본 연구는 제품개발과 품질경영의 통합이 무기체계 국산화의 성공에 어떤 관계를 갖고 있는지 110개 체계방산 대기업 및 체계방산 대기업의 협력업체 그리고 일반 방산협력업체를 대상으로 실증적으로 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 품질경영역량요소인 인적자원개발역량, 조직역량 그리고 프로세스역량과 연구개발역량 요소인 인적자원역량, 기술축적역량, 내외부와의 협업역량은 모두 무기체계 국산화 성공의 원가는 물론 시간과 품질 등 모든 요인에 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 무기체계 핵심부품 국산화 뿐 아니라 일반기업의 신제품개발 활동에 있어서도 품질경영과 신제품개발을 통합할 때 지속가능한 경쟁우위를 확보할 수 있음을 시사하고 있다.

This study identifies influential factors for invigorating the public management office (PMO) system for system integration (SI) projects in public sectors and analyzes the priority of each factor from the point of different stakeholders, i.e., owners, SI company, and PMO. Based on the literature review, four first-level influential factors are identified: legal system maintenance, owner's capability, SI company's capability, and PMO's capability. Among them, the PMO's capability is determined as the most critical factor by all the stakeholders. Among the second-level influential factors, the capabilities of professional engineers and project managers are considered as important among the PMO's capability, whereas the reasonable consulting fee is considered as the most critical factor among the legal system maintenance. With respect to each stakeholder, project management capability is considered as the most important factor for owners, while the reasonable consulting fee is considered as the most important factor for PMO.

본 연구의 목적은 먼저 전문대학 학생의 NCS 업무처리능력군(문제해결능력, 정보능력, 기술능력, 자원관리능력, 조직이해능력)과 진로효능감 간의 영향 관계를 실증분석하기 위함에 있다. 그리고 이 진로효능감과 진로결과기대 및 진로준비행동 간의 영향관계에 대해 실증분석하기 위함이다. 사회인지진로이론 및 자기효능감 관련 기존의 선행연구를 바탕으로 한 실증분석의 결과를 요약 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전문대학 학생의 진로결과기대와 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 선행 영향요인으로 진로효능감 요인을 확인하였다. 둘째, 업무처리능력군 중 문제해결능력, 정보능력, 자원관리능력, 조직이해능력은 진로효능감에 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였다. 마지막으로, 업무처리능력군 중 기술능력은 진로효능감에 유의한 영향관계가 없는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 전문대학 학생의 진로효능감을 향상 시킬 수 있는 학과 차원의 행정지원과 교수자의 상담 및 멘토링 지원이 이루어질 수 있도록 비교과과목의 개설과 교수평가 지표 항목의 개발 등의 정책적 제안이 가능함을 확인한 점에서 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다. 더불어 본 연구에서는 조직이해능력, 정보능력, 자원관리능력, 그리고 문제해결능력이 진로효능감에 미치고 이는 다시 진로결과기대와 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인 되었기에 해당 능력과 관련된 비교과목의 개설 및 특화 및 특강 프로그램을 위한 준비와 진행의 정책적 제안이 가능함을 확인한 점에서 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 한계를 제시하였다.

An attempt was made to evaluate on water supply capability of river management flow of four agricultural dam at the Yongsan River which is required instream flow because of water pollution. As a result, supply capability of agricultural use was sufficient, but supply capability of river management flow was insufficient.

This study uses MATLAB as a programming tool and applies the bootstrap method to process capability analysis. The advantage of using MATLAB in bootstrap method is to make the bootstrap method much easier to implement and apply particularly in process capability analysis. An example is provided to further illustrate the easy use of MATLAB in bootstrap method.

It is common that the process capability fluctuates as time passes, but concentrates to the mean value. To keep up process capability with given limits is vital to stability of process. Various control charts, especially ${\sigma}-chart$, have been used for analyzing process capability, but It sometimes can not give distinct answer. So this paper introduces another analyzing method by ARMA (autoregressive moving average) which is originally developed for forecasting, and demonstrates the analyzing methodology through a case study.

Process capability indices are used to determine whether a production process is capable of producing items within a specified tolerance. Using conditional distribution, we study some process capability indices ${\hat{C}}_{Gp}$, ${\hat{C}}_{Gpk}$, ${\hat{C}}_{Gpm}$ under conjugate prior distribution. We consider some process capability indices with Gibbs sampling method. Also, we examine some small sample properties related to these estimaters by some simulations.

This paper is a brief review of the different procedures that are available for fitting theoretical distributions to data. The use of each technique Is illustrated by reference to a distribution system which including the Pearson, Johnson and Burr functions. These functions can be used to calculate percent out of specification. Therefore, in this paper a new method for estimating a measure of process capability for Gamma distributed variable data proposed using the percentage nonconforming. Process capability indices combines with the percentage nonconforming Information can be used to evaluate more accurately process capability.

Process Capability indices(PCIs) have been widely used in manufacturing industries to provide a quantitative measure of process performance. PCIs have been developed to represent process capability more exactly. The traditional process capability indices Cp, Cpk, Cpm, $Cpm^+$ have been used to characterize process performance on the basis of univariate quality characteristics. Cp, Cpk consider the process variation, Cpm considers both the process variation and the process deviation from target and $Cpm^+$ considers economic loss for the process deviation from target In the previous studies, only one designated location on each part is measured. System process capability index even though in single process, multiple measurement locations on each part are required to calculate the reliable process capability. In manufacturing industry, there is growing interest in quantitative measures of process variation under multivariate quality characteristics. The multivariate process capability index incorporates both the process variation and the process deviation from target or considers expected loss caused by the process deviation from target. In this paper, we compare various process capability indices and propose the application method of PCIs.

Recently, as the management environments are changing rapidly and the uncertainty is becoming larger, the needs of internal control for management and IS become stronger. In order to construct a new internal control system for IS, it is necessary to evaluate the former research of the system. This study emphasizes the importance of effective internal control system, presents a conceptual framework for the preceding factors to consider, and verifies empirically the framework. This study sets the organization citizenship behavior, IS innovation resistance, and IT capability from the viewpoint of Socio-Technical system as the preceding factors for the effectiveness of internal control system. A research model, affecting the above factors on IS capability as a mediating variable of the internal control effectiveness for the use of IS, is set up. PLS-Graph 3.0 is used to verify the model. We found that the internal control effectiveness have affirmative effect on information capability, a surrogate variable of the IS effectiveness and a mediation effect is meaningful.
