  • The purpose of this study was to empirically analyze the motivation of university lifelong education and the factors that are important in selecting it. In the motivation for participation of adult learners, learning new knowledge and skills in the first place and learning new things in the second place were good, so that they could learn together in the third place. Active school investment in faculty and staff will be needed to increase program diversity and quality through professionalism. Adult learners are getting information from the system they are interacting with, and furthermore, they learn the information from the public relations of university professors. Since they are acquiring paths and information through acquaintances, it is necessary to continuously promote the curriculum to unspecified adult learners. Advertisement should take advantage of various convergence strategies such as hanging banners in the area, publicity of the subway, local newspapers, word of mouth, SNS, and the Internet.

  • This study presents how the recognition of nail care shop's SNS information and nail care service's quality affects to customer's satisfaction, with 257 women who is aged between 20 and 50, with survey. The recognition of nail care shop's SNS information is comprised with understanding, utilization, and loyalty. The recognition of nail care service's quality is comprised with external service, internal service, and the service attitude of employee. All the factors are verified with feasibility study and reliability test. The information about nail care service can be found at the internet and SNS most. The recognition of nail care shop's SNS information has positive effect with the satisfaction of SNS, and the recognition of nail care shop's quality has positive relationship with the satisfaction of nail care service. The various utilization of SNS service with systemic service attitude of employee can lead to positive effect of promoting a nail care shop.

  • 21세기 스마트폰이 활성화됨에 따라 SNS(Social Network Service)의 사용이 급증하고 있으며, 기업 및 개인은 SNS의 파장효과를 이용하여 홍보 수단으로 활용하고 있다. 다양한 SNS가 존재함에 따라 각 SNS 별도의 계정을 이용하여 운영하고 있다. 이에 따라 각각의 독립적인 운영으로 관리작업이 늘어나고 효율적인 활용이 제약받게 된다. 본 논문에서는 HTML5 웹 표준화 기술을 적용, 운영체제(OS), 스크린(Screen), 브라우저(Browser)에 제약받지 않는 APP을 구현(implement)하고, 이 APP으로 홍보뿐만 아닌 기존의 쿠폰이 제공하지 못하는 사용자의 편의성 부분을, 스마트폰이 탑재하고 있는 NFC 기반의 모바일 쿠폰시스템까지 구현한다.

  • In recent years, SNS (Social Network Service) has spread globally and general corporate' utilization of SNS is gradually increasing. Accordingly, the scope of utilizing SNS is expanding not only as a simple publicity of products and services but also as a communication tool among the company members, the customer service and the product development, etc. This study is examining the related cases classified by the premier activities and the supportive activities of the private companies' viewpoints of utilizing the SNS. Based on this study results, we are proposing the strategic considerations for the private companies' SNS adoption by synthesizing the results of the analytical researches of the SNS cases that support the companies' value chain and the considerations of companies' utilization of the SNS that are proposed by the various private companies' research laboratories.

The Effects of Sports Star Influencer Advertising Value and Consumer Team Identification on Brand Equity (스포츠 스타 인플루언서 광고가치와 소비자 팀동일시가 브랜드자산에 미치는 영향)

  • The goal of this research is to examine the effects of sports star influencer advertising value on brand equity in social networking sites. In particular, this study identifies the moderating role of consumer team identification. A total of 350 university students participated via online survey. To test proposed hypotheses, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation modeling, and multi-group analysis were employed. It was found that informativeness, entertainment, and credibility showed significant positive effects on brand equity. Also, significant moderation effects of team identification were found in that consumers with high team identification compared to those with low team identification perceived higher value of entertainment. On the other hand, consumers with low team identification perceived more irritation than those with high team identification. This study contributes to the understanding of sports star influencer advertising in social networking sites. Theoretical and practical implications as well as suggestions for future research in this area are provided.

  • One of the most conspicuous characteristics of a business model that pursues expanding customer relationship is that it tries to lock in customers by encouraging them to repeat purchase in the long-term with the help of "Follow" function in Social Networking Service (SNS), which enables producers to automatically register the customers as potentially important ones and to offer them customized marketing services. In the value chain of the agriculture sector, producers of agricultural products can use SNS functions to provide loyal customers with valuable information and experiences such as the real-time information of their farm and products, hidden stories about the whole process from seeding to harvesting, and the storage and cooking methods of their products. These activities help the producers invoke customers' desire to live in the farm and to grow the products themselves. They also raise the accessibility of the producers' websites as customers are able to share a variety of news and knowledge such as the release of new products. This means that the producers's websites are now functioning to enable the producers to perform sales and promotion related activities. It is a big leap from the traditional e-commerce business model where sales and promotion of a product were separated and could be connected only through outside links. This two-way, viral characteristics of marketing services using SNS facilitate customers to share product information and their purchase experience with each other, which leads to more effective and efficient communication within the customer community.

  • Recent rise of social media channel is changing social and economic paradigm and is being used as an effective communication in marketing. The following research analyzes the most employed social marketing tools such as portal advertisement, blogs, and SNS channels to effectively execute social media marketing from performance indicator and ICSI perspective, analyzes each channel's characteristics and results based on Korea distribution companies' case studies and suggests a framework to effectively use each channel. Portal site advertisements are the most effective channel to draw customers with new information and are thus linked to profit by corporations with excessive budget and workforce. Blogs target a specific range of customers providing quality information and knowledge thus improving a corporation's and its product's trustworthiness, spread the word by allowing customers to scrap the information, form social groups and synthesize ideas, events, new contents and social involvement with loyal customers. SNS channels allow customers to get involved in real time information and events, grow through network by the power of customers, react immediately to customers' needs, and execute real-time market and customer reports. Though national corporations currently rely heavily on portal site advertisements, insightful marketing professionals are showing financial results with blog and SNS. In the future, based on a precise understanding of each channel's benefits and expected results, and with a focus on flexibility, timeliness and integrated use of each channel, a portfolio of dynamic marketing as a maximizing strategy could be synthesized.

  • This study is to understand the needs of local character design for SNS marketing and find development plan. We analyzed successful cases in Korea and Japan to find out development plan of competitive local character for SNS marketing. Method of study was literature research, case study and in-depth interview, based on component of character. These are the results. First, development of local character has to consider the use in SNS marketing. Second, local character has to be more concerned with intimacy than Symbolic. Third, it should have attractive visual, reflecting the taste of people. Fourth, it should have creative design to arouse people's curiosity. Finally, name and design of the character should be intuitive. Therefore, we expect improvement of Korean local characters, which reflect SNS marketing and current trends.

The Effect of Zimbardo's Time Perspective and Life Satisfaction on Organizational SNS Attitude and Word-of-Mouth Effect (짐바르도 시간관과 삶의 만족도가 기관 SNS 태도 및 구전효과에 미치는 영향)

  • The goal of this study is to examine the impact of time perspective and life satisfaction of government and public institution employees on organizational SNS attitude and word-of-mouth effect. A total of 136 incumbent employees participated in this online survey. It was found that past-positive, present-hedonistic, and future time perspective positively affected life satisfaction and the organizational SNS attitude. Meanwhile past-negative time perspective negatively affected life satisfaction only, present-fatalistic time perspective did not negatively affect life satisfaction and organizational SNS attitude. Finally, life satisfaction showed a positive impact on word-of-mouth effect via organizational SNS attitude. By identifying psychological underpinnings of time perspective and life satisfaction, this study will provide theoretical and practical implications regarding internal communication and the effective management of government and public institution-operated SNS.

  • The purposes of this study is to identify the perception of students' use of university libraries' public relations activities using Instagram and propose ways to improve the operation of university libraries' Instagram. To this end, the status of Instagram operations of domestic and foreign university libraries was investigated, and a survey was conducted on 292 students who used the library Instagram of their universities. Based on the research results, first, it is necessary to promote the use of libraries by using 'Library Events' information closely related to the use of Instagram by students, but planning ways to participate that can lead to practical use of libraries. Second, it is necessary to promote the role of librarians through Instagram and utilize daily communication information in order to positively affect library image recognition. Third, it is necessary to guide users on how to inquire on library Instagram and actively respond to communication with users through periodic post uploads and monitoring.
