The purpose of this study is to analyze how Corona daily life has changed the music listeners' music listening experience and what meaning the music listeners are discovering in their music listening experience. This study considered the sociology of music, and music as a medium of perception and consciousness from a theoretical perspective. After that, the purpose of this study was to extract the meaning of subjective interpretations of music listening tendencies and music listening experiences for college students who took music-related classes from 20 to 24 years old. The research methods were written interview and free discussion analysis. As a result of the study, 76% of those interviewed in writing answered that their tendency to select music in daily life had changed. The main reasons were: First, finding a utopia in 'home' with music, second, finding and listening to new music with increasing time, third, getting out of 'corona blue' with music. College students were discovering new meanings in physical isolation through listening to music. They were discovering the meaning of 'self-healing' in listening to music, and they were changing the direction of their desired consciousness and emotions through music.
The purpose of this study was to examine the perceived emotion of music according to cognitive styles of music listening. A total of 91 music-related graduate students participated in this study. They were given a questionnaire about perceived emotions of music, musical elements, and Music Empathizing-Music Systemizing Inventory. To analyze statistically, Descriptive statistics, paired t-test, ANalysis Of VAriance (ANOVA), multi-variate analysis, and Pearson correlation analysis were conducted. Results showed that participants had relatively universal experience in perceived emotions of both types of music, and also showed that musical elements contributed to the experience differed by cognitive styles of music listening.

For an effective listening to music, a repeated listening to music should be possible without any restriction of time and space as well as to music for a music class and the various multi-media learning materials for listening to music is required. However, an individualized and repeated listening is difficult and an individualized listening materials are lacking. To solve these problems, learning system for listening to music in elementary school sharing learning materials required for it and including learning factors of listening to music is required. Therefore, this study analyzes learning factors of listening to music in elementary school and the learning system for listening to music is designed and developed to make elementary students have their own active listening to music and feel achievement and confidence by teacher's evaluation of their writings after listening to music and experience a joyful musical activity. And it is applied to elementary school.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of imagery-centered music listening on the physiological and psychological relaxation of women with high-risk pregnancy. A total sample of 15 subjects participated in 11 sessions. The research data was collected only in the first session for each subject. In this experimental study, physiological and psychological relaxation were evaluated by peripheral temperatures and the Visual Analog Scale (VAS), respectively. For the music listening program for imagery experience, 27 pieces of relaxing music were selected and the modified MI technique was used. After interventions, the results showed that peripheral temperatures increased and the VAS scores decreased. Imagery exercises with music listening offered a positive experience to elicit physiological and psychological relaxation in subjects. In conclusion, imagery-centered music listening is an effective modality to facilitate relaxation, stability, and support for women with high-risk pregnancy.
Music functions as a catalyst for various emotional experiences. Among the numerous genres of music, film music has been reported to induce strong emotional responses. However, the effectiveness of film music in evoking different types of emotions and its relationship in terms of which musical elements contribute to listeners' perception of intended emotion have been rarely investigated. The purpose of this study was to examine the congruence between the intended emotion and the perceived emotion of listeners in film music listening and to identify musical characteristics of film music that correspond with specific types of emotion. Additionally, the study aimed to investigate possible relationships between participants' identification responses and personal musical experience. A total of 147 college students listened to twelve 15-second music excerpts and identified the perceived emotion during music listening. The results showed a high degree of congruence between the intended emotion in film music and the participants' perceived emotion. Existence of tonality and modality were found to play an important role in listeners' perception of intended emotion. The findings suggest that identification of perceived emotion in film music excerpts was congruent regardless of individual differences. Specific music components that led to high congruence are further discussed.
This study is a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design to verify the effect of music listening on convergent job stress of experimental group of 40 who are listening to music 10 times and control group of 40 who are taking a rest in fire-fighters. Homogeneity test and distribution of high risk and low risk were analyzed using Chi-test and the effect of listening to music on job stress was analyzed using t-test with SPSS 22.0 program. The experimental group showed a decreased job stress more significantly than the control group. Therefore, job stress intervention program should be developed and practical and systematical approach to reduce the job stress using music listening aggressively should be prepared in the future based on this study's result.

This paper studies the Soundscape, a movement that seeks to break away from the traditional conventions of music culture. To this end, I will examine how social, cultural, and technological developments have influenced the paradigm shift in music culture by paying attention to the Soundscape. I understand the characteristics of the Soundscape as a change pattern and discuss the characteristics of hearing and listening experience that have been overlooked so far from a phenomenological perspective. For the above discussion, Murray Schafer's concept of Soundscape, and for a phenomenological understanding of hearing and listening experience, une spatialité de situation, point d'écoute, horizons au son, champ auditif, le premier plan et l'arrière-plan, temporal focus, space-time, and l'être-au-monde are discussed. I hope that understanding the characteristics of sound, hearing, and listening experience will contribute to presenting new ideas for creative expression in artistic creation.
This study aimed to investigate the relationship between music listening and mood regulation. The effects of personality traits, music education, and sex on music use for mood regulation were also examined. Participants were 529 undergraduate students who completed the Korean Music in Mood Regulation Scale, Interpersonal Personality Item Pool (IPIP), Positive Affect and Negative Affect Schedule, and a questionnaire on their music education. Correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and t tests were conducted to explore the relationship among the measured variables. The results showed that music listening was related to enhancement of positive mood but not improvement of negative mood. Participants who had received extracurricular music education were more likely to use music listening as a strategy to regulate their mood than were participants without music education. Women were more likely to use music for mood regulation than were men. The multiple regression results indicate that individuals who rated themselves highly on Agreeableness and Openness to Experience on the IPIP were more likely to listen to music for mood regulation. These findings stress that music listening can be an effective strategy for mood regulation, which is critical for one's emotional well-being. It also indicates that effective music use as a mood regulation strategy varies depending on one's personal characteristics and history of music education.

Lastly, early childhood teachers' music attitude and their emotional leadership were explained at 39~52 percent for their music teaching efficacy. With the development of Information Technology, customers require promptly higher quality products and services. Companies try to make newly digital marketing strategies, but there are no empirical researches on them. This article empirically presents a new perspective that companies can shape the customer decision journey ahead by coordinating customer experience. In this article, based on Elaborated Likelihood Model (ELM) theory, customer experience consists of the emotional or cognitive experience. We surveyed about 200 subjects (N = 217) in their 20s and 30s based on the International Music Industry Association's Music Listening 2019 report, then analyzed four different models (before personalization-cognitive experience, before personalization-emotional experience, after personalization- cognitive experience, after personalization-emotional experience) by JASP and R Studio. We conducted Structural Equation Model (SEM) and paired t-test. Personalization factors are about recommendation systems in Spotify. The results of survey represent that companies can shape the Customer Decision Journey (CDJ) ahead especially through enhance cognitive experience. It empirically proves Elaborated Likelihood Model (ELM). The conclusion can be drawn that 'pulling' customer experience can be a new marketing strategies in the digital era.
