졸업학년 간호대학생의 자기관리역량과 그릿이 취업준비행동에 미치는 융합연구 (A Convergence Study about the Influence of Self-management Competency, and Grit on Employment Preparation Behavior of Graduate School of Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 졸업학년 간호대학생을 대상으로 자기관리역량, 그릿 및 취업준비행동의 관계를 파악하고 취업준비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고자 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 G시와 J도에 소재한 3개 대학교 간호대학생 206명이다. 자료분석은 SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 이용하였으며, 기술분석, Pearson' correlation, t-test, ANOVA, multiple regression로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 자기관리역량(r=.41, p<.001)과 그릿의 노력지속성(r=.44, p<.001)이 취업준비행동과 정적상관, 그릿의 흥미일관성(r=-34, p<.001)이 취업준비행동과 음적상관을 나타냈다. 취업준비행동에 대한 영향에서 자기관리역량(β=.27, p<.01)과 그릿의 노력지속성(β=.22, p<.01)은 취업준비행동에 정적영향, 그릿의 흥미일관성(β=-.32, p<.001)은 취업준비행동에 부적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 간호대학생의 취업준비행동을 촉진하기 위한 방안으로 자기관리역량 및 그릿의 노력지속성 증진과 함께, 그릿의 흥미일관성을 감소시키기 위해 다양한 간호관련 취업분야를 제시하는 취업전략이 필요함을 시사한다.

프로젝트기반 학습의 플립러닝 수업 모형이 자기주도적 학습능력과 셀프리더십 및 학습역량에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Project-Based Flipped Learning Model on Self-Directed Learning Ability, Self-Leadership and Learning Competency)

  • This study has designed to find out the effects of a project-based flipped learning model at universities on the self-directed learning ability, the self-leadership, and the learning competency. For the study, two procedures were performed. First, a flipped learning model for a project-based learning was developed on the basis of the literature reviews. The flipped learning model has three different steps: the pre-class, the in-class, and the post-class. In the pre-class, instructors provide mini-core courses using various technologies for learners outside the class. The in-class is the step to check whether learners prepare their learning or not. Also, in this step, the in-death learning and the teaching-learning process by interaction between instructors and learners would be performed. In the post-class, learners would be able to sustain the extended learning to develop the learning tasks and activities after flipped learning class. Through this step, the learners could be experienced integrated thinking and application, documentation and management, as well as sharing and spread of their learning. Second, the effectiveness of the developed flipped learning model on the self-direction, the self-leadership, and the learning competency was examined. The quantitative research method and the qualitative research method were used for this study. The results indicated that the flipped learning model showed improvement on the self-direction, the self-leadership, and the learning competency.

패션 명품 브랜드 판매원의 역량과 서비스 지향성이 조직몰입과 서비스 제공수준에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Competency and Service Orientation of Imported Fashion Luxury Brands Salespersons on the Organizational Commitment and Service Delivery Level)

  • This study examines the effects of competency and service orientation of imported fashion luxury brands salespersons on the organizational commitment and service delivery level. Questionnaire data from 162 salespersons of imported fashion luxury brands were analyzed. The results were summarized as follows. First, self-management ability, professional executive ability, and the friendly attitude of six competency factors had significant effects on organizational commitment. Second, professional executive ability, self-management ability, and friendly attitude of the six competency factors had significant effects on service delivery level. Third, all factors of service orientation had significant influences on organizational commitment. Finally, special treatment/awareness of needs and instant response/communicative skill of three service orientation factors had significant influences on the service delivery level.

간호대학생의 셀프리더십과 문화적 역량 관계에서 사회적 유대감과 책임감의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Social connectedness and responsibility in the relationship between Self-leadership and Cultural competency on Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 셀프리더십과 문화적 역량 관계에서 사회적 유대감과 사회적 책임감의 매개효과를 조사하여 간호대학생의 문화적 역량을 증진할 수 있는 방안을 마련하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 C지역에 위치한 2개의 간호대학에 재학중인 207명의 간호대학생을 대상으로 자료수집이 되었으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 24 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 문화적 역량과 셀프리더십, 사회적 유대감, 사회적 책임감은 정적 상관관계로 유의 했으며, 셀프리더십과 사회적 유대감, 사회적 책임감은 정적 상관관계로 유의했다. 또한 사회적 유대감과 사회적 책임감은 간호대학생의 셀프리더십과 문화적 역량관계에 부분 매개효과가 있었다. 따라서 간호대학생의 문화적 역량을 증진시키기 위해 서는 셀프리더십, 사회적 유대감, 사회적 책임감을 증진시킬 수 있는 효과적 전략과 교육프로그램을 개발하여 지속적이고 지지적인 교과과정운영이 필요하다.

치기공과 교육과정 제고를 위한 치과기공사의 직업기초능력 중요도 분석 (Analysis on the Importance of Dental Technicians' Basic Vocational Competency elements to Improve the Dental Technology Curriculum)

  • Purpose: This provides basic data for improving educational effectiveness by selecting and applying basic vocational competency applicable to dental technology's sub-major curricula by determining and researching dental technicians' awareness levels concerning the basic vocational competency's importance. Methods: 170 dental technicians working in Daegu, Korea were surveyed using a self-administered questionnaire between 9 January 2018 and 23 February 2018. Results: 1. The highest level of the basic vocational competency elements by the awareness levels of importance in dental technology laboratories was shown in the occupational ethics, followed by technological skills, interpersonal skills, self-development levels, problem-solving skills, information skills, resource management skills and skills for understanding groups, communication skills, and mathematical skills. 2. Female dental technicians put relatively higher importance on writing documents and managing time, while males stressing on basic statistics. 3. Dental laboratory CEOs and managers put high values on resource management skills, while head technicians valuing information skills more. 4. The awareness levels concerning the basic vocational competency importance in some dental technology fields did not match those of the dental technology laboratories in the fields of porcelain, crown and bridge, and orthodontics. Conclusion : This study demonstrates that the awareness levels concerning basic vocational competency's importance in some fields of dental technology differ from those of dental technology laboratories. Developing a basic vocational competency curriculum, it seems necessary to find ways to increase educational effectiveness by selecting and applying the basic vocational competency for the respective fields of dental technology.

국가직무능력표준을 활용한 병원행정 전문인력 교육과정 개선방안 연구 (A study on the quality improvement of university education for Hospital administrator based on the NCS)

  • The purpose of this study was to support for quality improvement of educational curriculum on hospital administrator through the comparison of competence of new employee and need of field experts based on NCS. The participants of this study were implemented the self-report survey about competency and need on job skills of hospital administrator. According to the comparison, it is defined the point that is needed curriculum improvement and the competency gap between hospital and university hospital. This is support to be establish the base for the qualified education and training program for hospital administrators. NCS is useful as standardized tool for identify the gap between need and competency and as suggestion for education improvement of hospital administrator.

  • 본 연구는 간호학생의 간호전문직 자아개념, 비판적 사고성향, 임상실습 만족도, 임상 수행능력, 임상실습 스트레스의 관계에 대한 구조모형을 검증하고자 시도되었다. 간호대학생 227명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료수집 하였다. 연구결과, 간호전문직 자아개념에 비판적 사고성향, 임상실습 만족도, 임상 수행능력, 임상실습 스트레스의 직접 효과는 유의하였으며, 수행능력과 임상실습 스트레스의 간접효과도 유의하였다. 비판적 사고성향에 수행능력과 임상실습 스트레스의 직접효과는 유의하였으며, 임상실습 만족도에 임상 수행능력과 임상실습 스트레스의 직접효과도 유의하였다. 이에 따라 간호학생의 간호전문직 자아개념의 영향 요인을 고려하여 근거중심의 비판적 사고성향과 조직적이고 체계적인 결론에 도달하는 능력을 갖추기 위해 다양한 교수법 적용과 교육환경 등 다각적인 변화와 임상 수행능력과 만족도를 향상시키고 임상실습 스트레스 줄일 수 있는 중재 프로그램 개발과 적용이 필요하다고 사료된다.

상급초보간호사의 간호업무성과 구조모형 (The Structural Model of Nursing Performance for Advanced Beginner-Stage Nurse)

  • Objectives: To construct a structural equation model to explain and predict nursing performance in advanced beginner-stage nurses. Methods: This study was conducted from September 1 to October 10, 2017. Participants in this study were 220 nurses recruited from general hospitals with over 300 beds in P and K cities. Confirmatory factor and path analyses were conducted using AMOS 18.0. Results: Nursing performance was affected by self-leadership and self-efficacy; self-efficacy (${\beta}=.794$, p=.025) had a greater effect. Problem-solving competency was affected byself-leadership and self-efficacy ;self-efficacy(${\beta}=.712$, p=.016) had a greater effect. Self-leadership was affected byself-efficacy(${\beta}=.820$, p=.013). Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it is recommended that a new program be developed and applied to improve advanced beginner-stage nurses' self-leadership and self-efficacy to enhance nursing performance.

TOEIC을 학습하는 보건계열 일부 대학생의 자아탄력성, 눈치 및 셀프리더쉽이 의사소통능력에 미치는 융복합적인 영향 (Convergent Influence of Ego-Resilience, Nunchi and Self-Leadership on Communication Competency among Students in Health Majors in Studying for TOEIC)

  • 본 연구는 토익을 학습하는 보건계열 일부 대학생의 자아탄력성, 눈치 및 셀프리더쉽과 의사소통능력의 관련성을 파악하고 의사소통능력에 미치는 융복합적 영향을 분석하였다. 자료수집은 2018년 11월 1일부터 2018년 11월 30일까지 자기기입식 설문지를 사용하였으며, 조사대상은 임의로 선정된 J지역 소재 대학의 보건계열 토익학습반에 참여하는 대학생 280명으로 하였다. 의사소통능력은 자아탄력성, 눈치 및 셀프리더쉽과 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 공분산 구조분석 결과, 자아탄력성이 높아질수록, 눈치가 높아질수록, 셀프리더쉽 이 높아질수록 의사소통능력을 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 볼 때, 토익을 학습하는 보건계열 대학생의 의사소통능력을 높이기 위해서는 자아탄력성, 눈치 및 셀프리더쉽을 높이는 노력이 필요하다. 이러한 결과는 토익을 학습하는 보건계열 대학생의 의사소통능력을 높이는 교육지원 및 중재 노력에 활용이 기대된다. 향후연구에서는 의사소통능력에 영향을 미치는 추가요인에 대한 조사가 필요하다.

지역사회리더 리더십역량의 중요-성취도 분석 (An Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) on the Leadership Competency of Rural Community Leaders)

  • The purposes of this study were to identify leadership competences of rural leaders and to analyze leadership competency of leaders. The study carried out by questionnaire and focus group interview on expert panels. To analyze leadership competency, the data was collected from 273 rural leaders by stratified random sampling. SPSSWIN/ver10 program was used for analyzing data with t-test and IPA method. The study suggests twenty low types of leadership competences which were information, vision, decision making, motivation communication, education residents, managing residents, loaming, flexibility, problem solving, presentation program management, customer orientation service knowledge, making relationship, creative idea, business understanding, brand development, conflict resolution negotiation, assessment, business management, coaching and feed back. Whereas leaders with middle school educational career required developing program management, maintaining achievement and benchmarking, leaders with high school were morel likely to develope self-learning, to benchmark their knowhow and brand development competency. Whereas leader with less low years experiences as leader have been considered as developing coaching/feedback brand development and program development, leaders with more five years as leader should consider developing benchmarking, resident education, and brand development. The study suggests that the extension agents on public should develop leadership program according to the competency differences of leaders.
