보험기업의 브랜드파워 강화를 위한 IMC전략 전개방향 (A Study on the Integrated Marketing Communication Strategies for the reinforcement of Brand Power in the Insurance Company)

  • The purpose of this study is to find the 'Integrated Marketing Communication(IMC)' strategies for the reinforcement of brand power in the insurance company. First, from theoretical backgrounds, I have investigated acquisition effects, strategies for changing brand power, decisions on a product differentiation and Brand portfolio, market segmentation and Brand Positioning under various strategic marketing factors based on the reinforcement strategies of brand power. Second, there is a significant difference between insurance company names recalled first and brand names recalled first. Third, in terms of consumers' preferences, there exists a substantial difference between insurance company and brands. From this study, the following conclusions are drawn. First, insurance company and brand power should be carefully developed and used as a tool to secure competitive advantages. Second, insurance company and brand power should be considered and continuously enhanced as an important asset for the insurance company. With growing brand importance, brand management is an essential step for powering brands.

  • This paper studied about effects of the certificate of ISO 9000 in the manufacturing companies whose number of employee is under three hundred. First, most of company answered that acquiring the certificate of ISO 9000 is very helpful for the company management. therefore the company has the competence in the change of domestic and international economy. Second, after acquiring the certificate of ISO 9000, there were many improvements in company culture, quality control and business process productivity. As a result, the acquisition of the certificate of ISO 9000 system makes the company culture preparing the future to become a world first class company.

  • In order to promote social responsibility, a company reads to engage in various activities to increase their competitiveness to ensure stable and continuous development. One of the activities is to input human/material resources in order to draw and develop the core abilities of member for the productivity improvement of the company. This study is concerned with capability improvement of members in relation to core company performance, the focus of the study is to identify how education training in a company may contribute to team performance by leaning transfer through empirical study. As a result of this study, it was found that the personality of members, as well as the training programs, within the company can be a significant factor for improving productivity and performance of the company. In addition, team members noted that learning transfer take place when effectively lead through the leadership of a boss and identified that this leadership ultimately has a significant effect on team performance.

공급사슬 내에서 품질지향적 기업문화가 지속가능경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Impact of Quality Oriented Corporate Culture on Sustainability Management Performances)

  • Purpose - Environmental issues, climatic changes, and greenhouse gases are problems to be solved at a global level. With an increased emphasis on the environmental and social responsibility of the management of companies, the manner in which companies approach quality-oriented culture and their individual sustainability management are being discussed as truly important issues to help them secure their competitiveness and growth strategies. This study proposes strategic directions to help manufacturers not only in expanding their competitive quality-oriented company culture but also in strengthening their sustainability management abilities. This study conducts a literature review and empirical research to examine how significantly the variables of a quality-oriented company culture, customer-centered management, and process-centered and supply chain management-centered cooperation affect sustainability management performance in relation to economic profitability, environmental integrity, and social responsibility. Research design, data, and methodology - To verify research models and hypotheses, the study examined 170 companies using a questionnaire survey conducted over six weeks, and involved the performance of data analysis on 146 samples. Questionnaire responses were calibrated based on a Likert scale. The study used the Smart PLS 2.0 program designed for PLS (partial least squares), an analysis instrument of SEM (structural equation modeling). The study then verified empirical research hypotheses working on reliability analysis, validity analysis, factorial analysis, and path analysis. Results - Among the nine hypotheses, four are accepted and the rest are rejected. A quality-oriented company culture focusing on customer-centered management significantly influenced the maintainability management performance of environmental integrity and social responsibility, while economic profitability was dismissed. A process-focused quality-oriented company culture was significantly concerned with economic profitability but not with environmental integrity or social responsibility. A supply-chain cooperative company culture had a significant effect on economic profitability but not on environmental integrity or social responsibility. Conclusion - This study proposes strategic directions to help manufacturers expand their competitive quality-oriented company culture as well as strengthen abilities with sustainability management. It conducts a literature review and empirical research to examine how significantly the variables of quality-oriented company culture, customer-centered management, and process-centered and supply chain management-centered cooperation affect sustainability management performance in relation to economic profitability, environmental integrity, and social responsibility. There are two main conclusions. First, companies should consider the need for social responsibility management and environmental transparent management-focused maintainability management as avenues to create new markets and business, thereby helping the companies secure a reputation for having a customer and process-centered quality-oriented company culture by creating shared values between supply chains and enabling win-win situations through cooperation. Second, we are marching towards a creative win-win era from a society of conflicts and ruptures. Companies should understand that social responsibility management and supply chain management (SCM)-focused cooperation are the foundations of sustainable development, as they try to improve their culture while pursuing both win-win relationships with interested parties and equity in various conflictive relations.

  • This study was to identify the effect of the satisfaction of certification, the educational use of the company offering certificate, the system of confirmation of the same model and the demographic aspect on the companies to see if compulsory certification(KC certificate) has negative effects on company management. First, the satisfaction of certification could reflect positive influences on company management. Second, there is no statistical significance in the education from the company offering certificate as a result of analyzing relationships but education is required and has an effect on improving quality according to the result of frequency analysis. Last, the system to declare by identifying the same model has a difference in significance in sales account, the development of products and warranty service for products.

위탁급식경영업체의 영양사, 조리사의 고용형태 및 학력별 교육요구도 분석 (The Analysis of Education Needs of Dietitians and Cooks According to the Type of Hire and Education Background in Contracted Foodservice Management Company)

  • This study was designed to develop the education and training program of dietitians and cooks in contracted foodservice management company. The instruments were developed by reviewing extensive literatures on education programs and by interviewing with dietitians and cooks who were working in contracted foodservice management company. A total of 400 questionnaires were hand delivered at the fourteen contracted foodservice management companies by designated coordinators. A total of 286 questionnaires were usable; resulting in a 70.0% response rate. Statistics data analysis was completed using the SPSS for frequency analysis, reliability, mean value, t-test and ANOVA. The results of this study were summarized as follows: 1. The dietitians wanted to take a management course. The cooks wanted to take a culinary education. The dietitians and cooks took an emphasis on service education, foodborne illness & HACCP and sanitation & safety. Service as well as the taste of food and sanitation was emphasized according to the flow of customer satisfaction. 2. Contracted foodservice management company should provide dietitians and cooks with an education for the job to accomplish customer satisfactions.

건설업체의 6시그마 적용 성과 분석에 관한 사Bll 연구 -S 건설업체를 중심으로- (A Case Study on the Performance Analysis for Applying 6 sigma to a Construction Company)

  • 본 연구는 6시그마 경영기법의 건설업에 대한 적용 성과를 분석하고자 수행하였다. 이를 위하여 S 건설업체의 조직 및 인력별 6시그마 적용 프로젝트의 품질비용을 분석하고, S 건설업체의 임직원들을 대상으로 6시그마 경영에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 위와 같은 목적과 방법에 따라 진행된 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. : 1) S 건설업체의 6시그마 경영기법의 도입은 03년과 04년에 걸쳐 258건의 프로젝트를 수행하면서 품질비용 절감효과를 발생시켰다. 또한, S 건설업체는 6시그마 적용 전 시그마 수준이 업무 분야별 평균 2.8이었으나, 적용 후 평균 3.6으로 향상되었다. 특히, 공사 관리 분야는 적용 전 1.3시그마에서 적용 후 2.6시그마로 매우 높은 향상율을 보였다. 2) 6시그마 경영활동에 대한 업무수행 기대성과에 관한 분석결과 대다수의 직원들은 6시그마 경영이 비용절감 효과가 있으며, 품질향상에 도움이 되는 것으로 인식하고 있었다. 그러나 현 시점은 S 건설업체에 있어 6시그마 경영기법의 도입 초기단계이므로 업무처리의 효율성에는 큰 효과를 보이지 않는 것으로 조사되었다.

  • This paper proposes the selection model of the telecommunication company using an analytical hierarchy process. When selecting a telecommunication company, consumers conflict the difficulty In decision-making because there are many competitive and complementary factors of telecommunication companies. To select an optimal telecommunication company, consumers need to consider a number of different quantitative and qualitative factors such as fare, various services, additional function and so on. In this study, we use the analytic hierarchy process based method for selecting the telecommunication company considering various factors to help consumers' decision-making for their benefits.

  • 지식경영이란 무엇인가? 흩어진 지식을 모으고, 낡은 지식을 새롭게 하고, 모아진 지식을 공유하여 새로운 지식을 창조하는 것이다. 지식경영의 성공적인 추진을 위해 가장 중요한 3요소는 최고경영자의 추진의지, 조직 구성원의 참여를 통한 공감대의 형성, 지식경영추진담당 조직의 지속적인 추진의지와 열정이 조화롭게 상호 보완적으로 작용하여 추진되어야 한다는 것이다. 지식경영 추진에 있어 가장 중요한 것은 기업(기관)의 조직 구성원이 지식경영 참여문화(공감대)를 반드시 형성하지 않으면 지식경영이 성공하기에는 다소 무리라는 것이다. 지식경영을 추진함에 가장 중점적으로 해야 할 일은, 우리 민족의 특성인 구술이나 구전 문화를 기록의 문화로 변화 시킨다는 것이다. 지식경영을 추진하는 가장 큰 목적은 과연 무엇일까? 지식 경영을 통해 조직구성원 및 각개의 조직이 보유한 직접경험지식과 간접경험지식의 공유, 활용, 창조를 통해 지식을 자산화하고, 그 지식자산 가치를 증대 시켜서 21세기 건설 산업의 강자로서 다시 태어날 수 있도록 우리 스스로를 준비하는 것으로 정의하고자 한다.

데이터마이닝을 이용한 재고관리에 관한 사례연구 (A Case Study on the Inventory Management Using the Dataminning)

  • A company establishes a sale strategy through the inventory to set the purchasing requisite of the customer in a global company environment. And a sale company can become the reason of a sale opportunity loss because of a customer satisfaction rate if it does not have the all thing to want a purchasing company in a business-to-business. This paper analyzes the association relation of the goods which the customer orders. And we use a datamining technique for an association analysis of goods. The result of such analysis enhances the ability to get the orders of customer and may minimize a sale opportunity loss. We present a case of the 'D' company inventory management system, in order to verify the effect of the proposal system.
