기업간 전자상거래에서 중소기업의 정보기술 집단효능감이 조직성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of IT Group Efficacy on Firm's Performance in B2B Electronic Commerce)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of IT group efficacy of small business using B2B e-commerce on organizational performance. First, we conceptualized IT group efficacy, based on theories in regard to group efficacy, absorptive capacity, and electronic information sharing. And then we examine that IT group efficacy of small business setting up IS and performing B2B e-commerce increases absorptive capacity and electronic information sharing, and ultimately improves organizational performance. The result is that IT group efficacy has a significant positive effect on absorptive capacity, but doesn't have a significant positive effect on electronic information sharing. Also absorptive capacity has a significant positive effect on electronic information sharing and organizational performance, and electronic information sharing has a significant positive effect on organizational performance. Finally, we discuss about the limits and directions as well as the results and implications of this study.

A Study on the Mixing method and Mixing Temperature of Positive Paste to Improve the Capacity of the Lead-Acid Batteries

  • In this study, the mixing method of positive paste and mixing temperature to improve the capacity of the lead-acid batteries has been investigated. The results show that the initial current capacity of lead acid battery depend on the mixing temperature and mixing method of positive paste. In the results of the capacity cycle repetition tests for estimating the life cycle, the 3BS showed the PCL. but the fine 4BS represented certain improved cycles compared to that of the coarse 4BS. It was considered that the fine 4BS showed higher bond strength between active materials than the coarse 4BS and represented large contact areas and that lead to prevent possible sulfation due to the suppression of insulating layers.

재창업자의 긍정심리자본이 흡수역량을 통해 의사결정의 질에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of Positive Psychological Capital on the Quality of Decision-Making through Absorption Capacity of Re-founders)

  • 본 연구는 재창업기업 대표를 대상으로 재창업자의 긍정심리자본 요인인 자기효능감, 희망, 회복탄력성이 흡수역량에 미치는 영향과 재창업자의 흡수역량이 의사결정의 질에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. 특히 본 연구는 재창업자에게 심리적 요인들 중 긍정심리자본이 어떠한 영향을 미칠까하는 궁금함에서 출발하였다. 연구대상은 중소벤처기업진흥공단으로부터 재창업 지원자금을 받은 재창업기업 대표를 대상으로 실시하였으며, 조사한 144명의 표본자료를 SPSS 24.0을 활용하여 빈도 분석을 Smart PLS 3.0을 활용하여 구조모형방정식 분석을 실시하였다. 재창업자의 심리적 특성인 긍정심리자본을 자기효능감, 희망, 회복탄력성의 3가지 요인으로 구분하여, 잠재적 흡수역량과 실행적 흡수역량에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 자기효능감은 잠재적 흡수역량에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 실행적 흡수역량에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 희망은 잠재적 흡수역량에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났고, 실행적 흡수역량에는 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 회복탄력성은 잠재적 흡수역량 및 실행적 흡수역량에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 잠재적 흡수역량 및 실행적 흡수역량은 의사결정의 질에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 실무적 시사점과 이론적 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

Correlation between the Diaphragmatic Contraction Pressure and the Slow Vital Capacity

  • PURPOSE: This study measured the external pressure on abdomen during maximal inspiration. The study determined the correlation between the diaphragmatic contraction pressure and the lung capacities to verify whether or not the measured pressure values can represent diaphragmatic contractility. METHODS: The study included 32 healthy subjects (16 males and 16 females). The researchers fabricated their own diaphragmatic pressure belt (DiP Belt) to measure DCP. DiP Belt device was fixed on the front of the abdomen and the diaphragmatic contractility was measured during maximal inspiration. The lung capacities were measured using a portable digital spirometer device (Pony Fx, COSMED, Italy). A digital spirometer is a device that is used to test the flow of air entering and exiting the lungs. RESULTS: DCP showed significant positive correlations with vital capacity (VC), inspiratory reserve volume (IRV) and inspiratory capacity (IC). Among values of lung capacities, IC showed especially strong positive correlations with the DCP (r =.714, p<.010). For the males, DCP showed significant positive correlations with IRV and IC, and DCP showed significant negative correlation with the expiratory reserve volume (ERV). For the females, DCP showed significant positive correlation with tidal volume (VT), but any significant correlation was not found with any of the other values of lung capacities. CONCLUSION: DCP showed high correlations with IRV and IC associated with inspiratory capacity. Therefore, The DiP Belt can be looked upon as a simple device that is very useful for measuring diaphragmatic contractility.

IT 지원이 흡수역량을 통해 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -조직의 절제 중심으로- (Study on the Impact of IT Support on Organizational Performance through Absorption Capacity: Focusing on Organizational Temperance)

  • 본 연구는 통합역량 IT 지원이 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 대해서 조직의 절제와 흡수역량이 매개했을 때의 영향에 대해서 실증 분석하였다. 본 연구에 대한 실증 분석을 위해 사기업과 공기업 종사자를 대상으로 총 126명의 설문을 바탕으로 Smart PLS 3.0으로 연구 모형을 검증하였다. 통계 분석결과 첫째, 통합역량 IT 지원은 조직절제의 하위 요인인 조정과 적응력에 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 흡수역량에도 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 조직의 절제는 흡수역량에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 셋째, 통합역량 IT 지원과 흡수역량의 관계에서 조직의 절제를 매개로 했을 때 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 흡수역량은 재무성과와 비재무성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구의 시사점은 IT 기술과 조직성과 관계에서 조직 윤리 차원의 요인으로 확장하여 상관관계를 검증함으로써 기존 연구들과 차별성을 두고 있다. 또한 흡수역량의 선행 요인으로써 조직의 윤리적 요인도 선행 요인으로서 작용함을 규명함에 따라 연구의 의의가 있다. 통합역량 IT 지원은 경영자에게 균형 있고 안정감 있는 의사결정에 도움을 주며, 이는 구성원들에게 조직에 대한 긍정적인 인식을 주어 흡수역량 향상에 기여할 수 있으며, 궁극적으로 조직성과에 긍정적인 영향 미친다. 흡수역량이 필수적인 조직의 성과 향상을 위해서는 적절한 IT 인프라 구축과 조직의 미덕 함양의 중요함을 시사한다.

ERP 사용자의 조직시민행동과 확장이용의도 간의 관계에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 흡수역량과 지각된 유용성의 매개효과를 중심으로 (A Study on Factors Affecting the Relationship between User's Organizational Citizenship Behaviors and Intention of ERP Extension Usage: Focusing on the Mediating Effects of Absorptive Capacity and Perceived Usefulness)

  • This study is an empirical study on the relationships among organizational citizenship behaviors, absorptive capacity, performance of using ERP(perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and intention of ERP extension usage). In particular, mediating effect of absorptive capacity and perceived usefulness is empirically analysed to find causes and impacts among these variables. In order to achieve the goals of this study, research models were proposed and hypothesis were drawn to test on the basis of previous studies. A survey was conducted to the members of the seven organizations such as manufacturers, distributors and service industry. The survey questionnaires were sent to 400 people and 304 of them were returned. This data was analyzed with SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 5.0. The study results are as follows. There were no direct effects of the organizational citizenship behaviors on the performance of using ERP. The organizational citizenship behaviors had a positive effects on the absorptive capacity. The absorptive capacity had also a positive effect on the performance of using ERP and the perceived ease of use. The perceived ease of use had a positive effect on the perceived usefulness and the intention of ERP extension usage. Futhermore, the perceived usefulness had a positive effect on the intention of ERP extension usage. In addition, there was a full mediating effect of the absorptive capacity on between the organizational citizenship behaviors and the performance of using ERP. The perceived usefulness had a partial mediating effect on between the perceived ease of use and the intention of ERP extension usage.

조직 메모리 제공과 개인-직무, 개인-조직 적합성이 조직성과에 미치는 영향 : 흡수역량을 매개로 (The Effect of Organizational Memory Affordance and Person-Job, Person-Organization Fit on Organizational Performances : Mediating Absorption Capacity)

  • 4차 산업 혁명 시대에는 데이터의 효율적인 활용 수준이 그 기업의 성과에 큰 영향을 미친다. 본 연구는 조직 메모리 제공이 개인-직무 적합성과 개인-조직 적합성의 수준에 따라 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 흡수역량이 매개로 했을 때의 효과를 실증 분석하였다. 대기업, 중견기업, 중소기업 재직자 317명을 대상으로 설문데이터를 분석한 결과, 조직 메모리 제공이 충분한 조직은 개인-직무 및 개인-조직 적합성 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 흡수역량도 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 조직 메모리 제공은 개인-조직 적합성을 매개할 '때 흡수역량에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 개인-직무 적합성과 개인-조직 적합성은 조직성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치나, 흡수역량을 매개할 경우는 개인-조직 적합만이 긍정적인 영향 관계가 나타났다. 본 연구는 흡수역량의 선행 요인으로 조직 IT 구축환경과 구성원들의 조직과 직무에 대한 인식을 종합적으로 분석하고, 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 동시에 실증함으로써 연구의 의의가 있다.

실행 공동체 구성원의 흡수능력과 공동체 성과간의 관계 (Absorptive Capacities of CoP Members and Their Performances)

  • Absorptive capacity is an ability to acquire, assimilate, transform, and apply external knowledge. Since the objectives of communities of practice(CoPs) are to share task-related knowledge and to apply it to operations, individual absorptive capacities of CoP members are one of the most important success factors of CoPs. The study examined the structural relationship among three groups; antecedents of absorptive capacity, absorptive capacity, and the performance of CoPs. The findings are as follows; Goal interdependence, reciprocal altruism, coordination mechanism and socialization mechanism had significant and positive effects on absorptive capacity. In addition absorptive capacity had significant and positive effects on goal attainment and knowledge application of CoP.

납축전지 극판의 숙성 조건이 양극판의 화학적 조성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Curing Conditions on the Chemical Compositions of Positive Plate for Lead Acid Battery Plates)

  • Generally, it has been known that positive plate efficiency is the most influential effect on the initial current capacity of lead acid battery. Thus, in this study, we have investigated the curing effect of the positive plate, which is one of the important lead acid battery processes. The curing process of the positive plate is performed either with the separation of each plate with 1mm gap or with no gap of plate. As a result, when there is no interval between each plate, the higher temperature current happened than expected, resulting in the changes in the initial current efficiency of the lead acid battery. The chemical composition and crystal structure of a material coated on the positive plate were identified with XRD and SEM. It was resulted that were only there not a lot of 4BS (tetrabasic-lead sulfate, $4PbO{\cdot}PbSO_4)$ on the plate in case of curing of plates without interval, but a large quantity of $Pb_3O_4$ also formed on the surface. On the other hand, it was observed that 3BS (tribasic-lead sulface, $3PbO{\cdot}PbSO_4{\cdot}H_2O)$ was the main product on the plate in case of typical curing process with some interval. From the initial current capacity test, the positive plate having 3BS was approximately 40% higher in initial current capacity than that having 4BS. It was concluded that 4BS and $Pb_3O_4$ on the plate surface were harmful to the initial current capacity of lead acid battery.

A Study on the Effect of Personal Capacity of Airline Employees on Turnover Intention and Customer Orientation

  • Purpose - This study aims to investigate the major capabilities of airline cabin crew to improve the performance of the organization by identifying how they are affected by turnover and customer orientation. Research, design, data, and methodology -The survey participants were limited to all airline cabin crew members in Korea to look at the component measurement items. To verify the validity of the questionnaire, the final questionnaire for this survey was prepared by modifying and supplementing the questionnaire by analyzing factors and validating the questionnaire through reliability verification Results - The analysis on the impact of personal capacity of the airline cabin crew on turnover revealed that some factors had an effect of the positive and the personal capacity of the airline cabin crew has a statistically positive effect on the customer orientation relationship, which is a sub-factor of the cabin crew Conclusions -The capacity of the cabin crew of the airline was defined and the components were established as technical capacity, knowledge capacity and expertise capacity. It was found that the intangible performance of the individual capabilities and customer orientation were very closely related. Airline cabin crew have verified the importance of good talent selection and capacity development training, which are essential requirements for securing the airline's competitiveness.
