In this paper, we study the simultaneous approximation to functions in $C^m$[0, 1] by neural networks with a squashing function and the complexity related to the simultaneous approximation using a Bernstein polynomial and the modulus of continuity. Our proofs are constructive.

In this paper, we obtain the following results: Let f be a transcendental entire function with log M(r,f)=$O(log r)^\beta (e^{log r}^\alpha)\; (0\leq\alpha<1,\beta>1$). Then every component of N(f) is bounded. This result generalizes the result of Baker.

We prove the sufficient conditions for optimality in differential inclusion problem by using the value function. For this purpose, we assume at first that the value function is locally Lipschitz. Secondly, without this assumption, we use the viability theory.
