The principle based on RMA of China military is (National defense strategy) drafted by the central military committee 1985 and (Four modernization general principles) 1978. China has introduced Russian high-technological arms and equipment in order to build up the military arms greatly thanks to an economical development, and they take pragmatism line as chinese socialism with their strategy to make secure a position as military powers such as they successfully launched a manned spacecraft and are building an air-craft carrie and soon. USA has a theory of dichotomy whether a country is a cooperator for USA, or not. and also enemy or friend since 9.11terror, thus USA is different from their direction of police. This is because USA stands a position as the superpower of the supremacy hegemony of the world. We must be carefully aware that USA considers as important area for Middle east, West south Asia, Central Asia and Northwest Asia to meet the demands of 2lcentury. Accordingly, the focus of USA's military strategy will be probably concentrated at the above mentioned four areas. On the other hand, USA enjoys such a superpower position due to collapse of USSR which was the past main enemy since the post cold war era. We could give an conclusive example as fact that USA has recurred to unilateralism But USA carry on the military operations to the terror groups at global around by converting thje military strike strategy to pre-emptive strike strategy since9.11 terror, 2001. USA seeks for transformation to the mobile military forces with light-quantity oriented in order to carry on such the military operations and makes progress GPR, And the USA forces in Korea makes progress a military renovation as part of such a military strategy. On the other hand, USA promotes the measures of choose for the countries standing at the crossroads of strategy and carries forward a main scheme of provision for four priority aims that the leaders of a hostile country and mis-country shall be prohibited from use and obtainment of weapons of mass destruction. Accordingly, this treatise found out a significant meaning to have an effect on the national security in the korean peninsula.

  • With the rapid increase of multicultural families in South Korea due to international marriages and the influx of foreign workers, the number of children from these families enlisting in the military is also rising. It is projected that by 2030, over 10,000 recruits from multicultural backgrounds will join the military annually. This influx can help mitigate the issue of decreasing military resources due to low birth rates and enhance the cultural diversity within the military. However, the lack of multicultural awareness and the presence of discrimination in the military can hinder the well-being of these multicultural soldiers. This study aims to analyze the multicultural phenomenon in the Korean military and explore development strategies to ensure the stable service and healthy military culture for multicultural soldiers. The theoretical background of multiculturalism and diversity in the military is examined, along with the analysis of multicultural military operations in other countries. Management strategies for multicultural soldiers, including leadership and organizational culture innovation, multicultural education and awareness programs, and the establishment of tailored support systems, are proposed. Furthermore, policy recommendations for enhancing the effectiveness of multicultural policies in the Korean military are presented. Supporting the successful military service of multicultural soldiers will contribute to the enhancement of military combat power and the acceptance of multiculturalism in Korean society.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of members' perception of unit change management efforts on their emotional-organizational commitment during the military restructuring. The mediating effect of change acceptance of the members in this relationship is also studied. Currently, the military is seeking to restructure its military construct in order to actively cope with the rapidly changing security situation and the decrease in military service resources. If an organization fails to effectively manage its changes when undergoing restructuring, it is difficult to expect the success of organizational change due to its members' resistance to change. Therefore, this study suggested the effect of members' perception of personnel fairness and transformational leadership on their emotional-organizational commitment and the mediating role of the members' change acceptance in the relationship between them as the hypotheses. Survey results show that personnel justice and transformational leadership has a positive impact on the emotional-organizational commitment of the members, and that the change acceptance of the members partially mediates the relationship between them. By presenting the mediating effect of change acceptance with theoretical implications, the theory has been expanded. In practice, the change management activities for the restructuring of the military structure have been identified, and the effort for enhancing the change acceptance of the members is required to success on the organizational restructuring.

  • (1986) and (1987) represent the society of 1980s in which the professional baseball game was initiated to cover the irrational military culture. The love and marriage of sports players were the headlines of the media, and the yearly salary of the players was the hottest issue of conversation. The military culture is represented in the scenes where the coaches train the failures and inapt players in extreme drills. The films pinpoint the absurdity of military culture and win-at-all-costs mentality. The collapse of the dictatorial leadership at the end of the films is a metaphor for the collapse of the fifth Republic of Korea. The episodes where the players talk about contract money, and the trade of players and sports business were a new phenomenon of the 1980's. The fact that Oh Hyesung of chooses love instead of victory deals a big blow to the secular ambition for money, victory and dictatorial leadership. His option provides catharsis for an audience oppressed under military leadership and success driven ideology. On the other hand, Oh Hyesung of dies right at the moment of winning the world champion. He achieves neither love nor success. While Oh Hyesung of is a symbol of pure love and gives spiritual comfort to the audience, Oh Hyesung of gives a sense of hopelessness to the audience. Both of the two sports films reflect the representation of the 1980's but received opposing reviews from audiences.
