Rapid changes in the environment, such as the 4th Industrial Revolution, provide crises and opportunities for SMEs. The government is trying to improve and expand the SME support project, but has not been able to achieve the desired results. This study studied the effective performance factors of overseas marketing support projects in response to changes in the role of SMEs. The research was conducted based on a survey of coporations applying for export support projects. As a result of the research, the corporate competence, the support quality from the support institution, and the consultant competency have a significant influence on the utilization of the support project. In addition, it was analyzed that the utilization of support projects has a significant effect on corporate performance. In order to achieve the performance of support projects under a changing export environment, support organizations, consultants, and coporation should strengthen their competences. This study suggests the criteria for judging the actual factors necessary for the improvement of the export support project, and studies on how to strengthen the competences of each factor should be conducted in the future.
The purpose of this study is to prove the hypothesis that the learning transfer climate, such as individual learning self-efficacy and corporate innovative knowledge transfer, will play a mediating role in the relationship between design competency strengthening education and individual performance considering the designer's characteristics. This is meaningful in expanding the meaning of design education and training by quantitatively analyzing the learning transfer climate that affects learning self-efficacy and organizational culture according to the characteristics of designers, unlike existing studies that simply investigate the satisfaction of education. Specifically, this study set up seven hypotheses, and as a result, it was found that design capacity building education for designers, learning self-efficacy, and learning transfer climate of companies had a significant effect on individual performance.
The objective of this study is to examine the relevance between Job Characteristic and Organizational Effectiveness by Job Stress. The proxy variable of the Job Characteristic are skill variety, task identity, task significance, task autonomy, and task feedback. The proxy variable of Job Stress are role conflict, role ambiguity, and role overload. And the proxy variable of Organizational Effectiveness are job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention. The sample consists of 379 data belonging to manufacturing and service industry located on Busan, Ulsan, and Gyungnam in 2015. The result of this study shows that there is difference on the relevance between Job Characteristic and Organizational Effectiveness according to the Job Stress. Therefore, it is more important to reduce the job stress to enhance the Organizational Effectiveness.

The purpose of this study was to identify the need for sex education in middle school students Research subjects were 194 students who attended at I seminary in B city. The period of data collection was from July to August, 2001. Research instrument was composed of 61 structured items 17 items related to demographics and sex, 44 items related to the need of sex education. Data were collected through the self-report method by the researcher and one trained assistant. The instrument developed by the researchers was employed to measure the need of sex education and it's Cronbach's $\alpha$ = 0.9349 in this research. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage factor analysis and t-test using SPSS WIN Program. The findings of this study are summarized as follows : 1. The highest score among characteristics of sex was 'less interest about sex(42.6%)', 39.0% of subjects got information about sex from friends or elders. 52.3% of subjects consulted friends or elders about sex problems. The number of sex education lessons was 1-2 times in school during last semester (61.0%). Education by the school nurse was 35.9% to students. 43.1% of subjects announced moderate satisfaction on sex education. 2. The mean score of the need for sex education was $2.88{\pm}0.47$ (lowest value 1, highest 4). The most wanted sex education factor was 'chastity and sexual responsibility($3.33{\pm}0.67$)' and followed by 'family and marriage ($3.26{\pm}0.62$)' and 'considerations of sex($3.07{\pm}0.69$)'. Meanwhile, the lowest wanted sex education factor is 'physiological characteristics of male ($2.47{\pm}0.72$)', followed by 'sexual behavior ($2.49{\pm}0.75$)'. The most wanted sex education item was 'the meaning of family ($3.54{\pm}0.75$)' and followed by 'the cautions to prevention from sexual abuse ($3.49{\pm}0.78$)' and sexual activity and responsibility($3.43{\pm}0.77$)'. Meanwhile, the lowest wanted sex education item is 'masturbation ($2.16{\pm}0.97$)', followed by 'circumcision($2.32{\pm}0.97$)'. 3. There is no significant difference between boys and girls in mean score about the need for sex education(t=-.715, p=.476). Sex education factor that girl-students wanted was 'physiological characteristics of female'. Sex education factor that boy-students wanted was 'family and marriage'. Sex education items that girl-students wanted were 'cautions during menstruation', the relation of ovulation and pregnancy', caution to prevention from sexual abuse' and sexual behavior and responsibility'. Sex education items that boy-students wanted were 'the meaning of family', 'the importance of marriage', 'male's sex organs', 'a wet dream', 'the method to resolve sexual curiosity', 'sexual intercourse' and 'the connection with the other sex'. In conclusion, the mean score of the need for sex education is medium. The route to attain knowledge about sex and sexual problem is through consulting friends and elders. Therefore, it is necessary to give sex education that is suitable to the subject's needs and methods. Also, it is necessary to give differently strong point about sex education between female and male students.
Consumers tend to trust information provided by other consumers more than information provided by sellers. Therefore, while inducing consumers to write high-quality reviews is a very important task for companies, it is not easy to produce such high-quality reviews. Based on previous research on review writing and memory recall, we decided to develop a way to use digital nudge to help consumers naturally write high-quality reviews. Specifically, we designed an experiment to verify the effect of uploading a photo during the online review process on the quality of review of the review writer. We then recruited subjects and then divided them into groups that upload photos first and groups that do not. A task was assigned to each subject to write positive and negative reviews. As a result, it was confirmed that the behavior of uploading a photo first increases the review length. In addition, it was confirmed that when online users who upload photos first have extremely negative satisfaction with the product, the extent of two-sidedness of the review content increases.

This paper aims to investigate the moderating effects of relationship quality between support services of food service franchisor and performance(re-contract intention) in food service franchise. For analyzing the relationship of them, the support services of food service franchisor categorized with initial service and continuous service. Also, the factors of relationship quality(satisfaction, trust, commitment) classified into detailed subfactor by confirmatory factor analysis. As a result, we found some statistically significant effects between the support services of food service franchisor and factors of relationship quality, and they sequentially affects to re-contract intention. Also, it's analyzed that factors of relationship quality have a role as a moderating variables by research model. That is, as a presented with previous research, there is verified that relationship quality is caused by support services of food service franchisor. Also, relationship quality factors significantly affect to performance(re-contract intention). Some guidelines for practicing potential food service franchise as a result of this would include; first of all, it is important to support the potential food service franchise consulting approach for some competitive advantage; secondly, effective governmental support programs for food service franchise should be developed for positive impacts of according to these results.

As the development of service marketing, research on service failure has gained more and more attention. This research aims to explore factors influencing the service failure severity perception, focus on consumers' internal propensity, ZOT(zone of tolerance) about service and comparison with other consumers in service failure situation. According to study results, it revealed that past experience satisfaction has negative effect on the zone of tolerance about service failure. Company image also has negative effect on the ZOT about service failure. While service importance has negative effect on the ZOT about service failure, it has positive effect on the perceive service failure severity. The ZOT about service failure has negative effect on perceived serviced failure severity. In contrast, social comparison perception level has no effect on perceived service failure severity, and negative affectivity also has no effect on that. In Conclusion, five hypothesis are accepted among seven hypothesis. This study gives important point to researchers and service providers in the service industry. For researchers, the result will be helpful them to further develop service failure and recovery framework. For service providers, the results will suggest specific guidelines for recovering the service failure. They can place emphasis on the serious point, so they can get a effective performance from the recovery strategy.
The research attempted to propose directions for improving evaluation of science gifted educational institutions affiliated with universities through its meta-evaluation. A survey questionnaire was developed and responded by 25 representatives of 25 science gifted educational institutions and 9 evaluation committee members in February 2008. According to research results, it was found that reference-criteria and categories for evaluation were abstract and did not reflect varied characteristics of individual institutions. Evaluation of outcomes mainly emphasized student number admitted by science high schools and science gifted school. Evaluation was performed for the sake of judging ranks. In addition, research capacity of institutions was not even considered as an evaluation element. For its improvement, the followings were suggested: First, evaluation should be functioned as consulting. Second, evaluation criteria are presented as concrete as it can be. Third, on-site evaluation should be introduced Fourth, evaluation process and results should be publicized Fifth, satisfaction by student and parents should be also included. Furthermore, exemplary cases of science gifted educational institutions should be identified and rewarded, and their management strategies should be disseminated with other institutions.
