온라인 학습환경에서 학습참여동기와 협력적 자기효능감이 지식공유행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Learning Participation Motivation and Self-Efficacy for Group Work on Knowledge Sharing Behavior in Online Learning Environment)

  • This study analyzed the effects of learning participation motivation and collaborative self-efficacy on knowledge sharing behavior in an online learning environment. Collaborative learning in the online learning environment took the initiative in team formation, learning topic selection, learning planning and execution, and reflection. Collaborative learning was operated as an extracurricular program, and a survey was conducted targeting students who finally completed all learning activities. The results of the study are as follows. First, goal-oriented motivation and self-Efficacy for group work, showed significant influence on knowledge sharing behavior. Second, activity-oriented motivation did not show a statistically significant effect relationship. Interpreting the analysis results, it can be judged that the higher the goal-oriented motivation and self-Efficacy for group work of students who performed collaborative learning in an online learning environment, the higher the willingness to share knowledge, skills, and information they know. This study explored the outcomes of collaborative learning conducted in an online learning environment. It is meaningful that the learner's learning participation motivation was identified and the effect of self-Efficacy for group work, which can be expressed in collaborative learning situations, on knowledge sharing behavior, which is a necessary behavior for group performance, is significant.

프리셉터가 지각한 직무스트레스, 자기효능감과 업무수행과의 관계 (Relationships among Work Stress, Self-Efficacy and the Task Performance of the Preceptor)

  • Purpose: This survey aimed to find out the relationship of work stress, self-efficacy, and task performance of the preceptor. Method: The data of this study were collected from 215 Preceptors who have been working in four hospitals in Deajeon. The data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA and Duncan test for group differences, Pearson's correlation and Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS WIN 17.0 program. Result: There were significant positive relations between the work stress (r=0.193, p<0.05), self-efficacy (r=0.346, p<0.00), and the task performance of preceptor. The most predictive factors of the task performance were self-efficacy(11.5%), the job stress(2.7%), and age(2.0%). Conclusion: Nursing department supervisors need to manage preceptor to reduce work stress and to improve self-efficacy. It is recommended that work stress should be decreased and programs for increasing self-efficacy need developing in order to satisfy self-realization of preceptors and their needs.

직무자율성과 자기효능감이 창의적 행동에 미치는 영향: 스마트워크 환경에서 지식공유의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Effects of Job Autonomy and Self-Efficacy on Creative Behavior: Focusing on the Mediation Effect of Knowledge Sharing in Smart Work Environment)

  • In order to solve problems in an uncertain and complicated management environment of the modern world, a creative solution that combines diverse perspectives, knowledge, and effort based on diversity within an organization is required. Smart work environment provides an opportunity to express the potential diversity of an individual, extending the source of ideas to the organization, enhancing communication, and linking and sharing information and knowledge. So, this results in increased creative behavior. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the process of connecting and sharing information and knowledge of organizational members on creative behavior and the effect of smart work environment in the process. The purpose of this study is to identify roles of job autonomy, self-efficacy, knowledge sharing and smart work environment in creative process. For the study, 353 surveys with work use group(156 people) and unused group(197 people). Statistical analysis included validity and reliability analysis, structural model analysis. The results showed that self-efficacy and job autonomy had positive effects on creative behavior and knowledge sharing, and job autonomy had a positive effect on self-efficacy. Knowledge sharing has a positive effect on creative behavior, and mediates the relationship between self-efficacy, job autonomy and creative behavior. Particularly, knowledge sharing has a more positive effect on smart work use group. In case of smart work use group, self-efficacy and job autonomy have a relatively high influence on knowledge sharing rather than direct influence on creative behavior appear. This result implies that the achievements of smart work are revealed in terms of knowledge sharing and creative behavior.

창의적 패션디자인 프로세스가 제4차 산업혁명시대 핵심역량에 미치는 영향 - 창의적 자기효능감, 협력적 자기효능감, 문제해결능력, 의사소통능력을 중심으로 - (The Influence of Creative Fashion Design Process on Core Competencies in the Fourth Industrial Revolution Era - Focusing on Creative Self-Efficacy, Self-efficacy for Group Work, Problem Solving Ability, and Communicative Ability -)

  • The field of design requires creative thinking in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Advanced educational process are needed to develop creative human resources. The ability to creatively develop or cope with new things is also seen as an important core competency. Therefore, this study develops a creative fashion design process and verifies its effect on core competencies in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. For this, 29 college students majoring in fashion design were selected to form an experimental group, a comparative group, and a control group. A creative fashion design program was applied in the experimental group. However, the existing fashion design program was applied to the comparative group. The corresponding sample t-test was applied as an analysis method. The analysis results are as follows. In the experimental group, creative self-efficacy, self-efficacy for group work problem solving ability, and communicative ability improved. However, only communicative ability improved in the comparative group. There was no change in the control group. We proved the value of the study based on collected results. In addition, the results of this study can be used as a basic strategy for subsequent research.

문헌정보학 교육에서 프로젝트기반학습이 협력적 자기효능감 향상에 미치는 효과: 사례연구 (The Effects of Project-Based Learning on Self-Efficacy for Group Work in LIS Education: a Cast Study)

  • 본 연구는 문헌정보학 교육에서 프로젝트기반학습의 적용이 학습자의 협력적 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위한 연구이다. 이를 위하여 디지털도서관 시스템 평가 과목의 수강생 26명을 대상으로 협력적 자기효능감에 대한 사전설문과 사후설문을 실시하여 그 변화를 측정하였고, 대응표본 t-test를 통해 통계적 유의성을 분석하였고, 프로젝트 학습의 실제성이 협력적 자기효능감의 세부요인들과 상관관계가 있는지도 조사하였다. 분석 결과 프로젝트기반학습법은 학습자의 협력적 자기효능감의 세부하위요인들인 리더의 양상, 의견 교환, 의견 평가, 그리고 의견 통합에 대하여 모두 유의미한 효과가 있다는 것과, 학습의 실제성 중 자원의 실제성이 협력적 자기효능감과 부분적으로 상관관계가 있다는 것을 확인하였다.

The Effect of Application of PBL(Problem-Based-Learning) Class on Nursing Process Education

  • 본 연구는 간호과정 및 비판적사고 수업에서 문제중심학습 방법을 한 학기 동안 적용하여 적용 전·후에 간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향, 협력적 자아효능감 및 간호과정 자신감에 미치는 효과를 확인하기 위해 수행되었다. 본 연구는 단일군 사전·사후 설계이다. 연구 대상자는 G시의 간호학과 2학년을 대상으로 온라인 설문지를 이용하여 수집하였고 108명이 최종 참여하였다. 연구결과 비판적 사고성향(t=-4.24, p=.000)과 협력적 자아효능감(t=-3.08, p=.003) 및 간호과정 자신감(t=-13.99, p=.000)은 통계적으로 유의하게 상승했다. 이 결과는 문제중심학습이 비판적 사고성향, 협력적 자아효능감 및 간호과정 자신감에 효과가 있음을 의미한다. 따라서 문제중심학습(PBL)을 간호교육에 확대하여 적용한다면 간호대학생의 핵심역량을 높이는데 효과적일 것이라고 사료된다.

Determinants of Hospital Nurse Burnout: The Moderating Role of Supervision

  • Health care has become a rapidly growing industry where the role of nurses as a group of emotional labor employees is central and prone to burnout. The purpose of this study was to examine the role of supervision in moderating burnout caused by the effect of work intensity, customer contact, and self-efficacy, where the moderating role of supervision on burnout with its various predictors is still unstable. This quantitative study was based on research samples collected through questionnaires from 131 hospital nurses spread over two different locations. The questionnaire asked about supervision, work intensity, customer contact, self-efficacy and burnout used a Likert scale, which was then analyzed using SEM-PLS. The results indicated that work intensity and self-efficacy had a significant effect on burnout, while customer contact had no significant effect on burnout. Supervision as a moderator only significantly moderates the effect of work intensity on burnout, while supervision is not significant as a moderating variable on the effect of customer contact and self-efficacy on burnout. This study can contribute to the development of theories about burnout and practically can be used as a reference by policy makers in enhancing the role of supervision for nurses in hospitals.

고혈압 자조집단 프로그램이 근로자의 고혈압 관련 지식, 자기효능감, 자가관리 이행도 및 생리적 지수에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Hypertension Self-help Program on Hypertension-related Knowledge, Self-efficacy, Self-management Compliance and Physiological Parameters in Workers)

  • Purpose: This study was to examine the effects of the hypertension self-help program on knowledge, self-efficacy, self-management compliance, and physiological parameters for workers with hypertension. Methods: The subjects of study were 54 patients with hypertension, divided into 28 of experimental group and 26 of control group, working in a general work place located in K city from June to September, 2009. Experiment treatment was a 12-week self-care program given for two hours, once a week. Results: After conducting a self-help program, the experimental group showed significant increase in knowledge level, self-efficacy, self-management compliance, and physiological parameters including blood pressure, BMI, total cholesterol level, neutral fat, and LDL-cholesterol of blood lipids compared to the control group. Conclusion: This program is greatly recommended for workshops.

신규간호사를 위한 홀 브레인 모델 기반 교육프로그램 개발 및 효과검증 (Development and Evaluation of an Education Program Based on Whole Brain Model for Novice Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to develop and implement an education program based on the Whole Brain Model for novice nurses, and to evaluate its effects on work performance, interpersonal skills and self-efficacy. Methods: A pretest-posttest quasi-experimental design was used with an experimental group (n=20) and a control group (n=21). The experimental group participated in an education program based on the Whole Brain Model for seven sessions over 4 weeks. An independent t-test, χ2-test, and Mann-Whitney U test were performed to analyze the data. Results: There were statistically significant differences in work performance (p=.015), interpersonal skills (p=.014) and self-efficacy (p=.021) between the experimental and the control group. Conclusion: This program was an effective learning strategy to enhance nursing competence for novice nurses. The novice nurses who participated this program were able to reflect deeply on themselves, improve interpersonal skills, and induce whole-brain integrated thinking in learning how to solve the problems caused by changes in patient conditions that can be experienced in clinical practice. Therefore, this program can be recommended for regular continuing education for novice nurses.

팀프로젝트 기반 학습법에 대해 지각된 유용성의 선행요인과 결과요인에 대한 연구 (Antecedents and consequences of perceived usefulness of team project-based learning)

  • 본 연구는 대학생이 지각하는 팀 프로젝트 기반 학습법에 대한 유용성과 학습만족도 간의 관계를 규명하고 지각된 자율성, 협력적 효능감, 인지된 상호작용성이 지각된 유용성에 미치는 효과를 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 경기도 소재 대학생 55명이 한 학기 동안 팀 프로젝트 기반 학습을 완료 후 설문조사에 참여하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 팀 프로젝트 기반 학습법에 대해 지각된 유용성이 높을수록 학습만족도가 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 지각된 자율성과 협력적 효능감을 높게 인식할 때 학습법에 대한 지각된 유용성을 높게 인식하였다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 대학의 팀 프로젝트 기반 학습법 설계 시 학습자가 학습법이 효율적이고 유용하다고 느끼게 하는 것이 중요하며 이를 위해 자율성을 지지하는 환경조성과 학습자가 협력하여 공동의 목표를 성취할 수 있는 능력을 충분히 갖췄다고 느낄 수 있는 전략이 필요함을 시사한다.
