This paper is concerned with the development of a micro tensile testing machine for optically functional materials such as single or poly crystalline silicon and nickel film. This micro tensile tester has been developed for testing various types of materials and dimensions. PZT type actuation is utilized for precise displacement control. The specifications of the PZT actuated micro tensile testers developed are as follows: the volumetric size of the tester is desktop type of 710mm' 200mm' 270mm; the maximum load capacity and the load resolution in this system are IKgf and 0.0152mgf respectively and; the full stroke and the stoke resolution of the PZT actuator are $1000{\mu}m$ and 10nm respectively. Special automatic specimen installing and setting equipment is applied in order to prevent unexpected deformation and misalignment of specimens during handling of specimens for testing. Nonlinearity of the PZT actuator is compensated to linear control input by an inverse compensation method that is proposed in this paper. The strain data is obtained by ISDG method that uses the laser interference phenomenon. To test the reliance of this micro tensile testing machine, a $200{\mu}m$ thickness nickel thin film and SCS (Single Crystalline Silicon) material that is made with the MEMS fabrication process are used.

The electrolytic reduction of spent oxide fuel involves the liberation of oxygen in a molten LiCl electrolyte, which is a chemically aggressive environment that is very corrosive for typical structural materials. So, it is essential to choose the optimum material for the process equipment handling molten salt. In this study, corrosion behavior of Haynes 263, 75, and Inconel X-750, 718 in molten salt of $LiCl-Li_{2}O$ under oxidation atmosphere was investigated at $650^{\circ}C\;for\;72\sim360$ hours. At $3\;wt\%\;of\;Li_{2}O$, Haynes 263 alloy showed the highest corrosion resistance among the examined alloys, and up to $8\;wt\%\;of\;Li_{2}O$, Haynes 75 exhibited the highest corrosion resistance. Corrosion products were formed $Li(Ni,Co)O_2,\;LiNiO_2\;and\;LiTiO_2\;and\;Cr_{2}O_3$ on Haynes 263, $Cr_{2}O_3,\;NiFe_{2}O_4,\;LiNiO_2,\;Li_{2}NiFe_{2}O_4,\;Li_{2}Ni_{8}O_10$ and Ni on Haynes 75, $Cr_{2}O_3,\;(Al,Nb,Ti)O_2,\;NiFe_{2}O_4,\;and\;Li_{2}NiFe_{2}O_4$ on Inconel X-750 and $Cr_{2}O_3,\;NiFe_{2}O_4\;and\;CrNbO_4$ on Inconel 718, respectively. Haynes 263 showed local corrosion behavior and Haynes 75, Inconel X-750, 718 showed uniform corrosion behavior.

The electrolytic reduction of spent oxide fuel involves the liberation of oxygen in a molten LiCl electrolyte, which results in a chemically aggressive environment that is very corrosive fir typical structural materials. So, it is essential to choose the optimum material f3r the process equipment handling molten salt. In this study, the corrosion behavior of Al-Y coated Haynes 263 in a molten salt of $LiCl-Li_2O$ under oxidation atmosphere was investigated at $650^{\circ}C$ for $72\~168$ hours. The corrosion rate of Al-Y coated Haynes 263 was low while that of bare Haynes 263 was high in a molten salt of $LiCl-Li_2O$. Al-Y coated Haynes 263 improved the corrosion resistance better than bare Haynes 263 alloy. An Al oxide layer acts as a protective film which Prohibits Penetration of oxygen. Corrosion Products were formed $Li(Ni,Co)O_2$ and $LiTiO_2$ on bare Haynes 263, but $LiAlO_2,\;Li_5Fe_5O_8\;and\;LiTiO_2$ on Al-Y coated Haynes 263.
The electrolytic reduction of spent oxide fuel involves the liberation of oxygen in a molten LiCl electrolyte, which results in a chemically aggressive environment that is too corrosive for typical structural materials. So, it is essential to choose the optimum material for the process equipment handling molten salt. In this study, corrosion behavior of Inconel 713LC, MA 754, X-750 and 718 in the molten salt $LiCl-Li_2O$ under an oxidizing atmosphere was investigated at $650^{\circ}C$ for $72{\sim}216$ hours. Inconel 713LC alloy showed the highest corrosion resistance among the examined alloys. Corrosion products of Inconel 713LC were $Cr_2O_3,\;NiCr_2O_4$ and NiO, and those of Inconel MA 754 were $Cr_2O_3\;and\;Li_2Ni_8O_{10}$ while $Cr_2O_3,\;NiFe_2O_4\;and\;CrNbO_4$ were produced from Inconel 718. Also, corrosion products of Inconel X-750 were found to be $Cr_2O_3,\;NiFe_2O_4\;and\;(Cr,Nb,Ti)O_2$. Inconel 713LC showed local corrosion behavior and Inconel MA 754, 718, X-750 showed uniform corrosion behavior.

In the real world situations that some jobs need be processed only on certain limited machines frequently occur due to the capacity restrictions of machines such as tools fixtures or material handling equipment. In this paper we consider n-job non-preemptive and m parallel machines scheduling problem having two machines group. The objective function is to minimize the sum of earliness and tardiness with different release times and due dates. The problem is formulated as a mixed integer programming problem. The problem is proved to be Np-complete. Thus a heuristic is developed to solve this problem. To illustrate its suitability and efficiency a proposed heuristic is compared with a genetic algorithm and tabu search for a large number of randomly generated test problems in ship engine assembly shop. Through the experimental results it is showed that the proposed algorithm yields good solutions efficiently.
The electrolytic reduction of a spent oxide fuel involves liberation of the oxygen in a molten LiCl electrolyte, which is a chemically aggressive environment that is too crosive for typical structural materials. Therefore, it is essential to choose the optimum material for the process equipment for handling a molten salt. In this study, the corrosion behavior of pyro-carbon made by CVD was investigated in a molten LiCl-$Li_2O$ salt under an oxidation atmosphere at $650^{\circ}C$ and $750^{\circ}C$ for 72 hours. Pyro-carbon showed no chemical reactions with the molten salt because of its low wettability between pyro-carbon and the molten salt. As a result of XRD analysis, pyro-carbon exposed to the molten salt showed pure graphite after corrosion tests. As a result of TGA, whereas the coated layer by CVD showed high anti-oxidation, the non-coated layer showed relatively low anti-oxidation. The stable phases in the reactions were $C_{(S)}$, $Li_2CO_{3(S)}$, $LiCl_{(l)}$, $Li_2O$ at $650^{\circ}C$ and $C_{(S)}$, $LiCl_{(l)}$, $Li_2O_{(S)}$ at $750^{\circ}C$. $Li_2CO_{(S)}$ was decomposed at $750^{\circ}C$ into $Li_2O_{(S)}$ and $CO_{2(g)}$.
Although Korea is the world's No. 1 semiconductor producing country, most studies are conducted with risk assessment for simple material risks due to the closedness of the site for industrial protection. In terms of industrial safety, a monitoring system such as a gas detector to determine the leakage of hazardous substances has been established, but research on effectively discharging harmful gastritis substances in case of leakage has only recently begun. Semiconductor manufacturing facilities (gas boxes) where a large amount of flammable materials are handled are currently being safety managed by using a gas detector and blocking the air inlet. It is difficult to dilute in a short time in case of leakage of flammable substances. Therefore, in this study, based on various criteria, the size of the duct according to the size of the gas box is determined and the appropriate size of the air inlet is studied to minimize the exhaust performance requirement without exposing hazardous chemicals to the outside in the event of a flammable leak. We want to do an optimal exhaust design.

Modular construction is combined with manufacturing production process and conventional construction industry technique. Considering characteristic of modular construction production process, manufacturing facilities require indirect costs for utilities, equipment, and overall maintenance, which can affect modular units pricing. However, current modular construction cost classification is inadvertent to reflect the manufacturing overhead costs, because it is generally added as a percentage to sum of labor, material and equipment as it called in single cost pool used. This process is easy to estimate the total construction cost at the project starting points, but it brings on misunderstanding of project profit estimations by "cross subsidization phenomenon". To prevent this situation, in this research aims to provide modular construction overhead cost handling process at the detailed indirect cost calculation for manufacturing stage using Activity-Based Costing as one of the powerful method for overhead costs estimation and allocation. Using this research results, modular construction cost estimators have more detailed cost information of modular units and prevent to misallocate indirect costs. Also, it can be utilized to aid the understanding of the company's profit structure.

The electrolytic reduction of a spent oxide fuel involves a liberation of the oxygen in a molten LiCl electrolyte, which results in a chemically aggressive environment that is too corrosive for typical structural materials. Accordingly, it is essential to choose the optimum material for the processing equipment that handles the high molten salt. In this study, hot corrosion studies were performed on bare as well as coated superalloy specimens after exposure to lithium molten salt at $675^{\circ}C$ for 216 h under an oxidizing atmosphere. The IN713LC superalloy specimens were sprayed with an aluminized NiCrAlY bond coat and then with an $Y_2O_3$ top coat. The bare superalloy reveals an obvious weight loss due to spalling of the scale by the rapid scale growth and thermal stress. The chemical and thermal stability of the top coat has been found to be beneficial for increasing to the corrosion resistance of the structural materials for handling high temperature lithium molten salts.

For smart manufacturing, most semiconductor sites utilize automated material handling systems(AMHS). As one of the AMHSs, the OHT control system(OCS) manages overhead hoist transports(OHT) that move along rails installed on the ceiling. This paper proposes a real-time scheduling system to efficiently allocate and control the OHTs in semiconductor logistics processes. The proposed system, as an independent subsystem within the OCS, is interconnected with the main subsystem of the OCS, so that it can be easily modified without the effect of other systems. To develop the system, we first identify the functional requirements of the semiconductor logistics process and classify several types of control scenarios of the OHTs. Next, based on SEMI(Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International) standard, we design sequence diagrams and interface messages between the subsystems. The developed system is interoperated with the OCS main subsystem and the database in real time and performs two major roles: 1) OHT dispatching and 2) pathfinding. Six integrated tests were carried out to verify the functions of the developed system. The system was normally operated on six basic scenarios and two exception scenarios and we proved that it is suitable for the mission planning of the OHTs.
