This study is to test moderating effects of family support, friend's support and teacher's support in the relationship between experienced violence in school and adolescent suicidal impulse. For the purpose of this study, 298 adolescents who were experienced violence in school were sampled and surveyed. The analytical results are the followings: Moderating effects of family support, friend support and teacher support are significant in the relationship between experienced violence and depression. They are also significant in the relationship between experienced violence and suicidal impulse. On the other hand, only family support is significant in the relationship between depression and suicidal impulse. This study suggests some policy implications based on this findings.

The purpose of this research is to suggest some practical and policy implications for improving adolescent's self-esteem through analyzing longitudinally the effects of parental attitude, peer relationship, student-teacher relationship, school learning activity, life-goal on adolescent's self-esteem by using latent growth curve model. Analytical data was obtained from the KYCPS. The analytical results showed that the change model of adolescent's self_esteem turned out to be a leaner model in which the change rate and intercept were significant. Second, time dependent variables influence on adolescent's self_ esteem meaningfully. Third, time dependent variables influence on adolescent's self_ esteem changes significantly. This study proposed some policy implications basing on these findings.

In this research, a survey was done on two hundred and forty-six elders who receive care through LTC to verify the effect of market attributes on the user satisfaction of the Long-therm Care Service. The collected data were analyzed through SPSS 23.0 statistics program. This study reveals the following results: First, in service tangibility, competitiveness, administrative regulation, organizational process, and autonomy in choice all have a positive relation with user satisfaction. Second, in the aspect of credibility, house ownership, competitiveness, administrative regulation, and freedom in choice show a positive-relation with user satisfaction. Third, in responsiveness, the scale of the organization, monthly income, competitiveness, administrative regulation, organizational process, and autonomy in choice have a positive effect on user satisfaction. Forth, in assurance ability, monthly income, competitiveness, administrative regulation, organizational process, and autonomy in choice also positively affected user satisfaction. Lastly, in the aspect of perceptual openness, competitiveness, administrative regulation, organizational culture, organizational process, and autonomy in choice show a positive relationship with user satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of college adjustment and social support on career development for college students majoring in health or social welfare. For this purpose, a survey was conducted in the Gyeongsangnam-do area. There was a total of 203 study participants. Data were collected with a set of questionnaires and analyzed by a multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the mean of main variables are as follow; career development was 3.54, college adjustment was 3.07, social support was 3.59. Second, by using a multiple regression, college adjustment and social support had a positive effect on career development. In other words, higher the college adjustment and higher the social support, the higher the career development. Third, academic adjustment among the sub-areas of college adjustment and friend support among the sub-areas of social support had a significant effect on career development level. Based on these results, implications for research and practice were discussed.

This study found a relationship between the characteristics of the elderly with disabilities and extra health care monthly costs caused by disability and suggests methods for effectively managing health care spending of the elderly with disabilities. This study used data from the 2011 Survey on the Disabled conducted by the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs. The results of the analysis indicate that the relations between the socio-demographic characteristics of the elderly with disabilities and extra health care monthly costs caused by disability of the elderly are influenced by factors such as gender, age, members of the household, average monthly income and type of health insurance. Elderly people with disabilities spend too much for their medical care. To solve this problem, the government needs to find a variety of policy approaches to improve administrative procedure, establish a medical delivery system and enhance health care services.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of developmental assets(social support, ego-resilience) on school adjustment on Korean Chinese left-behind adolescents. This study is meaningful to find implications for preparing supportive measures for the school adjustment of them. Method: 412 students who were in 3 middle schools in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Region responded to the questionnaire. A structural equation model was analyzed using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 programs. Results: The main results of this study are as follows: First, left-behind adolescents' social support is influenced directly on school adaptation and indirectly through ego-resilience. Second, the left-behind adolescents with higher ego-resilience showed higher school adjustment. Conclusions: This study suggests that a balanced support system for developmental assets as internal and environmental factors is necessary for Korean Chinese left-behind adolescents' school adjustment.

This study is designed to look into the relations between college students' will for the improvement of their health and self-efficacy, happiness, life satisfaction and leisure satisfaction. To achieve this, a survey was carried out from November 2011 to December 2011, targeting 876 college students in 10 different regions in Busan and Gyeongsangnam-do area. From the questionnaires, undependable and inappropriate questionnaires were excluded and 812 questionnaires were used for analysis data in descriptive statistics, variance analysis and simple regression analysis. The results are as follows. The groups with the strong show higher self-efficacy, have more happiness and express better life satisfaction. It has been empirically proved that those college students with a strong will to improve their health love themselves more and value themselves higher, which has positive influences on their happiness, life satisfaction and leisure satisfaction.

The aims of this study are to contribute to efficient revenue management by analysis of the scale in elderly long-term care facilities. The data was used for input of the elderly long-term care costs Scale, and calculated the staffing standards and social welfare facilities workers with living wage guidelines in the Department of Health and Human Services. Revenue efficiency is the highest order of size are as follows. I8(98 people) \43,517,010, H6(86 people) \36,568,332, G8(78 people) \29,426,532, F8(68 people) \23,227,532, E8(58 people) \19,701,254, D8(48 people) \19,155,187, C6( 36) \14,389,109, B8(28 people) \9,920,031, A8(18 people) \3,721,031. It seems that its revenue efficiency even higher than the larger the scale. Meanwhile, The researchers focused on C6 (36 patients) model. Suggestion of this study are following; First, the arrangement can be provided based on needs of the elderly care facility staffing standards. Secondly, an elderly care facility selected wage guidelines. Thirdly, the elderly efficiency guidelines established by the size of a nursing facility. This study and other financial income factor are not the applicable limits.

This study analyzed individual happiness exponent according to local residents' perception degree of Health-Cities. The data, which is accumulated by the survey on relationship between happiness and perception degree of Health-Cities targeting 662 of local residents living in Y-gu in Busan, were analyzed using PASW 18.0. The results are as follows. To begin with, the results of Correlation Analysis on the relation between happiness index and cognition degree of Health-Cites indicate that the higher perception of Health-Cities'facilities, administrations, services, education, health environment and transportation the local residents have, the lower individual happiness index they acquired. The cognition degree of transportation has effects on local society and daily life; the cognition degree of facilities and businesses has impact on financial stability. The cognition degree of administrations has influence on psychological relaxation, services have meaningful effects on psychological stability, work and residence, education have statistically meaningful effects on psychological stability, families and marriage, individual human relationships in respect.

Suggestions include: First, establishing an integrate lifelong educator training system. Second, the suggestion that you selected the disabled welfare institutions with disabilities continuing education obligations. Third, proposal a standard disabilities continuing education course selection. Fourth, the proposal for further study research methods and disciplines of continuing education disabilities.
