Nowadays, vehicle becoming necessity is increasing gradually and is main cause of environmental problem. The current automobile noise measurement test method such as ISO 362 which have been used many countries contribute seriously to enforce the regulation of the noise rigidly and actively study vehicle's noise, using that method. However, the amendment of ISO 362 was completed under the international agreement due to the changes in vehicle's techniques and road conditions. In this study, the difference between the current ISO 362(or ECE R51) and new ISO 362(or new ECE R51) is estimated by the test using the practical car producing domestically because the Korean manufacturer have to be interested in new test method.

The relationships between rice grain filling and air temperature of maturing period in paddy field were analyzed to evaluate the effects of climatic change on rice productivity in Korea. Data of air temperature of 31, 41 and 51 days after heading(DAH) for 11 years from 2002 to 2016 were collected and analyzed to determine the effects on rice yield and yield component related traits of Chucheogbyeo, popular cultivar in Gyeonggi province in Korea. As the results, ripening ratio was closely correlated with the mean of daily maximum temperature (DMAT $r=0.71^*$), the mean of daily temperature difference (DTD, $r=0.67^*$) of 41 DAH and DTD ($0.65^*$) of 51 DAH. Weight of 1,000 paddy rice grains was closely correlated with accumulated sunshine hours (ASH) of 31 ($r=0.84^{**}$), 41 ($r=0.75^{**}$), 51 ($r=0.72^*$) DAH. Brown rice grain weight recovery ratio was closely correlated with DTD ($r=0.76^{**}$) and ASH ($r=0.84^{**}$) of 31 DAH, DMAT ($r=0.75^{**}$, $r=0.79^{**}$), DTD ($r=0.79^{**}$, $r=0.77^{**}$) and ASH ($r=0.81^{**}$, $r=0.79^{**}$) of 41 and 51 DAH. Paddy rice yield was closely correlated with MDT ($r=-0.63^*$) of 31 DAH, mean of daily minimum temperature (DMIT, $r=-0.83^{**}$, $r=-0.70^*$), DTD ($r=0.71^*$, $r=0.62^*$) of 31 and 41 DAH. Brown rice yield was correlated closely with DMIT ($r=-0.86^{**}$, $r=-0.73^*$) and DTD ($r=0.80^{**}$, $r=0.72^*$) of 31, 41 DAH, and DTD ($r=0.69^*$) of 51 DAH. Milled rice yield was correlated closely with DMIT ($r=-86^{**}$, $r=-0.73^*$), DTD ($r=0.79^{**}$, $r=0.71^*$) of 31, 41 DAH, and DTD ($r=0.68^*$) of 51 DAH.

Ricin is a highly toxic protein which is produced in the seeds of the castor oil plant. Ricin toxin A chain has ribosomal RNA N-glycosylase activity that irreversibly hydrolyses the N-glycosidic bond of the adenine residue at position 4324 within the 28S rRNA. In this study, we developed non-toxic recombinant ricin vaccine(R51) in E. coli expression system, and evaluated efficacy of the R51 according to adjuvants. When the R51 was administered using aluminum hydroxide as an adjuvant, the vaccine efficacy was higher than that of TLR agonists or aluminum phosphate. Because it is time-consuming to administer the vaccine three times at three-week intervals, we investigated the survival rate and antibody titer of mice according to the change of time interval of vaccination. Interestingly, there was no difference in survival rate and antibody titer when R51 was administered at 0, 1, and 3 weeks or 0, 2, and 4 weeks compared to when administered at 0, 3, and 6 weeks. Therefore, the developed R51 vaccine is promising to protect soldiers from Ricin attack.

Let R be a commutative Noetherian ring, I and J two ideals of R, and M a finitely generated R-module. We prove that $$Ext^i{_R}(R/I,H^t{_{I,J}}(M))$$ is finitely generated for i = 0, 1 where t=inf{$i{\in}\mathbb{N}_0:H^2{_{I,J}}(M)$ is not finitely generated}. Also, we prove that $H^i{_{I+J}}(H^t{_{I,J}}(M))$ is Artinian when dim(R/I + J) = 0 and i = 0, 1.

The aim of this paper is to prove the next result. Let n > 1 be an integer and let R be a n!-torsion free semiprime ring. Suppose that f : R ${\rightarrow}$ R is an additive mapping satisfying the relation [f(x), $x^n$] = 0 for all $x{\in}R$. Then f is commuting on R.

In this paper, a generalization of the class of semicommutative rings is investigated. A ring R is called central semicommutative if for any a, b ${\in}$ R, ab = 0 implies arb is a central element of R for each r ${\in}$ R. We prove that some results on semicommutative rings can be extended to central semicommutative rings for this general settings.

Let (R,m) be a commutative Noetherian local ring. In this paper we show that a finitely generated R-module M of dimension d is Cohen-Macaulay if and only if there exists a proper ideal I of R such that depth($M/I^nM$) = d for $n{\gg}0$. Also we show that, if dim(R) = d and $I_1{\subset}\;{\cdots}\;{\subset}I_n$ is a chain of ideals of R such that $R/I_k$ is maximal Cohen-Macaulay for all k, then $n{\leq}{\ell}_R(R/(a_1,{\ldots},a_d)R)$ for every system of parameters $a1,{\ldots},a_d$ of R. Also, in the case where dim(R) = 2, we prove that the ideal transform $D_m(R/p)$ is minimax balanced big Cohen-Macaulay, for every $p{\in}Assh_R$(R), and we give some equivalent conditions for this ideal transform being maximal Cohen-Macaulay.

In this paper we dene the notions of left *-bimultiplier, *-bimultiplier and generalized *-biderivation, and to prove that if a semiprime *-ring admits a left *-bimultiplier M, then M maps R ${\times}$ R into Z(R). In Section 3, we discuss the applications of theory of *-bimultipliers. Further, it was shown that if a semiprime *-ring R admits a symmetric generalized *-biderivation G : R ${\times}$ R ${\rightarrow}$ R with an associated nonzero symmetric *-biderivation R ${\times}$ R ${\rightarrow}$ R, then G maps R ${\times}$ R into Z(R). As an application, we establish corresponding results in the setting of $C^*$-algebra.

Let R be a commutative ring with identity. An R-module M is said to be w-projective if $Ext\frac{1}{R}$(M,N) is GV-torsion for any torsion-free w-module N. In this paper, we define a ring R to be w-semi-hereditary if every finite type ideal of R is w-projective. To characterize w-semi-hereditary rings, we introduce the concept of w-injective modules and study some basic properties of w-injective modules. Using these concepts, we show that R is w-semi-hereditary if and only if the total quotient ring T(R) of R is a von Neumann regular ring and $R_m$ is a valuation domain for any maximal w-ideal m of R. It is also shown that a connected ring R is w-semi-hereditary if and only if R is a Pr$\ddot{u}$fer v-multiplication domain.
