The continued efforts to reduce GHG emission by international cooperation and each country are in progress. As part of these efforts, Korea's ETS is enforced in 2015. This was the time to make strategies for each company to respond Korea's ETS. This study was performed to suggest a draft of basic strategies for electronic component industry in current Korea's ETS stage are as follows; - Analyzing the nature of electronic component industry - Identifying needs for corresponding ETS of electronic component industry - Analyzing basic countermeasures for each stage of ETS - Suggesting drafts of basic strategies for electronic component industry in current Korea's ETS stage The result of this study, the current stage of Korea's ETS is moving from implementation of the scheme become determined and prepare the minimum corresponding to direct corresponding to the regulation and market change. Electronic component industry has many GHG emission growth(or change) factor, and it will be make electronic component industry as a buyer when Korea's ETS is enforced. Korea's ETS will be clearly act as a regulation rather than new business for electronic component industry. Therefore, identifying the Korea's ETS as a regulation is resonable strategy for corresponding the scheme. The basic strategies of electronic component industry th responding Korea's ETS are as follows; - Building internal organization and decision-making system before enforcement the Korea's ETS - Establishing internal basic corresponding strategies according to carbon price forecast scenarios - Considering the energy consumption and GHG emissions in design phase and preparing the global ETS market in mid or long term.

최근 주택 가격이 전국적으로 상승하였고 정부는 실수요자 보호를 위해 금융, 세금 등 다양한 규제를 지역에 따라 시행하였다. 정책 시행 이후 전국적인 주택 가격 평균은 안정되었으나 지역 별로 살펴보면 양극화 현상이 발생하였다. 또한 규제로 인해 오히려 실수요자가 피해를 볼 우려에 대한 논의도 지속되고 있다. 따라서 정책 계획 및 분석에 있어 시장 변수 간의 상관관계 뿐 아니라 미시적으로 시장 참여자들에게 어떻게 정책의 효과가 파급되는 지 분석할 필요성이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 변수 간 인과관계로 구성되는 시장 구조 분석을 위한 시스템 다이내믹스와 시장 참여자들의 의사 결정 과정 모델링을 위한 행위자 기반 모델을 통합하여 시뮬레이션 모델을 구축하였다. 개발한 모델에 금융 규제와 세금 규제를 적용하여 주택 가격의 변화와 이에 시장 참여자들이 어떻게 행동하는 지에 대한 분석을 통해 정책의 실효성을 평가하였다. 본 연구를 통해 가격 안정화라는 같은 목적을 가진 두 규제에 대해 시장 참여자들이 다른 의사결정을 함에 따라 시장을 지배하는 피드백의 차이를 확인했다. 이에 따라 정책 대상 지역 뿐 아니라 그 이외의 지역에 대해서도 다른 파급효과가 나타났다.

주거복지 증진을 위해 필요한 택지공급을 위해서는 많은 토지를 취득해야 한다. 토지는 다양한 개발압력과 토지이용규제로 지가 결정에 대한 이견이 크며, 이러한 견해의 차는 공익사업 시행에 있어 갈등의 단초가 되고 있다. 지가 결정에 대한 객관적 연구를 통해 견해의 차이를 좁히는 것은 갈등 해결의 실마리를 제공하는 일이 될 것이다. 본 연구는 공익사업의 하나인 공공주택지구를 사례지역으로 선정하고, 보상단가를 종속변수로, 선행연구 및 전문가 집중인터뷰를 통해 선정된 변수를 독립변수로 하여, 헤도닉모형을 적용하여 지가에 영향을 주는 요인 및 그 정도를 분석하였다. 용도지역 및 이용상황을 기준으로 구분한 그룹별 분석결과 영향요인의 유의성 여부에서는 건물부지여부가, 영향력의 크기에서는 접근성측면과 공법상 제한측면이 그룹별로 상이한 결과가 도출되어, 합리적인 결과로 해석된다. 또한 선행연구에서 제시되지 않은 건물부지 여부를 변수로 추가 선정한 것과 도로접면 변수에 대한 비율척도 적용으로 보상액 영향 분석에 있어서 설명력이 높아졌다.

지난 게임산업법 제정 10년을 돌이켜 보면 게임의 진흥보다는 규제일변도로 법이 개정되었다. 본 연구는 게임규제가 어디서 시작되고 파생되었는지 그 역사를 집어보고 그 동안 놓치고 보지 못한 영역이 무엇인지 고찰하여 규제로 엉킨 실타래를 푸는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 시간당 1만원 규제가 담고 있는 함의를 살펴보고 대안을 고찰하였다. 규제관련 문헌 고찰과 전문가의 심층 면담을 토대로 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 게임을 규제 할 때 단순히 금액으로만 규제를 하게 되면 그 부작용이 더욱 증폭되는 것을 발견하였다. 특히, 예시, 연타, 자동진행 등과 같은 기능들이 만들어지고 또 다시 이를 금지하는 악순환이 반복되는 것을 발견하였다. 게임 진행에서 게임이용자와 게임 운영자 간의 첨예한 이해 관계가 발생하는 지점이 바로 '베팅에 대한 보상비율'이다. 바로 이지점이 이용자를 보호 할 수 있는 핵심이다. 이는 게임의 메커니즘을 고려한 규제가 될 수 있다. 향후 '베팅에 대한 보상비율'을 고려한 게임규제로 규제의 패러다임을 바꾸게 된다면 금액규제로 인한 부작용을 최소화하고 건전한 게임 생태계가 만들어 질 것으로 기대된다.

현재 우리나라의 상호접속제도는 기본적으로 전부비용배부방식에 의해 접속료를 산정하고 있으나 비용배부기준 등 이 방식의 기본적인 문제점뿐만 아니라 실제발생비용을 전부 보상하므로 효율적인 사업운영을 유도할 수 없다는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 또한 전면경쟁환경의 조성과 대외개방압력의 임박 등 통신환경변화는 경쟁활성화를 촉진하는 새로운 규제방식을 요구하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 미국, 영국, 일본 등 통신선진국의 접속료규제방식의 동향분석과 주요 접속료산정방식 및 인센티브규제방식들에 대한 비교분석을 통하여 기본적으로 효율성이념을 보다 반영한 장기증분비용방식의 도입을 추진함과 아울러 기존사업자에 대한가격상한규제방식의 도입을 병행할 것을 제시하고 있다.

정부의 녹색성장기본법(안)에 따라 총량제한 배출권 거래제가 도입될 예정이므로, 배출규제에 대응한 전력시장의 제도적 대응이 요구된다. 본 논문은 배출비용을 감안한 발전원가를 평가하고, 전력시장이 현 비용입찰시장(CBP)의 형태를 유지한다는 전제하에 배출규제에 따른 전력시장가격의 영향을 분석하였다. 배출비용을 감안하더라도 전원별 급전우선순위는 변화하지 않으므로 비용최소화를 위한 전략은 기존 발전패턴을 유지하고 배출권을 구입하는 전략이 된다. 그러나 전기요금 안정화를 위한 발전회사의 수익 규제는 연료전환을 유도하여 배출감축에는 기여하지만, 발전비용 및 전력시장가격을 다소 상승시키게 된다. 한편 발전회사에 대한 수익규제는 배출권시장의 수급여건을 변화시키게 되므로, 전력시장과 배출권시장의 운영, 분석 및 규제에 대한 일원화된 체제의 필요성을 강하게 시사한다.

This paper explores idea of the integration of text and image information in interior design. In this paper, we designed a structure of text and image information. Text information includes the information about materials and projects, and image information includes images of interior design. Material information consists of such as name and price of materials. Image information involves images of interior design that have been scanned and categorized into 15 groups according to the building regulation. Project information consists of construction brief and materials relevant to the image of interior design. The interior design information that is based on cases offers various information to designer and customers. In addition, the connection between text information and image information improves the quality of interior design by decreasing the trial and error in interior design processes. Finally, we discuss the method that integrates text and image information of interior design.

Recently, it is increased to apply sensorless drive for BLDC (Brushless DC) motor to maximize operating efficiency and fuel efficiency to an electrical component of (H)EV. Especially, Electric vehicle component promotes a fuel efficiency enhancement by the carbon dioxide emissions regulation of a vehicle becoming the principal of the environmental pollution globally, the oil price hike that continued increasingly. We suggested the air compressor which applied BLDC motor for electric vehicle component and compared suggested BLDC motor with the conventional DC motor. The experimental results show that the driving efficiency was increased and was inproved compressive force by suggested BLDC motor.

In this paper, a single-phase PFC (Power Factor Correction) dual boost converter based on input voltage estimation is studied for DC inverter air conditioner. It is focused on improving input power factor and power quality to satisfy the recent harmonic current regulation standards. Furthermore the input voltage estimation is introduced for price competitive products. A low cost and reasonable control system is implemented using a specified high-speed 32-bit microprocessor. Their effectiveness are verified through theoretical analysis and experiments.

Studies have shown that the future of the wine market rests on the effective and efficient changes in technology to the supply chain used by most of the major global players. In today's wine industry, companies are faced with the ever-shifting demand for their products, strict regulation and increasing price competition. Even at that, mature companies in the wine industry are succeeding by scaling up production, streamlining their supply chains, expanding into new geographic areas, implementing more efficient processes, cleverly marketing products, and focusing on ever closer relationships with suppliers, partners and customers. However, this paper looks at supply chain challenges in the wine industry from a global perspective presented in the inbound, manufacturing and outbound processes as well as offer effective solutions in order for companies to gain a competitive advantage and succeed on a global level.
