  • Let R be a one-dimensional Noetherian domain with quotient field K and T be the integral closure of R in K. In this note we prove that if the conductor ideal (R :K T) is a nonzero prime ideal, then every finitely generated reflexive (and hence finitely generated G-projective) R-module is isomorphic to a direct sum of some ideals.

  • Extending the notion of McCoy rings, we introduce the class of McCoy modules. Over a given ring R, it contains the class of Armendariz modules (over R). Some properties of this class of modules are established, and equivalent conditions for McCoy modules are given. Moreover, we study the relationship between a module and its polynomial module. Several known results relating to McCoy rings can be obtained as corollaries of our results.

  • User Identity Module(UIM) is widely deployed in GSM(Global System for Mobile communications), Known as SIM(Subscriber Identity Module). We can expect that UIM will be also available for ANSI based third generation systems. Removable User Identity Module(R-UIM) is UIM for ANSI based third generation systems and Universal Subscriber Identity Module(USIM) is UIM for GSM based third generation systems. This paper identifies differences between R-UIM and USIM and studies global roaming in IMT-2000 systems.

  • In this paper, we study a module which is lifting and supplemented relative to a module class. Let R be a ring, and let X be a class of R-modules. We will define X-lifting modules and X-supplemented modules. Several properties of these modules are proved. We also obtain results for the case of specific classes of modules.

  • Given an injective envelope E of a left R-module M, there is an associative Galois group Gal$({\phi})$. Let R be a left noetherian ring and E be an injective envelope of M, then there is an injective envelope $E[x^{-1}]$ of an inverse polynomial module $M[x^{-1}]$ as a left R[x]-module and we can define an associative Galois group Gal$({\phi}[x^{-1}])$. In this paper we describe the relations between Gal$({\phi})$ and Gal$({\phi}[x^{-1}])$. Then we extend the Galois group of inverse polynomial module and can get Gal$({\phi}[x^{-s}])$, where S is a submonoid of $\mathbb{N}$ (the set of all natural numbers).

  • Given an injective envelope E of a left R-module M, there is an associative Galois group Gal($\phi$). Let R be a left noetherian ring and E be an injective envelope of M, then there is an injective envelope E[$x^{-1}$] of an inverse polynomial module M[$x^{-1}$] as a left R[x]-module and we can define an associative Galois group Gal(${\phi}[x^{-1}]$). In this paper we extend the Galois group of inverse polynomial module and can get Gal(${\phi}[x^{-s}]$), where S is a submonoid of $\mathds{N}$ (the set of all natural numbers).

  • A module M over a ring R is said to satisfy (P) if every generating set of M contains an independent generating set. The following results are proved; (1) Let $\tau$ = ($\mathbb{T}_\tau,\;\mathbb{F}_\tau$) be a hereditary torsion theory such that $\mathbb{T}_\tau$ $\neq$ Mod-R. Then every $\tau$-torsionfree R-module satisfies (P) if and only if S = R/$\tau$(R) is a division ring. (2) Let $\mathcal{K}$ be a hereditary pre-torsion class of modules. Then every module in $\mathcal{K}$ satisfies (P) if and only if either $\mathcal{K}$ = {0} or S = R/$Soc_\mathcal{K}$(R) is a division ring, where $Soc_\mathcal{K}$(R) = $\cap${I 4\leq$ $R_R$ : R/I$\in\mathcal{K}$}.

  • We investigate modules M having the injective property relative to nonsingular modules. Such modules are called "$\mathcal{N}$-injective modules". It is shown that M is an $\mathcal{N}$-injective R-module if and only if the annihilator of $Z_2(R_R)$ in M is equal to the annihilator of $Z_2(R_R)$ in E(M). Every $\mathcal{N}$-injective R-module is injective precisely when R is a right nonsingular ring. We prove that the endomorphism ring of an $\mathcal{N}$-injective module has a von Neumann regular factor ring. Every (finitely generated, cyclic, free) R-module is $\mathcal{N}$-injective, if and only if $R^{(\mathbb{N})}$ is $\mathcal{N}$-injective, if and only if R is right t-semisimple. The $\mathcal{N}$-injective property is characterized for right extending rings, semilocal rings and rings of finite reduced rank. Using the $\mathcal{N}$-injective property, we determine the rings whose all nonsingular cyclic modules are injective.

  • Let I and J be two ideals of a commutative Noetherian ring R and M, N be two non-zero finitely generated R-modules. Let t be a non-negative integer such that $H^i_{I,J}(N)$ is (I, J)-minimax for all i < t. It is shown that the generalized local cohomology module $H^i_{I,J}(M,N)$ is (I, J)-Cofinite minimax for all i < t. Also, we prove that the R-module $Ext^j_R(R/I,H^i_{I,J}(N))$ is finitely generated for all $i{\leq}t$ and j = 0, 1.

  • In this paper, all rings and all near-rings R are associative, all modules are right R-modules. For a near-ring R, we consider representations of R as R-groups. We start with a study of AGR rings and their properties. Next, for any right R-module M, we define a new concept GM module and investigate the commutative property of faithful GM modules and some characterizations of GM modules. Similarly, for any near-ring R, we introduce an R-group with MR-property and some properties of MR groups.
