The article is devoted to the study of the issue of liability for the dissemination of inaccurate information on the Internet. The article emphasizes that now the public opinion of socially active segments of the population is mainly formed on the basis of not critical but subjective ("consumer") analysis of the received information. The modern realities show that the main source of its origin is the Internet: electronic media and, above all, the relevant social networks. The problem of dissemination by the mass media of inaccurate information obtained via the Internet is solved; it is seen in bringing the laws of Ukraine, which regulate public relations regarding the dissemination of information, into compliance with the Civil Code of Ukraine. The issues of development and implementation of new legislative acts aimed at regulating the status of subjects of informational relations on the Internet and establishing the grounds for their liability are also investigated.

공연은 현시되는 순간에 즉시 소멸하며, 오직 공연자의 몸과 관객의 기억 속에서만 남는 무형의 예술이다. 사라진 공연의 동일한 반복, 복원, 재현은 불가능하지만, 동서고금을 막론하고 예술가들은 자신들의 공연을 유형의 형태로 남기고자 당대 첨단의 기술을 동원하여 다양한 기록술(記錄術)을 시도해왔다. 이러한 기록술로 공연예술을 보존 및 활용하는 곳이 공연예술아카이브이다. 4차 산업혁명 시대를 맞이하여 선진국들의 라이브러리 기관들은 예술가들뿐만 아니라 일반인들의 창조적 행위를 후원하는 기관으로 변모하고 있다. 한국의 공연예술아카이브 기관들 또한 4차 산업혁명 시대에 발맞추어 공연자료를 보존하고 서비스한다는 고루한 사료보관소의 역할에서 벗어나서 새로운 문화콘텐츠를 창제하는 플랫폼으로 변환해 가야 할 것이다. 이 논문은 한국 공연예술아카이브의 변화양상을 요약하고, 4차 산업혁명 시대에 대응하는 공연예술 아카이브의 창조성에 대해 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구는 예술영역(음악, 미술, 무용)에서 탁월한 능력을 인정받은 예술영재들의 개인적 특성 및 환경적 특성을 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 개인적 특성 및 환경적 특성의 탐색을 위해 59명의 한국예술영재교육원 학생과 그들의 부모를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 개인별 특성과 관련해서는 예술영재의 재능 특성과 예술적 재능이 발현되는 과정 및 예술적 성장 요인에 있어서 분야별 차이가 나타났다. 환경적 특성을 살펴보면, 부모들은 적극적인 지원을 제공하고 있었으며, 예술에 대한 관심도 높은 것으로 나타났다. 교육에 있어서는 공교육 차원보다는 사교육차원의 교육경험이 많은 것으로 나타났으며, 음악과 무용분야의 교육비용이 미술분야에 비해 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 예술영역에서의 탁월한 능력을 보이는 예술영재에 대한 실증적 연구라는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 차후 우리나라 예술영재연구에 시사하는 바가 크다고 할 수 있다.

본 연구에서는 대전시 공공미술 프로젝트 <무궁화 꽃이 피었습니다> 사례연구를 통하여 열악한 주거환경에서 지역공동체를 만들기 위한 공공미술 프로젝트 운영방법을 모색한다. 문헌연구를 바탕으로 지역공동체를 모아내는 공공미술의 세 가지 측면으로 시각성, 특수성, 소통성을 도출하였고, 이러한 요소들을 기반으로 방문자, 예술가, 지역주민, 기획자 등 연구대상 이해관계자를 심층 인터뷰하여 사례를 분석하였다. 분석결과로 첫째, 주민들의 재활용 쓰레기로 함께 만든 공공미술은 시민과 환경을 효과적으로 조화시키고 통합하고 있었다. 둘째, 프로젝트의 일환으로 운영되는 갤러리는 시민들이 지역의 역사와 상징을 이해하게 함으로써 지역 정체성 강화에 상당한 역할을 하고 있었다. 셋째, 지역공동체와의 소통공간으로 마련된 공방은 시민들의 자발적인 공동체 참여를 활성화하는 데 일조하고 있었다. 상대적으로 기관과의 연구 협력에 관한 인식은 크게 부각되지 않았는데, 이는 열린 공동체라는 가치적 측면에서, 더 다양한 예술 형식에 열려있는 자세로 다른 지역과의 문화적 연계를 구축하고 지속적인 협력이 필요하다는 점을 시사하고 있다.

The major challenge of designing public halls or performing arts centers in Japan is meeting the expectations of the regional community; greater stakeholder involvement is required in order to solve this problem. The purpose of this paper is to examine whether stakeholders can become more involved in public hall design by using systems engineering (SE), which has never before been applied when designing public halls. As such, this study redesigned an actual public hall (Iwaki Alios) using an SE approach. The results revealed that applying SE was effective in the creation of a public hall concept.

본 연구는 공연예술의 서비스의 부정적 측면에 주목하여 연구를 설계하였다. 공연예술에 관심이 증가하면서 공연예술분야에서도 서비스에 대한 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 그러나 현재 공연예술서비스의 긍정적인 측면에 대한 연구는 꾸준히 증가하고 있지만, 부정적인 측면의 연구는 부족하다. 본 연구에서는 기존 연구의 한계점을 보완하고 실증연구를 위해 Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) 모형을 적용하여 연구를 진행하였다. 자극 변수인 공연예술서비스 실패가 유기체인 부정적 감정을 매개로 불평행동반응에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 공연예술서비스 실패 요인 중 공연작품과 인적 서비스가 부정적 감정에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 부정적 감정을 매개로 공적 불평행동과 사적 불평행동에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 마지막으로, 본 연구는 공연예술의 서비스 실패 요인을 변수화하여 소비자를 분석하였다는데 학문적 의의가 있을 것이다.

A hundred and seventeen antibiotic-resistant Escherichia coli strains were isolated from public tap and spring waters which were polluted by fecal coliforms. There were no significant differences between two water sources as to the coliform pollution level (p> 0.05). All E. coli isolates were detected to be resistant to one or more antibiotics tested. Nearly 42% of the isolates showed multiresistant phenotype. Three (2.5%) of these isolates contained class 1 integron. Sequencing analysis of variable regions of the class 1 integrons showed two gene cassette arrays, dfr1-aadA1 and dhfrA17-aadA5. Resistance to ampicillin, tetracycline or trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole was transferable according to the results of conjugation experiments. The rate of tetracycline resistance was 15%. tet(A)-mediated tetracycline resistance was widespread among tetracycline-resistant E. coli isolates. Genotyping by BOX-polymerase chain reaction (BOX-PCR) showed that some of the strains were epidemiologically related. This is the first report on the prevalence and characterization of class 1 integron-containing E. coli isolates of environmental origin in Turkey.

The article identifies the features of the digital culture of modern society in the dynamics of its impact on the education sector, identifies the main directions of digitalization education, an objective analysis is presented, the possibilities of examination as a scientific assessment are determined "Digital reforms" of education, the role of traditional values of educational culture in expertise and improvement digital innovations in the education system, identified the main contradictions in the development of digital culture, to determine the directions of its improvement. The article describes the three main components of information technology as a complex of hardware, software and a system of organizational and methodological support; the description of analog and digital information technologies is presented. The authors list the most common multifunctional office applications and IT tools; the advantages of using IT in the educational process are highlighted.

본 연구에서 제안하는 디자인은 아동의 자유로운 공상과 체험적 습득에 대한 고민을 가지고 있으며, 외형적으로는 태양광에너지를 활용하고 인간친화적인 소프트웨어를 포함하는 융복합적이며, 환경친화적인 놀이기구를 주제로 한 공공디자인에 관한 것이다. 모듈화된 태양광발전장치는 몇 가지 단점에도 불구하고 범용성을 갖추어 태양과 생명의 관계라는 콘셉트를 구현하기 적절하였다. 놀이는 아동에게는 그 자체로 하나의 세계이다. 그러므로 사실적 형태보다는 공상을 자극할만한 유연한 어떤 것이어야 했고, 태양광이 단순히 전력공급원으로 사용되는 것을 넘어 기구를 매개로 태양과 아동이 함께 호흡하는 것을 상상해 보았다.
