 관계유지의도간의 인과관계를 나타내는 연구모형과 연구가설을 설정하였다. 분석결과, 항공기 상위클래스 물적 서비스품질요인과 인적 서비스품질요인 모두 고객가치와 관계유지의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 상위클래스 서비스품질에 대한 고객의 가치는 관계유지의도에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 해당 항공사와 지속적인 관계를 유지할 가능성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 의해 항공기 상위클래스를 이용하는 상용고객의 로열티 확보와 선호도 등을 파악하여 고객이 특별함을 느끼게 하는 서비스전략이 필요하며 항공사는 조직의 내부점검과 고객감동의 가치실현을 위해 승무원 서비스교육에 투자와 정성이 요구된다.

발전소용 4.16 kV급 차단기에서 감전사고 사례 분석 (Analysis of Electric Shock Accident on 4.16 kV Class Circuit breaker for Power Plant)

  • This paper describes electric shock accidents on a 4.16 kV class circuit breaker for power plant. Electric shock accidents mostly involve damage of human life, in comparison with electrical fire, rate of human death tend to be higher in electric shock accidents. Specially, in a high voltage facilities rate of human death comprised about 43.7% by electric shock accidents. If electric shock accidents happen in a 4.16 kV class circuit breaker for power plant, then the power plant discontinue power production. Electric shock accidents in a power plant have a great ripple effect such as an electric power shortage. In this paper, we analyzed electric shock accidents on a 4.16 kV class circuit breaker for power plant. From the analysis results, we confirmed a cause of electric shock accidents on a 4.16 kV class circuit breaker, it happened by defect of interlock equipment or occurrence of breakdown between first feeder contactor and shielding plate. In order to reduce electric shock accidents on a 4.16 kV class circuit breaker, the power plant should consider improvement of interlock equipment and insulation of feeder contactor in circuit breaker.

성공적인 과학 수업 구성 요소에 대한 예비교사들의 인식 (Pre-service Teachers' Perceptions of Successful Science Classes' Components)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 초등 예비교사들이 생각하는 성공적인 과학수업의 특징과 구체적인 요소에 대해 분석하는 것이다. 연구를 위해 초등예비교사 61명(여 47명, 남 14명)을 연구참여자로 모집하였다. 연구에 사용한 자료는 그룹별 및 개인별 수업실연 중 작성한 상호평가지이다. 자료의 양은 총 150페이지의 방대한 질적 자료였으며 이 자료를 질적 분석을 통해 귀납적 범주화하여 연구 결과를 도출하였다. 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성공적인 과학수업을 구성하는 요소는 7개 범주(14개의 하위 범주, 33개의 하위 요소)로 분석되었다. 구체적인 성공적인 과학수업을 구성하는 요소는 과학교과 내용, 수업운영, 교수학습방법 선정 및 수업내용 조직, 교수학습자료, 학생이해, 교수상황 이해, 수업관련 노력으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 예비교사들이 인식하는 성공적인 과학수업을 구성하는 요소의 구체적인 내용을 수집하여 예비교사들의 실제적인 수업의 모습을 기술할 수 있었다. 이상의 연구 결과에서 보듯이, 예비교사가 인식하는 성공적인 과학수업의 특징과 구체적인 요소를 파악할 수 있었으며, 이를 바탕으로 예비교사가 효과적인 과학수업운영을 위한 지원을 개발할 수 있을 것이며 이에 대한 지속적인 분석이 이루어져야 할 것으로 생각된다.

고객의 질이 호텔 서비스 품질과 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Effect of Customer Quality on Service Quality and Performance with a Focus on Hotel Service)

  • This study proposes the customer quality a parameter of service quality from a new perspective, develops and evaluation scale for it in relation to service business, analyzes and evaluates the its effect on service quality and performance. First, the concept of service quality and customer quality was investigated in the literatures, to find a basis for its relation to the quality of hotel service. However, previous 1) Among the service quality components, the strongest correlation exists between physical quality and service quality. 2) Hotel quality is most influenced by customer quality, followed by service provider quality and physical quality showing that when customer quality is incorporated as a prerequisite parameter if hotel quality it has the most effect on hotel quality, which is a new result. 3) Customer quality plays a significant indirect role via hotel quality on performance, and the physical quality and service provider quality offered to the customer at a hotel have more direct effect on performance, illustrating the difference in the effect on hotel quality depending on the component of hotel quality. 4) The evaluation of hotel quality and performance becomes more meaningful and valid only when customer quality is included as a prerequisite parameter of hotel quality to strongly interact with service provider quality 5) Comparative analysis of the different qualities according to the hotel class show a significant difference in customer quality, physical quality and service provider quality and performance between first-class and second-class hotels.

환경수업에 대한 예비초등교사의 인식 (Recognition of Korean Pre-service Elementary Teachers Concerning Environment Class)

  • Recognition of Korean pre-service elementary school teachers concerning the factor for the environmental class was investigated and analyzed by the factorial analysis. Korean pre-service elementary school teachers are aware of the factor of 'participation in environment' as well as the factor of 'environmental knowledge' for the environmental class. Furthermore, they had a very positive attitude about the factor of 'participation in environment'.

하나로의 안전성 관련 가동 중 검사 (In-Service Inspection for Safety Rotated Piping in HANARO)

  • The primary cooling piping of HANARO is classified as safety class 3, seismic class 1 and quality class Q. This piping as safety related feature has been designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with ASME SEC. Ⅲ, DIV 1, Class 3. In October of 2000, the first step of the in-service inspection for this piping was carried out in accordance with ASME SEC. XI. This describes the results of the Inspection including the preparation of inservice inspection plan and inspection method. It is verified through the results that the safety related piping is maintained the mechanical and structural Integrities.

산재장애인의 사회경제적 지위 인식과 주관적 건강상태와의 관련성 (The Relevance of Socioeconomic Class Recognition and Subjective Health Status of Injured Workers)

  • Objectives : This study aimed to examine to relevance of socioeconomic class recognition and subjective health status of injured workers. Methods : We used data collected over 3years by the Panel Study of Worker's Compensation Insurance(PSWCI; 2015). Data was analyzed using the chi-square test and logistic regression using SPSS ver. 22.0 to verify the relevance between the socioeconomic class recognition and general characteristics of injured workers. Results : First, the income groups of first class, second class and third class were analyzed as being of lower socioeconomic class status, and the income group four class and five class was analyzed as being the middle-ower the socioeconomic class status. Second, the better the subjective health status, higher the perception of socioeconomic class status, as analyzed by Model 1 using only the parameters of socioeconomic status recognition and Model 2 and Model 3 using income class and general characteristics. Conclusions : Health and industrial accident policies are needed to improve awareness of socioeconomic class status of injured workers.
