The adaptive adjustment of reference or weight vectors in decomposition-based methods has been a hot research topic in the evolutionary community over the past few years. Although various methods have been proposed regarding this issue, most of them aim to diversify solutions in the objective space to cover the true Pareto fronts as much as possible. Different from them, this paper proposes a knee point-based reference vector adaptive adjustment strategy to concurrently balance the convergence and diversity. To be specific, the knee point-based reference vector adaptive adjustment strategy firstly utilizes knee points to construct the adaptive reference vectors. After that, a new fitness function is defined mathematically. Then, this paper further designs a many-objective evolutionary algorithm with knee point-based reference vector adaptive adjustment strategy, where the mating operation and environmental selection are designed accordingly. The proposed method is extensively tested on the WFG test suite with 8, 10 and 12 objectives and MPDMP with state-of-the-art optimizers. Extensive experimental results demonstrate the superiority of the proposed method over state-of-the-art optimizers and the practicability of the proposed method in tackling practical many-objective optimization problems.

This study investigates the effects of parental abuse and neglect on school life adjustment mediated by self-esteem in adolescents. Participants consisted of 2,259 middle school students from the Korean Children and Youth Panel Study 2012. Secondary questionnaire data on parental abuse and neglect, self-esteem, and school life adjustment are used for this study. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, Cronbach's a, Pearson's correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. Baron and Kenny's method determined the mediation effect. SPSS ver 18.0 was adopted. The results were as follows. First, parental abuse and neglect were negatively correlated with the adolescent school life adjustment; however self-esteem was positively correlated with adolescent school life adjustment. Second, the results of the regression analysis revealed that adolescent school life adjustment was influenced both directly and indirectly; parental abuse had a direct effect on adolescents' school life adjustment and also had an indirect effect on mediated by self-esteem. Parental neglect had a direct effect on adolescent school life adjustment and had an indirect effect on adolescent school life adjustment mediated by self-esteem. The results indicated that self-esteem plays a crucial variable in the relationship of parental abuse and the school life adjustment. Also, self-esteem plays a crucial variable in the relationship between parental neglect and school life adjustment.

The number of residents in elderly institution has been increasing due to the change of the family support system. This study was focused on understanding the process of adjustment of the institutionalized elderly using the Grounded Theory approach. Method: There were seven participants, 4 men and 3 women living in 3 different elderly facilities. The data was collected through in-depth interviews and participant observation from June 20, 1999 to January 10, 2000 and analyzed by the Strauss and Corbin's analysis method. Result: 125 concepts were found and grouped into 30 sub-categories and then grouped into 13 categories. These categories are , , , , , , , , , , , and , which were synthesized into the process of adjustment. being the core category. The adjustment process of the facility elderly consisted of : 1. expressive phase of 'reluctance' 2. control phase of 'reluctance' 3. latent phase of 'reluctance' Conclusion: This study offers better understandings on the adjustment process of the institutionalized elderly and provides more appropriate nursing care to the New Comers of these facilities.

Purpose. The effect of mentoring program on the adaptability of college students to occupational therapy freshmen. Method. Pre-post-test design was performed, and 20 experimental group were selected. Six students in the senior grade of occupational therapy, who can serve as a mentor to experimental groups, were selected from March 28, 2017 to April 26, 2017 conducted a mentoring program. They used BDI, SACQ, Interpersonal relation test. Result. The results of this study are as follows. The mentoring program was effective in improving the adaptation of college students to school life. It was found that the mentoring program was effective in major adjustment, social adjustment, personal-emotional adjustment and academic adjustment. Conclusion. The mentoring program had a significant effects on major adjustment, social adjustment, personal-emotional adjustment and academic adjustment in occupational therapy college freshman.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a program promoting adjustment to hospital life and determining its effectiveness for school aged children. Method: The sample group consisted of 76 hospitalized children in 2 University Hospitals located in Busan. The experimental group was given the program on admission and feedback was obtained on the 3rd day and again 24 hours later. Data was analyzed using t-test and ANOVA in the SPSS program package. Result: There were significant differences, in information(t=4.235, p=0.000) and coping effort criteria (t=2.922, p=0.005) between the experimental and control groups. There was a non-significant difference in attitude criteria between the two groups(t=1.009, p=0.316). Conclusion: It was found that the adjustment promoting program for hospital life for school aged children was effective, but not enough to promote self-esteem. The program, based on a learning theory, was improved and shown to be an effective and strong method to promote adjustment of school-aged children.

장기간에 걸쳐 진행되는 건설공사의 경우 공사수행기간동안 물가의 변동으로 인해 계약금액조정이 필요하며, 이를 적용하는 과정에서 일관되고 명확한 구체적 기준안이 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 물가변동이 발생되어 조정행위로 이어지기까지의 적용과정상 발생되는 핵심활동을 기반으로 실 사례를 통해 문제점을 파악하고 이에 따른 합리적 개선방안을 찾고자 하였다. 문헌연구 및 관련제도분석을 토대로 물가변동 조정행위의 적용 프로세스를 구분하였고 프로세스별 핵심활동 20개를 정의하였다. 이를 측정변수화 하여 37개의 물가변동 사례를 통해 사례분석을 실시하였다. 사례분석결과 각 프로세스별 문제점이 도출되었으며, 이에 대응하는 합리적 개선방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 발주자는 불필요하게 지급될 수 있는 예산의 낭비를 막을 수 있고, 계약상대자에게는 원활한 물가변동조정행위가 될 수 있는 기회가 제공되리라 기대한다.

시설공사는 도로, 철도 등 기간시설과 주거, 사무 공간 등의 다양한 인프라를 구축하는 행위로써 주문제작방식으로 시행되는 산업의 특성 상 대부분 장기간이 소요된다. 장기간에 걸쳐 공사가 진행되는 동안 공사를 구성하는 원재료 가격이 등락이 발생한다. 따라서 공사비 등락 또한 필연적으로 발생하게 된다. 공사비의 등락은 곧 시공사의 이익 및 정부의 예산지출의 효율성에 민감하게 맞물린다. 따라서 요구되는 공사품질 확보와 효율적인 예산지출 위해서는 합리적으로 공사비를 조정하여 적정한 수준의 시공비가 유지되도록 해야 한다. 이러한 문제의 해결을 위한 완충제도가 물가변동으로 인한 계약금액 조정제도(Escalation/De-Escalation)이다. 본 연구에서는 효율적인 계약금액 조정방법의 제안을 위하여 품목조정방식을 기반으로 지수조정방법을 접목한 방법을 제안하였다. 또한, 물가변동 조정과 관련된 국가계약법령 및 계약예규에 반영되지 못한 사항들을 조사하여 법적으로 성문화하도록 제안하였다.

In the present work, Taguchi method for electron beam welding(EBW) process in AISI 4130 steel plate has been adopted for investigating the contribution of effect of welding variables. $A L_8(2^7)$ orthogonal array is adopted to obtain the effect of adjustment parameters. The adjustment parameters consist of accelerating voltage, beam current, travel speed and focus currrent. And the quality features selected for the EBW process are bead width of weldment, reinforcement, penetration depth, undercut and area of weld metal. Variance analysis is performed in order to check the effect of adjustment parameters on EBW. The mechanical properties of electron beam welded joints for each heat treatment conditions are investigated in comparison with those of base metal, especially from the view point of tensile and impact properties.

가중치 조정은 표본추출 확률의 역수로 계산된 기본 가중치 외에 보정승수를 곱해 줌으로써 추정단계에서 보조변수를 활용하여 추정치의 효율을 높이는 방법이다 가중치 조정의 대표적인 예로는 사후층화를 들 수가 있는데 이는 회귀추정의 특수한 경우이나 회귀추정보다 계산이 편리하여 실제로 많이 사용되고 있다. 이러한 경우 보조변수를 많이 사용하게 되면 보정승수가 지나치게 크거나 또는 지나치게 작아지게 되는 경우가 있는데 이렇게 되면 추정치의 편향(bias)이 커지게 된다. 본 연구에서는 적절히 추정치의 효율도 높이면서 편향을 줄이는 가중치 조정 방법을 제안한다. 또한 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안된 추정치의 성질을 확인하였다.

본 연구에서는 traverse측량에 있어서 여러 개의 환으로 이루어진 강을 측각과 측거의 중량을 동시에 고려하여 정밀하게 조정할 수 있는 이론적 조정법을 제시하였다. 또한, 본 이론적 조정법으로 조정한 각과 거리를 다른 조정법들과 비교 검토한 결과 본 이론적 조정법의 타당성이 입증되었다.
