Anticipatory postural adjustments are pre-planned by the central nervous system (CNS) before the activation of agonist muscles in the limbs, and minimize postural sway. Most previous studies on this topic have focused on upper-limb movement, and little research has been conducted on lower-limb movement. The purpose of this study was to investigate the recruitment order of left and right trunk muscles during limb movement. Fifteen healthy subjects (10 male, 5 female) were enrolled. Electro-myographic signals were recorded on the muscles of: (1) deltoid, lumbar erector spinae, latissimus dorsi and internal oblique during shoulder flexion, (2) rectus femoris, rectus abdominis, external oblique and internal oblique during hip flexion. During right upper limb flexion, the onset of left erector spinae muscle and left internal oblique muscle activity preceded the onset of right deltoid by 8.09 ms and 19.83 ms, respectively. But these differences were not significant (p>.05). A similar sequence of activation occurred with lower limb flexion. The onset of left internal oblique muscle activity preceded the onset of right rectus femoris muscle by 28.29 ms (p<.05). The onset of right internal oblique muscle activity preceded the onset of left rectus femoris muscles by 23.24 ms (p<.05). The internal oblique muscle was the first activated during limb movement. Our study established the recruitment order of trunk muscles during limb movement, and explained the postural control strategy of the trunk muscles in healthy people. We expect that this study will be used to evaluate patients with an asymmetric recruitment order of muscle activation due to impaired CNS.

As the Industrial Revolution 4.0 is spreading its wings all over the world and, therefore, also in Vietnam, the logistics industry in Vietnam is facing a severe shortage of human resources in both quantitative and qualitative terms. The role of human resources management (HRM) becomes extremely important. Recruitment is considered the first major function of HRM practices and is the cornerstone of successful in business. In order to improve the recruitment strategy, recruiters need to better understand job pursuit intentions (JPI) of job seekers. Therefore, this study investigates how four dimensions of corporate social responsibility (CSR) affect JPI among employees working in the logistics sector in Vietnam. The secondary data are from previous studies and published newspaper articles. Meanwhile, the primary data are collected from consultation with 10 experts and through five in-depth structured interviews with 30 randomly-selected employees as well as 288 survey questionnaires returned from employees in the logistics companies in Vietnam. The findings show that economic citizenship, legal citizenship and ethical citizenship are positively related to JPI of job seekers, where economic citizenship appears to be the most influential factor. The limitations of the study and an agenda for further research are put forward.

As most infections by the helminth parasite elicit the recruitment of $CD4^+CD25^+Foxp3^+$ T ($T_{reg}$) cells, many scientists have suggested that these cells could be used for the treatment of immune-mediated inflammation and associated diseases. In order to investigate the distribution and alteration of activated $T_{reg}$ cells, we compared the expression levels of $T_{reg}$ cell activation markers in the ileum and gastrocnemius tissues 1, 2, and 4 weeks after infection. The number of $T_{reg}$ cells was monitored using GFP-coded Foxp3 transgenic mice. In mice at 1 week after Trichinella spiralis infection, the number of activated $T_{reg}$ cells was higher than in the control group. In mice at 2 weeks after infection, there was a significant increase in the number of cells expressing Foxp3 and CTLA-4 when compared to the control group and mice at 1 week after infection. At 4 weeks after infection, T. spiralis was easily identifiable in nurse cells in mouse muscles. In the intestine, the expression of Gzmb and Klrg1 decreased over time and that of Capg remained unchanged for the first and second week, then decreased in the 4th week. However, in the muscles, the expression of most chemokine genes was increased due to T. spiralis infection, in particular the expression levels of Gzmb, OX40, and CTLA-4 increased until week 4. In addition, increased gene expression of all chemokine receptors in muscle, CXCR3, CCR4, CCR5, CCR9, and CCR10, was observed up until the 4th week. In conclusion, various chemokine receptors showed increased expressions combined with recruitment of $T_{reg}$ cells in the muscle tissue.

In this paper, we propose a implementation plan of the human resource pool recruitment system using private (permitted) blockchain. The term Human Resource has become commonly used and has come to recognize human resources as resources. Despite these changes, the use of human resource pools has been sluggish. Once entered, information is often not updated on a regular basis and does not provide sharing, searching, carrier management and anti-counterfeiting. In this research, in order to provide a human resource pool recruitment system that utilizes private (permitted) blockchain, we first used the blockchain network to enable sharing and searching of human resource pools, and to use keywords. Used to get results that meet certain conditions. Second, we added an institutional verification process to ensure the integrity of the input data and prepared preventive measures in the non-technical part by utilizing the structural characteristics of the blockchain to prevent counterfeiting and alteration. Third, we designed and implemented a Dapp (Decentralized application) that includes a Web UI so that each of the three groups can control the blockchain and the predefined processes and business logic.

The purpose of this study is to present a business strategy plan to increase organizational effectiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises. The research investigated in the level of human resource activity, such as recruitment, education, evaluation, compensation and development for the employees and executives who are working at small and medium-sized enterprises where located in Busan and Gyongnam province. With this, the research carried out actual proof analysis on the level of human resource activity effects on organization effectiveness like job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The following implications can be acquired from the result of multiple regression analysis on the 201 employees of small and medium enterprises. First, small and medium-sized enterprises should carry out human resource management activities and improve research and development capacity to enhance organization effectiveness. Second, in order to improve job satisfaction of the members of small and medium-sized enterprises, the management should concentrate on recruitment activity and reward maintenance management activity and come up with strategies to enhance learning ability and external network ability. Third, in order to enhance organizational commitment of the members of small and medium-sized enterprises, recruitment activity, training activity, and reward maintenance management activity should be carried out and the management should come up with strategies to enhance learning ability and external network ability. In this research, the objective was only to find out antecedents of organization effectiveness, but considering that causality might arise among the antecedents, in the studies hereafter, the verification on the structural relationship of various factors will be needed.

In order to know the effect of pre-existing Trichinella spiralis infection on experimentally induced intestinal inflammation and immune responses, we induced colitis in T. spiralis-infected mice and observed the severity of colitis and the levels of Th1, Th2, and regulatory cytokines and recruitment of $CD4^+CD25^+Foxp3^+$ T (regulatory T; $T_{reg}$) cells. Female C57BL/6 mice were infected with 250 muscle larvae; after 4 weeks, induction of experimental colitis was performed using 3% dextran sulfate sodium (DSS). During the induction period, we observed severity of colitis, including weight loss and status of stool, and evaluated the disease activity index (DAI). A significantly low DAI and degree of weight loss were observed in infected mice, compared with uninfected mice. In addition, colon length in infected mice was not contracted, compared with uninfected mice. We also observed a significant increase in production of pro-inflammatory cytokines, IL-6 and IFN-${\gamma}$, in spleen lymphocytes treated with DSS; however, such an increase was not observed in infected mice treated with DSS. Of particular interest, production of regulatory cytokines, IL-10 and transforming growth factor (TGF)-${\beta}$, in spleen lymphocytes showed a significant increase in mice infected with T. spiralis. A similar result was observed in mesenteric lymph nodes (MLN). Subsets of the population of $T_{reg}$ cells in MLN and spleen showed significant increases in mice infected with T. spiralis. In conclusion, T. spiralis infection can inhibit the DSS-induced colitis in mice by enhancing the regulatory cytokine and $T_{reg}$ cells recruitment.
The purpose of this study is to find significant activities in human resource management (HRM) to solve growing-pains caused by the rapid external growth in private security business. To this end, we applied the HRM factors suggested by the National Job Capability Standard (NCS) to the private security and investigated the relative importance using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results were as follows. First, the importance of 4 HRM criteria in the private security was ranked in order of recruitment, operation, benefit, and retirement. Particularly, the relative importance of recruitment reached 63.8%. Second, the composite importance was calculated by dividing the 4 HRM criteria into 14 capability sub-criteria and 46 capability alternatives. As a result, personnel planning and hiring at the recruitment turned out as the areas that needed the most improvement. In addition, the operating and planning of education involved in the highest rank, 8th and 10th respectively. Based on these results, we suggested critical HRM factors for developing the private security business as well as proposed research directions and methods for further studies.

PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to investigate recruiting order and onset time around shoulder muscle during the push-up according to the body tilting angle. METHODS: Twenty healthy young adult subjects were recruited for this study. They had no neurological and musculoskeletal disease. We used the sEMG for recording onset time of shoulder muscles. Shoulder Muscles were anterior deltoid(AD), posterior deltoid(PD), pectoralis major(PM), upper trapezius(UT). Body tilting angle were measured at 0 degree, 30 degree and 60 degree by using tilting table. Muscles contraction onset time were set by the push-up performed 3 times respectively. Mean of 3 measurements were used. And initiate onset time was decided by the Mean ${\pm}2$ SD in the threshold, more than 25ms. RESULTS: There were significant difference at 0 degree, 30 degree and 60 degree(p<.05). Muscles onset time were same order at 0 degree, 30 degree. UT occurred first of all contraction at 0 degree and 30 degree. And then contracted AD, PD, PM. But, at 60 degree, AD was the first contraction, and PM, UT, PD. CONCLUSION: Muscle recruitment order and onset time according to the body tilting was shown the difference when you do push-up. Therefore, this result, shoulder muscle recruitment pattern of according to the body tilting is different and it has to make effective shoulder exercise program.
Changes of geomorphology in alluvial river and vegetation recruitment on its floodplain downstream from dams are investigated both qualitatively and quantitatively focusing on the downstream of Andong dam and Imha dam on the Nakdong River. Results of the analyses of river morphology and bed material in the study site show a general trend of riverbed degradation with a max scour of 3 m and bed material coarsening from pre-dam value of 1.5 mm in D50 to post-dam value of 2.5 mm. Decrease in bed shear stress due to the decrease in flood discharge have caused vegetation recruitment on the once-naked sandbars. As result, the ratio of area of vegetated bars over total area of bars has drastically changed from only 7% in 1971 before the Andong dam (constructed in 1976) to 25% after it, and increased to 43% only three year after the Imha dam (constructed in 1992) and eventually to 74% by 2005. Analysis of the vegetation succession at Wicjeol subreach, one of the three subreaches selected in this study for detailed investigation, has clearly shown a succession of vegetation on once-naked sand bars to a pioneering stage, reed and grass stage, willow shrub and eventually to willow tree stages. At the second subreach selected, two large point bars in front of Hahoe Village seem to have maintained their sand surfaces without a signifiant vegetation recruitment until 2005. The sand bars, however, seem to have been invaded by vegetation recently, which warns river managers to have a countermeasure to protect the sand bars from vegetation invasion in order to conserve them for the historical village of Hahoe. On the other hand, recruitment and establishment of vegetation on the sand bars by artificial disturbance of the river, such as damming, can create an unique habitat of backmarsh in the sandy river, as shown in the case of Gudam Wetland, and may increase the biodiversity as compared with relatively monotonous sand bars. Last, the premise in this study that decrease in flood discharge due to upstream dams and decrease in bed shear stress can induce vegetation recruitment on the naked sand bars in the river has been verified with the analyses of the distribution of dimensionless bed shear stress along the selected cross section in each subreach.
