간호사가 지각한 리더의 서번트 리더십이 리더효과, 리더만족 및 추가적 노력에 미치는 영향: 리더 신뢰 및 가치일치의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Effects of Nurses' Perception of Servant Leadership on Leader Effectiveness, Satisfaction and Additional Effort: Focused on the Mediating Effects of Leader Trust and Value Congruence)

  • Purpose: This study was done to examine the effects of nurses' perception of servant leadership on leader effectiveness, satisfaction and promoting additional effort. The focus was the mediating effects of leader trust and value congruence. Methods: Data were collected from 361 RN-BSN students and nurses participating in nationally attended in-service training programs. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and structural analysis with SPSS 17.0 windows program and Amos 7.0. Results: Direct effects of nurses' perception of servant leadership were negative, but mediating effects of trust and value congruency were positively correlated with leader effectiveness, satisfaction and additional effort, that is servant leadership should be effective through mediating factors. Conclusion: The study results indicate that if the middle managers of nurses can build leader trust and value congruency between nurses through servant leadership, leader effectiveness, satisfaction and additional effort on the part of the nurses could result in a positive change in the long term.

농촌 지역사회노인의 만성질병수와 치매예방행위에 미치는 치매인식의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Dementia Recognition on the Number of Chronic Diseases and Dementia Prevention Behaviors of Elders in Rural Communities)

  • Purpose: This study was a descriptive study to identify the factors affecting the dementia prevention behavior of elders in rural communities. Methods: The participants in this study were 125 elders aged 60 or older who lived in Eup or Myeon areas of P city. For data analysis, SPSS/WIN 22.0 was used to perform descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and linear multiple regression and mediated effects. Results: Scores for dementia recognition, dementia attitude and dementia prevention behavior averaged 5.6±2.50 points in the 0~11 range, 38.8±4.59 in 14~56 and 20.2±3.59 in 10~30 respectively. Dementia recognition (a), dementia attitude (b), dementia prevention behavior (c) and the number of chronic diseases of the elders (d) were positively or negatively correlated with each other (rab=.29, p<.01; rbc=.26, p<.01; rac=.36, p<.01; rad=-.29, p<.01; rcd=.19, p<.05). Factors affecting dementia prevention behavior were dementia recognition, dementia attitude, and degree of dementia interest. When the number of chronic diseases affects dementia prevention behavior, dementia recognition has a mediating effect. Conclusion: In order to prevent dementia among elders in rural areas, appropriate management of chronic diseases and provision of appropriate dementia-related education and information to enhance dementia recognition should be provided.

다문화청소년의 우울감이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향: 학교생활적응과 진로태도의 매개효과 (The Effect of Multicultural Adolescent's Depression on Their Life Satisfaction: Mediating Effects of School Adjustment and Career Attitude)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 다문화청소년의 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향 요인을 살펴보고 우울감과 삶의 만족도와의 관계에서 학교생활적응과 진로태도의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 다문화청소년패널(MAPS) 7차(2017)년도 데이터에서 1,079명을 연구대상자로 선정하여, 구조방정식과 Bootstapping 등의 분석방법을 통해서 검증했다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다문화청소년의 우울감은 삶의 만족도를 저하시키는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 다문화청소년의 우울감이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향에서 학교생활적응의 부분매개효과를 확인하였다. 셋째, 진로태도는 다문화청소년의 우울감과 삶의 만족도 간에 부분 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 다문화청소년의 삶의 만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 정책 수립과 실천적 방안을 논의하였다.

부모의 긍정적·부정적 양육태도가 다문화 청소년의 학업중단의도에 미치는 영향: 이중문화수용태도의 매개효과 (The Effects of Positive and Negative Parenting Attitudes on Intention of School Dropout of Multicultural Adolescents: Mediating Effect of Biculture Acceptance)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 부모양육태도가 다문화 청소년의 학업중단의도에 미치는 영향과 그 관계에서 이중문화수용태도의 매개효과를 확인하는데 있다. 이를 위해 다문화청소년패널(MCAPS) 6차년도 자료 중 다문화청소년 1,323명을 분석대상자로 선정하였다. 분석방법은 주요변수의 기술통계, 상관분석, 구조방정식 등을 활용해 경로분석 모형을 검증하였다. 연구 결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 부모의 긍정적 양육태도와 이중문화수용태도가 학업중단의도를 감소시키는데 반해, 부정적 양육태도는 학업중단의도를 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 이중문화수용태도는 긍정적 양육태도와 학업중단의도 간의 관계에서 부분매개 효과를 갖는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 부정적 양육태도와 학업중단의도 간의 관계에서도 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 다문화청소년의 이중문화수용태도를 높이고 학업중단의도를 예방할 수 있는 실천적 방안을 제시하였다.

  • 본 연구는 부모구성(부모, 한부모)에 따라 부모의 양육태도(감독, 애정, 합리적 설명)가 자아탄력성을 매개로 아동의 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향력에 차이가 있는지 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 한국청소년정책연구원의 KCYPS 초4 패널 데이터에서 총 310명의 데이터를 활용해 다집단분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 애정적 양육태도는 부모구성에 상관없이 삶의 만족도에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 양육태도(애정, 감독)는 한부모가정 집단에서 자아탄력성에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미쳤으나 부모가정 집단에서는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 셋째, 애정적인 양육태도는 한부모가정 집단에서만 자아탄력성을 매개하여 자녀의 삶의 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 아동의 삶의 만족에 영향을 주는 요인들의 구조적 관계를 검증하고, 부모구성에 따라 그 양상이 달라짐을 밝혔다는 것에 의의가 있다. 마지막으로 연구의 한계와 실무적 개입방법, 후속 연구에서의 방향성 등을 제시하였다.

치킨프랜차이즈 TV광고의 비인적 속성에 따른 광고효과: 최근 K치킨의 광고 효과를 중심으로 (Advertising effects of non-human attributes of chicken franchise TV advertisement: Focusing on the recent advertisement of K chicken)

  • Purpose - This study was to investigate the effect of advertising attributes on advertising attitude, brand equity, and advertising effect of TV commercials of chicken franchise brand, which is one of the most popular food service brand in recent years. Research design, data, and methodology - This study aims to see the effect of advertising attributes on advertising effectiveness and the mediating effects of advertising attitude and brand equity. A total of 200 questionaire was collected, 15 respondents were discarded due to missing information. Therefore, a total of 185 respondents were used for this study. The data were analyzed using frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, three-step mediation regression analysis, and path analysis with SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 statistical program. Result - The results of the study are as follows. First, the effect of brand attitude on brand attitude and brand equity, brand equity and advertising effect on brand attitude, and brand equity on advertising effect were statistically significant. As a result of the mediating effect test, it was confirmed that the attitude of the ad and the brand equity mediates partly between the ad property and the advertisement effect. Conclusions - As a result of the study, it is suggested that the informativeness and notableness affect the consumers among the advertisement attributes, so that it is necessary to be able to convey the accurate information more clearly to the consumers when composing the contents of the advertisement. In other words, in the case of the advertisement of the chicken franchise brand corporation, it will be an effective advertisement campaign if it continuously transmits the correct advertisement message to the consumers in association with the brand.

보건소 공무원들의 감정노동과 조직지원인식이 직무태도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Emotional Labor and Perceived Organizational Support on the Job Attitude of Public Health Workers)

  • Objectives: This study was designed to determine the relationship among emotional labor, perceived organizational support, and job attitude in public health centers. Results: First, emotional dissonance had no effect on perceived organizational support. However, emotional endeavor had a positive effect on perceived organizational support. Second, perceived organizational support had a significant effect on job attitude. Third, emotional labor had no effect on job satisfaction, but emotional labor had a positive effect on job commitment. Fourth, perceived organizational support had a full mediating effect on the relationship between emotional labor and job attitude. The implications of this study are as follows. Conclusions: Higher emotional labor leads to lower job satisfaction and job commitment in public officials, thereby affecting job attitude. Accordingly, various systematic methods, such as flexible working hours and personnel policy, need to be implemented to alleviate the negative effects of emotional labor.

임파워링 리더십이 직무태도 및 창의성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 조직문화의 매개효과를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Influence of Empowering-Leadership to Creativity and Job attitude)

  • 임파워링 리더십은 조직구성원들에게 자신의 직무에 대한 긍정적인 심리적 태도를 형성시키고, 이렇게 형성된 심리적 태도는 조직 문화에 영향을 미친다. 따라서 본 연구는 임파워링 리더십이 창의성과 직무태도에 미치는 영향에 대해서 검증하고 조직문화의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 임파워링 리더십은 창의성과 직무만족, 직무몰입 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 임파워링 리더십의 솔선수범 및 참여적 의사결정은 직무몰입에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조직문화의 매개효과 검증결과, 각 변수들간의 관계에서 부분적인 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 조직문화를 관리하는 것은 조직 구성원의 태도 및 성과를 향상시키는 결과를 가져오므로, 관리자는 현 조직의 상태에 맞는 조직문화를 관리하는 능력을 발전 시켜야 함을 시사하는 바이다.

유기농 쇠고기에 대한 신념, 주관적 규범, 도덕 관념과 태도가 소비 의도에 미치는 영향 평가 (Measuring the Effects of Belief, Subjective Norm, Moral Feeling and Attitude on Intention to Consume Organic Beef)

  • The purpose of this study was to assess the causal relationships among belief, subjective norm, moral feeling, attitude, and the intention to consume organic beef. A total of 326 questionnaires were completed by adult in Jeonnam area. Structural equation modeling was used to measure the causal relationships among the constructs. The structural analysis results indicated an excellent model-data fit. The covariance effects of belief and subjective norm, and belief and moral feeling were statistically significant. The effects of belief and moral feeling on attitude and intention to consume were also statistically significant. As expected, attitude had significant effects on intention to consume. Moreover, attitude played a mediating roles in the relationship between belief and intention to consume. Finally, based on structural analysis, a model was proposed for the interrelations among belief, subjective norm and moral feeling towards organic food, attitude and intention to consume. It should be noted that the original organic food consumption model was modified, and should preferably be validated by future research. Other constructs, such as perceived behavior control and consumption, may be incorporated to form models that consist of new antecedent and consequence pairs.

NCS의 교육훈련특성이 교육전이에 미치는 영향 - 진로태도성숙을 매개변인으로 - (The Mediating Effect of Career Attitude Maturity on the Relationship Between Characteristics of Educational Training Based on NCS and Educational Transfer)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine educational performance of key competencies in the situation by introducing NCS of junior college. And also, this study aimed at investigating the effects of individual characteristics on the relationship between characteristics of key competencies based on NCS and educational transfer. Data was collected from samples of 389 freshman and sophomore students who took the classes about communication skills and problem solving skills of key competencies. All of the students major in secretarial science. Based on the collected data, this study analyzed structural equating model, using AMOS Graphics. The result of analysis showed that there was a significant positive effect of educational training characteristics on educational transfer in some research models planned in this study. The findings in analysis of mediating effect showed that there was a full mediation effect of determinacy of career attitude maturity, and there was a partial mediation effect of readiness of career attitude maturity. Based on the result, this study proposed theoretical and practical ways considering individual characteristics for establishment and development of NCS.
