벡터개념의 강의적 체계순서에 관하여 (On lecturing organization-order of the concept of vectors)

  • 수학적 개념의 지도순서에는 크게 역사적 순서, 이론적 체계, 강의적 체계순서로 나뉜다. 본 논문에서는 벡터개념을 대상으로 구체적으로 강의적 체계순서를 정하는 문제를 논의하고자 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 2가지 원료에 해당하는 벡터개념의 역사적 순서와 이론적 체계에 대해 조사한다. 이 조사를 바탕으로 양자의 결합으로서 벡터개념의 강의적 체계순서를 정하는 기준과 형태에 관해 고려한다.

Establishment of Disaster Response and Safety Management Systems in LH

  • This study is to review and re-establish LH disaster response and safety management system of the construction site and rental apartment complex in order to make an effective response and minimize damage in the face of disaster. I suggest directions for the improvement of disaster management systems. To achieve this, I reviewed the existing disaster response organization and accept opinions of the operating department in order to constitute effective organization which respond quickly and efficiently in emergency, and assigned new roles and responsibilities at each organization. Furthermore, I setup and suggested response manuals for each possible disasters.

리더십, 조직문화와 조직몰입과의 관계 (Interrelationship between leadership, Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment)

  • 본 연구는 사회복지조직의 리더십에 대한 인식정도, 사회복지조직의 조직문화가 종사자의 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구대상은 사회복지시설에 종사하고 있는 사회복지사로서 총 456부가 분석에 사용되었다. 변혁적 리더십, 교환적 리더십 등 리더십 유형, 조직문화를 독립변인으로 종사자의 조직몰입과의 상관관계를 분석하였으며, 리더십 유형, 조직문화가 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 위계적 회귀분석과 조직몰입에 미치는 직 간접 효과를 파악하기 위하여 경로분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 조직몰입에 대한 영향을 미치는 총 효과를 살펴보면, 변혁적 리더십이 가장 많은 영향을 미치며, 조직의 문화가 집단문화, 교환적 리더십, 발전문화 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 종사자의 조직몰입을 향상시키기 위해서는 사회복지조직의 리더가 변혁적 리더십을 통한 종사자의 자발적 참여와 업무능률을 향상시켜야 하며, 이러한 리더십 유형은 조직의 문화가 집단문화를 형성할 수 있도록 하여 종사자의 조직몰입을 향상시켜야 한다는 결과를 보이고 있다.

공간구성에 따른 뮤지엄 유형에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Typology of Spatial Organization in Art Museum)

  • This study plans to classify the art museums in accordance with their spatial organization, analyzing their peculiarities each by its type in order to present the reference required for designing an art museums. With confidence, the analyzation as well as the results of the study contents will make worthy contribution for the future art museums. For this purpose, total of 95 art museums have been selected as the objects of analyzation. First of all, their types have been categorized in accordance with the standard of scale and architectural planning. Out of them, 33 museums have been further selected in order to see how the peculiarities of their patterns are outstanding, and then a quantitative analyzation has been made on each of them to see its space structure by utilizing 'Space Syntax'. Finally, a correlation analyzation of space structure peculiarities has been conducted and the spatial organization peculiarities per type is comprehensively arranged in accordance with the architectural planning and Space Syntax in order to present a new spatial organization per space to be used for the basic planning of the art museum. The contents of this analytical study are summarized as follows: A correlation analyzation on the typological features in terms of architectural planning and on the spatial organization features in terms of the Space Syntax has presented four new types of museum spaces: (1) Radial type, (2) Arachnoid-radial type, (3) Linear type, and (4) Grid type, in the light of which the selected 95 art museums have further been analyzed in order for their features to be reclassified.

친환경농업 생산조직 참여결정 요인분석 - 충남지역을 중심으로 - (Determinants of Participation in Environment-Friendly Agricultural Production Organization - Focusing on Chungnam Area -)

  • It has continuously promoted to scale up the agricultural management body in order to cope with the market-opening pressure such as the UR negotiation, the DDA negotiation, and more conclusions of FTAs and to enhance the competitiveness of our agriculture. This study evaluated the factors associated with production organization participation centered on environmentally-friendly agriculture farmers in order to improve the production efficiency of environmentally-friendly agriculture in the aspect of production. In order to achieve this objective, this study evaluated the factors that contributed to participating in an organization using the bivariate probit model focusing on environmentally-friendly agriculture farmers in Chungnam. This study examined the validity and reliability of the study model through exploratory factor analysis. The results of factor analyses identified four factors: "distribution", "production", "organization operation", and "social capital". The results of the bivariate probit model showed that distribution significantly affected production activities and distribution, organization operation, agricultural income, and gender significantly influenced sale activities. Environmentally-friendly production organization had not been able to provide the productive support that was needed for local farmers to produce environmentally-friendly agricultural products in a region. Additionally, farming education did not provide the information needed by the farmers. Although producers had a network within a production organization, it was operated mainly for administrators. Therefore, participants felt somewhat lacking. This study identified the level of organization of producer organizations in Chungnam area, where environmentally-friendly agriculture is well activated. This study suggested implications for future production organization participation by evaluating factors affecting participation quantitatively.

수학교육에 있어서 각의 개념 지도 방안 (On Teaching of the Concept of Angle in Education of Mathematics)

  • 최근 저자들은 수학교육에서 수학사의 적극적인 활용과 수학지도의 순서를 결정하는 문제에 관해 연구하였다 수학지도의 순서로는 역사적 순서, 이론적 체계, 강의적 체계 순서의 세 유형이 제안되었다. 강의적 체계 순서는 역사적 순서와 이론적 체계의 결합이며 그 결합은 본질적으로 교사 개개인의 교육적 가치관에 따른다. 본 논문에서는 구체적으로 각의 개념에 관해 수학지도의 순서에 대한 결정문제를 다룬다. 실제 각의 개념은 도형의 개념에 관계하여 정의되기 때문에 도형의 개념에 관한 수학지도 순서의 결정 문제도 함께 다루어진다. 먼저, 수학사를 통해 도형의 개념의 역사적 순서를 조사한다. 다음에 도형에 대한 이론적 체계를 수립한다. 이러한 기초적인 자료로부터 문제 해결의 관점에서 도형의 개념의 강의적 체계 순서를 제시한다. 끝으로 제시된 도형의 강의적 체계 순서에 따라 각의 개념에 대한 강의적 체계 순서를 노의한다. 또한 가우스$\cdot$보네 정리와 관련하여 각의 대역적 성질에 관해서 고찰한다.

CTCF, Cohesin, and Chromatin in Human Cancer

  • It is becoming increasingly clear that eukaryotic genomes are subjected to higher-order chromatin organization by the CCCTC-binding factor/cohesin complex. Their dynamic interactions in three dimensions within the nucleus regulate gene transcription by changing the chromatin architecture. Such spatial genomic organization is functionally important for the spatial disposition of chromosomes to control cell fate during development and differentiation. Thus, the dysregulation of proper long-range chromatin interactions may influence the development of tumorigenesis and cancer progression.

대학행정조직(大學行政組織)의 팀제 도입.운영(導入.運營)에 관한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Introduction and Management of the Team Organization in College Administrative Systems)

  • The purpose of this study is to present the problem of the introduction and management and the method of activation of the team organization in college administrative systems through the theoretical study about the team systems and the actual proof study already introduced and operated in colleges and enterprises. The scopes of the subject of theoretical study are the concept of team systems, the type of systems, the strategy of introduction and management, the problem of management and the tactics of activation. The scopes of the theoretical study are the field of systematic structure and that of introduction and management. In order to activate the team organization of college administrative systems, we must study three points such as empowerment, construction of learning team and the method of personal management. For the sake of conducting the team organization efficiently, we must consider four fields. They are as follows: First, considering the continual efforts for reorganization is the most important precondition. Second, the device of supplement related with introduction of systems such as evaluation of merits, promotion and budget must be prepared as soon as possible. Third, in order to introduce the systems, the improvement of systems is needed. Fourth, it must be accompanied by redesigning the whole business process. Especially, in the introduction of team organization, it is important above all to introduce suitable constitution or situation of business. And making a constant effort and preparation for solving problems is essential to successful management of team organization.

  • 최근 급속한 국내 건설환경의 변화속에서 기업은 구조개성을 포함한 다양한 변화를 추구하고 있으나, 이러한 노력이 경영 이익 증대까지 이어지지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 현상의 주요 원인 중 하나는 수주와 관련된 내 $\cdot$ 외부 환경변화를 기업의 경영전략과 조직구조에 반영하여 변화에 적응하고 더불어 수주성과를 극대화하기 위한 다양한 변화노력의 틀 속에서 진행되어야 함에도 불구하고 이와 같은 접근이 이루어지지 못하고 있기 때문이다. 특히 급변하는 환경에서 기업의 경영이익을 좌우하는 수주활동과 관련된 조직의 설계는 전반적 인 건설경기동향, 공공 및 민간의 발주 동향 등을 고려한 전략적이고 유연한 접근이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 수주환경 변화에 따른 수주조직을 전략적으로 설계할 수 있도록 환경변화와 경영성과측면의 관계를 규명하여 이를 대형건설업체의 사업유형 및 발주유형별 수주조직 설계에 반영할 수 있도록 모형과 절차를 제시하였다.

공무원의 학습조직 특성이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 : 상사신뢰의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Learning Organization Level on Organizational Citizenship Behavior : Focus on the effect of Supervisor Trust)

  • This study is to discover and substantiate the casual relation between Learning Organization and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, with Supervisor Trust used as moderating variable. Learning Organization and Organization Citizenship Behavior are used, respectively, as independent and dependent variable, Supervisor Trust as moderating variable. The data for this study was collected from 340 public officials who participated in the training program. Data collection tools were used to collect structured questionnaire questionnaires, and dissemination and retrieval of questionnaires were carried out over 6 weeks from February 6 to March 10, 2017. Of the questionnaire distributed, the questionnaire was finally recovered from the questionnaire, with a recall rate of 91.8 %, showing a very high rate of recall. The result showed that Learning Organization is a significant factor for Organization Citizenship Behavior and also that Supervisor Trust plays a role in the control of the relationship between Learning Organization and Organization Citizenship Behavior; thus, in order for Public Organizations to achieve advanced competitiveness, vitalizations of Learning Organization is important.
