The aim of this paper is to prove the next result. Let n > 1 be an integer and let R be a n!-torsion free semiprime ring. Suppose that f : R ${\rightarrow}$ R is an additive mapping satisfying the relation [f(x), $x^n$] = 0 for all $x{\in}R$. Then f is commuting on R.

This paper deals with functions of the form $f(z)=a_1z-{\sum}{\limits}_{n=2}^{\infty}a_nz^n(a_1>0,\;a_n{\geqslant}0)$ with $(1-{\mu})f(z_0)/z_0+{\mu}f'(z_0)=1(-1. We introduce the class $\varphi({\mu},{\eta},{\gamma},{\delta},A,B;\;z_0)$ with generalized fractional derivatives. Also we have obtained coefficient inequalities, distortion theorem and radious problem of functions belonging to the calss $\varphi({\mu},{\eta},{\gamma},{\delta},A,B;\;z_0)$.

In this article, we consider properties of transcendental meromorphic solutions of the complex differential-difference equation $$P_n(z)f^{(n)}(2+{\eta}_n)+{\cdots}+P_1(z)f^{\prime}(z+{\eta}_1)+P_0(z)f(z+{\eta}_0)=0$$, and its non-homogeneous equation. Our results extend earlier results by Liu et al. [9].

A generalized linearization model for stress relaxation curves of vegetative tissues was proposed as $[F_{(o)}t^n/(F_{(o)}-F_{(t)})=k_1+k_2t]$, taking into account internal structure changes under a constant strain. Where $F_{(o)}$ is the initial force, $F_{(t)}$ is the decaying force after time t, and $k_1$, $k_2$ and n are constants. This model was well fit to stress relaxation curves of a variety of raw and processed fruits and vegetables.

There is no known polynomial time algorithm for QAP that is a NP-complete problem. This paper suggests O(n²) polynomial time algorithm for random type quadratic assignment problem (QAP). The proposed algorithm suggests incremental augmenting matching strategy that is to set the matching set M={(l_i,f_j)} from l_i with minimum sum of distance in location matrix L and f_j with maximum sum of quantity in facility matrix F, and incremental augmenting of matching set M from M to l_i with minimum sum of distance and to f_j with maximum sum of quantity. Finally, this algorithm performs swap strategy that is to reflect the complex correlations of distances in locations and quantities in facilities. For the experimental data, this algorithm, in spite of O(n²) polynomial time algorithm, can be improve the solution than genetic algorithm a kind of metaheuristic method.

For a given separable space X which contains no copy of $C_0$ and a weakly compact T, we show that a Dunford integrable function $f : [a,b] \to X$ is intrinsically-separable valued if and only if f is McShane integrable. Also, for a given separable space X which contains no copy of $C_0$, a weakly compact T and a Dunford integrable function f we show that if there exists a sequence $(f_n)$ of McShane integrable functions from [a,b] to X such that for each $x^* \in X^*, x^*f_n \to x^*f$ a.e., then f is McShane integrable. Finally, let X contain no copy of $C_0$. If $f : [a,b] \to X$ is McShane integrable, then F is a countably additive on $\sum$.

A set {$a_1,\;a_2,{\ldots},\;a_m$} of positive integers is called a Diophantine m-tuple if $a_ia_j+1$ is a perfect square for all $1{\leq}i$ < $j{\leq}m$. In this paper, we show that the form of third element in Diophantine pairs and develop some results which are needed to prove the extendibility of the Diophantine pair {a, b} with some conditions. By using this result, we prove the extendibility of Diophantine pairs {$F_{k-2}F_{k+1},\;F_{k-1}F_{k+2}$} and {$F_{k-2}F_{k-1},\;F_{k+1}F_{k+2}$}, where $F_n$ is the n-th Fibonacci number.

Geographical distribution of diploid plant with AA genome (2n=16) and allotetraploid with AABB genome (2n=34) of Scilla scilloides Complex from Korea has been studied. The composition and frequencies of B chromosomes ere also investigated. Plants with AABB genome were predominant over AA genome plants. A mixed population of AA and AABB genome plants was found for the first time. Aneuploid plants have not been found. Chromosomes of AA genome were composed of three pairs of metacentric, two pairs of submetacentric, two pairs of subtlocentric and one pair of telocentric chromosomes, whereas BB genome was four pairs of metacentric and five pairs of subtelocentric chromosomes. B chromosomes were classified into two categories, isochromosome (F) and chromosome fragment (f). The frequencies of B chromosomes were 43% in AA genome plants and 44% in AABB genome plants. The number of B chromosome ranged from 1 to 3 and 1 to 7 in AA and AABB genome plants, respectively. B chromosome combinations were F and F+f in AA genome plants and F, F+f and f in AABB genome plants.

Let F² denote the space of entire functions f on ℂ that are square integrable with respect to the Gaussian measure $dG(z)={\frac{1}{\pi}}{e^{-{\mid}z{\mid}^2}}$, where dA(z) = dxdy is the ordinary area measure. The Fock-Dirichlet space $F^2_{\mathcal{D}}$ consists of all entire functions f with f' ∈ F². We estimate Taylor coefficients of functions in the Fock-Dirichlet space. The Fock-Nevanlinna space $F^2_{\mathcal{N}}$ consists of entire functions that possesses just a bit more integrability than square integrability. In this note we prove that $F^2_{\mathcal{D}}=F^2_{\mathcal{N}}$.
