아문(瘂門)(GV15)의 홍화약침(紅花藥針)이 백서(白鼠)의 뇌혈류역학(腦血流力學) 변동(變動)에 미치는 영향(影響) (Effects of Aqua-Acupuncture of Carthami Flos(GV15) on the Changes of Cerebral Hemodynamics in Rats)

  • Objective : Carthami Flos has been used as a herb to promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis in oriental medicine for many centuries, and Amun(GV15) has been used as a meridian point to treat apoplexy etc. To investigate treatment of cerevral vascular disease(CVA) by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis(活血化瘀法), we observed the experimental effects and mechanism of auqa-acupunture of Carthami Flos(ACF) injected into GV15 on cerevral hemodynamics and cardiovascular system of rats. Method : Aqua-acupuncture of Carthami Flos(ACF) was injected into GV15, and then we investigated experimental effects and mechanism of ACF on the cerebral hemodynamics[regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF), pial arterial diameter(PAD), meal arterial blood pressure(MABP)] and cardiovascular system[cardiac muscle contractile force(CMF), heart rate(HR)I by pretreatment with methylene blue(MTB) and indomethacin(IDN). The changes in rCBF, MABP, CMF and HR were tested by Laser Doppler Flowmetry(LDF), and the changes in PAD was determinated by video microscopy methods and video analyzer. Results :The results were as follows in normal rats ; The changes of rCBF and PAD were significantly increased by ACF($120{\mu}{\ell}/kg$) in a injected time-dependent manner, but MABP was not changed by ACF. The changes of cardiovascular system were increased by ACF in a injected time-dependent manner. And pretreatment with MTB was significantly inhibited ACE induced increase of rCBF and PAD, and was decreased ACF induced increase of HR. And pretreatment with IDN was increased ACF induced MABP and CMF. And the results were as follows in cerebral ischemic rats ; The changes of rCBF was increased stabilizly by treatment with ACF($120{\mu}{\ell}/kg$) in during the period of cerebral reperfusion, but pretreatment with MTB was increased ACF induced increase of rCBF during the period of cerebral reperfusion. The results were as follows in normal rats ; The changes of rCBF and PAD were significantly increased by ACF($120{\mu}{\ell}/kg$) in a injected time-dependent manner, but MABP was not changed by ACF. I suggested that ACF has an anti-ischemic effect through the improvement of crebral hemodynamics in a transient cerebral ischemia.

인쇄회로 기판의 전기검사에서의 미세 탐침과 패드의 동적 거동 현상 관측 (Observation of Dynamic Movement of Probing Pin on PCB Pad Using Electrical Reliability Test)

  • 인쇄기판의 양산 신뢰성 확인을 위한 전기검사에서는 다수의 미세 탐침들이 기판의 패드와 접점을 유지하며 회로의 전기적 신뢰성을 확인하는 검사이다. 이 때 다수의 탐침들이 모두 정 정렬 될 수 없으므로 탐침의 충돌하는 위치와 각도는 기판에 심각한 결과를 초래할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 탐침이 패드와 충돌하는 상황에서 발생할 수 있는 탐침의 미끄러짐 현상을 관측하고자 한다. 탐침은 접촉부가 둥근형상과 평평한 형상의 두 종류를 선정하였고, 탐침 돌출 길이, 탐침 직경, 이송 속도 등이 탐침의 미끄러짐에 주는 영향을 관찰하였다. 이를 통해 전기 검사 시 탐침의 경사에 따라 기판의 패드에 작용하는 수평 인가력과 탐침 경사각 사이의 관계를 조사하였으며, 또 전기 검사 후 미끄러진 탐침의 복원시 발생할 수 있는 탐침과 패드 사이의 역학관계에 대해서도 고찰하였다. 경사각은 탐침의 접촉부가 평평하면서 돌출길이가 짧고, 직경이 크며, 검사 속도가 느린 경우에 작다는 것을 확인하였다.

침자 술기 실습 모델에서 침감의 정량적 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Quantitative Characteristics of Needle Force on the Acupuncture Practical Model)

  • Objectives : In this study, we quantitatively evaluated the needle forces using needle insertion-measurement system and compared the needle sensation of each acupuncture practical model. Methods : After inserting acupuncture with a sensor to six models, a lifting-thrusting motion was implemented using the needle insertion-measurement system. The needle force was measured repeatedly, and the measurement was analyzed based on the modified Karnopp friction model for a comparison of friction coefficients. After the insertion, practitioners did lifting-thrusting manipulations. They quantified the similarity of needle sensation with VAS (Visual Analogue Scale). Results : When friction force and coefficients of friction in five different models were compared with a porcine shank model, all five models were significantly different from a porcine shank model, cotton and apple showing the closest frictional values to that of a porcine shank model. In the Cp and Cn values of cotton and in the Cp values of IM injection pad, there was no statistically significant difference. The similarity of the needle sensation between the porcine shank and five models was the highest in the apple, and overlapping papers was the lowest. Conclusions : This study quantitatively compared the physical forces in the practical model when implementing lifting-thrusting manipulations, using a needle insertion-measurement system. We suggest that a reproducible exercise model that reflects the characteristics of various human tissues, such as viscoelasticity or strength, needs to be further developed. This will contribute to establishing standardized acupuncture practice training.

2자유도 모텔을 이용한 디스크 브레이크의 면외 운동에 미치는 접촉강성의 영향 분석 (Analysis of the Effect of Contact Stiffness on the Out-of-plane Motion of a Disc Brake System using 2-DOE Model)

  • A two degree-of-freedom mathematical model is presented to investigate the friction mechanism of a disc brake system. A contact parameter is introduced to describe the coupling between the in-plane and the out-of-plane motions. The model with the contact parameter is considered under the assumption that the out-of-plane motion depends on the friction force along the in-plane motion. In order to describe the relationship between the friction force and the out-of plane motion, the dynamic friction coefficient is considered as a function of both relative velocity and normal farce. Using this friction law, a contact stiffness matrix along the normal direction can be obtained. The out-of-plane motion is then investigated by both the stability analysis and the numerical analysis for various parametric conditions. The results show that the stiffness parameters of the pad and the disc must be controlled at the same time. Also, the numerical analysis shows the existence of limit cycle caused by the effect of intermittent contact stiffness.

한국형발사체 시스템 설계 형상에 대한 공력 특성 및 하중 해석 (A Numerical Analysis of Aerodynamic Characteristics and Loads for KSLV-II Configuration at the System Design Phase)

  • 한국형발사체 시스템설계 형상에 대해 전산유동해석(CFD) 기법을 이용하여 공력 특성 및 하중을 예측하였다. 이전 형상에 비하여 엔진 카울이 없어짐에 따라 축력과 수직력이 감소하였으며, 압력 중심이 전방으로 크게 이동하였다. 그리고 하중 해석을 위해 비행 중 및 발사대 대기 중의 공력 하중을 산출하였다. 공력 계수 및 공력 하중 해석 결과는 다음 설계 단계의 임무 설계 및 구조 해석 분야에 활용된다.

A Study on the Sliding Distance and the Proper Position of Supporter with respect to the Wedge Angle in the Wedge Type Rail Clamp

  • The rail clamp is the device to prevent the crane slips along rails from the wind blast as well as to locate a container crane in the set position in operating mode. In this study we conduct the research for the sliding distance of rail clamp and the proper position of supporter with respect to the wedge angle in the wedge type rail clamp. The sliding distance to display the clamping force of the jaw pad corresponding to the design wind speed criteria is determined by the total displacement of the rail clamp at the roller center and the wedge angle. And the supporter is the device to prevent the overload which is applied on each part of the rail clamp by wind speed increment, because a clamping force is generated by the sliding of the wedge due to the wind. Accordingly the position of the supporter to prevent the overload is determined by analyzing the forces applied to the rail clamp. In order to analyze the sliding distance and the proper position of supporter with respect to the wedge angle as the wind speed is 40m/s, 5-kinds of wedge angles, such as 2, 4, 6, 8, $10^{\circ}$, were adopted as the design parameter.

흑연과 지르콘의 상대적인 함량에 따른 마찰특성에 관한 연구 (Influence of the Relative Amount of Graphite and Zirconium Silicate on Friction Characteristics)

  • Friction characteristics of phenolic resin-based friction composites containing threedifferent relative amounts of graphite and zirconium silicate were investigated by using a pad-on-disk type friction tester. Constant temperature test and constant interval test at three different initial temperatures(100. 200, 300$^{\circ}C$) were performed to examine the effects of friction heat on friction characteristics at elevated temperature. The friction composite(FMO.7) with higher content of ZrSiO$_4$showed unstable friction force at higher temperature and resulted in larger fluctuations of vibration during friction test. The abrasive action of ZrSiO$_4$in friction composite impeded stable transfer film and induced higher friction heat at friction interface. Friction oscillations according to the temperature were associated with the formation of transfer film(i'd body layer) on the friction composite and the counter part.

  • The railway bridge of the domestic still has been used steel base such as sperical bearing and pot bearing widely. However, the bearing of steel series is occured corrosion frequently, reduced durability and raised maintenance cost excessively due to the nature of the material. If the elastomeric bearing which is widely used in highway bridge is applied to the railway bridge, it will be able to compensate this defect a lot. In order to apply to the railway bridge used for highway bridge, is needed the control of the bridge ends deflection, lateral displacement and negative reaction. Therefore, the elastomeric bearing can be applied to the railway bridge enough, if installed negative reaction key for control of the bridge ends deflection, improved shear wedge performance for control of the lateral force, adjust the thickness of the elastomeric pad for the minimize deflection, in addition, can be economic design of sub-structures due to damping effect.

  • The design of seat is maintaining to final stable posture. The final stable posture is the seated posture in which the force of the pad and spring supporting the body is balanced with the body weight and the bodydoes not sink anyfurther intothe seat. With poorly designed seated seats, your behind maygradually move forward, or localized pressure may result in congestion of the blood or numbness, making you want to move. Therefore, the final stable posture is not maintained. A number of ideas were used in this study will eliminate this problem. In automobile seat design, primary attention has forcused on providing the occupant with a comfortable seat that has sufficient padding and adjuxtments toaccomodate different sizes and postures of people. First of all, whether the process is design-oriented or technology-oriented, the design concept must be human-oriented. The fatigue-alleviating seats which were the primary purpose of this research were studied with a human-oriented approach.

  • Electric transmission lines pass through a variety of area. Foundation supporting the conductors and tower are selected properly in accordance with external load, for example dead load, wind load, snow load, construction load etc, and topography and geology condition. Typical types of foundation are as follows: pad foundation for small load and hard soil or rock in mountainous area, pile foundation for medium or large load and soft soil in plain field area. This paper introduced cylindrical foundation design & construction for large load and mountainous area. This foundation failure mode against pulling-out show splitting failure by tensile force toward circumferential direction.
