The purpose of this study is to raise the need for the management of the deposit copy and preservation of government publications issued by Regional Local Government, and to present improvements to the problems of the management of government publications. To achieve this objective, a list of government publications of Regional Local Government is investigated, and interviews are conducted with record managers and librarians. During the investigation, there were difficulties in identifying the publication list of government publications, and there were fewer government publications that matched the RLG's list of holdings and the list of deposit copies delivered to the National Archives. The proposed improvements include formulating a list of government publications' registrations, constituting list elements of closed publication and partial disclosure of government publications, mandating registration and notification of government publications, specifying the management of government publications in the division of duties for record managers and staff of production departments, and encouraging them to receive training in administration of government publications.

Midium-size Companies have participated in most of the Educational Facility Construction. Since they are lack of special manpower, construction experience, and know-how, many construction defects cause. A water leakage is a typical construct defect in the educational facility construction. A water leakage prevention has to be careful considered in plan, construction and maintenance stages. Therefore, this study suggests Check List for the water leakage prevention, which designer/engineer must consider in plan, construction, and maintenance stages for the educational facility.

As construction projects are getting larger, more complex and specialized, the size and scale of the structures are increasing and large-scale projects with multiple participants involved have continuously been ordered. Due to the nature of a large-scale construction project, when there are interferences and conflicts in process, schedule and area among project participants, the project requires more time and efforts to resolve the issues as it progresses further. This study suggests the interface management model that is time-saving and physically beneficial in solving interface issues based on case study. This study provides a practical management model including the organization of interface consultative group, checklist preparation, LIST management and PMIS application, which will be useful for the construction sites seeking effective know-how to manage design interferences and changes.

The purpose of this study is to identify the risk factors, analyze the risk factors and make a risk check list of survey in road construction. Generally. the risk management is consisted of 3 steps: risk identification, Risk analysis, Risk hedge. This study is focused on the identification of risk and analysis of risk. To identify the risk factors of survey, we used the specifications of road construction, law of survey, and check list of road construction. This study provides the risk check list of survey for road construction. This research was undertaken to analyze risk factors being determine by the FGI(Focus Group Interview) method with survey specialists.

The efficiency of the data share service of P2P method is decided by the maintaining guard method of a sharing list, This paper suggests the data sharing system of the P2P base that it should retain a shared data list at a client, The Server at a proposed system guards inclusively client. divided into several groups and at each individual group, a client appointed the TopHost uses the method guarding a free share list of a applicating group, The TopHost designs to execute it relating with server in case of the mergence and the division of a group as well as a maintaining management of a data share list, The efficiency of the suggested system regard the maintaining guard of groups formed of a client of the appropriate level of a kernel and exams examination to measure it through a really executed data share service.

본 논문에서는 과학위성 2호의 주 탑재체인 LIST의 Operation에 대한 개념을 소개하고자 한다. LIST는 태양 진공자외선(Lyman-$\alpha$)의 full disk 영상을 획득하고 분석함으로서 채층과 전이영역의 구조와 진화, ‘Quiet Sun’의 진공자외선 복사 변화 모델, 그리고 태양 진공자외선의 복사로 인한 지구 고층 대기의 변화를 밝혀내는 것이 목표이다. 이러한 목표를 성공적으로 수행하기 위해서는 LIST Operation 개념의 정립과 철저한 규정이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구진은 Operation을 크게 두 부분으로 세분하였다. 즉, LIST의 각 구성 요소들이 유기적으로 작용, 목적하는 데이터의 성공적인 획득을 위한 ‘Technical Operation’과 획득된 데이터를 활용하여 효과적으로 분석하고 목적한 과학적 성과를 달성하기 위한 ‘Scientific Operation’으로 구분하여 규정하였다. 또한 효율적인 Data System의 관리를 위해 데이터의 흐름을 ‘LIST Observing System’, ‘LIST Data Acquisition System’, ‘LIST Data Reduction and Analysis’, 그리고 ‘LIST Data Analysis and Publication’의 네 가지 단계로 나누어 Data의 활용 중에 나타날 수 있는 위험들을 최소화 하고자 하였다.

In today's builders PRM(Project Risk Management) for Risk Management to fill out the competitive advantage, by and return it safe and take. But PRM has different standards for each construction company and can also see that even the list. In this study, consideration existing research through PRM by developing a list of check list to proceed to the basic research to help. In this study, PRM by creating a basis of the check list disclosed to the frame of reference. The results of this study by PRM of the check list for field application management system to provide a basis to build.

The goal of this paper is to set up the rank list of the critical success factors according to its weights. To get the empirical data for this research, the Internet-based questionnaires were performed. This research is carried out in two steps. At first step, the critical success factors(CSF) are crystallized through factor analysis methods. To find out the weights and ranks of critical success factors in second step, the analytical hierarchical process(AHP) method were performed. The order list of all CSFs will be determined according to their priorities. This order list shows which factors have the most useful influence on the performance and success of SCM. This result could play the role as milestone for the effective management of Supply Chain Management System in korean manufacturing company.

In Domestic, the beginning of CM system was at December 1996 by 'Construction Industry fundamental law'. Today the needs of CM is more and more during 10 years. Although the time of CM's induction and high-quality human resources are insufficiency, various studies and developments's level through theoritical base and academic level is good which are compared by developed countries's. But still now the effort of CM product measure part, especially public sector is not enough. Besides, the existing check-list is for project owner so it needs to make up for balanced view as organized 4way-view of owner, CMr, designer, constructor. On this study, produce the list of check-list and then weight of each list by view of owner, CMr, designer, constructor. The completec check-list will be useful for CM product measure objectively .

The best source of information on the conservation status of species at a global scale is the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species. Until now, 236 vascular plants from Korean peninsula have been evaluated using the IUCN red list categories and criteria. It indicated that five taxa were considered as critically endangered, 20 as endangered and nine as vulnerable species as a threatened status. On the other hand, the rest (189 taxa) were assessed as a least concern, which did not qualify for threatened species categories. Korea Ministry of Environment published a revised version of 57 species list by re-classifying endangered species with idiosyncratic qualitative criteria for two levels (I and II) followed by status reviews in 2011. However, two thirds species proposed by Ministry of Environment do not qualify as threatened. The major difficulties found in applying IUCN Red List criteria at the global scale was a lack of knowledge on the status of species at broader geographic scales and the perceived difficulty the causes. The lack of consistency between two lists constrains the prioritization of species-based conservation work at the national level. Due to a lack of centralized monitoring data for most species, this status is largely qualitatively and so it carries a high level of uncertainty. This is reflected in the high number of species with an unknown population trend. The current list of endangered species of flora and fauna by the Ministry of Environment should be recognized as the national list (local and population extinction), which is different from the IUCN Red list due to the different geographical contexts. Also, it is necessary to improve the quality of evaluation and conservation management system rather than presenting massive number of endangered species list.
