  • The present study aimed to survey doctors working in five university hospitals about internal customer satisfaction and organization commitment level in order to identify casual relationships through structure equations. According to the analysis, organization management had the biggest impact on internal customer satisfaction level, and the sooner the factor was named personnel, leadership, job, and compensation, the bigger the impact it had on the level. The research model was generally found to be good in terms of goodness of fit, considering the value of $x^2$ calculated as 103.314, the degrees of freedom of 38, GFI 0.924, AGFT 0.868, NFI 0.888, CFI 0.925, and RMSEA 0.086. In conclusion, the internal customer satisfaction level of doctors was significantly proportionate to organization commitment by means of their general satisfaction level, while also being directly proportionate to organization commitment (p<0.05). Meanwhile, statistical significance could not be found when measuring the effects of the doctors' basic characteristics on the levels of internal customer satisfaction and general satisfaction in hospitals.

  • The common Knowledge Management System has been constructed to increase the organization's competitiveness based on the objective of support on knowledge activities of individuals. But not many of cases have been success with constructing the magnificent concept of several of knowledge management. This case research is based on the constructed strategies, constructed concept and operating case on Knowledge Management System of Ministry of Maritime Affairs & Fisheries which was selected to the year 2004 outstanding operating organization among the government organization. This case research is suggesting that to have successful knowledge management, needs to have a reliable objective and goals prior to the abducting the Knowledge Management System and should establish the propulsion strategies that meets the organization and the culture. • Business organizations are trying in various ways to survive and grow up in the rapidly changing environment. A lot of organizations have introduced management innovation skills and attempted to change, but most of them have failed to realize their aims. The reason is that the members of the organization including the chief executive officers did not understand the paradigm of the change management of an organization, and gave weight to the partial efficiency instead of the change management of the organization. In this study, guidelines and principles are suggested to apply the quality management system to the change management of business organizations.

  • This paper proposes a change process model for organization development in health care organizations and provide an OD case exemplar of nursing service unit at Virtual Hospital. This case exemplar was written in a narrative form rather than in an argumentative form as an embodiment of organization development process as is viewed from the cultural/interpretive perspective rather than from the technical/rational one. This case exemplar illustrates the change process which consists of four interrelated components: change intervention, organizational target variables, individual organizational member, and organizational outcomes. It also demonstrates the applicability of the narrative rationality which involves narrative probability and narrative fidelity to the story where the learning organization, shared governance, and empowerment are fully emplotted and enlivened. The implications for organization development in health care organizations are discussed.

Data were collected by self-administered questionnaires from november 22 to 29 in 2012 and analyzed SPSS 18 by using t-test, ANOVA and regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational fairness, consideration and responsibility toward a society among 5 determinants were positively related to levels of trust in organization of hospital workers. Based on these findings, it can be defined that 5 determinants of hospital organization trust influences levels of trust in organization of hospital workers. The implications of this study are discussed and areas for future research are presented.

  • The co-precipitation process plays a key role in the decontamination of radionuclides from low and intermediate levels of liquid waste. For that reason, the removal of Cs ions from waste solution by the co-precipitation method was carried out. A simulated liquid waste (133Cs) was prepared from a 0.1 M CsCl solution, while wastewater generated by washing steel ash served as a representative of radioactive cesium solution (137Cs). By co-precipitation, potassium ferrocyanide was applied for the adsorption of Cs ions, while nickel nitrate and iron sulfate were selected for supporting the precipitation. The amount of residual Cs ions in the CsCl solution after precipitation and filtration was determined by ICP-OES, while the radioactivity of 137Cs was measured using a gamma-ray spectrometer. After cesium removal, the amount of cesium appearing in both XRD and SEM-EDS was analyzed. The removal efficiency of 133Cs was 60.21% and 51.86% for nickel nitrate and iron sulfate, respectively. For the ash-washing solution, the removal efficiency of 137Cs was revealed to be more than 99.91% by both chemical agents. This implied that the co-precipitation process is an excellent strategy for the effective removal of radioactive cesium in waste solution treatment.

  • As interests in the management of government-owned corporation rise, in these days, debt reduction and normalization of management of those companies have been proceeding under the lead of government. At this point, it is very important to seek internal marketing method for improvement of internal employees' satisfaction, loyalty and organization performance. This study analyzes impact of factors of internal marketing effect on organization satisfaction, loyalty and organization performance in the context of the domestic public companies, the Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) and the Korea Water Resources Corporation (K-WATER)'s employees empirically. There are some significant differences between the two publics. It is proved that delegation of the authority influences on internal satisfaction and organization performance in the case of KEPCO, and education and training influence on internal satisfaction and organization performance in the case of K-WATER. On the other hand, in the case of K-WATER, any internal marketing factors don't influence on loyalty. The results of this study show somewhat different characteristics depending on the characteristics of firm, however, it is expected that this study can be very useful in regards to similar public enterprises or businesses.

  • There are two types of organizational knowledge in terms of its creation process: experiential and analytical knowledge. The experiential knowledge is created by repetitive experiences of an individual or team through task execution, while the analytical knowledge is acquired by analyzing accumulated data or information in the organization. The experiential knowledge often remains tacit or implicit in the organization because it is primarily acquired at an individual or team level. Therefore, the issue on the experiential knowledge is to share it actively within the organization. On the other hand, the analytical knowledge is explicit in its nature since it is extracted from data or information. Thus, it is important to guide a systematic creation of the analytical knowledge rather than encourage to share it. The current trend of "knowledge management" mainly focuses on the experiential knowledge - know-how, idea, case, etc - and neglects another important knowledge in the organization. i. e., analytical knowledge. This paper tries to shed a new light on the "knowledge management" arena by introducing rather new perspective in the concept of knowledge. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting the analytical knowledge creation in the organization. We conducted an exploratory case study of three companies with a previously defined research framework and found some critical factors for the analytical knowledge creation. They are "organizational resource", "effectiveness of feedback process", "data source management", and "experimental mind set". Finally, we proposed research model and propositions regarding the analytical knowledge creation in the organization.
