강원도 향토음식의 메뉴 품질 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Satisfaction Degree for Menu Quality of the Regional Cuisine in Gangwon Province)

  • 본 논문은 강원도 향토음식의 메뉴 품질 만족도에 대하여 요인 분석을 통한 가설 검증으로 다음과 같이 연구를 수행하였다. 가설 검증을 통해 나타난 결과를 살펴보면, 직접 서비스 품질 만족도의 경우, t-검정 결과는 거주지, 학력, 수입 변수들은 유의한 차이가 없으며, 성별, 지역, 직업별로 만족도에 있어 매우 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 방문 횟수, 관광 수준별로도 유의한 차이가 있는 결과를 보였다. 남성은 여성에 비해 직접 서비스 만족도를 높게 평가하였으며, 지역별로는 춘천과 속초 지역이 강릉 지역보다 더 높은 만족도를 보였다. 직업별로는 자영업자와 학생들이 상대적으로 높은 만족도를 보인 것으로 나타났다. 간접 서비스 품질 만족도의 경우는 성별, 지역 및 직업 특성 변인에 대해서는 유의수준 1%에서 매우 유의한 차이가 있음을 보인 반면, 다른 특성 변인들에 대해서는 유의한 차이가 없는 결과를 보였다. 직접 서비스 품질 만족도에 비하여 전반적으로 평균 만족도 점수가 낮은 것으로 나타나, 간접 서비스에 대한 보완이 필요함을 유추할 수 있다고 하겠다. 남성이 여성보다 높은 만족도를 보였으며, 지역별로는 직접 서비스 만족도의 경우와 같이 춘천, 속초가 강릉보다 상대적으로 높은 만족도를 보인 것으로 나타났다. 직업별로는 학생들이 상대적으로 높은 만족도를 보였다.

  • This study was designed to examine the level of middle-aged wives' buying tendency of foreign appliances and the degree of their satisfaction, as well as to examine socio-demographic variables, psychological variables and their influences on buying tendency and post-purchase satisfaction. 318 middle-aged wives residing in Seoul and Pusan were questionnaired. Major finding are as follows: 1) Middle-aged wives' buying-tendency of foreign appliances proved more than middle-point. 2) Variables that affect buying-tendency are four: income, education level, preference for expensive goods, preference for well-known labels. 3) Variables that affect post-purchase satisfaction of foreign appliances are four: imcome, husband's occupation, preference for expensive goods, buying tendency.

청주지역 초등학교 학부모들의 친환경농산물 사용에 대한 만족도와 학교급식 사용에 대한 인지도 분석 (Satisfaction and Recognition Level of Environment-Friendly Agricultural Products in Cheongju Area)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate basic data on the degree of parents' recognition and satisfaction with the use of environment-friendly agricultural products. The conclusions of this study are as follows. The survey on the use of environment-friendly products in households showed that 68.7% of the respondents used environment-friendly products at home. The frequency of purchasing organic products by household consumers showed that 25.1% of the respondents bought organic products one to two times per week. The most popular items of the environment-friendly agricultural products used were vegetables, comprising 63.9%. The households with more than 3,000,000 won of monthly income tended to consume more domestic livestock products (p < 0.05). In comparison to general agricultural products, environment-friendly agricultural products users showed higher satisfaction level with a better quality in term of safety, quality, nutrition, taste, appearance, diversity and price. The degree of satisfaction with safety was the highest ($3.8{\pm}0.68$), and price showed the lowest ($2.76{\pm}0.79$). The degree of parents' recognition of the governmental support for environment-friendly agricultural products showed that those who were aware of the supporting policy were 44.5%, but 55.5% of them didn't know about the fact that 46.6% of the respondents agreed that environment-friendly agricultural products should be used in more than 50% of the foods used for school food service. The respondents pointed out that vegetables (45%) sprayed with pesticide are the most urgent food item that need to be replaced by environment-friendly farm products.

자연사 박물관 관람객의 관람유형과 관람만족도의 관계 (Relationship between Behaviors and Satisfactions of Visitors at Natural History Museum)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 자연사 박물관에 대한 학생, 교사, 학부모들의 관람 유형과 관람 만족도 간의 관계를 조사하는 것이다. 연구 대상은 전국 소재 초, 중, 고 학생, 교사, 학부모, 그리고 대학생들 204명이었고, 연구 결과는 교차 분석과 카이 제곱 검증 등을 통해 검증되었다. 구체적으로 자연사 박물관 관람의 지배적인 행동 유형을 알아본 후, 그 다음 이것과 관람 만족도 간의 관계를 알아보았다. 그 결과 첫째, 지배적인 관람 행동 유형은 '가족 단위'의 관람, '여가와 단순 관람'의 목적, '설명카드'를 읽으면서 관람하는 방식, 그리고 평균 '2시간 이상'의 관람인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 동행인이 가족과 혼자인 경우, 과학에 대한 관심으로 관람하는 경우, 설명카드나 설명을 들으면서 하는 관람 등은 관람 만족도가 높은 편이었다. 셋째, 학교 단체 관람객, 여가 및 단순관람의 목적, 과제탐구의 목적 그리고 전시물만 보는 관람방식은 관람 만족도가 낮은 편이었다. 넷째, 관람 시간이 길수록 관람 만족도가 높았다.

교통사고 환자 131례에 대한 한방치료 만족도 조사 (Survey on Satisfaction of Korean Medicine Treatment in 131 Cases by Traffic Accident)

  • Objectives : We investigate to identify the satisfaction degree of patients by traffic accident(TA) for improving the quality of services and fortifying the competitiveness of Korean medical hospital on TA patients. Methods : The survey used by preceding articles was accepted for assessment of the satisfaction degree of patients in this study. All data were coded by SPSS v18.0 and analyzed by descriptive maneuver, ${\chi}^2$-test, T-test and correlation. Results : According to the survey, 84% of patients included this study were hospitalized in the Korean medical hospital within 2 weeks from TA and 92.3% were satisfied with the current medical service. The answer that Korean medicine is superior to western medicine for TA treatment was the main reason for selecting Korean medical hospital. 35.1% of patients satisfied Chuna treatment and 42.9% unsatisfied herbal medicine. There were no differences in the satisfaction degree with sex, age, education and occupation. The satisfaction degree of the current Korean medical service was significantly correlated with doctor's service, use the procedure and reuse intention. Conclusions : It is necessary to develop and to apply the customer satisfaction program for the Korean medicine hospital on TA patients.

직업훈련 부정 예방교육 만족도 조사와 개선방안 연구 (A Study on the Satisfaction and Improvement Plan of Fraud Prevention Education about Technical and Vocational Education and Training)

  • 이 연구는 직업훈련 부정 예방교육(이하 '예방교육')에 참여한 훈련기관 관계자의 만족도 조사를 통하여 개선방안을 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2017년 집합교육과 이러닝으로 실시하는 예방교육에 참여한 훈련기관 관계자를 대상으로(5,939명) 만족도 조사를 실시하였다(4,263명). 최종적으로 회수된 유효 응답자료(4,237명)를 기술통계 및 회귀분석 등을 이용하여 분석하였다. 이 연구의 주요 결과는 첫째, 훈련기관 관계자가 인식한 교육서비스 품질(4.42)과 만족도(4.44), 이해도(4.44) 및 도움도(4.45)는 모두 매우 높고, 교육서비스 품질을 구성하는 하위요인도 4점 이상으로 모두 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 방법별 교육서비스 품질과 만족도, 이해도 및 도움도는 집합교육에 비해 이러닝으로 참여한 훈련기관 관계자의 인식도가 모든 변인에서 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 예방교육 서비스 품질 하위요인 모두는 집합교육과 이러닝에서 각각 만족도, 이해도, 도움도에 영향을 미치는데, 교육서비스 품질 하위요인 중에서 만족도, 이해도, 도움도에 공통적으로 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 집합교육에서는 교육내용이, 이러닝에서는 자료구성으로 나타났다. 넷째, 예방교육에서 추가적으로 희망하는 교육내용은 부정훈련 사례(70.7%), 처분규정(47.9%), NCS과정 운영 유의사항(32.8%), 훈련운영 우수사례(32.4%) 등의 순으로 나타났다. 추가 요구사항에서도 심화과정 개설, 훈련생 대상 부정 예방교육 콘텐츠 제공, 이러닝에서 집중할 수 있는 화면전환 및 시스템 안정성 등이 추가적으로 제기되었다. 따라서 이 연구의 제언으로는 첫째, 집합교육에 비해 이러닝의 만족도 등이 더 높게 나타난 것을 반영하여, 예방교육 이러닝을 보다 활성화할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 예방교육 만족도와 이해도 및 도움도에 공통적으로 가장 큰 영향을 주고, 희망사항 및 기타의견에서도 교육내용에 대한 보완이 제시되고 있어, 예방교육 내용을 다양화 하여 보다 풍부하게 제공할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 집합교육에서 교육내용 다음으로 만족도 등에 상대적으로 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 전달방법과 교육장소로 나타난 바, 전달력이 뛰어난 강사 배정과 편의성 등을 고려한 교육장소 마련이 필요가 있다. 넷째, 이러닝에서 자료구성 다음으로 이해도와 도움도에 공통적으로 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 운영자지원으로 나타난 바, 보다 활발한 운영자 지원활동이 요구된다. 다섯째, 직업훈련에 참여하는 훈련생을 대상으로 한 부정훈련 예방활동도 요구되며, 여섯째, 예방교육의 내용을 보다 체계적으로 구성하기 위하여 교육 요구도 분석을 수행할 필요가 있다.

간호대학생의 완벽주의와 학업탄력성이 전공만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Perfectionism and Academic Resilience on the Level of Students' Satisfaction with Nursing Major)

  • Purpose: This study observes the degrees of perfectionism (both self-oriented and socially-prescribed perfectionism), academic resilience, and satisfaction with major in nursing students and identifies the influence of perfectionism and academic resilience on satisfaction with major. Methods: Data from 115 second or third-year students in a nursing were collected for two months at different three universities. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple regression. Results: Satisfaction with major was higher for second year students compared to third year students. And the satisfaction was higher for those with a higher Grade point average (${\geq}_-3.5$) compared to those with a lower. Self-oriented perfectionism had a higher score than socially-prescribed perfectionism and academic resilience based on self-control was rated the highest score of the subcategories. The degree of satisfaction was positively correlated with Self-oriented perfectionism and academic resilience. The final regression model showed that grade and academic resilience accounted for 34.2% of the variance in predicting the level of satisfaction with major. Conclusion: The results suggest that it is crucial to find a strategy that could enhance academic resilience, especially designed for upper-year university students, to improve the level of satisfaction with major.

교육서비스품질이 교육만족도와 직무유용성에 미치는 영향: 외식조리 관련 계약학과 학생을 중심으로 (The Effect of Educational Service Quality on Educational Satisfaction and Job Availability: Focused on Foodservice related Contract Department Students)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of educational service quality on educational satisfaction and job usability. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, based on the theoretical background, factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted. Five factors of tangibility, responsibility, reactivity, assurance, and empathy were found in the educational service quality. In addition, it was confirmed that there was no problem as a single factor in educational satisfaction and job availability, and these factors showed high reliability and validity. Second, in the relationship between educational service quality and educational satisfaction, all five factors which education service quality factors were found to affect educational satisfaction. The higher the factor of educational service quality, the students will be able to increase their satisfaction with education, which was a degree of satisfaction with the education of contract department. Third, in the effects of educational service quality factors on job availability, tangibility, responsibility, reactivity, and assurance have no effect and empathy affects job availability. In this study, although the factors of education service quality is high except empathy, it is not possible to increase the job availability that leads to successful business results. Fourth, job availability affects educational satisfaction. Therefore, the higher the level of job availability, educational satisfaction will also increase. The following are implications of this study. First, high-quality lectures, hands-on training, and educational programs are needed and values that students pursue must continuously increase. Second, there is a need for measures to improve job availability such as the formation of curriculum related to jobs and the demand for the training courses of restaurants.

경기 북부 지역 학교 급식 종사원의 직무 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Job Satisfaction of School Foodservice Employees in Northern Gyeonggi)

  • The objective of this study was to identify factors affecting the job satisfaction of cooks employed in school foodservice and to propose a plan to improve school foodservice quality. Therefore, in this paper, we examined the job satisfaction of 119 elementary school foodservice employees in the Northern Gyeonggi Province using a 5-point scale method. The results were analyzed by the SPSS Package Program(Ver 12.0) to determine percentages and frequency. Among the employees, 99.2% were women, and 75.9% were employed by contract. All of the subjects worked in elementary schools with self operated foodservice system and 57.6% of them served food in the classroom. The total number of diners served by these foodservice programs was $1,391.6{\pm}307.6$ an average of $135.0{\pm}18.2$ diners per cook. Among the foodservice employees, 82.2% had completed high school academic courses, and 98.4% had never changed jobs. Their overall degree of job satisfaction degree was relatively high at $3.05{\pm}0.85$, but the wage and welfare system($2.45{\pm}0.86$), and the merit rating methods($2.25{\pm}0.87$) ranked among the lowest in the job satisfaction survey. On the other hand, the relationships between the managers and the coworkers marked relatively higher at $3.02{\pm}1.03$, compared with other aspects of job satisfaction. As for the work environment, the scaled score was $2.38{\pm}0.85$. Finally the ranking of achieving job improvement through education($3.28{\pm}0.93$), and the effectiveness of education($3.58{\pm}0.78$) showed us the importance and necessity of education.

장애아동 가족지원 서비스 요구 및 만족도 조사 (A Needs Assesment and Satisfaction Level of Family Support Services for Preschoolers with Disabilities)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the needs assessment and satisfaction level of family support services for preschoolers with disabilities. The subjects were 146 mothers and 138 teachers of 3- to 6-year- old preschool children with disabilities in integrated kindergartens in Daegu, Seoul, and Kyungnam. The major findings of this study were as follows. First, mothers needed information and financial support most. The level of the mother's needs was related to the type and degree of disabilities, child's sex, child's age, mother's educational level, and father's occupation. Second, the satisfaction level of mothers in the integrated kindergarten education programs was generally low. Third, mothers needed parental training of child's problem behavior, mother-child interactions program, and parental education of developing child's creativity.
